Analisis Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan terhadap Kesejahteraan Suplier Teri Nasi di Desa Dungkek Kabupaten Sumenep

Dungkek Village is an area with very abundant potential for anchovies. However, so far, fishermen and suppliers of anchovies have often experienced problems with capital. Using quantitative research, this research will measure the level of financial literacy and its impact on the welfare of anchovy suppliers in Dungkek Village, Sumenep Regency. The total research sample (sample size) was 42 research respondents. This research will be carried out in 2022 in Dungkek Village, Sumenep Regency. Education level, financial literacy, and work experience will be independent variables. Meanwhile, the welfare of rice anchovy suppliers is used as the dependent variable. Multiple linear regression analysis will be used to determine the influence of work experience, education level, and financial literacy on the welfare of anchovy suppliers based on a recapitulation of questionnaire answers obtained from respondents. Based on the research results, the level of work experience has the most dominant influence in improving supplier welfare. Meanwhile, the level of education and financial literacy also have a big influence. The effect of financial literacy is significantly positive on the welfare of rice anchovy suppliers. Higher financial literacy can improve the welfare of rice anchovy suppliers.

Inovasi Proses Pelayanan Dokumen Kependudukan Terintegrasi di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Sumenep

This study aims to analyze the process innovation of integrated population documents at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sumenep Regency. The Department of Population and Civil Registration (Disdukcapil) of Sumenep Regency, as the implementing element of population administration services, still faces several problems due to the lengthy process of providing services. Therefore, Disdukcapil made an improvement by launching an integrated population document service innovation. This innovation brings new work processes or service procedures to make it easier and faster. This study aims to describe the innovation of integrated population document services at Disdukcapil, Sumenep Regency. The type of research used is the paradigm post-positivism with a qualitative approach. The data analysis used is interactive model data analysis. The results of this study indicate that the process innovation in the integrated population document service launched by the Sumenep Regency Disdukcapil is still not fully optimal, but there has been a renewal in the process innovation launched, as seen from the simplification of the service process offline and also the availability of servicesonline. It’s just that, in its implementation it still encounters several obstacles, including the service process in person online provided is still not able to be used properly by the island community because access to the internet network is still difficult to reach. In addition, there were complaints regarding the attitude of employees who were still considered unfriendly and lacking in discipline which contributed to suboptimal community satisfaction.

Construction of The Iftār Tradition In Sergang Village, Sumenep Regency

The author's research aims to explain the construction of the Ifthār tradition in Sergang Village and the reception of hadiths that underlie the emergence of the Ifthār tradition, as well as other hadiths related to the Ifthār tradition.
 The research method to be employed is field research, conducted by directly interviewing practitioners (insiders), the general public (outsiders), and community leaders in order to achieve comprehensive research. The research will utilize the theory proposed by Peter L. Berger, using the triad dialectic theory, namely: externalization, objectification, and internalization.
 The results of the research show that the transmission of the Ifthār tradition has been ongoing for over a century, starting from the third caretaker of Raudlatus Syabab Islamic Boarding School, K.H. Syarqowi. There are two main hadiths that serve as the foundation for this tradition, namely the hadith about Ifthār and the hadith about the virtue of giving charity. Initially, there were no pre-Ifthār rituals among the villagers in Sergang Village. However, over time, the alumni of Pesantren Pajung, who are scattered in various regions, began organizing Ifthār in their own areas, adding several pre-Ifthār rituals. As for the transformation of the hadiths in the Ifthār tradition in Sergang Village, it has undergone five periods, influenced by influential figures from the past until the present era.

Voter Behavior in Regional Head Elections During the Covid-19 Pandemic: Data and Analysis

This research was conducted to analyze how voters behave in regional head elections in Indonesia, during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was carried out by means of in-depth interviews with various informants who were directly involved in the election of regional heads, election committees, election supervisors and voters. In addition, data collection was also carried out by tracing documents relevant to the research topic, both documents originating from the election committee and supervisors. From the research that has been done, it has been revealed that the voters in the regional head election which took place in Sumenep Regency, Indonesia in 2020 behaved pragmatically and permissively towards money politics. This was caused by the poor economic conditions of voters, during the Covid-19 pandemic. This pragmatic behavior also encourages their presence to choose a pair of candidates who give money. Thus, the level of voter turnout and participation in regional head elections is higher than before the Covid-19 pandemic. This research has limitations in the scope of research, which is only carried out in Sumenep Regency, Indonesia in 2020, so it cannot represent Indonesian society in general.

