Upaya Meningkatkan Keaktifan Belajar Siswa Materi Kerja Sama Dalam Berbagai Bidang Dengan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Make A Match Terhadap Hasil Belajar

<span class="fontstyle0">Improving Activeness and Learning Outcomes of Applicable Norms in Social Life to<br />Realize Justice through the Make A Match Type Cooperative Method for Class VIIB students of<br />SMP Negeri 1 Dukun in the 2021/2022 academic year. The purpose of this study was to<br />determine whether there was an increase in PPKn activity and learning outcomes for class<br />VIIB students of SMP Negeri 1 Dukun in the 2021/2022 academic year by using the Make A<br />Match type of learning method. This research was carried out at SMP Negeri 1 Dukun in the<br />academic year 2021/2022 with the subjects of the study being class VIIB students consisting of<br />14 male students and 14 female students. The method used in this classroom action research<br />consists of two cycles. In the first cycle, learning was carried out using the Make A Match<br />cooperative method in large groups, each group consisting of 7 students, while in the second<br />cycle using the Make A Match cooperative method in small groups, each group consisting of 4<br />students.Each cycle consists of four stages of research, namely planning, implementing<br />actions, observing and reflecting. Comparative descriptive is done by comparing the data in<br />the initial conditions, cycle I, and cycle II, both on learning activity and learning outcomes.<br />The results of the study show that: First, the use of the Make A Match type cooperative method<br />can increase the learning activity of Cooperation Civics in various fields for class VIIB<br />students of SMP Negeri 1 Dukun in the 2021/2022 academic year. It is proven that the<br />percentage of students in active learning increased from the initial condition of 54% to 83% in<br />the first cycle and to 93% in the second cycle or in the final condition, an increase of 39% from<br />the initial condition. Second: the use of the Make A Match type of cooperative method can<br />improve Civics learning outcomes on Cooperation materials in various fields in class VIIB of<br />SMP Negeri 1 Dukun in the 2021/2022 academic year. It is proven that the percentage of<br />student learning completeness increased from the initial condition of 46% to 79% in the first<br />cycle and to 84% in the second cycle or an increase of 38% from the initial condition.</span> <br /><br />

SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW

<span class="fontstyle0">An overview of sustainable development in Indonesia is a concept of sustainable development that is of concern to development actors, including the government. The problem of development in meeting the needs of many emerging impacts on the declining quality of the environment. Therefore, a sustainable development concept is needed. There are many problems related to sustainable development, but we can formulate these problems: what is the definition and concept of sustainable development in Indonesia?<br />Sustainable development is development that aims to meet the needs of current and future generations. To fulfill this concept, an implementation strategy is needed, there are 4 (four) things that need to be considered, namely: equity, participation, diversity, integration and long-term perspective.</span> <br /><br />

AS A RESULT OF THE STIPULATION LAW ON LAND IS DESTROYED AS AN OBJECT OF DEVELOPMENT FOR THE PUBLIC INTEREST

<span class="fontstyle0">Land as a source of human life, has economic value, apart from being a means of fulfilling housing as well as a source of life. Legal certainty for owners of land rights has been regulated for sure, but land can be lost or destroyed through natural factors and government regulations. The provisions for destroyed land have been regulated in PP 18 of 2021 and Ministerial Regulation of ATR/BPN NO 17/2021. The determination of destroyed land needs to be more careful, especially concerning the procurement of land rights for the public interest, if it conflicts with the rights of the community as a source of livelihood.</span> <br /><br />

ANALISIS HUKUM TENAGA KERJA ANAK DI SEKTOR KELAPA SAWIT DI INDONESIA

<span class="fontstyle0">Child labor is a form of exploitation in employing minors for small wages. Child labor often occurs in the informal sector, such as the palm oil industry, due to the absence of formal recruitment and proper supervision of the company. Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower expressly prohibits the exploitation of children for economic motives. The purpose of this study: 1) to find out the condition of casual daily workers in the oil palm sector in Indonesia, 2) to find out the factors that influence the existence of child labor in the oil palm sector in Indonesia. 3) find out the legal efforts taken to tackle child labor in the oil palm<br />sector in Indonesia. This study uses a normative juridical methodology by analyzing relevant studies and research on the research topic. The data obtained in this study are secondary data through journals, news, reports, and data officially published by the relevant agencies. The results showed that the underlying factors of child labor are economic, social, cultural, and educational. The efforts made in overcoming child exploitation are in the form of providing supervision and warning to companies.</span> <br /><br />

