Exploration and Innovative Research on the Construction of Practical Training Bases for Art Majors in Science and Engineering Universities from the Perspective of "Double First Class" Construction

With the country's high-quality evaluation requirements for the construction of "double first-class" university majors, the construction universities have reorganized the development direction and positioning of majors to play a supporting role in the construction of "double first-class" and lay a solid foundation for high-quality talent cultivation. As an art major in a science and engineering university, how to support the "double first-class" discipline construction system through innovative education and teaching systems is a problem that needs to be solved for art majors. Practical training as an important part of practical teaching in art majors, practical training plays an important role in practical education and is an effective channel to transform knowledge into skills. Over the years, the college has attached great importance to the innovative construction of practical training bases. Through cooperation with enterprises, it has summed up successful experiences in the process of base construction, explored the collaborative education new model between schools and enterprises, innovated measures in practical teaching system reform, institutional guarantee, process supervision, assessment and evaluation system, and laid a solid foundation for the construction of "double first-class" university majors and high-quality talent cultivation.

Risk is a factor that always exists in every sector of life incluidng suppky usage in PT KAI. Based on the results and discussion of this research, the conclusion is that there are 20 risk agents and 20 risk events, of which 4 priority risk agents are lack of control over fuel hoses (A13), inaccurate measuring instruments (A7), Over limit Policy (A2) and lack of clear and measurable coordination (A1). Second, there are 6 mitigation actions, namely Modification of the queue and filling system (P1), Improvement of the train supervision and monitoring system with (P2), Training and coordination staff ( P3), Training of machinists and system machinists and managemen update (P4), Modification of fuel control data with by internet (P5), and Maintenance engginer properly and scheduled ( P6). Where the most effective solutions based on HOR Phase 2 are respectively PA 2, PA 3, PA 4 PA 6, PA 5 and PA 1. Meanwhile based on AHP they are PA 2, PA 1, PA 5, PA 6, PA 3 and PA 4. So the alternative solutions developed are PA 2, PA 3 and PA 4.

THE PSYCHOLOGY AND SOCIOLOGY OF A FRAUDSTER: IMPLICATIONS FOR TODAY ACCOUNTING PROFESSION

The study examines the Psychology and sociology of a fraudster: Implications for today accounting profession. The investigation was guided by three questions and a hypothesis. The study employed a survey research approach, and the 274 auditing businesses in Nigeria's South-South geopolitical zone comprised the study's population., the Taro Yamane was uses to determine the sample of the study and Spearman rank correlation was used to analyse the data. Results from the research reveal that there was a correlation in capability (r= 0.121 p< 0.05), lifestyle (r= 0.561 p< 0.05 and environment (r= 0.108 p< 0.05) and the psycho-social behaviour of the perpetrator of fraud. The implication was that the professional auditors should apply professional scepticism and exercising due care in engaging their work for better delivery and discharge of their duties, as this will lead to the detection of fraud and the reporting of red flags that are of material misstatement. The study recommended that an active, strong and proper supervision of internal control system will put to serious check the action of fraudulent activities.

Exploration of the Path of Labor Dispute Resolution

According to the traditional view, the main ways to handle labor disputes include: workers and employers resolve disputes through consultation, apply for mediation to the Labor Dispute Mediation Committee, submit to the Labor Dispute Arbitration Committee to apply for arbitration in accordance with the law, and file labor lawsuits with the court. This study analyzed the relationship between supervision, professionalism awareness, and self-leadership, which are various variablesrelated to organizational commitment that can raise the level of leisure welfare facilities for older adults. Questionnaires were distributedto 375 workers in 19 facilities in Daejeon and Chungcheongnam-do through SPSS and Amos 18.0 program. Confirmatory factor and structuralequation model analysis were used as important analysis methods. The analysis results are as follows: Firstly, the supervision of workershas a significant effect on organizational commitment. Secondly, the paths of major variables were all significant. Thirdly, the dual mediatingeffect of professionalism awareness and self-leadership was confirmed. The measures to improve workers’ organizational commitment andto provide high quality leisure services are as follows. Firstly, for enhancing the supervision for the workers, it is necessary to educatethe supervisor to balance the detailed supervision, to develop the operating system and manual of the specific supervision, and to includethe supervision in the facility evaluation. Secondly, in order to improve workers’ professionalism perception, it is necessary to provideprofessional deepening education, to examine the type of social worker qualification examination, and to create an environment to improvethe professionalism voluntarily. Thirdly, for developing their self-leadership, it is desirable to include various supports of managers,self-leadership in job training and appropriate compensation for work performance caused by self-leadership.

