Analisis Nilai Tambah Ubi Kayu Menjadi Tape Ubi di Desa Fajar Harapan Kecamatan Kluet Utara Kabupaten Aceh Selatan (Studi Kasus pada UD Bu Asni)

The object of this study was to find out how much value-added and profit from the business of treating cassava into cassava tape at home industry Bu Asni Fajar Harapan Village, North Kluet District, South Aceh Regency. The research location was determined purposively (deliberately), considering that Fajar Harapan Village, North Kluet District, South Aceh Regency is an area that produces a lot of sweet potato tape. The research was conducted in January 2022. The Hayami method calcifies added value and cost and income analysis to calculate business profits. The research results show that the added value generated from treating cassava into cassava tape at Mrs. Asni's business is relatively high, namely Rp. 4,736 per kg of cassava or with an added value ratio of 55%. Whereas the profit earned is Rp. 112,073 per one-time production.

The impact of flooding on rice production in the Krueng Kluet Watershed, Aceh Province, Indonesia

Kluet Utara is a sub-district in South Aceh Regency, Aceh Province. This sub-district is the largest rice field area in South Aceh Regency with an area of ± 1,627.34 Ha. Currently, lowland rice farmers in this district often suffer losses due to flooding from the Krueng Kluet watershed which has an impact on crop failure and the drifting of rice production that is carried away by flood currents, this greatly affects the decline in lowland rice production. This study aims to examine correlation the impact of flooding on lowland rice production and the relationship between flood-prone areas and the of lowland rice production in Kluet Utara Regency. In conclusion, before the flood the total production was 9,827 tons, productivity was 6.03 tons/ha. Meanwhile, when there was a flood, the production of lowland rice was 2,827 tons, the productivity was 1.73 tons/ha. The relationship of lowland rice production with moderate and high flood areas has a very strong correlation value. That is, there is a very large relationship on the decline in production during a flood, while in very high flood areas there is a correlation between the impact of flooding on a decrease in rice production.

Application of Good Manufacturing Practices in Nutmeg Syrup Business in South Aceh Regency

Nutmeg syrup is one of the processed nutmeg flesh products that has high selling potential, one of the producers of nutmeg syrup in the South Aceh area is Usaha Diyanti. The purpose of this research activity is to determine whether or not there is GMP application in the nutmeg syrup production process at Diyanti Enterprises, Hilir Village, Tapaktuan District, South Aceh Regency, Aceh Province through the Kedai Reka internship program, Merdeka Campus, Teuku Umar University 2021. This study uses a study method. field and interviews with Diyanti Business owners to find out the existing problems. The problem-solving method is done by making a questionnaire to the business owner. The application of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) aims to improve product quality and employee hygiene when processing products at home businesses and is safe for consumption by consumers. Aspects that are considered by consumers to be unfavorable really need to be observed and need to be improved, namely production room facilities, storage areas for finished products, employee hygiene in producing products in the home industry and aspects of product design and packaging to attract consumers' attention and want to consume beverage products nutmeg syrup.

The role of South Aceh Regency Women's Empowerment Office for Child Protection and Family Planning (DP3AKB) in preventing underage marriage

Underage marriage is vulnerable to have an impact on; divorce, poor quality of human resources, domestic violence (KDRT), maternal mortality, and population explosion. The Office of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection and Family Planning (DP3AKB) of South Aceh Regency is part of supporting the tasks of the regional head (Bupati) through the Regional Secretary (Sekda). Among the powers of DP3AKB South Aceh Regency include family planning services, reproductive health, family economic development, child protection and population control. Responding to the number of underage marriages in South Aceh District, DP3AKB tries to play a role in preventing it, so that the number does not increase. This study aims to reveal what factors are the causes of underage marriage and the role of the Women's Empowerment Agency for Child Protection and Family Planning (DP3AKB) South Aceh Regency in preventing underage marriage. Through qualitative descriptive methods, with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation, which were then analyzed, the researchers found four factors causing the occurrence of underage marriages in South Aceh District. Among them are; economic factors, promiscuity, self-desire, and the lack of parental roles. DP3AKB South Aceh Regency in an effort to prevent underage marriages, has carried out a number of activities both through the implementation of counseling in the form of the Linto (husband) and Darabaro (wife) Candidate (Calinda) debriefing program and socialization in the form of the Youth Counseling Information Center (PIK-Remaja) delivered at schools and public environment.