KONSTRUKSI HUKUM HAKIM AGUNG DALAM MEMUTUS SENGKETA PAJAK PERTAMBAHAN NILAI PERUSAHAAN BATU BARA (Studi Kasus Putusan Mahkamah Agung Nomor : 36/B/PK/PJK/2016)

<span class="fontstyle0">This study aims to analyze and synthesize the legal construction of the Supreme Court justices in deciding the value added tax dispute of coal companies so that they can be used as legal considerations for tax authorities and taxpayers who are in the coal mining sector in fulfilling their tax obligations. The method used is doctrinal research which analyzes primary and secondary legal sources. The results of the study show that the construction of the Supreme Court judge in deciding the value added tax dispute for coal companies is not only guided by written regulations and documents, but also explores, follows, and understands the legal values and sense of justice that live in the coal business world. The Supreme Court judge is of the opinion that the Certificate of Origin is not the basis for calculating the volume of coal delivery, income from debt payments is not an object of value added tax, foreign exchange income is not an object of value added, and sales of assets which according to their original purpose were not traded by coal mining companies are not value added tax object.</span> <br /><br />

ANTINOMI KEWENANGAN PENYIDIK PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL (PPNS) DENGAN PENYIDIK POLRI DALAM SISTEM PERADILAN PIDANA TERPADU

<span class="fontstyle0">In the context of law enforcement, the process of investigating criminal acts is one of the sub-systems in the criminal justice system in Indonesia, which has a significant and strategic position, because investigations are the main gate and the beginning of the criminal justice process. Civil Servant Investigators (PPNS) are also given the authority to carry out professional investigations, in addition to the investigative authority of Polri Investigators. The investigation authority becomes a problem after there are various antinomical or contradictory provisions. In that context, it is interesting to analyze by first discussing the position of PPNS based on the criminal justice system and then discussing the harmonization of the provisions<br />of PPNS authority with Polri investigators in an integrated criminal justice system. The research method used in this study is normative, using a statute approach and a conceptual approach.</span> <br /><br />

TINJAUAN HUKUM KESEHATAN PEMASANGAN VENEER DI INDONESIA

<span class="fontstyle0">Aesthetic dental care can be done in various ways, nowadays the most popular dental treatment is by applying veneers to the teeth. Even so, many people still do not understand that veneer treatment is the authority of dentists. This study aims to determine the regulation of veneer installation in positive law in Indonesia and the application of the law to violations of authority in veneer installation in Indonesia. The result of the research is that although it does not specifically regulate the veneer method, based on the Dentist Competency Standards, Law Number 29 of 2004 concerning Medical Practice has become a positive legal arrangement in<br />Indonesia which becomes the legal umbrella for all forms of general medical practice and dentistry. The application of the law against violations of authority in veneer installation should be able to include elements of a more complex crime in several positive legal regulations in Indonesia. This is intended so that the public can learn about the powers of medical treatment that can only be carried out by medical personnel or doctors or dentists.</span> <br /><br />

LAW ENFORCEMENT FOR SERVICE PROVIDERS AND ONLINE CHILDREN PROSTITUTION VENDORS (A FORM OF LEGAL REFORM IN HANDLING CRIMINAL CASES FOR CHILDREN)

<span class="fontstyle0">This study discusses the enforcement of Law No. 21 of 2007 against perpetrators of child prostitution and also protects children as peddlers. cases of child prostitution in 2018 that have been recorded by the KPAI reached 93 cases spread throughout Indonesia. In 2020 there are also cases of online prostitution that ensnare children, in Kalibata City. As for then the main problem discussed in this scientific paper is how the implementation of Law No. 21 of 2007 takes action against perpetrators of child prostitution and also provides protection for children as peddlers. The research method used in this research is a normative research method<br />with a statutory approach. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the lack of law enforcement in human trafficking cases involving child prostitution where we emphasize that children in prostitution cases must be seen as victims and exploitation behavior must be considered a crime by Law Number 21 of 2007 Regarding the Eradication of the Crime of Trafficking in Persons Article 5 Jo. number 8.</span> <br /><br />

