QR Based Food Ordering System including Sentimental Analysis

Abstract: Ordering food directly has never been easier for the customers. This all-in-one QR Menu solution is for simplifying the food ordering process for customers and streamlining operations for businesses in the food service industry. The system offers the capability to upgrade for online food delivery through various digital channels, including websites and social media platforms, with a backend CRM facilitating the management of special customer requests. The primary target is quick-service restaurants, kiosks, takeout establishments, and food delivery services and the platform eliminates the need for customers to download additional mobile applications. By easily integrating with any POS system and supporting credit card payments, it provides a proper solution for online ordering and payment processing. Also, this platform combines sentiment analysis to understand customer preferences and easily make personalized menu suggestions and ranking of food items. This feature helps in enhancing the overall customer experience by offering specific recommendations based on individual tastes and preferences. Also, the system has user-friendly management tools for QR code generation and customization, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of QR code readers and scanning devices. The in-built QR code generator provides unique QR codes. As a cloudbased solution, it offers scalability and easy management of online menus, and allows businesses to list their offerings on various marketplaces. This system has unique capabilities in providing a seamless and integrated solution for online food ordering, payment processing, and customer engagement in the food service industry.

Utilization, Expenditure, and Treatment Patterns Associated With Calcitonin Gene-Related Peptide Monoclonal Antibodies Reimbursed Subject to a Managed Access Protocol in Ireland

ObjectivesCalcitonin gene-related peptide monoclonal antibodies (CGRP mAbs) are novel high-cost treatments for the prevention of migraine. This study presents data on utilization, expenditure, and treatment patterns with CGRP mAbs available under a managed access protocol in Ireland, to a cohort of treatment refractory patients (failed 3 or more previous treatments) with chronic migraine. MethodsData were extracted from the Primary Care Reimbursement Service High Tech claims database and special drug request online system and analyzed using Microsoft Excel and SAS. Treatment persistence was evaluated by refill patterns, and adherence was evaluated using the proportion of days covered method. Expenditure data were extracted directly from the database. ResultsBetween September 1, 2021 and April 30, 2023, 1517 applications for reimbursement approval for a CGRP mAb were received; 1458 (96.1%) were approved for reimbursement. Total expenditure on CGRP mAbs in year 1 (September 1, 2021 to August 31, 2022) was €3.2 million. The majority of patients initiated treatment with fremanezumab (60.8%) or erenumab (37.1%). Almost 90% of patients were considered adherent, and treatment persistence was high, with more than 75% of patients receiving more than 12 months of treatment in our 18-month study time frame. ConclusionsThis study demonstrates the importance of active health technology management, after reimbursement, in enabling cost-effective use of high-cost treatments while providing budget certainty for the healthcare payer. High levels of adherence and persistence suggest that treatment is successfully targeted in situations which unmet clinical need is greatest.

Abstract 7315: Collaboration between NIDCR and NCI promotes innovative research in head and neck cancers