ANALYSIS OF THE DISTRIBUTION OF MERCURY POLLUTION (HG) IN RIVER WATER IN PASIE RAJA DISTRICT, SOUTH ACEH REGENCY

The method used by the Pasie Raja community in processing gold is using the amalgamation, which uses chemicals as chemicals to extract the seeds.waste mercury produced is channeled into the river near the mining site in the Sungai Pasie Raja sub-district. The purpose of this study was to analyze the distribution of mercury (Hg) in river water in Pasie Raja District, South Aceh Regency. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that the highest mercury levels in the river water of Pasie Raja District, South Aceh Regency, are found in the lower reaches of the river, reaching a value of 0.02145 mg/l and the lowest is in the middle, which is <0.0005 mg/l. The conclusion of this study is that river water in Pasie Raja District, South Aceh Regency has been polluted by mercury because the mercury levels in the river water have exceeded the normal threshold for quality standards according to the Ministerial Republic of Indonesia Number 57 of 2016 which is 0.001. It is recommended to the local government to provide direction and understanding to local gold miners about the dangers of using mercury and the negative impact on society, if used sustainably to local gold miners.

Implementasi Peraturan Bupati Tentang Santunan Kematian Di Aceh Selatan

The policy of providing death compensation in South Aceh is one of the policies implemented to help the poor and underprivileged groups in South Aceh to avoid social risks due to funding for death celebrations. Since 2019, this policy has been fully managed by the Regional Secretary for the Welfare Division. This study aims to describe the implementation of the South Aceh Regency Regional Regulation on death compensation from 2019 to 2021, as well as describe the inhibiting factors in its implementation. This research method is a qualitative method with in-depth interviews and library research. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of this policy is not smooth. There are two factors that hinder the implementation of the policy, namely: internal factors and external factors.

Tinjauan Pelaksanaan Pengaspalan AC-BC Pada Proyek Rekonstruksi Jalan Air Pinang – Ujung Batee Kecamatan Tapaktuan – Pasie Raja Kabupaten Aceh Selatan

The planning of the Air Pinang - Ujung Batee road reconstruction project, Tapaktuan - Pasie Raja District, South Aceh Regency is a step to meet road comfort, efficiency and also increase road users. The importance of the review as part of the evaluation and supervision as well as a source of data for other researchers in order to support the smooth and fast transportation and economy as well as increase the ease of access for the community, especially in the Air Pinang area. In this research method, the researcher uses qualitative methods, where this research starts from data collection, where in this study primary data is used, namely data obtained from respondents through interviews, direct observation, while secondary data is obtained from journals, articles and also from relevant company data. The results of the analysis show that the process of carrying out the work is good, starting with preparing the road body and then laying it compacted using a vebrator roller, after the compaction process is complete, the binder absorption layer is carried out, namely liquid asphalt is sprayed with asphalt sprayer.

THE INFLUENCE OF INTRINSIC MOTIVATION AND JOB INSECURITY OF NONPERMANENT EMPLOYEES ON ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT AND ITS IMPACT ON THE PERFORMANCE OF THE DR. H. YULIDDIN AWAY REGIONAL HOSPITAL IN SOUTH ACEH REGENCY

This study aims to determine the influence of intrinsic motivation and job insecurity on organizational commitment and its impact on performance. This research was conducted at the Dr. H. Yuliddin Away Regional Hospital in South Aceh Regency (RSUDYA), for all Non-Permanent Employees (PTT). Data were collected using a questionnaire and were processed by SEM-AMOS to test the hypotheses. The result reveals that intrinsic motivation affects organizational commitment; job insecurity affects organizational commitment; intrinsic motivation affects performance; job insecurity affects performance; organizational commitment affects performance, organizational commitment can mediate partially the intrinsic motivation effect on performance, and, organizational commitment can mediate partially the job insecurity effect on the performance of PTT in RSUDYA. These findings create the premise that the performance model of PTT in RSUDYA is the function of increasing intrinsic motivation, adjusting job insecurity, and strengthening organizational commitment.

