Pembinaan Karakter Toleransi Siswa SMP Negeri 1 Sultan Daulat

This study aims to: 1) Know the concept of fostering the character of tolerance for students of SMP N 1 Sultan Daulat, Subulussalam City. 2) Knowing the implementation of tolerance character building for students of SMP N 1 Sultan Daulat, Subulussalam City. 3) Find out the follow-up of tolerance development for students of SMP N 1 Sultan Daulat, Subulussalam City. In this study, researchers used a qualitative research approach. Data collection techniques used are: Observation, Interview, Study documentation, Focus groups, Participation. The results of this study are: The results of this conclusion are: 1) The concept of fostering the character of tolerance which is applied in SMP Negeri 1 Sultan Daulat, includes: Values Education, Interreligious and Intercultural Dialogue, Project-Based Learning joint problem groups, Simulations and Games Roles between students, Community Service Program, Development of Social Awareness, Collaborative Learning by Encouraging students to work together among students in groups, Excellence-Based Learning. 2) The application of tolerance character development for SMP N 1 Sultan Daulat students is not an obstacle in the application of the values of religious education. Teachers have a high awareness to respect students' religious differences and try to understand their needs in learning. Teachers also strive to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all students, regardless of their religion or background. 3) Follow-up to fostering the character of tolerance for students of Sultan Daulat 1 Public Middle School can be carried out through several steps and activities, including: Implementation of Tolerance Values in the Curriculum, Formation of Tolerance Committees, Teacher Training Providing training and coaching to teachers, Extracurricular Activities and Projects Tolerance, Conducting outreach and campaigns in the school environment, Leadership Development, Conducting periodic evaluations of the results and impacts of tolerance character building carried out.

The problems in this study are translated into 3 problem formulations as follows: (1) What is the approach taken by PAI teachers in implementing Religiosity Values ​​at Sultan Daulat 1 Public Middle School? (2) What are the obstacles and challenges faced by PAI teachers in implementing religious values ​​at SMP Negeri 1 Sultan Daulat, Subulussalam City? This study used a qualitative descriptive research method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documents. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data display, and conclusions or verification. The findings of this study are as follows: The efforts of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in instilling the values ​​of worship through religious activities in students of SMP Negeri 1 Sultan Daulat include holding dhuhur prayers in congregation, holding dhuha prayers for classes that have PAI subjects at first and commemorating religious holidays such as the commemoration of Isra' Mi'raj, Mawlid Nabi, Istighasah, holding call to prayer competitions, BTQ, qira'at, speeches, shalawatan, compensation for orphans, Ramadhan huts, breaking the fast together, tarawih prayers in congregation, management of zakat fitrah, and the slaughter of sacrificial animals. The efforts of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in instilling moral values ​​through religious activities in students of Sultan Daulat 1 Public Middle School include getting used to applying the school's Islamic culture in the form of 4S (smile, greet, greet, be polite) and 2M (turn off and guide) motorized vehicles in the school area and put up slogans that contain religious elements.

This study aims to analyze service quality and product quality at UD stores. Ulfa Husna Jaya on customer satisfaction in buying and selling transactions for building and agricultural equipment in Dah Village, Rundeng District, Subulussalam City, Aceh. This research is a quantitative research, namely research using data in the process of completion, the characteristics of this research are researchers functioning as the main instrument in data collection. This study uses methods such as data analysis, interviews, and observation. The results of the data will be explained based on the findings in the field. And the method in this study uses a quantitative descriptive method, namely the author conveys facts and phenomena by describing the results obtained in the field. The results of the t test (Partial Test) show that service quality has a partial and significant effect on customer satisfaction in buying and selling transactions of building and agricultural equipment. Then, based on the test results, it shows that service quality and product quality have a simultaneous or joint and significant effect on customer satisfaction in the buying and selling of building and agricultural equipment.