Abstract The Oral and Salivary Cancer Biology Program at National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research (NIDCR) supports research activities that improve early detection and treatment of cancers of the oral cavity, pharynx, and salivary glands. We promote basic science research on the regulatory pathways and transformation process of pre-cancerous lesions to primary and metastatic tumors, as well as translational science activities to develop novel technologies and therapeutics for the diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment of cancers. NIDCR and National Cancer Institute (NCI) have established long-term collaborations to promote and co-manage awards funded through The Immuno-Oncology Translational Network (IOTN) of the Cancer Moonshot program, Specialized Programs of Research Excellence (SPOREs), and Early Detection Research Network (EDRN) program. NIDCR and NCI have co-developed Notice of Special Interest (NOSI) and Request for Application (RFA) on Advancing Head and Neck Cancer Early Detection Research (AHEAD), which co-funded seven research projects to discover and develop molecular signatures of early detection and diagnosis of HPV positive and negative head and neck cancer (HNC). To further strengthen NIDCR and NCI collaboration, we jointly organized the symposium to promote HNC early detection and biomarker identification at the American Head and Neck Society (AHNS) 11th International Conference on Head and Neck Cancer in July 2023. In addition, NIDCR has organized a symposium to promote HNC research at the 2024 annual meeting of American Association for Dental, Oral, and Craniofacial Research (AADOCR) to celebrate the 75th anniversary of NIDCR. This AADOCR symposium will feature the collaboration between NIDCR with NCI in the Cancer Moonshot program focusing on immunoprevention and immunotherapy, HNC early detection and biomarker research in AHEAD and EDRN, and investigation of HPV positive and negative HNC and clinical translational research under SPORE. At this 2024 AACR annual meeting, NIDCR and NCI program directors will present the collaborations and funding opportunities between NIDCR and NCI, focusing on early cancer detections and biomarker discovery and validation. Collaboration between NIDCR with NCI provides a unique opportunity to promote basic, translational, and clinical research in advancing HNC early detection to benefit cancer patients. On the Benefits of Vulnerability Data Consolidation in Application Security

This research aims to build upon a conceptual idea of consolidating all application security vulnerability data from monitoring, detection, and discovery tools into a physical system that allows for convergence of observation and response to an event that is a threat. Multiple application security testing and monitoring tools are deployed at different layers of an application architecture and capture activities that occur at that layer. This multi-layer data capture is disconnected without any analysis of data lineage from the externally exposed web attack surface to deep down into the application and data layers. It is only through this data consolidation can one provide a reliable statistical analysis of correlating multiple vulnerability information and synthesize an attack pattern and predict possible events accurately. The benefits of such a system are discussed in this paper that includes how one can organize the data, identifying temporal and spatial correlation of events, focusing on specific web requests that point to a specific vulnerability, and formulating a fast response to such events. Advantages of integrating with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR/XSOAR), Extended Detection Response (XDR) are briefly discussed. The analysis can be further used to develop a predictive system using deep learning (DL) techniques using correlation of application security vulnerability information.

Локальні студії радянського повсякдення: досвід, уроки, виклики

The purpose of the article is an attempt to analyze the results of the activities of domestic researchers of the history of Soviet everyday life (historians, ethnologists, cultural scientists, anthropologists, sociologists, art critics), which were presented at seven all-Ukrainian scientific and theoretical seminars of the series «Everyday Life: Visions and Meanings», held at Vinnytsia State Pedagogical University M. Kotsyubynskyi during 2015-2023. The research methodology is based on a combination of general scientific, special-historical and interdisciplinary methods and tools of socio-cultural analysis. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the fact that it attempts a primary (self) analysis and generalization of the local experience of the problematization of the Soviet past through the lens of everyday life. Conclusion. The initiative of the scientists of the Center for the Study of Everyday History of the Faculty of Vinnytsia Pedagogical University was launched in the context of the beginning of Russian aggression as a response to the request for an in-depth historical-anthropological and socio-cultural study of the (un)completed Soviet past through the visions and meanings of the life world of an ordinary Soviet person. Researchers of leading scientific institutions and higher educational institutions of Ukraine actively responded to the proposal of a scientific and theoretical dialogue between specialists. Some summaries of the journey can be expressed in several theses. First, the choice of topics for each subsequent seminar was not arbitrary. It is determined, on the one hand, by specific public requests and the professional readiness of researchers, and on the other hand, it arose from the specific interdisciplinary work of each previous seminar. Secondly, in Ukraine as result, a stable core of qualified researchers of the Soviet past from various scientific fields has formed, to which new generations of researchers are interested. Systematic scientific dialogues contributed to the expansion of the subject field of Soviet everyday life, deepened and improved the methodology of its study, significantly for the development of an adequate understanding and interpretation of the Soviet past.