PERAN ORANGTUA DALAM MEMPERKENALKAN BACAAN AL-QUR’AN PADA ANAK DI GAMPONG DALAM KECAMATAN SAMADUA KABUPATEN ACEH SELATAN

Parents are educators who have a major role in the life of a child. The introduction of reading the Qur’an from an early age is one of the noble tasks carried out by parents as the first educator in the family. Based on initial observations in Gampong Dalam, South Aceh Regency. Researchers found that parents have a role in introducing the reading of the Qur'an to children. This is evidenced by the child's ability to recite the recitation of the Qur'an. Therefore, this study aims to determine the role of parents in introducing the reading of the Qur'an to Early Childhood in Gampong Dalam and the obstacles they face. This research is a descriptive qualitative research using interview sheets to collect data. The informants interviewed were 9 parents who have early childhood in the gampong. Based on the research data obtained, the researchers found that parents have a role in introducing the reading of the Qur'an to Early Childhood by means of; guiding, familiarizing, giving attention, recognizing difficulties, providing facilities, and using methods in introducing the reading of the Qur’an to children. The obstacles in introducing the reading of the Qur'an are found in parents and the environment.

Exploring Aquaculture Fish Production: The Case of South Aceh District

This study empirically explores factors determining the production of fish aquaculture in the South Aceh District, Indonesia. The study selected 150 out 1,893 aquaculture fish farmers within 18 sub-districts in the regency as the study’s respondents using a multi-stage sampling technique. Primary data collected through questionnaires’ distribution were analyzed employing a multiple regression model. The research documented empirical evidence that fish pond area, number of fish farmers, and capital significantly and positively influenced the production of fish aquaculture in the South Aceh Regency. Meanwhile, the number of fish seeds had an insignificant impact on the production of fish aquaculture. These empirical results suggested that in improving aquaculture fish production, fish farmers have to possess an adequate amount of capital, pond area, and the number of workers. Soft loan assistance sourced either from the government or banking institutions, conversion of idle and abandoned lands into fish ponds, and various fisheries capacity building programs is among the strategic steps that require to be taken to extend aquaculture production.

ANALISIS KEAKTIFAN BELAJAR SELAMA PEMBELAJARAN DARING PADA MASA COVID-19 DI MIN 19 ACEH SELATAN

This research is a field research conducted in MIN 19 South Aceh Regency. The author's background in conducting this research is that due to the COVID-19 pandemic that is engulfing all parts of the world, including Indonesia and Aceh, learning activities since March 2020 are no longer carried out face-to-face, but follow the government's recommendation, namely through online learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the activeness of the learning process through online learning during the covid-19 period at MIN 19 Aceh Selatan. Then to find out the inhibiting factors for the learning process through online learning during the covid-19 period at MIN 19 South Aceh. And to find out the efforts made in overcoming the obstacles of online learning at MIN 19 South Aceh. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with data collection techniques, namely by means of observation, documentation and interviews. The results of the study indicate that online learning at MIN 19 Aceh Selatan is less active due to obstacles in the form of students not focusing on the online learning system, lack of online learning facilities such as the internet and so on, then also unprepared parents and teachers in dealing with learning. the online. The effort to overcome these obstacles is by the government providing adequate facilities to schools, and parents and teachers must prepare themselves with all the learning needs of students in the modern era.

Implementation of Fuzzy Inference Mamdani System Based on Graphic User Interface for the timing of planting rice on rice plants in traditional farming systems in South Aceh district

The agricultural sector plays an important role in a developing country that covers all economic life because it can become the main source of national income. Efforts that must be avoided are to avoid crop failure, one of the things that cause crop failure is that there is no match with the right planting period at the time of planting. So the purpose of this research is to build a decision-making system in the form of a system for determining planting time based on the traditional Aceh farming system. The process developed with information technology in the decision-making method using Mamdani fuzzy logic based on the Graphic User Interface by involving several criteria including the calculation of the month in the Hijri year, the calculation of days, the calculation of the time of planting, and the level of rainfall. So that when starting the process of planting rice traditionally, farmers with this system can choose the best time to grow crops in rice farming. This study used 40 samples as test data obtained from several villages in South Aceh Regency. The results of the study after testing, several classifications become decisions where the results that show very right are 2 respondents or 5%, exactly 16 respondents or 40%, less precise as many as 10 people or 25% and inaccurate as many as 12 people or 30%. Implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program in Aceh, Indonesia