LEGAL STUDY OF ADMINISTRATION OF COMMUNITY FOREST PRODUCTS, NATURAL FORESTS, AND PLANTS IN PRODUCTION FORESTS

<span class="fontstyle0">Administration of forest products is a government program in this case the Ministry of Environment and Forestry. The purpose of this PUHH is to ensure, record, and maintain forest product exploitation activities so that they are in accordance with the law and have benefits for both the state and the surrounding community. In the forestry law, it is explained that forests can be managed and utilized by the state as natural resources and land rights can also be granted to individuals with several licensing mechanisms. The implementation is now with the<br />development of technology, the information system and data processing as well as audits are carried out online to be effective and efficient in recording. PUHH that can be utilized are forests classified as private/people's forest, natural forest, and plantation forest in production forest.</span> <br /><br />

AN ANALYSIS OF TEACHER PEDAGOGICAL COMPETENCE IN TEACHING ENGLISH FOR SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL LEARNERS

<p class="s16"><span class="s12">This research is motivated by the results of observations in the </span><span class="s12">field,</span><span class="s12"> most teachers are still less effective in the learning process. Teachers are still lacking in assessing and evaluating learning. So in this study the researchers focused on pedagogic competence, because basically pedagogic competence is one of the important competencies that must be possessed by a teacher in teaching and learning activities.</span></p><p class="s16"><span class="s12">This study aims to determine the pedagogic competence of teachers at SMA N2 SEI KANAN. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method. The research subjects who were used as research informants were English teachers. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. This study uses three instruments, namely observation sheets, interview sheets and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study uses the theory of Milles and </span><span class="s12">Huberman</span><span class="s12"> which includes three stages, namely data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. This study uses </span><span class="s12">a credibility</span><span class="s12"> test to test the validity of the data.</span></p><p class="s16"><span class="s12">The researcher's findings show that pedagogic competence is in the "pretty good" category, including the ability to master student characteristics, curriculum development competence, and communication competence. Competence in comprehending learning theory and teaching principles of learning, competency in educating learning activities, competence in developing student potential, and competence in assessment and evaluation are among the pedagogic competencies in the bad group. As a result, it can be inferred that instructors' pedagogic competency at SMA N2 SEI KANAN is still lacking.</span></p>

LEGAL PROTECTION OF REGISTERED COSMETIC BRAND

<span class="fontstyle0">The purpose of this study is to analyze the legal protection of registered cosmetic brands, analyze the obstacles and solutions in the legal protection of cosmetic brands. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method with a normative juridical approach. The results of this study are the legal protection against counterfeiting of well-known trademarks in Indonesia is regulated by Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection and Law Number 20 of 2016 concerning Trademarks and Geographical Indications, but because brand protection is still a delict complaint and has not been maximized without a complaint from the brand holder and no sanctions are applied for brand infringement, so that supervision is needed by the Department of Industry and Trade throughout Indonesia in the<br />distribution of goods to traders in order to prevent the circulation of counterfeit goods Obstacles in carrying out legal protection against cosmetic counterfeiting regarding<br />legal regulation and law enforcement, cosmetic brand products that are still widely<br />counterfeited and cheap prices, lack of facilities and facilities that support tools that make it easy to detect an item and fifth, namely the weak awareness of buyers to buy a quality item. The problem solving are such as make regional regulations regarding brand counterfeiting in each region, to suppressing brand counterfeiting by providing socialization to business actors and the public about the dangers of brand counterfeiting, especially those containing ingredients that are harmful to health.</span> <br /><br />

THE ROLE OF THE GOVERNMENT IN PROVIDING LEGAL PROTECTION TO WORKERS THAT WAS LAID OFF DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