SPATIAL ANALYSIS OF COASTAL CHANGE AND DISASTER MITIGATION ON MASAKAMBING ISLAND, SUMENEP REGENCY

Masakambing Island is one of the small islands in Sumenep Regency which has its own uniqueness and beauty. Small islands easily experience changes, one of which is changes in coastlines. The aim of this research is to determine the changes that occur along the coast and mitigation efforts by utilizing hydro-oceanographic parameters. Measurements of coastline changes were obtained from digitization results using the Normalized Different Water Index (NDWI) method with structural and non-structural mitigation efforts based on the parameter data taken. Wind parameters are dominated from the southeast and east with speeds ranging from 0.09 m/s - 22.75 m/s. The wave parameter values obtained were between 0.25 m – 0.83, while the current parameters ranged between 0.006 m/s – 0.642 m/s with the Formhazal number values showing 1.5 – 1.8. The wind was blowing cool and strong, as was the wave height in the slight category. The current flows southwest from the north of the island to the east. Single daily mixed Tide Type. The reduction in the area of Masakambing Island ranges from 0.063 km2 – 1.933 km2. Mitigation efforts that can be considered structurally include creating breakwaters and revetments, strengthening coastal buildings and planting vegetation. Non-structural mitigation that can be carried out includes creating standardization policies for disaster-resistant buildings, exploration and economic activity policies, public awareness as well as counseling and outreach regarding disaster mitigation.

Assistance with Financial Aspects and Marketing Strategy at DINDA BUMDes in Sumenep Regency

The purpose of holding this activity is to provide good and correct direction in terms of financial administration, good marketing, and analyze the potential that exists in the local area so that it becomes additional income for BUMDesa DINDA. The method used is the initial stage of conducting a location survey, then the team conducts pre-research to resolve problems and potential that exists in the object, the third stage provides assistance, training, or outreach regarding existing problems, and the team stage evaluates the results of activities such as bookkeeping reports good and right finance, good form of promotion, concept of evaluating prospects of potential activity with location. This was carried out for almost two months, so that the results of the dedication really helped the local BUMDesa management and were able to implement it properly and correctly according to existing standards or rules

Metode Punishment Terhadap Moral Siswa

The Punishment method given by the teacher plays an important role in the process of students' moral development. Punishments given by teachers or parents to MTS students Nurul Huda Pakandangan Barat Bluto Sumenep Regency are an unpleasant act that is committed against someone consciously and intentionally to reduce or reduce the occurrence of violations or mistakes. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between the Punishment Method on student morale at MTs Nurul Huda Pakandangan Barat, and how much influence it has on student morale, and whether this has significance or not. This study uses a quantitative approach, and its nature is causal correlation. Meanwhile, data collection was carried out using questionnaires and documentation techniques. The sampling technique taken was the entire population of the total population of 67 respondents. The processed data is combined using Pearson's Product Moment correlation statistics, to find the relationship between variable X and variable Y. After the researchers conducted research with the title "Punishment Method for Student Morale" with data obtained through questionnaire scores and noble moral values. Then the data is processed through the Product Moment correlation formula, and then the results are matched to the critical price table from the Product Moment correlation, the results of processing the data are supported by the results of the initial interviews. For df = (N-2) = 65 significant 95% of 0.240. Meanwhile, 99% is 0.312. While the results obtained from the calculation of rxy = 0.645. Thus the final conclusion of the researcher is that the Punishment Method has a positive effect on student morale at MTS Nurul Huda Pakandangan Barat Bluto in the Enough category.

Public Service Innovation through Public Service Mall

Public service reform is carried out by carrying out a process of change in the bureaucracy which will affect the orientation of public services; at first, the transformation of public services is the adoption of private sector values, which are often profit-oriented services so that people find it difficult to get services. So far, the dynamics of public services in Indonesia have tended to be late in responding to the needs of the grassroots in every region in Indonesia, so this requires ongoing steps, meaning that evaluation and correction must continually be improved to achieve the goal of bureaucratic reform that reaches the heart of bureaucracy in Indonesia. This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the Sumenep Regency Regent's Regulation Number 49 of 2019 concerning implementing Public Service Malls (MPP) in the Sumenep Regency. This research was at the Investment and One Stop Service Office, Sumenep Regency, East Java Province. Researchers used a descriptive qualitative research approach with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are the implementation of the policy of the Sumenep Regency Regent's regulations covering several factors, including communication factors with the clarity of policy orders from the Regional Government to implementing organizations, resources related to facilities and infrastructure both available and not yet available, disposition, bureaucratic structure in operational standards procedures for implementing services and digital innovation. The driving and inhibiting factors in implementing this policy are presidential and ministerial regulations regarding the administration of public service malls, the public's low understanding of the applicable system, and the difficulty for the community to obtain optimal and effective services.

