Background: families often feel burdened and experience stress, physical exhaustion, psychological exhaustion and financial problems when caring for family members who suffer from stroke. 
 Objective: This study aims to determine the resilience of families of stroke sufferers who experience disability and to increase a sense of concern and provide motivation for families. 
 Methods: The design used in this research is descriptive by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study was 56 people who met the criteria for families caring for stroke patients with disabilities and were taken using purposive sampling. The variable in this study is the family resilience of stroke patients. The questionnaire used is a Closedended Type Likert's Scale Questionnaire. Analysis of the data using descriptive. 
 Results: Most of the families have high resilience. 
 Conclusion: Most of the families who care for family members who suffer from stroke in the working area of the Mohammad Zyn Sampang Hospital have high resilience. Therefore, the family or respondent is expected to be able to maintain and increase the value of the belief system, organizational patterns, and communication processes in a balanced family, so that families can deal with problems well.
