Analysis of Applying the Read Answer Discussion Explain and Create (RADEC) Model in Learning to Write Narrative Essays at the Grade V Students of Osi Island State Elementary School

The learning model and learning materials are one unit that is implemented together at the same time. Choosing the suitable learning model that suits the material for writing narrative essays can help students improve their writing skills. The RADEC learning model (read, answer, discuss, explain, and create) is a learning model that helps teachers in the learning process. This model not only improves students' writing skills in elementary school but also increases writing creativity and encourages students to be able to produce narrative essays. This research aims to describe the application of the RADEC model in learning and students' ability to write narrative essays. The study employs a descriptive qualitative research method. The research results show that applying the RADEC model in teaching writing in the classroom can help students write narrative essays and improve students writing skills. This result was achieved by implementing the RADEC model steps: the teacher provides a reading text containing several questions for students to read and answer; after that, students discuss; next, they present the results of the discussion; and students write narrative essays. The results of applying the RADEC model in learning to write narrative essays show that the ability to write narrative essays of 20 5th-grade students at SD Negeri Pulau Osi was in a good category. The Effect Of Leadership Style, Organizational Climate, And Academic Supervision On The Performance Of State Elementary School Teachers In Sumowono District, Semarang Regency

The purpose of this study is to: 1) determine and analyze the influence of leadership style on teacher performance. 2) determine and analyze the influence of organizational climate on teacher performance. 3) determine and analyze academic supervision on teacher performance. 4) determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational climate, and academic supervision on teacher performance. The research approach used is quantitative. This type of research uses correlational research. The population of this study was 202 teachers and the research sample was 134 teachers. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study was descriptive data analysis, prerequisite tests including normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, linearity tests and hypothesis tests including simple and multiple linear regression. The results showed that: 1) the correlation between leadership style and teacher performance was 0.938. the influence of leadership style on teacher performance was 88.0%, 2) the correlation between organizational climate and teacher performance was 0.858. the influence of organizational climate on teacher performance is 73.6%, 3) the correlation between academic supervision on teacher performance is 0.798. the influence of academic supervision on teacher performance is 63.8%, 4) the correlation between leadership style, organizational climate, and academic supervision on teacher performance is 0.905. the influence of leadership style, organizational climate, and academic supervision on teacher performance is 90.5%. The conclusion of this study is that leadership style, organizational climate, and academic supervision on teacher performance are 0.905 or 90.5 % . The author suggests that teachers evaluate and develop learning, then teachers can also attend training and seminars in order to improve teacher performance

Penerapan Media Ular Tangga untuk Meningkatkan Pemahaman Siswa dalam Mata Pelajaran PKN Kelas V SDN Timbang

This study aims to measure the influence of snake and ladder media development in PKN learning on students' learning understanding in theme 2 of rights and obligations material in class V of SDN Timbang. This study uses a type of Quasi Exerimental Design research with a posttest-only control group design. In this study, the population is all students in grade V of SDN Timbang in Cigandamekar district, while the sample is 21 students in class VA and 22 in class V-B. The average posttest results in the control class were 69, and the average score in the experimental class was 86. The average experimental class increased by 12.05. Based on the results of the calculation using SPSS 29.00, it is known that the tcount value (3,111) > ttable (2,073) and the significance value of 0.003 < 0.05, it can be concluded that the use of snake and ladder media in PKN learning has an effect on the learning understanding of grade V students at Timbang State Elementary School, Cigandamekar District, Kuningan Regency

Assessment of basic locomotor movement skills of elementary school students using TGMD-2

Introduction. Basic movement is the foundation of human behavior and helps young children to learn new skills in other areas. A child can actively move and exercise if they have basic movement skills. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the real condition of children’s movement skills, especially lower grade elementary school children. This can be used as a reference to prevent undesirable outcomes, such as the onset of obesity in children. Method. This study is a Pre-experimental design conducted to assess basic movement abilities in learning activities of eight locomotor movements, namely walking, running, hopping, jumping, galloping, sliding, skipping, and leaping by means of observation through motion observation instruments using the Gross Motor Development 2 (TGMD-2) Test approach.The subjects of this study were 42 students from Pilahan public elementary school, including 14 students from grade 1, 14 from grade 2, and 14 from grade 3. Results. The research found that among the 42 lower grade students of Pilahan State Elementary School, 12 students scored below average, 14 students scored moderately, and 16 students scored above average. Conclusion. Thus, it is expected that this data can be used as a basis for evaluating students who have not scored above average. This data is also expected to serve as a reference for further research on the issue of lower grade elementary school students with below-average basic movement skills.