SUPERVISION OF FINANCIAL AUDIT ACTIVITY IN THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA - REFORMS AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR MODERNIZATION

At present, financial auditing in the Republic of Moldova is supported by a legislative framework in line with international best practices and the EU acquis. However, the changing nature of services in the domestic audit market and the current challenges of meeting new quality management requirements are of interest for scientific research in this field. This paper aims to investigate the opportunities for modernization of the profession in the context of the attested reforms regarding the supervision of audit activity in the Republic of Moldova. The aim of the investigation is to highlight the importance of legislative reforms in order to increase the prestige and recognition of the professionalism of financial audit activities in the Republic of Moldova. In addition, this paper includes a study of professional qualifications in auditing and an analysis of the activities carried out by audit entities in recent years of monitoring the audit market by the supervisory authority. The issue of reforming the regulatory framework for the audit of financial statements in line with international good professional practice is considered. The investigation used the qualitative research method and the observation technique based on the analysis of national and international normative acts. The results indicate a good harmonization of the regulatory framework of the financial audit activity in the Republic of Moldova with the international practices in this field, which will contribute to the development of the domestic process of regulating the profession and at the same time will provide opportunities for modernization of the system of supervision of the quality of audit activity in the country.

Monitoring, Supervising, and Improving Curriculum Systems in Arabic Language Education Study Programs at STAIN Mandailing Natal

This study aims to evaluate the monitoring, supervision, and curriculum improvement system in the Arabic Language Education Study Program at Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri Mandailing Natal (STAIN Madina), assessing its effectiveness in enhancing Arabic language competence and supporting Islamic learning. Utilizing a qualitative research design, the study employs a case study methodology, combining interviews, observations, and documentation analysis. The findings reveal that the monev system, involving comprehensive planning, implementation, and reporting, effectively covers graduate competency standards, content standards, process standards, and learning assessment standards. The structured approach, involving multiple stakeholders, ensures thorough evaluation and continuous improvement. However, limitations such as the need for more in-depth internal supervision of content standards and challenges related to human resources and stakeholder engagement were noted. These findings are significant for higher education institutions aiming to enhance their curriculum systems, offering a model for structured monitoring and supervision. Further research is recommended to explore integrated internal supervision mechanisms and long-term effects on student outcomes.

[Purpose] The purpose of this study is to comparatively analyze the after-school programpolicies of Korea and China froman institutional perspective in order to obtain implications for after-school programs currently being expanded in Chinese elementary schools. [Methods] To this end, this study comparatively analyzed national education policy on after-school programs in China and Korea (three policy from each country). For analysis, this research explored the similarities and differences between the two countries' relevant policies in three dimensions of institutional theory suggested by Chen (2008), such as value function, subject identity, and social behavior. [Results] The results of the study show that, first, in terms of the value function dimension, Korea has a clear evaluation and supervision system for after-school programs, while China's policy provisions on supervision and evaluation are more general, and the supervision system needs further refinement and improvement. Second, in terms of subject identity, Korea's policy shows a more comprehensive and systematic emphasis and arrangement on the subjectivity of teachers and students. On the other hand, although China's policy mentions that students' individuality should be respected and students' academic burden should be reduced, it generally pays less attention to student subjectivity and intensity than Korean policy. Third, in terms of social action, Korea focuses on diversifying teaching content and promoting social participation, while China emphasizes the standardized management of after-school programs and the overall development of students, and should further strengthen the diversification of teaching content. [Conclusion] Through the comparative analysis of after-school programs in Korea and China, this study identified that China needs to strengthen the construction of supervision and evaluation systems, pay attention to the needs of teachers and students, and enrich the forms of teaching content to continuously improve after-school programs, so as to promote the quality and balanced development of after-school education.