Facilitating an ecosystem approach through open data and information packaging

Abstract Open data that can be easily incorporated into analyses are essential for developing ecosystem approaches to marine ecological management: a common goal in fisheries policy in many countries. Although it is not always clear what constitutes an ecosystem approach, it always involves scientists working with a large variety of data and information, including data from physical and oceanographic sampling, multispecies surveys, and other sources describing human pressures. This can be problematic for analysts because these data, even when available, are often held in disparate datasets that do not necessarily correspond at appropriate temporal and spatial scales. Data can often only be obtained by specific requests to individuals in governmental agencies who are delivering on an increasing number of data requests as interest grows in practical ecosystem approach implementation. This data access model is not sustainable and hinders the momentum for ecosystem approach development. We describe a data bundling R package that makes data and climate projections available at appropriate scales to facilitate development of an ecosystem approach for the Gulf of St. Lawrence, Canada. This approach integrates closely with the present workflow of most government analysts, academics in fisheries, and scientists in private industry. The approach conforms with open data initiatives and makes data easily available globally while relieving some of the burden of data provision that can fall to some individuals in government laboratories. The structure and approach are generic, adaptable, and transferable to other regions and jurisdictions.

The platform's primary features include comprehensive user profiles, a secure messaging system enabling direct communication between mentors and mentees, and an intuitive appointment scheduling mechanism. Mentors can showcase their expertise and availability, while mentees can search for mentors based on specific criteria and request appointments at their convenience. The project delves into the technological and design considerations essential for the platform's success, emphasizing the significance of a secure messaging system, personalized user experiences, efficient appointment scheduling, and reliable data privacy measures. National customs legislation adaptation to EU requirements in the context of eastern partnership policy development

The research relevance is determined by the need to assess Georgia’s trade relations and customs activities in terms of their compliance with European requirements. The study aims to identify areas in the field of customs control that require further legislative regulation and harmonisation with EU legislation. The study employed the following research methods: analysis of statistical data on trade activity; comparison – to compare indicators of unrealised export potential between countries; graphical – to display the results; and generalisation – to summarise the information in line with EU requirements. The study determined the dynamics of Georgia’s trade and economic activities with the EU; assessed the use of export potential with different EU countries; and substantiated the effectiveness and efficiency of Georgia’s customs control reforms. The need to adapt the customs legislation to the common EU requirements is proved and the directions of specific measures for further improvement of customs activities are identified: application of transit (improvements to the guarantee management system are needed); control of sanctioned goods at the border (to speed up the EU’s response to specific requests); risk management system (to establish systematic internal and interagency information exchange); tax authorities (reorganisation and increase of profitability); customs protection of intellectual property rights. This will help bring Georgia’s economy closer to the EU economic area. The expediency of improving the quality of education and increasing public spending in this area has been substantiated, which will contribute to the professionalism of economic reforms. Convergent Liberal Education in the Era of Climate Crisis : Using Climate Science, Earth System Science/Environmental Science, Climate History as Cornerstones

As Latour explicitly expressed it, climate acts across all of our modes of existence from the political to the moral. For this reason, the climate liberal education in our era of climate crisis should be a convergent liberal education based upon a pluralism of knowledge. Considering this special request of climate liberal education, this paper proposed to design a transdisciplinary course using climate science, earth system science/environmental science, and climate history as core modules. Each module can have a different weight, location, and relation depending on the character and interests of the instructors and students. First of all, climate science is taken as a fundamental knowledge, because understanding climate requires both a deep level of holistic thinking and at least a basic level of climate literacy. Secondly, earth system science and environmental science as an extensive knowledge is required in order to understand the current climate crisis in the more comprehensive context of the Anthropocene. Lastly, climate history is chosen as consilience knowledge in order to integrate climate science and earth system science/environmental science, and to encourage more ambitious climate action.