The Complete Systematic Land Registration Program is an effort of the Central and Local Governments to overcome various common problems in the agrarian sector. Through the granting of the legalization of assets, it is expected that the restructuring, ownership, use, and utilization of land can be carried out to create justice in the field of land tenure and ownership. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study using a case study approach. Interviews, observations, library studies, or documentation are data collection techniques and data processing is carried out using Nvivo 12 Plus software. The results showed that the Complete Systematic Land Registration is an effort of the Central and Local Governments to accelerate the process of providing guarantees and protection of land rights in all regions of Indonesia. Complete systematic land registration program implementation in Aceh specifically Banda Aceh City and South Aceh District in general has been running well where the issuance of certificates of land for the Banda Aceh city area of 2279 plots and South Aceh regency 1,669 Plots.

THE EFFECT OF PARTICIPATORY RURAL APPRAISAL (PRA) IN BCCPGLE ACTIVITIES ON THE COMMUNITY WELFARE IN BATU ITAM VILLAGE, ACEH SELATAN REGENCY, NANGGROE ACEH DARUSSALAM PROVINCE

The participatory rural appraisal method is carried out as an effort to develop areas and improve human resources and community welfare. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of village transect, seasonal calendar, division of labour between men and women, livelihood, and institutional relation partially and simultaneously on the community welfare. The study was conducted in Batu Itam Village on the effect of participatory rural appraisal on the community welfare. The analytical methods employed descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the village transect, seasonal calendar, labor division between men and women, and livelihood had a positive and significant effect on the community welfare. Institutional relation had no significant effect on the community welfare. Village transect, seasonal calendar, labor division between men and women, livelihood, and institutional relation simultaneously had a significant effect on the community welfare in Batu Itam Village, South Aceh Regency.

The Effect of Employee Costs of Production, Marketing, and Salary On The Results of Broiler Chicken Sales

"Rahmat Aulia" farm is part of PT Charoen Pokphand Jaya Farm. This farm is located in Kutatrieng Village, Labuhanhaji District, West Aceh. It has used good management in financing including production costs, marketing costs, and employee salaries. employee. The selection of research on the "Rahmat Aulia" farm due to the high level of sales competition in the broiler business (Gallus domestic) with this research is expected to be a reference for beginners and other breeders in facing competition. The type of research used is qualitative (interview). Where data collection uses interviews with related parties at the "Rahmat Aulia" farm as resource persons, and the sample used is the financial report of the "Rahmat Aulia" farm which has been recorded at PT Charoen Pokphand Jaya Farm in 2021 (3 months). The results of the study stated that 80% of sales results were strongly influenced by production costs, marketing costs, and employee salaries. While the remaining 20% ??of sales are influenced by other factors not explained in this study. From the results of the analysis, it is known that production costs, marketing, and employee salaries play a very important role in the sustainability of "Rahmat Aulia" farming in Kutatrieng Village, West Labuhanhaji District, South Aceh Regency.

DEVELOPMENT OF BULLETIN LEARNING MEDIA ON THE CONCEPT OF FOSSIL FUEL

This study aims to develop a bulletin on petroleum material and analyze the feasibility and describe the teacher's response to the bulletin learning media on petroleum material. The research method used is research and development (research and development) with the ADDIE model which consists of five steps, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. Data collection was carried out online by distributing a google form questionnaire through the WhatsApp Messenger messaging application to 27 chemistry teachers who teach at the Senior High School (SLTA) of South Aceh Regency. The feasibility of the bulletin media was assessed by two media validators with a percentage of 91.66% with very decent criteria. The percentage of teacher responses to the bulletin media that was developed was 97.94% with a very good category. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the bulletin media developed is suitable for use in the petroleum learning process.