드론을 활용한 스마트감리시스템의 발전방향에 관한 연구

Currently, Korea's smart construction industry is becoming more advanced, and technology that can promote safety by incorporating ICT (Information & Communication Technology) convergence technology is being applied and developed. This study aims to provide information on the construction site to supervisors and builders by providing analysis data to the construction site using drones, etc., and to suggest development directions through smart supervision system improvement. In this study, after deriving major items through prior research, a focus interview was conducted with 7 supervisors to select important items for each research problem, and a total of 150 people, including construction project managers, manager supervisors, safety managers, and workers, were surveyed. As a result of the analysis of the survey on the satisfaction of smart supervision systems using drones at construction sites, the operation of drones will be highly useful in the construction field in the future (8.7, 25.92%), the smart supervision system using drones reflects what builders and supervisors want (8.3, 24.86%), and the drone is consistent with the goal of using smart supervision (8.3, 24.73%) and the drone system level is excellent (8.2, 24.49%). Through this study, it was found that the smart surveillance system using drones would be very useful in the construction field, and it was found that the efficiency of safety, accuracy, and economy could be improved by using drones instead of visually measuring and checking the field. It is hoped that the research results of this paper will provide the information necessary to improve the quality of the surveillance system in the construction sector at home and abroad and to prevent safety accidents at construction sites.

Basel core principles for effective banking supervision: an update after a decade of experience

The Basel Committee on Banking Supervision’s Core Principles for Effective Banking Supervision (BCPs) are a universally applicable minimum standard for sound prudential regulation and supervision of banks and banking systems. Supervisors use these principles to assess the quality of their regulatory and supervisory frameworks, while the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank use them, as part of their Financial Sector Assessment Programme, to assess the efficacy of the banking supervision framework and supervisory approach in each jurisdiction. Since they were first introduced in 1997, the BCPs have undergone two revisions (in 2006 and 2012). In April 2024 the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision published a modification of the standard to account for developments over the last decade, the impact of structural trends in the sector and the lessons learned from previous implementations of the core principles. This article takes a look at the key aspects of this update, the main changes of which refer to new risks, such as climate-related financial risks and the digitalisation of finance, operational resilience, non-banking financial intermediation, financial risk, risk management practices, and systemic risk and macroprudential oversight.

Improvement of the guardianship system for minors in the light of the current situation of " De Facto Orphans"

Nowadays, there are a large number of " De Facto Orphans" in our country, who are facing the dilemma of controversial identification, difficulty discovered by the outside world, and the lack of parental responsibility, which reflects that there are still some deficiencies in the current juvenile guardianship system. This paper will seek to improve the guardianship system for minors from three angles: clarifying the definition of "De Facto Orphans", establishing a parental authority system, and improving the guardianship supervision system.