An unanticipated case of B‐cell lymphoma, presenting as skin bruises, detected incidentally during initial sonography

AbstractIntroductionLymphomas are cancers of lymphatic origins, commonly presenting as a painless swelling of the lymph gland (adenopathy). Lymphomas are broadly categorised into Hodgkin and Non‐Hodgkin lymphoma. This report aims to present an unexpected case of B‐cell lymphoma that presented as skin bruises, incidentally detected on ultrasound as a nonspecific retroperitoneal mass.Case PresentationA 75‐year‐old female presented with a vaccine‐induced flare of her known Immune Thrombocytopenic Purpura (ITP). An initial ultrasound scan requested to examine her spleen revealed a right retroperitoneal abnormality affecting the adjacent right kidney and IVC. A subsequent triple‐phase contrast‐enhanced computed tomography (CT) scan revealed a large infiltrative mass involving the right kidney extending across the midline to the right of the patient's abdominal aorta. Lymphoma was suspected. Immunohistochemistry analysis of the CT‐guided biopsy samples revealed the presence of CD5‐negative low‐grade B‐cell lymphoma.DiscussionThis report presents a unique case of B‐cell lymphoma that manifested as skin bruises.Although ultrasound is not the gold standard imaging modality to test for lymphoma in the abdomen, it is imperative that ultrasound practitioners continue to complete a thorough abdominal ultrasound, even when specific organ requests are made, as in this case report. Ultrasound has a role in the detection of clinically asymptomatic incidental abdominal masses.ConclusionIt is important that a targeted ultrasound examination is avoided for patients with no recent imaging history within the department. This case highlights the importance of thorough ultrasound scanning to avoid missing incidental abnormalities as opposed to an organ‐specific targeted scanning.

The Abu Dhabi Document: A Potential Cornerstone for Islamic-Christian Dialogue in Italian Educational Contexts

In Italy, the migratory phenomenon has also had an impact on the school system, becoming an interesting potential field for intercultural and inter-religious encounters. As regards, for instance, the presence of pupils and students and their families of Islamic faith, very frequently, emphasis is placed almost exclusively on specific issues and requests, such as exemption from the teaching of the Catholic religion or specific diet. On the other hand, we rarely discuss how the presence of diverse faiths can create a unique opportunity for mutual knowledge to spread and promote the “culture of encounter”. In fact, engagement with religious others is an unavoidable duty, both pedagogical and civic. Therefore, starting from an analysis of pedagogical-educational aspects of the Document on Human Fraternity for World Peace and Living Together, the aim of this article is to outline a rethinking of the concept of intercultural/inter-religious dialogue, above all as a pedagogical challenge and a preventive measure against extremism, within the broad framework of inclusive citizenship.

Social factors for achieving sustainable development of an agricultural region

The article presents the results of a regional analysis of the modern family’s requests for of children’s cultural and leisure activities in the context of sustainable development of the agricultural community. A brief review of modern publications in the subject area confirmed the relevance of the research topic for the education of the younger generation, the formation of a cultural core of values in the children’s community that meets the challenges of sustainability. The empirical part presents the results of a sociological study conducted in the parent community of Stavropol Krai (Russia), which was organized in February 2024. The survey was conducted in electronic format via a Google form. A total of 9127 people from all municipal districts of Stavropol Krai took part in the survey. Representation of various types of settlements is provided: from the regional centre – 364 people, urban district centres and cities of regional subordination – 2129 people, rural district centres - 1,885 people, villages with a population of over 1,000 people – 3,299 people, villages with a population of less than 1,000 people – 1,159 people. The results were processed in the SPSS Statistics program (version 24). The analytical materials obtained are important for improving work with children in the cultural sector of the region, the development of various areas of professional activity of cultural staff with a focus on a specific request from the parent community. In general, the focus on the cultural development of children meets the objectives of sustainable development of rural areas and the agricultural community of the Southern Russian region.