Analysis Of The Base Sector Of Sumenep And Sampang Regency In 2016-2020

National development is a way to achieve one of the goals of the Indonesian, which is to promote general welfare. Development through the decentralisation system is implemented by giving authority to autonomous regions in terms of local policies to manage their resources and regulate their respective regions. This regional development is also to increase regional independence through Regional Revenue, especially in terms of increasing Regional Original Revenue (PAD) by maximizing the potential of the regional economic sector. However, in reality, there is still an imbalance in regional independence from PAD which plays a small role in regional revenue. This also occurs in East Java Province, with two districts that have PAD contributions of less than ten percent of their regional income, namely Sumenep Regency and Sampang Regency. Therefore, this study aims to determine the economic sectors that can become the base and leading sectors to get attention by their local governments. The potential of the regional sector can be calculated using the Location Quotient (LQ) technique and Shift-Share Analysis, using these techniques it can be seen which sectors are the basic, prospective, advanced, and competitive sectors. Through these techniques, it is found that based on the results of the LQ analysis, both districts have the same basic sector, namely, mining and quarrying. As for the results of the shift-share analysis, it is found that Sumenep Regency has a leading sector in information and communication, while Sampang Regency has a leading sector, namely, the construction sector.

ANALYSIS OF SIYASAH SYAR'IYAH ON THE POLICY OF SUMENEP DISTRICT GOVERNMENT IN ACCELERATING HALAL CERTIFICATION IN UMKM

This study aims to analyse siyasah syar'iyah towards the Sumenep Districtgovernment policy in accelerating halal certification in UMKM. This studyexamines the legal and ethical basis of Islam which focuses on the principles ofsiyasah syar'iyah related to public affairs and social justice. This researchmethodology uses qualitative methods by conducting document analysis andinterviews with policy makers and UMKM actors involved in the certificationprocess. The results of the analysis show that the Sumenep Regency governmenthas taken steps in accordance with the principles of siyasah syar'iyah such astransparency, justice and sustainability. However, the implementation of this policyhas several challenges such as limited human and financial resources and lack ofunderstanding and awareness of the importance of halal certification by UMKM.Therefore, it is recommended that the Sumenep Regency government continue toimprove by socializing and mentoring UMKM business actors, as well asstrengthening cooperation with agencies or institutions supporting halalcertification. This research contributes to understanding the implementation ofsiyasah syar'iyah in the context of local level economic policies, as well as providingrecommendations to the government and other stakeholders in the process ofaccelerating halal certification for UMKM effectively and sustainably.Keywords: Siyasah Shar'iyah, Halal Certification, Sumenep Regency

THE ROLE OF BAZNAS SUMENEP IN SUPPORTING HALAL PRODUCT CERTIFICATION IN MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES IN LENTENG MARKET THROUGH THE DISTRIBUTION OF ZAKAT, INFAQ AND SADAQAH

Various things related to Halal Product Certification, which apparently is still difficult toimplement in the context of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises assisted by Baznas Sumenep, namelyat Lenteng Market, Sumenep Regency. This is because Micro, Small and Medium business actors areinconsistent with their business and business actors have difficulties with capital. This research aims :First, to determine the role of Baznas Sumenep in Supporting Halal Product Certification for Micro,Small and Medium Enterprises in Lenteng Market. The second obstacle is Baznas Sumenep insupporting Halal Product Certification for the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises it supports,namely at Lenteng Market through the distribution of Zakat, Infaq and Sadaqah funds. The type ofresearch used is descriptive qualitative with data sources obtained through observation, interviews anddocumentation. The results obtained from this research say that with the existence of Halal ProductCertification for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Baznas Sumenep strongly agrees with theexistence of Halal Certification. Apart from that, Baznas Sumenep itself has not focused on HalalCertification because Baznas itself does not have significant authority where Baznas only focuses oncapital assistance to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Lenteng Market. Baznas Sumenep itselfhas five work programs incluiding, Sumenep Peduli, Sumenep Taqwa, Sumenep Smart, SumenepHealthy and Sumenep Prosperous. Dorongan Masyarakat Jawa Timur Menjadi Pekerja Migran Indonesia