Does managerial myopia exacerbate firms excessive financialization? Evidence from Malaysia

PurposeThis study aims to examine the influence of managerial myopia on the excessive financialization behavior of listed firms on Bursa Malaysia.Design/methodology/approachThrough a sample of 313 firms from 2015 to 2021, the author examine whether managerial myopia promotes or inhibits corporate financialization. The author uses ordinary least squares and Logit as the baseline models and addresses potential endogeneity through the dynamic-panel generalized method of moments. The results are also robust to alternative measures of financialization and managerial myopia.FindingsThe results show a significant positive effect of managerial myopia on the excessive financialization of enterprises. Furthermore, the findings indicate that the impact of managerial myopia on the over-financialization of enterprises is more prominent in periods of low economic policy uncertainty. However, the relationship between excessive financialization and managerial myopia is weakened in the presence of female chief executive officers.Practical implicationsThe empirical results have useful policy implications. First, firms should establish scientific managerial assessment and supervision systems to avoid excessive financial investment behavior by myopic managers caused by assessments that place too much emphasis on short-term performance. Second, regulators and policymakers should encourage firms to appoint women to top management positions, which may inhibit short-sighted financialization behavior. Finally, the regulatory authorities should undertake the necessary measures driving companies to disclose the investment direction of the funds so that shareholders and investors can understand the use direction of the funds in a timely manner, which can effectively prevent the economy “from the real to the virtual” and promote the development of the real economy.Originality/valueThis paper expands the existing research on corporate financialization behavior and provides a new theoretical basis for the underlying factors of excessive financialization. It studies the influence of corporate financialization from the perspective of short-run managerial actions and deepens the understanding of managerial myopia and companies’ financialization levels.

The supervision authority of the Ministry of National Education, which is the central administration in education policies in Turkey, is exercised by various methods in many areas. Auxiliary resources such as Education Information Network (Eba), General Directorate of Secondary Education Material (Ogmmateryal), Student/Teacher Support System (Ods) prepared by the Ministry of National Education for the use of students and teachers in lessons have been made available as an education policy on the basis of equal opportunity in education. However, the supervision and control of these resources by the Ministry of National Education at the policy evaluation stage is carried out only in Support and Training Courses, and there is no supervision or control in their use in other education and training activities. Within the scope of the Kulu District National Education Directorate Equal Opportunity in Education (KEFE) Project, ensuring that the auxiliary resources of the Ministry of National Education are used by teachers and students in lessons is supervised within a system integrity, taking into account local needs in addition to the central administration's supervision system. This research examines an example of how the KEFE project can be implemented by taking initiative in provincial organizations within the local decision-making process, which is mostly seen in local governments, by extending the partial control system of the central administration to all education and training activities, outside the central administration in the supervision of education policies. Advancing Aquatic Food Safety Detection Using Highly Sensitive Graphene Oxide and Reduced Graphene Oxide (GO/r-GO) Fluorescent Sensors

AbstractWith the increasing demand for aquatic products, the requirement for the safety detection of aquatic products is also increasing. In the past decade, graphene oxide (GO) and reduced graphene oxide (r-GO) have become hot topics in many fields due to their special physical and chemical properties. With their excellent conductivity, a variety of electrochemical sensors have been developed in the fields of biology, food and chemistry. However, the unique optical properties of GO/r-GO have not yet been widely utilized. With the deepening of research, the fluorescence quenching performance of GO/r-GO has been proven to have excellent potential for building fluorescent sensors, and GO/r-GO fluorescent sensors have thus become an inevitable trend in sensor development. This review summarizes the main preparation methods of GO/r-GO and the principles of GO/r-GO fluorescent sensors comprehensively. Additionally, recent advances in utilizing GO/r-GO fluorescent sensors to detect aquatic food are discussed, including the application for the detection of harmful chemicals, microorganisms, and endogenous substances in aquatic products, such as pesticides, antibiotics and heavy metals. It is hoped that this review will help accelerate the progress in the field of analysis, and promote the establishment of an aquatic food supervision system.

