ANALISIS KETERLAMBATAN SISTEM MANAJEMEN PEMBAYARAN TERMIN DARI PEMILIK PROYEK KEPADA KONTRAKTOR

In general, every construction project has a plan and schedule implementation on time with the support of optimal resources. To meet these objectives, one of the targets that must be met is the cost (budget) allocated and agreed upon by the project owner and the contractor to prevent late payment of the term. The purpose of this research is to analyze the causal factors and priority factors of the occurrence of late payment of terms by the project owner to the contractor. Type This study uses quantitative methods. Processing of this data using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version of the computer program 17.00. data analysis techniques, analysis techniques factor. The results of this study explain the results of factor analysis for the variables in the study. There are six factors that emerged from the analysis factors, namely Factor 1: Management Ability, Factor 2: Support Against Contractor, Factor 3: Understand Project Needs, Factor 4: Finance, Factor 5: Decision Making, and Factor 6 namely attitude. Strategies and policies that can be done to overcome the problem of late payment of this term, then it is necessary to increase management capabilities in managing the project.

ANALISIS SINERGITAS BRIGIF 4 MARINIR/BS DAN BALAI BESAR PERIKANAN BUDIDAYA LAUT DALAM MENINGKATKAN KESEJAHTERAAN PRAJURIT

One of the tasks carried out by the 4th Marine Brigade/BS is marine cultivation in improving the welfare of soldier's families. The current condition of marine cultivation has been programmed and is running optimally, however, the collaboration between the Marine Cultivation Fisheries Center has not synergized well. So that the support given to Brigif 4 Marines/BS to improve the welfare of soldiers' families has not been optimal. Various family welfare problems that arise in Indonesian society, one of which is the decline in the economic level. The problem of family welfare is motivated by changes in people's lives in the era of globalization, which are accompanied by increasing living needs, increasingly fierce competition in life, inability and limitations to adapt. The purpose of this study is to see the effect of marine cultivation in improving the welfare of soldiers. This study uses a quantitative method which is a method for testing certain theories by examining the relationship between variables with research instruments based on statistical procedures. Data analysis This research used Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) software version 25, in determining the sample used the researcher used non-probability sampling with incidental sampling technique, to determine the number of samples using the Slovin formula so that the sample obtained was 70 respondents.

The Characteristics of Extended-Spectrum β-Lactamases (ESBLs)-Producing Escherichia coli in Bloodstream Infection.

Bloodstreaminfection (BSI) is a common type of infection frequently diagnosed in clinics. The emergence and spread of ESBLs-producing Escherichia coli (E. coli) has emerged as one of the biggest challenges in global community health. The production of ESBLs was determined by the composite disk diffusion method. The expression of the various resistance and virulence genes were detected by PCR and sequencing. Multi-locus sequence typing (MLST) and phylogenetic groups were used for the classification. The transfer of resistant plasmids was determined by conjugation assay. The statistical differences were analyzed using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 23.0. A total of 60 strains of ESBLs-producing E. coli were collected. The resistance genes that were identified included bla CTX-M, bla TEM, bla SHV, bla OXA-1 and mcr-1. The most common one was the bla CTX-M including bla CTX-M-27 (n = 16), bla CTX-M-14 (n = 15), bla CTX-M-15 (n = 11), bla CTX-M-55 (n = 14) and bla CTX-M-65 (n = 5). A total of 31 STs were detected, and the most abundant among which was ST131 (n = 16, 26.7%). Most of the E. coli (n = 46, 76.7%) belonged to the groups B2 and D. And some virulence genes were related to the classification of the E. coli. Among them, the detection rates of hek/hra, kpsMII and papGII-III in groups B2 and D were higher than those in groups A and B1. The detection rates of cnf1, iucC and papGII-III in ST131 were higher than those in non-ST131. And the distributions of hek/hra, iroN, iucC, kpsMII and papGII-III were related to the bla CTX-M subtypes. Finally, most bacterial (n = 32, 53.3%) resistance genes could be transferred between the bacteria by plasmids, especially IncFIB. ESBLs-producing E. coli in BSI exhibited had high resistance rates and carried a variety of virulence factors (VFs). This is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of ESBLs-producing isolates in the medical environment.