Background - The unemployment rate in East Java province is below the national average and the poverty rate in East Java province has decreased from the previous year. However, the number of Indonesian migrant workers originating from East Java ranks first nationally.
 Objectives - The aim of this research is to prove that there is a drive from within the community to become migrant workers. Researchers also want to find out what things make the people of East Java to become migrant workers.
 Design/ Methodology/ Approach - This study uses a Descriptive-Qualitative paradigm approach, with data collection techniques in the form of interviews with active and non-active Indonesian migrant workers (ex immigrants).
 Findings - Some of the elements that encourage people to become Indonesian immigrant workers are invitations from family, colleagues or friends, low income, economic improvement, living facilities and low education. Some of these elements are the encouragement or motivation of individuals to meet several needs in personal and social life and each individual wants to fulfill these needs in his life.
 Conclusion - This research produced several elements that encouraged the people of East Java, especially to become Indonesian immigrant workers, namely invitations from family, colleagues or friends, low income in Indonesia, economic improvement, living facilities and low education. Some of these elements are the encouragement or motivation of individuals to fulfill several needs in personal and social life.
 Research Implications - This research has important implications for the general public, Indonesian immigrant workers as well as for future research. The general public will know what things might happen when they become immigrant workers, and how the immigrants survive in other countries in order to improve their family's economic standard. Immigrant workers can meet their needs in life, while further researchers can dig deeper into other elements that encourage immigrant workers to work abroad.
 Research Limitations - This research was conducted only in certain areas. The northern region is represented by the northern coastal area of ​​Lamongan, the southern region is represented by Trenggalek Regency, the western region is represented by Ngawi Regency, and finally the eastern region is represented by Sumenep Regency and prioritizes the small island in Sumenep, namely Sapudi Island.

The Role of Local Government in Creating Business Sustainability: Case Study on Keris MSMES in Aeng Tong-Tong Village

Purpose: This study aims to determine the role of the Sumenep Regency government in creating business sustainability for Keris MSMEs in Aeng Tong-tong Village. Methodology/approach: Research conducted using qualitative research types. The types of data in this study are subject and documentary data. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques carried out by researchers use observation, documentation and interviews. Findings: The results of this study show that the role of the government in creating Business Sustainability in MSMEs is in the form of promotions, exhibitions, cost assistance for jamming, and coaching through tourism awareness groups (pokdarwis). Apart from that, the people of Aeng Tong-Tong village took the initiative by participating in events independently, namely participating in provincial and national Tourism Village competitions. Practical implications: However, there are several forms of government policies in supporting social policies such as participating in tourism village competitions, assistance with jamasan fees, and pelar agung. For now, the government's efforts in supporting the creation of environmental sustainability have not been felt by keris craftsmen. Because the focus of the local government for now only focuses on how to advance business development, namely by improving the economic performance of the kris craftsmen themselves. Originality/value: This research is considered very interesting to be carried out in Sumenep Regency considering the lack of research discussing Business Sustainability in the Sumenep area, as well as the number of MSMEs in Sumenep Regency will certainly feel the impact on the implementation of Business Sustainability.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT BEHAVIOR PELAKU UMKM DAERAH WISATA PESISIR MADURA: INCOME, FINANCIAL LITERACY, & FINANCIAL SELF-EFFICACY

MEA has determined that it provides a great opportunity for the MSME sector to develop, but on the other hand it is also a threat to MSMEs. The obstacle that generally occurs in managing MSMEs for MSME actors is not understanding how to manage business finances properly. This is the main obstacle for MSMEs to be able to develop their business. There are factors that can influence financial management behavior variables such as income, financial literacy, financial self-efficacy and others. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing whether there is an influence between income, financial literacy, and financial self-efficacy on financial management behavior. The data were obtained from the results of interviews and filling out questionnaires to MSMEs in the Madura coastal tourism area, especially Pamekasan and Sumenep Regencies with a total of 60 respondents. The findings from this research are income, financial literacy, and financial self-efficacy have an influence on financial management behavior.

Work Ethics in Bakeong Village Farmers who have a high work ethic, and related to the description of the Farmers' Work Ethic, the factors that influence the Farmers' Work Ethics, which are related to the Farmers' Work Ethics in the Islamic Economic Perspective. Implementasi Teknologi Pengolah Limbah Sabut Kelapa Menjadi Cocofiber dan Cocopeat di Desa Lenteng Timur, Sumenep

Coconut is one of the leading commodities of plantation crops for the community in East Lenteng Village, Sumenep Regency, East Java. Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency, the area of ​​coconut plantations in Lenteng District reaches 3114 ha. Generally, the use of coconut plants by the local community only extracts coconut water and flesh, resulting in waste in the form of coconut coir in the amount of 910 tons. Therefore, finding innovative and effective solutions to process the coconut coir waste into superior products with benefits and economic value. This community service activity aims to process coconut coir waste into derivative products in the form of cocofiber and cocopeat. Later, cocofiber and cocopeat are used as basic materials for filling mattresses, pillows, and planting media that can provide added value. The implementation method consisted of direct field observations, formulation of problems and solutions, data collection of coco fiber samples, processing of coconut coir waste, application of science and technology, and evaluation. Based on the results of performed activities, the residents of East Lenteng Village can discover the process of processing coconut coir waste into cocofiber and cocopeat. In addition, the residents of East Lenteng Village also gain knowledge regarding using more practical and efficient processing machines of coconut coir waste. Based on the test results of the processing machine of coconut coir waste, the measured capacity of cocopeat production reaches 3 kg/hour while cocofiber reaches 1 kg/hour.