<span class="fontstyle0">This study aims to determine the role of the government in providing legal protection to workers who have been laid off due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The impact of Covid 19 has shaken the Indonesian economy and of course the biggest impact is felt in industrial relations, both macro and micro. Many companies are threatened with the continuity of their production, which has an impact on the survival of our workers. Many have been laid off with wages not paid in full. To support the welfare and continuity of work for workers as well as to support workers who have been laid off due to Covid-19, the Government has issued various<br />incentives for employers and workers, namely in the form of cash assistance in the form of Wage Subsidy Assistance (BSU) and issuing pre-employment cards thataims to provide training, namely to provide skills that can be used for industrial and entrepreneurship needs.</span> <br /><br />

JURIDICAL REVIEW CONCERNING INTELLIGENT AND WITHOUT RIGHTS TO DISTRIBUTE AND/OR TRANSMIT AND/OR ACCESS ELECTRONIC INFORMATION AND/OR ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS THAT HAVE A CONTAMINATION AND/ OR DEFAULT (Study of Decision Number 204/Pid.Sus/2021/PN Tjk)

<span class="fontstyle0">This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how the criminal act of defamation according to the Criminal Code and how the criminal act of defamation according to Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning ITE. By using a normative juridical research method, it is concluded: 1. The crime of defamation is regulated in detail in the Criminal Code. The Criminal Code is formulated in Articles 310 and 311 of the Criminal Code. the elements of defamation or insult according to Article 310 of the Criminal Code are: 1. intentionally; 2. to attack honor or reputation; 3. accuses of committing an act; 4. broadcast the accusations for public knowledge. If these elements of insult or defamation are only spoken (verbally insulting), then the act is classified in Article 310 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code. However, if these elements are carried out by means of letters or pictures that are broadcast, shown or pasted (blasphemed with letters), the perpetrator can be charged with or subject to legal sanctions in Article 310 paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code. However, not all criminal acts of defamation can be punished, if the act is clearly committed in the public interest or forced to defend themselves (Article 310 paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code).</span> <br /><br />

Coupling of Component Models with Mismatching Interfaces for an Efficient NVH Vehicle Design

<div class="section abstract"><div class="htmlview paragraph">The NVH optimization of new vehicle models can in principle only be carried out in a relatively late stage of the development process, when the geometrical data (CAD) are available and can be used to generate detailed Finite Element (FE) models of the car body. Unfortunately, in this stage of the development process most of the geometrical data are already fixed and countermeasures are limited and expensive. In order to be able to evaluate design concepts in an earlier conceptual stage of the development process existing models of similar predecessor vehicles must be used leading to techniques such as “mesh-morphing” or “concept modelling” (see for instance [<span class="xref">1</span>, <span class="xref">2</span>]). Here, a different approach is investigated based on a substructuring technique. In principle the coupling of the component-structures coming from different models would require post-processing in order to obtain compatible interface degrees-of-freedom (DOFs), an operation which in most cases must be carried out manually and is very time consuming. This paper presents a novel substructuring approach that tackles a continuous interface by only considering a small set of coupling DoFs. This approach employs the discretisation of interfaces between structural parts or structural-acoustic domains in terms of pivotal points and patches. In this manner, the requirement of spatial continuity between the models of the separate substructures is no longer needed and subsystems with incompatible interfaces can be coupled. Thus, an efficient vibro-acoustic design optimisation procedure for components shared by different vehicle models, such as the car floor, is enabled. It will be shown that a single car floor model can be successfully coupled with different upper-body structures, even when they have a different location of coupling DoFs.</div></div>

Integrating Brain-based Learning in the Science Classroom: A Systematic Review

<p class="p1">Brain-based learning (BBL) has been described as an important pedagogy that can be effectively used to enhance different teaching methods or strategies. It uses essential principles from brain-based theory to alleviate the disadvantages inherent in traditional teaching methods to achieve classroom goals and objectives. The use of such learning has significant implications for the teaching and learning of science (biology, chemistry, mathematics, and physics) subjects at elementary and secondary school levels. In this review, we scrutinise and discuss the results from 25 peer-reviewed studies and underline the methodology and strategies used to advance the integration of brain-based learning within science classrooms. We make a meta-analysis systematic review of how such learning has been used in the science classroom, the success achieved, and the different constructs used to integrate it into elementary and secondary schools. The findings reveal that quasi-experimental studies have dominated the methods used in integrating brain-based learning in science classrooms. In addition, this type of learning topped the different constructs used in science classrooms, with its<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>integration mainly in relation to mathematics. It is concluded that the principles of brain-based learning pedagogy can be adequately used in science classroom instruction because they consider the uniqueness of each student’s brain. This paper therefore recommends appropriate and continuous integration of such learning in the science classroom, especially in subjects where integration is currently low.</p>