Penilaian Domain Pengkajian Paripurna Pasien Geriatri (P3G) sebagai Faktor yang Berpengaruh terhadap Kejadian Pneumonia Nosokomial pada Pasien Usia Lanjut yang Dirawat di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Nasional Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo

Introduction. Nosocomial pneumonia is a lung infection that occurs after the patient is hospitalized for more than 48 hours, without any signs of pulmonary infection at the time of treatment. When compared with young individuals, elderly individuals are more likely to have community-sourced and nosocomial infections with worse outcomes. Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment (CGA) domains are expected to explain the factors that contribute to nosocomial pneumonia in elderly patients. This study aimed to determine the proportion of elderly treated at Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo National Central General Hospital who experienced nosocomial pneumonia and whether the CGA domains influence the occurrence of nosocomial pneumonia. Methods. A retrospective cohort study was conducted by analyzing the medical records of patients aged 60 years or older who were hospitalized in the medical ward of Geriatric Internal Medicine at Dr. Cipto Mangunkusomo National Central General Hospital in January – September 2019. We also collected secondary data from the geriatric division’s research. The sample consisted of inpatients aged ≥60 years who were hospitalized for more than 48 hours. Those who died within the first 48 hours of hospitalization and subjects with incomplete CGA domain data were excluded from the study. The criteria for nosocomial pneumonia used in this study followed the CDC’s pneumonia criteria for geriatric patients. Data processing was conducted using the application of Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) 16. Results. Of 228 subjects, the proportion of nosocomial pneumonia in elderly patients hospitalized was 31,14%. The mean age was 69 years with the subject’s age range between 60-89 years. Nutritional status (OR 2.226; CI95% 1.027-4.827) and functional status (OR 3.578; 95%CI 1.398-9.161) are factors that influence the incidence of nosocomial pneumonia in elderly patients who are hospitalized at Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo National Central General Hospital. Conclusions. The proportion of elderly patients with nosocomial pneumonia was 31.14%. Nutritional status and functional status are factors that influence the incidence of nosocomial pneumonia in elderly patients who are hospitalized at Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo National Central General Hospital.

Fear of Missing Out and Perceived Quality Effect on Purchase Intention by Students

In this modern business world, plenty of people in the society had the tendency for having Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) symptoms. This tendency is getting worsed when the person perceived his or herself lack of quality and had the tendency of rejected by the society. These two kind of problems usually blocked someone to buy a product they needed. It is hypothetically appear not only in the business world but sometimes the symptoms already appear in the education fields. As researchers from different background, anticipation of these problems is needed. Because of that, the main objective of this research is determining the effect of FOMO and perceived quality to purchase intention. The research will took 66 samples from students across various program in the university and using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) for interpreting the regression model output. The research concluded that FOMO and perceived quality have significant influence to students’ purchase intention.

The relationship balance of hand grip strength and body balance to archry ability

Introduction. Archery is a static sport that requires good physical strength. This physical strength can affect the achievement of an archery athlete. Physical strength includes hand grip strength and body balance. One way to measure grip strength is to use a handgrip dynamometer. Meanwhile, to measure the balance of the body can use the stock body balance test. Then the sample did a test shooting of 36 arrows with a shooting range of 15 meters. Purpose. this study was to determine the relationship between hand grip strength and body balance with the ability to shoot archery at a distance of 15 meters. Methods. This research is a descriptive-analytic study with a cross-sectional design. The research was conducted at the Archery Training Center, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region, Indonesia. The population sample is 60 people aged 12-13 years consisting of 34 boys and 26 girls. The data obtained was then tested for Pearson product-moment correlation and multiple regression correlation tests using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) application version 26. Results. The SPSS analysis test showed that there was a significant relationship between grip strength and archery skills at a distance of 15 meters with a significance value of p = 0.000 (p < 0.05) with a correlation coefficient of 0.446. Body balance is also related to archery skills at a distance of 15 meters with a significance value of p = 0.043 (p < 0.05) with a correlation coefficient of 0.262. Meanwhile, in the multiple correlation test, the results obtained were p = 0.001 (p < 0.05) with a correlation coefficient of 0.480. Conclusion. Based on the results and discussion above, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between hand grip strength, body balance, and archery skills at a distance of 15 meters in junior archery athletes in Sleman Indonesia.