The Impact of Advanced Manufacturing Technology on Achieving Competitive Advantage: A Field Study at Foodstuff Manufactories in the Capital Municipality of Sana’a

The study aimed to investigate the impact of advanced manufacturing technology on comparative advantage of foodstuff manufactories in the Capital Municipality of Sana’a. Using an analytical approach, data were collected from a sample of 90 employees through a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using inferential statistical methods applied with SPSS software. The findings revealed a positive influence of advanced manufacturing technology on the competitive advantage of foodstuff manufacturers in the Capital Municipality of Sana’a. The study also revealed that information technology dimension was the most influential factor affecting the competitive advantage of foodstuff manufactories, while the design and engineering dimension had the least impact. Based on these findings, the study recommends further strengthening the application of advanced manufacturing technology in foodstuff manufactories in the Capital Municipality of Sana’a. Additionally, it emphasizes the importance of robust supervision of the implemented manufacturing systems to ensure product quality. The study underscores the need for higher focus on the quality of raw materials used in the manufacturing process.

SmartDED: A Blockchain- and Smart Contract-Based Digital Electronic Detonator Safety Supervision System

Digital electronic detonators, as a civil explosive, are of prime importance for people’s life and property safety in the process of production and operation. Therefore, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Public Security of the People’s Republic of China have extremely high requirements for their essential safety. Existing schemes are vulnerable to tampering and single points of failure, which makes tracing unqualified digital electronic detonators difficult and identifying the responsibility for digital electronic detonator accidents hard. This paper presents a digital electronic detonator safety supervision system based on a consortium blockchain. To achieve dynamic supply chain supervision, we propose a novel digital electronic detonator supervision model together with three codes in one. We also propose a blockchain-based system that employs smart contracts to achieve efficient traceability and ensure security. We implemented the proposed model using a consortium blockchain platform and provide the cost. The evaluation results validate that the proposed system is efficient.

Problems and Improvement of The Guardianship Supervision System for Minors in the Civil Code

In recent year, the issue of supervision of minor guardianship has gradually become a hot topic of discussion. To a large extent, it is related to the frequent occurrence of cases of children's injuries due to the negligence of the guardians of minors in fulfilling their guardianship duties. At present, China has established a guardianship system which is mainly based on family guardianship and supplemented by state guardianship. However, this is only the relevant provisions of the juvenile guardianship system, and the system of juvenile guardianship supervision is still scattered in the Law on the Protection of Minors, the Civil Code, and the Law on Combating Domestic Violence, etc., which is most obviously manifested in the generality and limitations of the provisions of the juvenile guardianship supervision system, and the limitations of the scope of the adjustments have led to the passivity of the minors in safeguarding their rights. Modern society advocates "children's rights-based", under this trend, the custody of minor children will not only the family within the matter, but also should be included in the adjustment of society and the state, with the help of their power to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of minors. In this paper, we will start from the existing system of supervision of minors' guardianship in China, discuss the lack of supervision system of minors' guardianship, and put forward some suggestions for improvement.

Peranan Sistem Pengawasan Keuangan Desa Dalam Mendukung Efektivitas Audit

This study aims to determine the role of the Village Financial Supervision System in supporting audit effectiveness at the Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Banyumas. This research uses case study qualitative research. The population in this study are 43 users of the Village Financial Supervision System (Siswaskeudes) then a sample of 12 people take using purposive sampling method. Data analysis using qualitative data analysis is the process of selecting, sorting and organizing data that researchers have collect from several sources including field notes, interviews, observations and documentation and the research theory that researchers use is UTAUT and Luder Contigency Model. The results of this study indicate that the role of the Siswaskeudes Application in supporting audit effectiveness at the Regional Inspectorate of Banyumas Regency is to determine priority villages for audits (based on risk analysis), Produce Audit Work Programs and Audit Working Papers automatically and standardized, Audit becomes effective and efficient, easy access to village government financial reports and formulate problem maps as a basis for further action. The driving and inhibiting factors in the use of the Siswaskeudes Application in supporting audit effectiveness at the Regional Inspectorate of Banyumas Regency using the Luder Contigency Model, The stimulant in using the Siswaskeudes Application is the number of villages that must supervise are 74,961 villages but the number of APIP is only 9,124 people.