RELOCATION FOR FOOD TRADERS IN THE ICE RIVER BETWEEN FLOOD EAST CANAL CITY OF SEMARANG BASED ON SEMARANG CITY PERDA NUMBER 14 YEAR 2011

So, in this study, we tried to examine the relocation of street vendors in the Kali Es Riverbank, East Flood Canal, Semarang City based on the Perda of Semarang City Number 14 of 2011, Constraints in relocating for street vendors in Kali Es Riverbank of the East Flood Canal in Semarang City based on the Perda of Semarang City. Polyetherimide for Magnet Wire Applications

<div class="section abstract"><div class="htmlview paragraph">Magnet wire is composed of a conducting core and thin layer of electrical insulation. Copper (Cu) is typically used as conducting core, and various polymers such as polyamideimide, polyimide, and polyesterimide are used for electrical insulation. The role of the magnet wire is related to the interchange between electrical and mechanical energy for energy transformation application such as transformers, motors, generators etc. Currently, the electric vehicles (EV) industry is growing rapidly and demands on related components are therefore increasing. Compared to the combustion engine, EV needs more electrical power with higher voltages or higher currents, which can increase probability of electrical discharge. The degradation of the insulation layer can occur by polymer bond breakage due to electrical stresses under partial discharge. To keep high performance under higher voltage, insulating polymers should have high heat and chemical resistance as well as low water absorption. In addition, the adhesion between the insulating polymer and Cu should be sufficient to prevent crack issues. As an incumbent solution, polyamideimide (PAI) and polyimide (PI) is being used for this application in a varnish form. However, PAI absorbs moisture in humid environments or when immersed in water (up to 5% weight), which can cause reliability issues [<span class="xref">1</span>]. PI shows very poor adhesion strength with the conducting core due to its stiffness and low surface energy [<span class="xref">2</span>, <span class="xref">3</span>], which can cause reliability problems for magnet wires [<span class="xref">4</span>]. Therefore, there are strong demands to solve such issues like improvements in dielectric strength, water resistance, and high heat resistance. In this report, we will share the results of excellent flexibility, adhesion, and electrical performance of polyetherimide (PEI, ULTEM™ resin) based varnish as a high voltage insulation material.</div></div>

A Neural Network NARMA-L2 Tracking Control for Electronic Throttle System*

<div class="section abstract"><div class="htmlview paragraph">In this paper, the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) control strategy based on the Nonlinear Auto Regressive Moving Average-Level 2 (<i>NARMA-L2</i>) technique has been used for tracking control of an electronic throttle body. The <i>NARMA-L2</i> nonlinear plant model is first identified offline by training using a set of input-output data pairs measured at different operating conditions. This data was collected from an actual operation of the throttle body running in a closed-loop control system on a prototype vehicle. The identified <i>NARMA-L2</i> plant model was then inverted and used to force the throttle output position to approximately track any reference inputs with multiple set-point changes at different operating conditions. The <i>NARMA-L2</i> model was reconfigured to be an equivalent model of a feed-forward controller that can cancel not only the actual dynamic behavior of the throttle body but also the nonlinearity effects. This type of controller has great potential to overcome the difficulty of developing an inverse dynamic model of the throttle body [<span class="xref">1</span>] and has the ability to compensate any un-modeled nonlinear dynamic changes that may be excited due to environmental changes. These changes can include load, temperature, humidity, and external disturbances with noise effects that may be introduced into the closed-loop control of the throttle body during real time operation in the vehicle. The resulting closed loop control system used the <i>NARMA-L2</i> architecture that have a multilayer perceptron neural network structure with the dynamic back-propagation algorithm becomes an implicit algebraic model that perfectly tracks any multiple set-point changes at different operating conditions. Testing results from real time implementation are provided to illustrate the new controller performance for tracking controls during actual operation on a prototype vehicle.