Determining the amount of compensation according to the value that this subject has for the damaged party, if it was damaged or destroyed by an intentional criminal act is based on 189(4) of the Law on Obligations. This represents one of the key exceptions from the general rule based on the objective understanding the civil culpability in our tort law. Although it enjoys a long tradition, its interpretation and application creates a series of dilemmas in the legal doctrine and practice of domestic courts. Among them, the key question is whether it is about a special base for measuring compensation for non-patrimonial damage or it is basis for special pretium affectionis as a way of measuring the amount of compensation for patrimonial damage, which carries a subjective connotation. Only a few scientific works in our doctrine of tort law have been devoted to this issue in fragments. Moreover, these problems have not been observed in the context of property insurance yet. Thus, the author tries to examine the ability of insurance the market to meet the needs of special user requests, when it comes the need to insure from theft and robbery not only valuable and rare things that has cultural and historical importance and collectibles, but also subjects to which the owners are particularly emotionally attached such as pet, personal correspondence, letters, and awards for various achievements or family photos

Analiza ispunjenosti uslova za mernu nesigurnost sistema za kontrolu pametnih brojila i smanjenje vremena provere registra

This paper examines the results of the application and the existence of a coupling between the two conditions, which are important when controlling the meter in order to possibly reduce its execution time. According to the Rulebook on meters of active electric energy of accuracy class 0.2 S, the first condition for the extended measurement uncertainty of the measuring system for controlling the meter in relation to the maximum permissible error of the meter is set. The first goal of this work is to check whether this first condition is the most critical for cosφ=0.25 inductive or cosφ=0.5 capacitive, which are set at the special request of the meter user. A standard of accuracy class 0.02 and an indirect connection meter of accuracy class 0.2 S for active energy were used. In the above-mentioned Rulebook and International Recommendation OIML R 46-1/-2, the second condition is set that will be analysed, for the relative difference between the energy at the test output and the energy read on the register in relation to the maximum permissible error of the meter. The second goal of this paper is to analyse whether, in terms of the justification of reducing the time of checking the meter's active energy register, the first condition can be a facilitating factor. It will further be considered whether this second condition can be relaxed for meters of accuracy class 0.2 S, considering the usual expected total relative error obtained when checking the register for active energy and the precision and accuracy of meters of that class used.

Fruit Water Stress Index of Apple Measured by Means of Temperature-Annotated 3D Point Cloud.

In applied ecophysiological studies related to global warming and water scarcity, the water status of fruit is of increasing importance in the context of fresh food production. In the present work, a fruit water stress index (FWSI) is introduced for close analysis of the relationship between fruit and air temperatures. A sensor system consisting of light detection and ranging (LiDAR) sensor and thermal camera was employed to remotely analyze apple trees (Malus x domestica Borkh. "Gala") by means of 3D point clouds. After geometric calibration of the sensor system, the temperature values were assigned in the corresponding 3D point cloud to reconstruct a thermal point cloud of the entire canopy. The annotated points belonging to the fruit were segmented, providing annotated fruit point clouds. Such estimated 3D distribution of fruit surface temperature (T Est) was highly correlated to manually recorded reference temperature (r 2 = 0.93). As methodological innovation, based on T Est, the fruit water stress index (FWSI Est) was introduced, potentially providing more detailed information on the fruit compared to the crop water stress index of whole canopy obtained from established 2D thermal imaging. FWSI Est showed low error when compared to manual reference data. Considering in total 302 apples, FWSI Est increased during the season. Additional diel measurements on 50 apples, each at 6 measurements per day (in total 600 apples), were performed in the commercial harvest window. FWSI Est calculated with air temperature plus 5 °C appeared as diel hysteresis. Such diurnal changes of FWSI Est and those throughout fruit development provide a new ecophysiological tool aimed at 3D spatiotemporal fruit analysis and particularly more efficient, capturing more samples, insight in the specific requests of crop management.