Guru Inovatif dan Kreatif Berbasis Kearifan Lokal Menggunakan Aplikasi CANVA

Innovative and creative teachers can be trained through socialization and training activities for teachers. This activity aims to expand teacher knowledge and improve teacher skills in utilizing technology through the preparation and creation of teaching materials using the Canva application. The community service activities carried out by the PKM team of the Superior Human Resources Supporting Lecturer Program (PDPSU) at the State Elementary School located at Jl. Jawa 01, PAHANDUT, Pahandut District, Palangka Raya City, Central Kalimantan Province, have several stages, namely (1) Participation method, namely the community service team actively participates in providing knowledge socialization activities to teachers regarding the important role of teaching materials in learning, then material on how to utilize technology through the Canva application and link it to local wisdom; (2) Survey method, namely distributing questionnaires to training participants before and after implementation, as well as a satisfaction survey of community service partners and (3) Training, namely the community service team provides skills training to teachers to create teaching materials in the form of animated folk tales using the Canva application; (4) Activity Evaluation. This community service activity aims to produce innovative and creative teachers in compiling interesting teaching materials based on local wisdom. The Relationship between Breakfast Habits and Learning Concentration of Elementary School Students

Breakfast habit is an activity of eating and drinking in the morning before activities carried out > 4 times in one week. Although breakfast has an important role in supporting activities, many school children do not or rarely have breakfast. This study aims to analyze the relationship between breakfast habits and learning concentration of elementary school students at Kedungcangkring State Elementary School 1. This study used a type of quantitative research with a cross sectional research design. The population in this study amounted to 66 students and the sample amounted to 35 respondents using purposive sampling. The measuring instruments used were questionnaires and grid concentration tests. The analysis used is spearman rank correlation. The results showed that all had good and sufficient breakfast habits. More than half of the students have good and sufficient learning concentration. The results of cross tabulation showed that out of 35 respondents more than half of the students had good breakfast habits with good concentration (54.39%). The statistical test results show a significant value of p-value = 0,000 (<0,05) with a value of r=0.865 which means there is a relationship between breakfast habits and learning concentration of elementary school students at Kedungcangkring State Elementary School 1. It is hoped that this research can be a guideline for institutions in providing counseling on the importance of breakfast for school children and for parents to always provide breakfast with different menus every day.

Implementasi Numerasi pada Sekolah Penggerak di Sekolah Dasar

This research aims to describe the implementation of numeracy in driving schools in elementary schools. This research was carried out at State Elementary School 198/I Pasar Baru in the odd semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. Research data was obtained through observation, interviews and document study. The research subjects in this study were school principals, teachers and students. Test the validity of the data using triangulation. The results of this research show that the strategies used by teachers in improving numeracy skills in class V of State Elementary School 198/I Pasar Baru are consistent with literature which emphasizes the importance of strategies in achieving numeracy learning objectives.

The Impact of Work Environment, Motivasion, and Work Discipline on Teacher Performance

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the work environment, motivation and work environment on the performance of state elementary school teachers. The data used in this study is primary data obtained from distributing online questionnaires using google forms. Data collection uses a random sampling technique with the Slovin formula so that a sample of 66 teachers was obtained as if the country was the basis as respondents. The analysis tool in this study is by using SPSS software version 26. Specifically, the work environment variable has a significant positive effect on performance, the motivation variable has a significant positive effect on performance, the work discipline variable has a significant positive effect on performance and the work environment variable, motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of state elementary school teachers in Sedan District, Rembang Regency. The determination coefficient test stated that the independent variable had an influence of 48.2% on the performance while the remaining 51.8% was influenced by other variables outside the study

Analysis of the Use of Educational Game Media for Science Subjects on Digestive System Material