This study used a qualitative descriptive research method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documents. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data display, and conclusions or verification. The research location is at SD Suka Maju, Subulussalam City. The results of this study are as follows: 1). The role of the teacher in learning Islamic religion, namely: The teacher carries out his duties as an educator, educates, directs, sets an example or is exemplary, gives advice, reprimands, guides, and gives motivation. And the teacher guides the learning process well and effectively to achieve learning goals. 2). The learning strategies used in Islamic religious education at SD Suka Maju Kota Subulussalam are expository, inquiry learning strategies, problem-based learning strategies, and contextual learning strategies. 3). There are several supporting factors in the formation of Akhlakul Karimah at SD Suka Maju, including Student enthusiasm in the learning process of forming Akhlakul Karimah, Religious activities at school become routines that are carried out at school such as reading Surat Yasin every Friday, Rules that support the realization of the essence of the formation of Akhlakul karimah for SD Suka Maju students, qualified and disciplined teachers, a conducive extracurricular school environment that helps in the formation of Akhlakul karimah for students, and the support and active role of parents and guardians While the inhibiting factors in the formation of Akhlakul Karimah in SD Suka Maju include: different backgrounds of students, lack of interest and enthusiasm of students in learning religion, awareness of less disciplined students, and influence of the environment outside the school.

Analysis of Infant and Children Feeding Practices in Subulussalam City

One in three Indonesian children is stunted. The presence of stunting in Indonesia, particularly in the city of Subulusssalam, was consistent with the practice of feeding sick infants and children. The aim of this study analyzed infant and young child feeding practices in the study area Pulo Belen, Sultan Daulat District, Subulusssalam City. Qualitative study design A rapid evaluation procedure with a sample of mothers with children aged 6-18 months and older and health care workers: the head of public health center and nutritionist. Data collection method used focus group discussion and in-depth interview. Data analysis used content analysis to obtain detailed information related to the deployment of PMBA, or MP-ASI. As a result, PMBA practice in Pulo Belen villages of all ages was associated with 7 out of 36 informants who provided complementary feeding early and 1 out of 36 informants who started complementary feeding late, indicated that 4 of 36 people misreported the texture of complementary foods. 7 of 36 respondents did not offer supplements, 4 of 36 respondents gave her MP-ASI immediately, and most of her MP-ASI was given in response to positive. In addition, most information about her maternal FPIC was obtained from health care providers, all of whom supported her correct FPIC practice. The presence of balanced training with MP-ASI demonstration methods and the formation of community groups to support breastfeeding and complementary feeding can support the correct implementation of PMBA in Pulo Belen Village, Subulussalam city.

The Effect of Health Promotion Strategies on the Level of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) in Household Settings in Penanggalan Sub-district of Subulussalam

Clean and healthy living behavior is essentially the basis for preventing humans from various diseases. Health is everyone's dream and need. The principle of clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) is one of the cornerstones and health development programs in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of health promotion strategies (advocacy, atmosphere building, and community empowerment movements) on the level of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) in Household Settings in Subulussalam City Subdistrict. The population of this study was all heads of families in Penanggalan Kota Subulussalam District. The sample of this study is part of the heads of families from the number of heads of families in Penanggalan District, which is 14,394 households. Measurement of independent variables using the Likert Scale, with some conditions. The results showed that PHBS most respondents (56 people, 56%) were in the Healthy II category, followed by Healthy IV as many as 25 respondents (25%), healthy III as many as 14 respondents (14%), and healthy I as many as 5 respondents (5%). This condition shows that most respondents have not met the healthy category standards set by the Ministry of Health, namely PHBS healthy category IV.

The focus of the research is the communication style displayed by the Head of the Subulussalam Municipal People's Representative Council (DPR-K) in establishing relationships with the people of Subulussalam City. This research was conducted in the City of Subulussalam. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, direct interviews and documentation related to research. As for the resource persons in this study, namely the key informants, the researchers chose the people of Subulussalam City, while those who became additional informants were the Chair of the DPR-K, the Secretary of the Council and Public Relations of the DPR-K Subulussalam. To get valid information in accordance with the author's research needs. The results of the research interview on the communication style presented by the Chairperson of the DPR-K Subulussalam dominate the Equalitarian style and structural style communication styles. This communication is considered effective because it is able to make it easier for the public to receive good information from the Chairperson of the DPR-K Subulussalam. It's just that the communication style possessed by the chairman of the DPR-K Subulussalam as a leader has not been found in all employees or fellow members in the DPR-K Subulussalam office so communication with the community is not very good.