The article examines the historical and legal aspects of the formation, formation and functioning of the Institute of traffic Safety in Russia, the road patrol service. In the modern conditions of the development of the Russian and world community, interest in the history of both domestic and international character has sharply increased. The study of history is a kind of modern trend. The development of the road complex is most closely connected with such aspects as the development of the institute of road traffic as a whole, as well as the development of its supporting entities, including the bodies that controlled the implementation of the road traffic process. The road patrol service was born in the conditions of a clearly outlined need to ensure road safety, as well as accompanied by the process of adopting appropriate regulatory legal acts that were issued in response to specific requests from society. For the first time such structures, services, appeared and began their functioning at the end of the 17th century

Information and Communication Activities of Ukrainian Libraries in the Conditions of War

The purpose of the article is to comprehensively investigate the essence of information and communication activities of libraries in the conditions of the war between Russia and Ukraine and to determine the role of communication strategies in the implementation of their main tasks. The research methodology is based on systemic and value approaches, with the use of general scientific (analysis, synthesis, abstraction, generalisation, and others) and special methods determined by the multidisciplinary informational, communicative and socio-cultural research paradigm, which made it possible to comprehensively consider the specified problem and obtain appropriate results. The scientific novelty consists in understanding the general features of the library industry in the conditions of war. Conclusions. Library activity is one of the most important aspects of the functioning of the information and communication sphere of Ukraine, which intensified its activities during the war in order to improve the interaction between libraries and users. It has been proven that libraries in the information and communication space in wartime have undergone a process of transformation from a traditional environment to a social platform capable of resisting informational, cultural, and psychological influences of the enemy. It is noted that one of the effective strategic directions of its information and communication activities is the expansion of access to information for the audience of users both in Ukraine and abroad, and those who are in the occupied territory. Mass events aimed at supporting young people and pensioners are held; cooperation with volunteer and public organisations; work aimed at helping the Armed Forces of Ukraine and internally displaced persons; provision of information support; participation in charity events. It is emphasised that the information and communication activity of Ukrainian libraries in war conditions acquires special importance and functions on the principle of humanity, which is applied during armed conflicts and is closely related to related fields of international law reflected in national legislation. It is obvious that in wartime, libraries are almost the only social platforms for the promotion of education, legal education and upbringing in territorial communities. The war also activated new forms and methods of educational and explanatory work, the popularisation of library services that reflect the specific requests of users and meet the needs of the local population and the requirements of today. All this is an important indicator of the effectiveness and attractiveness of libraries as an informational and communicative multidisciplinary social platform in wartime conditions. Personality and cognition in mild cognitive impairment: predictive role of neuroticism

AbstractBackgroundPersonality traits are usually defined as recurrent and distinctive patterns of thoughts, sensations and actions that present in response to specific requests. In the elderly, personality functioning has been associated with dementia risk. However, the relationship between personality traits and cognitive function in subject at risk of cognitive decline has not been explored yet. The aim of this study is to assess the predictive role of personality traits on cognitive and psychopathological function in subjects with mild cognitive impairment (MCI).Method45 subjects (mean age: 73.6±8.9; mean education: 11.2±4.7) with a diagnosis of MCI e 50 healthy older adults (OA) (mean age: 70.8±6.9; mean education: 9.7±3.7) were enrolled. All participants underwent a neuropsychometric assessment including the evaluation of visuo‐spatial, executive and memory functions, as well as behavioural symptoms with the Neuropsychiatric Inventory questionnaire. Personality traits were evaluated with the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ‐R).ResultMCI subjects showed significantly poorer performances on visuo‐spatial, executive and memory tasks compared to OA, as well as more severe depression, apathy, irritability, and sleep disturbances. MCI subjects had higher prevalence of neurotic and introvert traits on the personality test. In MCI subjects, neuroticism was correlated with performance on word repetition test and stroop test, as well as with higher agitation and depression. Introvertion trait was correlated with MMSE and Trail Making test scores. Regression analysis showed a signtificant association between neuroticism, executive function and depression in MCI.ConclusionSpecific personality traits, especially neuroticism, might represent a predictive factor for executive functions decline and for depression in MCI. A deeper understanding of personality functioning in subjects with MCI might help develop more tailored treatments aimed at dementia prevention in these subjects.
