Цифровизация как метод сокращения трансакционных издержек производственного предприятия

The purpose of the study is to present the author's method of digitalization of transactions of solved business tasks to reduce transaction costs of a manufacturing enterprise. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the fact that the elements of digitalization are proposed in the work to reduce the transaction costs of searching for information, negotiating, measuring, and concluding a contract. The introduction of digital technologies into specific business tasks contributes to the optimization of transaction costs in the modern institutional environment. As a result, the information relationship of the structural divisions of the production company was established during the performance of their functions at all stages of the production cycle from procurement to sales, the functional filling subsystems of the organizational structure were determined. Transaction costs, in accordance with their classification, are structured according to these subsystems, they represent the elements of digitalization recommended for use in the business processes of a manufacturing company to reduce its transaction costs. The introduction of digitalization processes of business tasks into the management structure helps to increase the level of validity and speed of decisions in the subsystems of the organizational structure of the company.

Разработка логической модели согласования стратегий организации

The issue of coordinating the goals and objectives of various levels of management is relevant for most organizations, regardless of the type of activity, size and organizational form. This article provides mate-rials that will allow using a systematic approach to determining the strategic image of organizations, developing a logical model, allowing to coordinate various elements of strategic and tactical manage-ment. A logical model for coordinating organiza-tional strategies is proposed. A well-known ap-proach of formalizing strategies using the “Strategic pyramid” model is presented. The problem of formu-lating a target strategy based on organizational mis-sion and vision is considered. A variant of decom-posing the target strategy into a competitive posi-tioning strategy is also presented. The article de-scribes approaches to the specification of strategic objectives and the formation of functional strate-gies. The relationship between strategic and opera-tional (tactical) goals is considered, the differences between them are given, and their role in the trans-formation of a broad vision of the organization into specific business tasks is shown. The author shows the graph of approval of the strategic image of the organization.

Adaptive Data Warehouse as the Technological basis of the banking Ecosystem

New guidelines of omnichannel and ecosystem are emerging driven by modern digital transformation of the banking business. To improve customer experience of interaction with banking services more banks are switching to the omnichannel model. In this model, the customer is able to perform operations in a unified interface using any communication methods, and sees no difference in the processes between off-line and on-line operations. This requires changes in a bank’s IT architecture, whose center is a bank data warehouse. The aim of this study is to show the possibility of developing a method for designing a banking data warehouse so that it can be easily adaptable for new business projects and tasks. The authors used the following research methods : analysis, logical modeling of the identified relationships. They developed an adaptive banking data warehouse designer in the environments of SAP PowerDesigner, StarUML, PL/SQL Developer. The article tackles the approach towards development of an adaptive model of a banking data warehouse, based on the principle of splitting data into components. It makes it possible to set the warehouse contours for specific business tasks, combine elements, and expand the structure of the banking data warehouse in the context of its integration with various external software objects. The article highlights the interaction between the components of the banking data warehouse and business tasks, the list of which can be expanded in the context of various bank projects. The article provides a detailed description of the basic set of components of the adaptive banking data warehouse model. This set may serve as the foundation for designing a banking data warehouse for a specific business task. The article provides the data model and attribute composition of the General Ledger component, the data model of the Plastic Cards, Transactions, Applications, Contractors, etc. components, as well as indicates the relationships between the components. The study presents design features of a new type of the banking data warehouse. The authors concentrate on the technological features of creating a unified front-end omnichannel banking system as a separate task. They conclude that the developed basic set of components and business objects of adaptive banking data warehouse will ensure data integrity and reduce design time.

The Impact of Standards in Web Services Security

The Internet has provided an avenue for businesses to adopt web services. Web services promises scalability, agility, cost reduction, profitability and availability thereby meeting instant gratification needs of web users'. It refers to modular Internet-based business functions that perform specific business tasks to facilitate business interactions within and beyond the organization. While addressing web services benefits there have been discussions on the importance of its security. The security of web services has deeply influenced its development and is also one of the main reasons why web services have not been adopted widely. Therefore, this study aims to examine the impact of web services standards and how it facilitates web services security. We analyze security models in web based technologies from previous studies such as; in cloud computing and security as a service technologies to develop a framework of web services standards and its impact on web services security. We then discuss the theoretical and practical implications of web services security and directions for future research.

Administrativne i regulatorne barijere kao ograničavajući faktor uticaja na poslovno okruženje u Republici Srpskoj

The business environment in the Republic of Srpska characterized by complex administrative and regulatory framework, which can be considered as an inflexible, which results in a slow economic recovery in the countries in region. It is very hard for companies to operate in that environment, and leads to unnecessary loss of time in the administrative procedure, and it is also reflected in the cost of generating 'administration' that have a negative influence on the companies operating results. The aim of this paper is to determine whether the institutional constitution and linking of specific business tasks with operatives responsible for their implementation, has a positive impact on improving the business environment for enterprise development.

The impact of collaborative commerce and trust in Web services

The Internet has accelerated the adoption of collaborative commerce among businesses to form Web services. Web services refer to modular Internet‐based business functions that perform specific business tasks to facilitate business interactions within and beyond the organization. Firms are embedded in networks of collaborative relationships that influence the flow of resources among the stakeholders (requesters, providers, users and employees). Collaboration with Web services creates trust in the technological dimensions of Web services. Technology trust refers to the subjective probability by which organizations believe that the underlying technology infrastructure is capable of facilitating transactions according to their confident expectations. In this paper we examine the role of facilitating conditions in technology trust and its relationship with Web services. We provide a set of guidelines for early adopters and discuss the theoretical and practical implications of Web services and directions for future research.