Educational games are games that are used in the learning process, as a form of technology adaptation in the world of education to help teachers improve the learning process in the classroom. Researchers conducted research with the aim of analyzing the use of educational game media during learning; analyze the impact of using educational game media; how important educational game media is in class V science and science learning at Japeledok State Elementary School. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. This research was carried out at SDN Japeledok, Pancur District, Rembang Regency. SDN Japeledok has a total of 11 class V students consisting of 7 boys and 4 girls. The data taken from this research are observations, questionnaires, interviews and documentation using triangulation techniques. The results obtained from this research are the use of educational game media in Japeledok Elementary School that have been implemented by class teachers are Wordwall and Quizizz; The impact given after implementing educational game media is an interactive and fun learning experience, training students' thinking skills, increasing interest and motivation to learn, and making students more active in the learning process in class. Overall, educational games have had a lot of positive impacts on students and teachers. Judging from the impact this educational game has, it has an important role in implementing learning. Educational game media not only provides an interesting alternative in education, but also opens up new opportunities to improve the quality of learning and learning experiences for various types of learners.

The Effect of Word Square Learning Model on Elementary School Students' IPAS Learning Outcomes

This study aims to determine the effect of word square learning model on IPAS learning outcomes of fifth grade elementary school students of Lemahduhur II State Elementary School. This research is a type of quantitative research with a pre-experimental research design with a one group pretest-posttest model. The population used in this study were all students at SD Negeri Lemahduhur II as many as 194 students. The sample taken consisted of 25 students. The technique of collecting research data with Purposive Sampling. Technical data analysis to test the hypothesis was carried out by calculating descriptive and inferential statistics. The data was obtained from the pretest posttest results. The results of hypothesis testing, there is a significant difference between pretest and posttest. This is obtained by the sig value. (2-tailed) for the test is 0.000 <0.05 then H0 is rejected. So with this hypothesis test shows that there is a positive and significant influence between the word square learning models on the learning outcomes of IPAS elementary school students.

The Effect of the Think Talk Write Type Cooperative Learning Model Assisted by Kosica Media on the Science Learning Outcomes of Grade IV Students of Balfai Kupang Tengah State Elementary School

Science learning aims to make students understand science concepts, have process skills, have an interest in studying the environment and be able to apply science concepts in daily life. However, there are still many students who do not understand the material and have not reached the KKM score. This can happen because the learning model used is still conventional and the use of learning media is not effective. Therefore, the researcher uses a think talk write type cooperative learning model assisted by KOSICA media to be able to improve science learning outcomes. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the think talk write (TTW) type cooperative learning model assisted by KOSICA media on the learning outcomes of science students in grade IV of Balfai Kupang Tengah State Elementary School. This type of research uses a Quasi experimental design in the form of a nonequivalent control group design, with a sample of 53 students and data collection techniques using observation and multiple-choice test questions. The data was analyzed using hypothesis tests and t-tests. The results of the study showed that the average post test of the experimental class and the control class. The results of this study show that the average post test of the experimental class and the control class using the hypothesis test is 85.37 > 60.77 with a difference of 24.6. The value of sig. (2-tailed) t-test for equality of means of o,ooo < 0.05 meaning Ha is accepted and HO is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the use of the think talk write (TTW) type cooperative learning model assisted by KOSICA media on the learning outcomes of science students in grade IV of SD Negeri Balfai Kupang Tengah.

PELATIHAN EKSTRAKURIKULER TARI KREASI DALAM MEMBENTUK SIKAP PERCAYA DIRI SISWA OLEH KAMPUS MENGAJAR 7 DI SDN 50 CAKRANEGARA

Abstrct. Extracurricular dance is a very important activity to build students' self-confidence and sense of responsibility at the 50 Cakranegara State Elementary School. With extracurricular activities, they are able to express themselves through dance movements and musical rhythms so that students' self-confidence can develop. The research method used is the PALS approach (Paraticcipatory action learning system). The data collection was obtained based on observations in grades 4 and 5 as well as notes while in the field. The results of the research showed that children in grades 4 and 5 who took part in dance extracurricular activities and received dance instruction appeared to have a confident attitude. This is demonstrated by several factors, including responsibility and self-confidence. Aspect of self-confidence: students who are always confident and self-confident seem to have a firm stance, drive and joy, which can be seen in every action they take. The ability to fulfill obligations and fulfill commitments is a measure of responsibility. The Effect of Three-Dimensional Media and Learning Interest to Improve Learning Outcomes of Environmental Appearance Material Reviewed from the Learning Styles of Grade IV Students of State Elementary School 2 Ketanon Tulungagung