The Relationship of Knowledge, Family Support, and Health Information Accessibility with Breast Self-Examination Motivation

Breast cancer is a malignancy that attacks the female breast. Based on data from the East Java Health Office for 2020, Sumenep Regency is the area with the most breast cancer and ranks 12th in East Java. One of the breast cancer screening efforts that can be done is the breast self-examination technique (BSE . This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge, family support and access to health information with the motivation to perform BSE in the Pagerungan Besar Islands, Sumenep Regency. This study uses a cross sectional design. The sampling technique used was consecutive sampling with a sample of 77 women. The research instrument used a questionnaire on the level of knowledge of family support, access to health information and BSE motivation. The i test used was the Spearman Correlation Test where a significant relationship was found between the level of knowledge and the motivation to perform BSE (p value=0.010; r=0.291), family support to the motivation to perform BSE (p value=0.00; r=) and relationship between access to health information and motivation to perform BSE (p value=0.005; r=). Increasing knowledge, family support and access to health information for women in the Pagerungan Besar Islands is very important to increase women's motivation to perform BSE as an effort to detect early breast cancer.

PELATIHAN AUOTOCAD PERCEPAT RANCANGAN DALAM DUNIA INFRASTRUKTUR PADA FOSFAT (FORUM SILATURRAHMI FAKULTAS TEKNIK)

Construction is a design and planning of buildings, roads and bridges in a predetermined area both in urban and rural areas. Many construction constructions, be it buildings, roads and bridges are still carried out or planned manually, so it requires a long time to complete, especially in Sumenep Regency. Construction design requires accuracy and accuracy in the drawing process, and must be adjusted to the rules that apply to the construction world. The number of open land in Sumenep Regency which is an asset for the development of Sumenep Regency which every year the population is increasing. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the quality of human resources related to the design or depiction of construction with a program as a tool to accelerate a construction design. The program that will later be outlined in a framework is how to implement a construction design quickly and precisely designed with the Autocad program. Activities are carried out by means of research on how to design or draw a construction with the Autocad program, with the hope of naming the quality of human resources of the successors of construction implementers in Sumenep Regency.

Implementation of the Campus Teaching Program Batch 3 in Building Scientific Literacy in Elementary Schools

Scientific literacy is using scientific knowledge to identify questions, acquire new knowledge, explain scientific phenomena, and draw conclusions based on scientific evidence. Implementation of the Campus Teaching Program Batch 3 is the realization of the independent learning curriculum core program movement, which aims to empower human resources, especially students. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The research was conducted at Lenteng Barat IV Elementary School in Lenteng Barat Village, Lenteng District, Sumenep Regency, East Java, as the target school for the 3rd batch of campus teaching programs. Data collection techniques in this study used structured interviews; the researchers interviewed school principals, class teachers, and students who passed the Campus Teaching Program Batch 3. According to the interviews conducted with the respondents, the survey results said that implementing the Campus Teaching Program Batch 3 in building scientific literacy was very high/good. Seeing the study results, the researchers suggested developing scientific literacy and numeracy instruments in elementary schools.

Analisis Faktor Penyebab Minat Kuliah pada Perguruan Tinggi Islam

In the pursuit of educational development, the youth of Pakamban Laok Village in Pragaan Subdistrict show a strong preference for pursuing higher education at Islamic institutions affiliated with Islamic boarding schools. This growing interest among the youth of Pakamban Laok serves as a foundation for self-development in the realm of education. This study aims to identify and gather data on the internal and external factors influencing the inclination to study at the Islamic College of Pakamban Laok Village in Pragaan District, Sumenep Regency. Employing a qualitative descriptive research method, data and information were collected and subsequently analyzed to address the objectives of this study. The findings reveal that internal factors, such as motivation, aspirations, and hopes, significantly influence the interest in learning at the Youth Islamic Boarding School in Pakamban Laok Village, Pragaan Sumenep District. External factors, including family, friends, school, and religious practices, also play a significant role in shaping the interest in learning among adolescents attending Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Pakamban Laok Village, Pragaan Sumenep District.