Effect of Internal Control System and Reward System on Managerial Performance with Locus of Control as Moderating Variable in Banking

This study aims to: (1) assess the effect of the internal control system on managerial performance, (2) To assess the effect of the reward system on managerial performance (3) assess the effect of the internal control system on managerial performance with the locus of control as a moderating variable; (4) To assess the effect of the reward system on managerial performance with the locus of control as a moderating variable. This study uses primary data through a survey of 36 managers divided into three groups in each pre-determined sub-branch office at Mandiri Bank, Indonesian People's Bank, State Savings Bank, and CIMB Niaga Makassar City. Data were analyzed using the statistical product and service solution (SPSS) program. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the internal control system has a negative and significant effect on managerial performance, (2) the reward system has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance, and (3) the internal control system has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance with a locus of control. as a moderating variable, (4) Reward system has a negative and significant effect on managerial performance with the locus of control as a moderating variable.

PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN KOMITMEN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA PUSKESMAS UJUNG JAMPEA KABUPATEN KEPULAUAN SELAYAR

Influence of Leadership Style and Commitment to Employee Performance at Ujung Jampea Health Center Selayar Islands Regency. Thesis. Management Study Program. Faculty of Economics and Business. Makassar State University. Supervised by Nurman and M. Ikhwan Maulana Haeruddin. This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style and commitment to employee performance. This research was conducted at the Ujung Jampea Health Center Selayar Islands Regency with a sample of 53 people consisting of employees at the Ujung Jampea Health Center Selayar Islands Regency. Data collection was carried out using the method of observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that the t-test (partial) shows that leadership style (X1) has a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a significance value of 0.020, less than 0.05. Furthermore, commitment (X2) has a partially positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a significance value of 0.027 less than 0.05. While the f (simultaneous) test results show that leadership style (X1) and commitment (X2) have a positive and significant simultaneous (together) effect on employee performance (Y) with a significance value of 0.002 less than 0.05. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination test (R²) shows an R Square value of 0.218 which means leadership style (X1) and commitment (X2) have an influence on employee performance variable (Y) of 21.8% while the remaining 78.2% is influenced by other factors in outside the independent variables in this study.

Analisis Minat Investasi Gen-Z di Pasar Modal Syariah (Studi Mahasiswa FEBI UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu)

The research aims to determine the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The independent variables are Islamic Investment Gallery (GIS), Financial Literacy, Minimum Capital, Technology, Social Media, while the dependent is Interest. Total 50 samples from students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu, who were in the Z generation category. This type of quantitative research was used with a purposive sampling method. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Techniques using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program. The results showed that the regression coefficient value of the Islamic Investment Gallery (X1) (0.023) <0.05, so that it has a positive and significant effect on investment interest. While the regression coefficient value of the Financial Literacy variable (X2) (0.199) > 0.05, so it has no positive and significant effect on investment interest. Likewise with the value of the regression coefficient for the Minimum Capital variable (X3); Technology (X4); and Social Media (X5) which has a sig value (0.075) > 0.05; (0.107) > 0.05; and (0.386) > 0.05. Meanwhile, simultaneously all the variables studied had a significant effect on Gen Z Investment Interest in the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, and had an effect of 81.5%. While the remaining 18.5% is influenced by variables not examined in this study.

The Influence of Product Quality, Price Perception, and Worth of Mouth on Interest to Buy Batik at Batik Nusantara Shops Tanah Abang

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price perception, and word of mouth on the repurchase intention of batik at the Tanah Abang archipelago batik shop. The data collection method used was by giving questionnaires to 100 respondents using Indonesian batik products, the sample technique using glueshow and the data analysis technique using inferential analysis with multiple linear regression and using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 23 program. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of product quality, price perceptions, word of mouth on the intention to repurchase Indonesian batik.

The Effect of Price Perception, E-Service Quality, Brand Image on Spotify App Repurchase Interest Premium on National University Students

This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived price, e-service quality, brand image on repeat purchase intention of students at the National University. The population in this study used the Non-Probability Sampling Technique with a population of 100 people, the students of the National University of Jakarta as respondents. Data analysis techniques using inferential analysis with multiple linear regression and using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 23 program. The results of the Multiple Linear Regression analysis show that the Price Perception variable (X1) has no positive and significant effect while E-Service Quality (X2) ¬), Brand Image (X3) has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention (Y). The results of this study are expected to be able to increase Price Perception, E- Service Quality and Brand Image at the Spotify Company so that it can also increase existence and increase subscriptions for National University students.