Pengaruh Wirid Yasin terhadap Spiritualitas Kaum Ibu di Kecamatan Sawang

The article is based on a research report (field research) which aims to examine the understanding, efforts and influence of wirid yasin practice on women's spiritual awareness in Sawang District, South Aceh Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach, data collected through documentation, observation, and interviews. Data analysis was carried out descriptively and supported by interpretation and triangulation of data. This study concludes that women in Sawang Subdistrict recognize wirid yasin as a tradition to improve the quality of their faith, religious knowledge, brotherhood and blessings. The revitalization of wirid yasin is carried out not only by establishing educational programs and teaching religious knowledge, but also by improving the quality of wirid yasin practice. This practice has succeeded in increasing spiritual awareness among women, in terms of increasing their piety, obedience to worship, muraqabah and gratitude to Allah in living their daily lives.

IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM 2013 TINGKAT PENDIDIKAN DASAR MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH NEGERI (MIN) DI KABUPATEN ACEH SELATAN

Research was carried out on the subject of "Implementation of the 2013 curriculum for the elementary level of the State Islamic Middle School (MIN) in South Aceh Regency". This research was conducted at MIN in the South Aceh Regency and included up to 27 MINs. This research was conducted using a triangulation of research method, blending or mixing a qualitative and quantitative. The selection of the research sample was done by randomsampling. The stages of the research include the distribution of research instruments in the form of questionnaires to be filled out by the teacher, subsequent observations and interviewswith the headmaster and the teachers of the MIN. The results of the questionnaire on the success rate of curriculum implementation in 2013 showed the "medium" category with a percentage of 69.50%, while for the "high" and "low" categories, each showed a figure of 6.78%. The results of interviews with school principals and MIN teachers revealed that the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in MIN in South Aceh Regency had been applied for 3 years specifically for Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects. The obstacles MIN teachers face in the South Aceh Regency area are the teachers' lack of understanding of theimplementation of the teaching and learning process, the design of learning devices, limited facilities and supporting infrastructure, IT mastery and the use of 2013 curriculum evaluation applications.

Causal loop of system thinking in mitigating human tiger conflict based livelihood around Leuser

Human tiger conflict (HTC) has become serious problem in Indonesia in term of conservation effort of Sumatran tiger (Panthera tigris sumatrae) since population of this species has declined in recent years. The threat of tiger death increases following the number of conflict accidents with humans. The solution requires a comprehensive approach, because it involves the interests of parties. This research was conducted around Gunung Leuser National Park by purposive sampling in Bahorok (Langkat Regency) and Tapaktuan (South Aceh Regency). This study used the system thinking approach in looking at the variables that affected the complexity of HTC. Analysis of needs resulted variables as controlled input of model that describing by causal loop. This study will see the interrelationship of conflict-causing factors with the livelihoods of forest communities. Five aspects of livelihood that became the focus of research consisted environmental, economic, social, human and physical resources. The causal loop of each variable reflected in a diagram.

Mitigation strategy of human tiger conflict in Leuser Ecosystem using SWOT matrix

Human and tiger conflict (HTC) has become one of the main drivers’ factor of the decline population of the Sumatran tiger (Panthera tigris sumatrae). The Leuser Ecosystem is an important landscape for tiger habitat covering13 districts in Aceh Province and 4 districts in North Sumatra. The purpose of this study was to analyse the HTC mitigation strategy based on internal and external factors at Leuser. The location was chosen by purposive sampling in two potential areas of conflict, namely Timbang Lawan (TL) Village, in Langkat Regency and Panton Luas (PL) Village in South Aceh Regency. These two villages are directly adjacent to the tiger habitat. Data collection was carried out through field observations, interviews and focus group discussions. Respondents are experts and people living in conflict areas. The analysis was carried out using SWOT to measure IFAS (strengths and weaknesses) and EFAS (opportunities and threats). The results of the SWOT analysis show the differences in the mitigation strategies of each location. The comparison of IFAS and EFAS values places Timbang Lawan in quadrant III (WO strategy) while Panton Luas in quadrant I (SO strategy).