Manajemen Peningkatan Mutu Pendidik PAUD Formal (Studi Kasus Pada Dinas Pendidikan Kota Subulussalam)

This research aims to find out how planning, implementation and control are carried out in improving the quality of Formal PAUD educators in Subulussalam City. This research uses a qualitative approach, with descriptive qualitative type. The research location is Subulussalam City, with the main research subjects being the Head of the Service, Head of PAUD and DIKMAS Fields, Head of IGTKI Subulussalam City, Teachers and Parents of students. Meanwhile, data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation techniques, then data analysis techniques were carried out in stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Research results include; 1) Planning to improve the quality of Formal PAUD educators in Subulussalam City is oriented towards improving the achievement of educator standards ideally, with a program to encourage the improvement of teacher education qualifications to the S-1 level through bachelor/linear. Planning on increasing teacher competency capacity, through tiered education and training programs, technical guidance activities, career advancement training and similar development. From the results of the plan to improve the quality of educators carried out by the Education and Culture Office of the City of Subulussalam in accordance with the qualification and competency standards suggested by the government by encouraging subsidized education funds and self-help. 2) Implementation of improving the quality of educators organized by the Office of Education and Culture of the City of Subulussalam which is adjusted to regulations and planning agendas that have been prepared such as tiered training, technical guidance activities, career advancement training and other developments in accordance with regional capabilities and received in allocating the activity budget improving the quality of educators in Subulussalam City. 3) Controlling the improvement of the quality of Formal PAUD educators in Subulussalam City by implementing standard referral stages while still cooperating with official institutional instruments such as the Aceh BPMP and applicable law rules.

ANALISIS STRATEGI PENURUNAN ANGKA STUNTING KABUPATEN ACEH TENGGARA TAHUN 2021

Stunting is a condition of failure to thrive in children under five due to chronic malnutrition, especially in the first 1,000 days of life. Stunting affects the growth and development of the brain. Stunted children also have a higher risk of suffering from chronic diseases in their adult years. In fact, stunting and malnutrition are estimated to contribute to a reduction of 2-3% of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) each year. Based on the results of the 2021 Indonesian Nutrition Status Survey (SSGI) conducted by the Ministry of Health, the stunting prevalence rate in Indonesia in 2021 is 24.4%, or a decrease of 6.4% from 30.8% in 2018 and shows the prevalence of stunting under five in Indonesia still high above the limit set by WHO (20%). In 2015, Indonesia was the second highest after Laos for the number of stunted children. Basic Health Research Data (Riskesdas) shows that the prevalence of stunting under five in 2018 reached 30.8 percent, which means that one in three under five is stunted. Indonesia itself, he said, is a country with the 2nd highest child stunting burden in the Southeast Asian Region and 5th in the world. The government has a target of reducing the prevalence to 14% in 2024. That means, Indonesia must reduce the prevalence by 10.4% in the next 2.5 years, which of course is a challenge for all parties to achieve it.vTo achieve the government's target, of course Of course, there must be support from every province or district and so on. From the 2021 Indonesian Nutrition Status Study (SSGI) data, Aceh occupies the third highest position after East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) and West Sulawesi in first and second positions. Gayo Lues Regency is the area with the highest stunting prevalence, 42.9 percent, followed by Subulussalam City with 41.8 percent. Meanwhile, Banda Aceh City (23.4%) and Sabang City (23.8%) were the areas with the lowest prevalence. Based on the results of the 2021 Indonesian Nutrition Status Study (SSGI) BKKBN Aceh, the Stunting rate for Southeast Aceh District is at 34.1 percent, placing this area in the top 8 at the district / city level throughout Aceh. This figure still exceeds the Aceh provincial average which is only 33.2 percent.

Tinjauan Hukum Ilslam Mengenai Tanah Wakaf Yang Diambil Kemabli Oleh Ahli Waris (Studi Kasus di Desa TEladan baru Kecamatn Rundeng Kota Subulussalam)