The Influence of Characteristics of Mobile Live Commerce on Purchase Intention

Mobile live commerce is emerging as a new distribution channel as connectivity and information sharing become easier due to the increase in the use of SNS and mobile phones. Nevertheless, there is a lack of research in this field, and it is meaningful to look at how this new technology-based commerce leads to purchase intention in terms of the value of shopping perceived by consumers. This study aims to (1) analyze the characteristic factors of mobile live commerce, which is rapidly emerging due to brisk changes in the distribution industry in the non-contact era; and (2) verify the relationship between shopping value and purchase intention. We analyzed 283 surveys using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SM) with statistical product and service solutions (SPSS) and R-programming. We inferred that convenience, ubiquity, social presence, attractiveness, and vividness were the characteristics of mobile live commerce that had a positive effect on the pleasure value, and that social presence, attractiveness, vividness, professionalism, information quality, and compatibility had positive effects on the perceived value. The hedonic value also had a positive effect on the perceived value, and both pleasure and perceived values had strong positive effects on the purchase intention. However, the professionalism of the sources did not affect the hedonic value, and the convenience and ubiquity did not affect the perceived value.

Comparison of Mathematics Learning Outcomes Online and Offline Students at Senior STIKES Medan Using Independent T-Test

Mathematics is one of the compulsory subjects in formal education and has an essential role in the world of education. This research was conducted to determine the results of learning mathematics in students at STIKes Senior Medan online and offline. This study used a quasi-experiment using the comparative method. The number of samples used was from two classes and given two other learning treatments, namely online and offline. The samples used were 34 students for the odd school year 2020/2021 (online) and 39 for the bizarre school year 2021/2022 (offline). Then a normality and homogeneity test was carried out using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) application program to determine whether the data were normally distributed and had the same variance. The results of testing the hypothesis using the independent t-test sig (2-tailed) 0.048 <0.05, so that as a basis for decision making in the independent sample t-test, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, with a 95% confidence level, there is a significant (significant) difference between online learning UAS mathematics learning outcomes and offline learning UAS mathematics learning outcomes.

Determination of Cultivation Method Based On the Quality of Seaweed (Kappaphycus alvarezii) in Sumenep District

The planting method greatly affects the growth and carrageenan content of Kappaphycus alvarezii seaweed. In addition, the planting method will also affect the physico-chemical conditions of the waters which are closely related to the growth of K. alvarezii. This study aims to determine the appropriate method of seaweed cultivation so that it can be used as a reference for K. alvarezii farmers to pay more attention to appropriate and appropriate cultivation methods in cultivating K. alvarezii so as to improve the quality of seaweed. This study begins with observations at the sampling location, taking water samples and samples of K. alvarezii seaweed. The research data was processed using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 16.0 software with analysis of variance (One Way ANOVA) to obtain parameters that affect the quality of seaweed so that the appropriate planting method can be determined. The results obtained from this study, the appropriate method for planting K. alvarezii in Palasa using a floating raft, in Lobuk and Padike using the bottom method, while in Tonduk using the long line method.

Evaluation of Users’ Satisfaction of Information Resources in University Libraries in Nigeria: A Case Study

This study examined postgraduate students’ satisfaction of information resources at Ignatius Ajuru University of Education Library, Rivers State, Nigeria. A descriptive survey research design was adopted. Three research questions guided the study. The population of the study comprised 414 registered postgraduate students. A simple random sampling technique was used to determine the sample size, which is 120 students, representing 30% of the total population. The questionnaire was the instrument used for data collection. Data were analyzed with frequency counts, simple percentages, and Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 23 was used to generate the mean and standard deviation. The findings revealed that the majority of the postgraduate students used the library information resources occasionally and that the students mostly used e-books, theses/dissertations projects, government publications, and print and e-journals. Lastly, the study established that the majority of the postgraduate students are not satisfied with the available library information resources provided by the Ignatius Ajuru University of Education. Based on the findings, the researchers recommended that the library management should provide current and relevant information resources in the library to encourage users to effectively use the library resources and services. The library should also implement strategic policies that will enhance effective service delivery.

The Influence of Online Service Quality, Online Trust, and Electronic Word of Mouth on Online Hotel Reservation Decisions in Tiket.Com in DKI Jakarta

This study aims to determine the effect of Online Service Quality, Online Trust, Electronic Word Of Mouth on online hotel reservation decisions at tiket.com in DKI Jakarta. The sample in this study were 100 respondents who had made online hotel reservation transactions at least 2 times using tiket.com. This study uses primary data with data collection methods through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique uses inferential analysis with multiple linear regression and uses the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 25.0 program. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis, using the t test where online service quality (X1) has a positive and significant effect on reservation decisions with a score of 3.082 > 1.984. Online Trust (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Behavioral Intention with a score of 3.155 > 1.984 and E-Wom (X3) has a positive and significant effect on Behavioral Intention with a score of 2.057 > 1.984. So it can be concluded that online service quality, online trust, and electronic word of mouth have a positive effect on reservation decisions.

