The article presents the results of the study of the kinetics of heterogeneous catalytic oxidation of methane by oxygen on the developed catalysts, containing oxides of Cr, Ni, Fe, implanted by aluminum nitride, activated with palladium and deposited on a metal-foil carrier made of steel 12X18H10T. We have developed the technology of metal-foil cellular catalyst, activated with palladium, applying the method of ion implantation. This method is known as the technology of various composites with high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, but it was used little for the catalysts previously. As the catalyst for the experiment we used the samples with the percentage of palladium concentration 0.07% and 0.15%. The experimental data were processed with the hypothesis of the mechanism as a kind of power rate equation of type, as well as the sorption type of Langmuir-Hinshelwood mechanism. The obtained kinetic equations provide an opportunity to explore according to the full two-phase mathematical model of reactor, the technology of catalytically stabilized combustion of hydrocarbon fuels