Three-dimensional media is a suitable media used in accordance with the level of development of children aged 7-10 years, a period where children think concretely in accordance with reality. Three-dimensional media can be used in learning so that student interest in learning can increase and have an impact on student learning outcomes. In terms of student learning styles, three-dimensional media can contribute to improving student learning outcomes. The research approach taken is a quantitative research approach using the analysis that will be used to test this hypothesis is path analysis to regularly measure the effect of three-dimensional media and learning interest to improve learning outcomes in terms of student learning styles, especially in understanding the material of Indonesia's natural appearance. Path analysis research is a technique for analyzing the causal relationship that occurs if the independent variable affects the dependent variable not directly, but also indirectly. The results of the study state that: (1) Three-dimensional media has a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes as evidenced by the sig value of 0.857 which is greater than 0.05 (2) Learning Interest has a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes as evidenced by the sig value of 0.599 which is greater than 0.05 (3) Three-dimensional media has a positive and significant effect on student learning styles as evidenced by the sig value of 0.082 which is greater than 0.05 (5 ) Learning interests have a positive and significant effect on student learning styles as evidenced by the sig value of 0.206 which is greater than 0.05 (5) Student learning styles can improve learning outcomes as evidenced by the sig value of 0.322 which is greater than 0.05. Increasing Interest In Reading Through the School Literacy Movement Program in Class IV State Elementary School 27 Pontianak Timur

This study aims to determine the implementation of GLS in Class IV State Elementary School Negeri 27 East Pontianak through the application of GLS principles and its impact on students' interest in reading. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques of observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of GLS at Class IV State Elementary School Negeri 27 East Pontianak was carried out through reading habit 15 minutes before lessons, providing reading materials at school, teachers giving reading examples, and students forming reading study groups. However, the utilization of technology in GLS has not been maximized. The positive impact of GLS on students' reading interest is characterized by an increase in the number of library visits and students actively reading outside of class hours. Lack of facilities such as a narrow reading room is an obstacle. Based on the results of the study, strategies are needed to improve the implementation of GLS through the utilization of technology and improvement of supporting facilities. This aims to realize a sustainable literacy culture at Class IV State Elementary School Negeri 27 East Pontianak.

Meningkatkan Kreativitas Belajar pada Pembelajaran PAKBP dengan Model PBL Fase C Kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 11 Paat Kecamatan Embaloh Hulu

This research aims to increase the learning creativity of class V students in the subject of Catholic Religious Education and Character (PAKBP) through the application of the Phase C Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. PBL was chosen because it encourages students to be more active in solving real problems, thinking critically, and develop creativity. This classroom action research was carried out at the Paat 11 State Elementary School, Embaloh Hulu District, with a focus on the material "The Holy Spirit Strengthens the Hearts of the Apostles". The research results show that the application of the Phase C PBL model can increase students' creativity in understanding and applying the values ​​of Catholic teachings in everyday life. Apart from that, this method also succeeded in increasing learning motivation and student involvement in learning. Thus, PBL Phase C is effective in improving the quality of PAKBP learning and can be used as an alternative learning model to enrich student creativity.

Optimalisasi Manajemen Kinerja Guru dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan Islam

Good teacher performance has a positive impact on the quality of learning, as reflected in students' academic achievements. This study aims to analyze the school's efforts to improve teacher performance, identify the challenges faced, and evaluate professional development programs. Using a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, the research was conducted through observations, interviews, and document studies at Sompokan Seyegan State Elementary School, Yogyakarta. The data processing involved condensation, presentation, and conclusion drawing, while ensuring data validity through triangulation and confirmability. The findings indicate that optimizing teacher performance requires skill adjustment and training to align with the "Merdeka Belajar" curriculum. The principal encourages teachers to participate in workshops and webinars to enhance their performance. However, challenges arise from limited collaboration with other institutions, low participation in training, and reliance on independent resources such as YouTube videos. Misconceptions about the scope of teachers' duties, along with inadequate facilities and infrastructure, also pose challenges to improving the quality of education.

Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Pendidikan Agama Katolik Melalui Model PBL pada Siswa SD Negeri Jagalan Surakarta

This research aims to determine the increase in cognitive and affective learning outcomes in the dimensions of personal and creative morals through the PBL model for students at Jagalan State Elementary School, Surakarta. This type of research is classroom action research with research steps namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection in each cycle. This research consists of two cycles. The research location was at Jagalan Surakarta State Elementary School for class IV students with material on the Ten Commandments of God as a Guide to Life. The research was carried out in September 2024. Data collection techniques used learning outcomes tests and affective observation rubrics. The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive techniques. From the research results, there was an increase in cognitive learning outcomes of 27.5% in the Proficient criteria and 12.5% ​​in the Capable criteria. Affective learning outcomes using the PBL learning model have been proven to improve the affective learning outcomes of students at Jagalan Surakarta State Elementary School on the Ten Commandments of Allah as a Guide to Life. The results of the increase can be seen from the number of students in cycle I who were 100% in the Eligible criteria and in cycle II there was a significant change, namely 67.5% were in the proficient criteria and 37.5% were in the proficient criteria.

Nowadays, Critical Thinking plays a significant role and totally needed because it is closely related to the improvement of Profile Pelajar Pancasila as one of the Indonesian educational goals. It helps students to understand and prefer to be a selective person in giving and taking information, and it also makes the students become wiser in taking a decision based on Pancasila values. In fact, it is still found that there are many elementary school students' critical thinking abilities are still low. The purpose in doing this research is in order to know the effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) method to assisted cardboard puppet learning media on the result of learning and critical thinking skills in the subject of Catholic Religious Education and Character (PAKBP) about "The Ten Commandments of God as a Guide to Life" for grade 4th students, Phase B at Panggung Lor Elementary School, Semarang City. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The population in this research is 12 students grade IV at Panggung Lor Elementary School, Semarang City, in the 1st semester academic year of 2024-2025.In analyzing the data, the researcher used descriptive analysis. It includes the results of observations of students' critical thinking skill in the PAKBP learning process using the PBL method of assisted cardboard puppet learning media and test data result of students' learning.The results of observations of student activities are analyzed descriptively using percentage statistics. The results of the research show that the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) with the help of cardboard puppets can improve learning outcomes and critical thinking abilities of students in the subject of Catholic Religious Education and Character Class IV, Phase B at Panggung Lor State Elementary School, Semarang City.

Case study: problem-based learning model for soccer basic movement skills and learning activity

Background: The education curriculum is developed to prepare students to gain comprehensive experiences and life skills. Learning effectiveness, especially in physical education, depends on the teacher's ability to choose the right learning strategies, models and methods. However, problems often faced in the learning process include lack of student attention, teacher dominance in the learning process, and passive learning tendencies. The Problem-Based Learning (PBL) learning model emerged as a potential approach to address these issues and improve the quality of learning. Study Objectives: This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) learning model in improving the basic soccer movement skills and learning activities of elementary school students in the context of physical education. Materials and Methods: This study used a pseudo-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The research subjects comprised 24 fifth-grade Krakitan State Elementary School, Klaten Regency students. The research instruments included basic soccer skills tests (dribbling and short passes) and student learning activity observation sheets. Data were analyzed using paired samples t-test to determine the effect of learning with the PBL model on primary skills of playing football and student learning activities. Results: The study revealed a substantial enhancement in both the basic soccer skills and student learning activities following the implementation of the PBL model. The average basic soccer skills score surged from 99.0833 in the pretest to 109.0417 in the posttest, marking a notable increase of 9.9584 points. Similarly, student learning activities showed a commendable rise, with the mean score climbing from 3.0833 at the start of the treatment to 4.3750 at the end, indicating a significant increase of 1.2917 points. Statistical analysis using paired samples t-test confirmed the significance of these improvements, with the calculated t values for basic soccer skills (6.89943) and learning activities (7.369) both surpassing the t table value (2.069). Conclusion: In conclusion, this study affirms the effectiveness of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model in enhancing students' basic soccer movement skills and learning activities in the context of physical education at the primary school level. The substantial improvements in both the technical ability to play soccer and in students' active engagement in the learning process underscore the potential of PBL as a potent learning strategy for physical education. These findings not only underscore the importance of problem-based learning approaches in enhancing physical skills but also in fostering students' cognitive and social engagement in the learning process, thereby making a significant contribution to the field of physical education.