Service Quality, Trust as a Moderating Variable, Security and Perceived Risk of Purchasing Decisions at Shopee

Abstract. Introduction. Consumers should also carefully consider the purchase of a product online, as online buying and selling cannot be separated from the issue of risk. This phenomenon mainly results from the fact that most transactions between sellers and buyers are conducted over the internet, where fraud, lack of privacy, delivery risk, and lack of quality assurance of goods are commonplace. Purpose. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence by understanding and analyzing the impact of service quality with trust as a moderating variable on purchasing decisions, the impact of service quality on purchasing decisions, the impact of safety on purchasing decisions, and the impact of perceived risk on purchasing decisions at Shopee. This study used a sample of 160 18- year-old male and female residents of South Sumatra who had used the Shopee application-selected using a sampling technique for a specific purpose. The research was analyzed using descriptive statistical methods with data on the frequency of respondents' responses regarding the given variables and Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). Results. Results of the study indicating that the trust variable significantly moderates the effect of service quality on purchasing decisions, service quality influences a positive effect on purchasing decisions, and security has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Conclusions. Trust significantly moderates the effect of service quality on purchasing decisions at Shopee. Service quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Shopee. Security has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Shopee. Perceived risk has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Shopee.

The Effect of Scout Extracurricular Activities in Mathematics Learning Outcomes on Students Class XI at Wahidiyah Senior High School

Extracurricular activities are activities outside of standard curriculum practice hours that are carried out to help to teach participants to improve their abilities according to their abilities and interests. Some problems arise at Wahidiyah Senior High School, students who are active in exploring non-academic activities such as Scout extracurricular activities often give up their academic needs in terms of learning outcomes. This research intends to identify the impact of extracurricular activities on the results of mathematics practice for students in class XI at Wahidiyah Senior High School. This research uses a quantitative approach with 2 variables namely scout extracurricular activities (), and students' practice results (). The population in this research is students of class XI for the academic year 2021 – 2022 at Wahidiyah Senior High School with a total of 198 students. The method of collecting data in this research was purposive sampling. Data was collected using questionnaires with Likert's ratios. Data analysis in this method experiments with a classic assumption experiment using a normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test. The information analysis method in this research uses simple regression analysis, and experimental F analysis to respond to assumptions with the encouragement of IBM SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 25.0 for Windows. The results of the information analysis are as follows: (1) Extra-curricular activities affect the mathematics learning outcomes of students in class XI Wahidiyah Senior High School. Scout extracurricular activities can explain learning outcomes by 90% and the remaining 10% is explained by other variables that are not studied in this research

New Onset Multiple Sclerosis Post-COVID-19 Vaccination and Correlation With Possible Predictors in a Case-Control Study.

Various inflammatory diseases have been associated with the administration of various vaccines. Several reports have associated vaccine administration with the demyelinating diseases of the central nervous system (CNS). However, no clear or strong scientific evidence exists to support the association of vaccine administration with the onset of demyelinating diseases. Some CNS demyelination diseases such as acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (ADEM) and neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders (NMOSD) were reported following the administration of COVID-19 vaccines. In this study, new onset multiple sclerosis (MS) following COVID-19 vaccine administration was reported. In this longitudinal observational case-control study, a total of 65 participants were studied, who were divided into two groups. Group A included 32 MS patients who were diagnosed post-COVID-19 vaccine administration and group B included 33 participants who received COVID-19 vaccines and did not develop MS. Group B was used as a control. The Chi-square test and logistic regression analysis were carried out using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) (IBM SPSS Statistics for Windows, Armonk, NY)software. Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed and a significant correlation between the risk factors and the development of MS post-COVID-19 vaccination was identified. The risk factors, identified in this study, can be used as significant independent predictors for developing MS post-COVID-19 vaccinations.

The Influence of Transformational Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at Religious Court Office Sinjai District

This study aims to find out how the influence of transformational leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at the Sinjai District Religious Court Office. The population and this study were 40 employees of the Sinjai District Religious Court. Data collection was carried out using the method of interviews, documentation and distribution of questionnaires.