This research is motivated by the problem of Waqf Land which has been built by the Religious Affairs Office in Teladan Baru Village, Rundeng District, Subulussalam City, which one of its heirs wants to take back, due to personal interests. So researchers are interested in researching, how are people's perceptions of waqf land in Teladan Baru Village, Rundeng District, Subulussalam City and what are the provisions of Islamic Law regarding Waqf Land Reclaimed by Heirs in Teladan Baru Village, Rundeng District, Subulussalam City. The research method used in the preparation of this thesis is field research and interviews. The results in this study are the public's perception of the land donated by Pak Udin, so the community does not agree if the heirs take back the waqf land because the waqf land is still being used properly and properly, so there is no strong reason for the heirs take the waqf land again. However, the scholars of the Imam school of thought differ in terms of understanding the waqf itself, Imam Abu Hanifah is of the opinion that the assets that have been donated remain the property of the person who has made the endowment and may be withdrawn. Imam Maliki may give waqf for a certain period of time, and when the specified period passes, it is permissible for the person giving the waqf to take back the property that has been donated. Imam Syafi'i is of the opinion that the assets that have been donated are completely independent of the beneficiary who has donated them, and belong to Allah. And the Hambali school says that the waqf releases the waqf property from the ownership of the waqf property. So the Waqf Land that has been donated in Teladan Baru Village, may not be taken back by the heirs with the opinion of the previous scholars and with the reason that the heirs are not acceptable to the community and the Ministry of Religion.

ANALYSIS OF FACTORS RELATED TO MOTHER'S CHARACTERISTICS AND MEASLES CASES IN CHILDREN AT SUBULUSSALAM CITY HOSPITAL IN 2022

Measles is a disease that can be transmitted and is often experienced by children aged 5-13 years. The high rate of cases was 93 people who experienced measles in children in the child inpatient room at Subulussalam City Hospital. Measles is a paramyxoviridae group that enters the human body and then the virus will settle, multiply and can cause measles in children. Factors related to the incidence of measles in children are not immunized against measles, unhealthy homes, lack of mother's knowledge. This research was conducted aiming to analyze the factors related to the characteristics of the mother with the incidence of measles in children at Subulussalam City Hospital. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive analytic method with a cross sectional design through interview techniques using a questionnaire with 40 respondents. Based on the results of the independent variables that the age of the mother with the incidence of measles produces a P-value (0.017), education P-value (0.071), knowledge P-value (0.071), income P-value (0.896). The conclusion from the results the researchers have done at Subulussalam City Hospital can conclude that from the results of the P-value below <0.05 which is significant indicating that there is a relationship between several variables of maternal characteristics and the incidence of measles in children who have been tested based on univariate analysis and bivariate analysis .

FACTORS RELATED TO THE INCIDENCE OF ASPHYCIA IN NEW BORN INFANTS AT RSUD SUBULUSSALAM CITY

Asphyxia in newborns is a condition where the baby cannot breathe spontaneously and regularly immediately after birth. Data from Subulussalam City Hospital in 2021 there are 19 cases of newborn deaths with 8 cases of asphyxia. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors associated with the incidence of asphyxia in newborns at Subulussalam City Hospital. In this study using a type of quantitative research with cross sectional design. The location of this research was carried out at the Subulussalam City Hospital, to be precise, in the perinatology room. This research was carried out in January-November 2022. The sample in this study was 34 respondents using the total sampling technique. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The results of the study showed that out of 34 cases of asphyxia, p=0.006 for maternal age, p=0.015 for gestational age, p=0.039 for normal weight, p=0.063 for infant condition, p value <0.05) meaning that there is a relationship between maternal age, gestational age, birth weight with the incidence of asphyxia in newborns at Subulussalam City Hospital. The conclusion from the results of the research carried out at Subulussalam City Hospital, it can be concluded that the p-value <0.05 has a significant relationship to the incidence of asphyxia in newborns which has been tested based on the chi square test SPSS analysis. It is recommended that it is necessary to increase socialization by health workers to mothers regarding diseases and complications that can arise during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum as a preventive measure against the occurrence of asphyxia in newborns.

The influence of regional potential on the increase of regional income in Subulussalam city, Aceh province

The objective of this research is to measure the influence of regional potential on the increase of regional income in Subulussalam City Subulussalam City, Aceh Province. The research adopts a descriptive quantitative approach, utilizing primary and secondary data. The study examines various indicators, including inflation, population, gross domestic product (GDP), and Regional income (RI). Analytical tools employed encompass Location Quotient (LQ), Shift-Share analysis, Klassen Typology, and multiple linear regression. Findings from the LQ analysis reveal significant regional potential in Subulussalam City, encompassing manufacturing, construction, motor vehicle repair, and financial and insurance activities. Moreover, the Shift-Share analysis indicates that the manufacturing industry, construction sector, and financial and insurance activity services serve as base sectors. Multiple linear regression analysis demonstrates that inflation, population, and GRDP have a significant impact on increasing RI in Subulussalam City, Aceh Province.
