Research on Motion Simulation Analysis of Rotary Parts Based on Solidworks

This paper introduces the practical application of the Solidworks motion simulation module, performs simulation analysis of rotary parts, and realizes the virtual assembly of the assembly. Then, we output and analyze the charts of motion parameters, in order to provide analysis data for practical state. In the meanwhile, we perform stress analysis of rotary parts by using finite element module of Solidworks, so that it can provide a certain reference value for practical running of rotary parts.

Design and Analysis of Automatic Ballot Box Based on SolidWorks Motion

This article analyzed the design idea and implementation method for the structure of the automatic ballot box. It constructed the model of parts and assembly design of the ballot box based on the powerful feature modeling function of SolidWorks and finally worked out the finite element analysis on key parts. It thus successfully developed the automatic ballot box. It improved the enterprise's ability of independent development, obtained better economic benefits, and was the good application of CAD/CAM/CAE technology.

VACUUMED FOOD PACKAGES GROUPING EQUIPMENT CYCLOGRAM INVESTIGATION

The article presents the investigation of the operating cyclogram of grouping device of packages of salmon fillet. The system Solidworks Motion helped to create a calculative model using the geometric basis of grouping device. The numeric analysis revealed rational parameters of working cycle of grouping device. The maximal reaction force of the cart was determined as it rises 3.18 s from the cycle’s beginning and is equal to 56 N. This does not exceed evidently the maximal allowable load of the gear of linear motor (150 N). Fatigue Analysis of Low Level Links of a Parallel Topology Robot Guiding Device Mechanism

The paper presents a fatigue analysis of low level links of a parallel topology robot guiding device mechanism. This mechanism has a FP3+3·RRS+MP3structure. The 3D model of the guiding device is presented. In a SolidWorks Motion study, motion laws for motors are defined and a force is applied on the mobile platform MP3. The loads on low level links are imported in SolidWorks Simulation module. Then, von Mises stresses are determined by finite element method and, based on these results, fatigue analysis is performed. Two variants of low level links are analized: first, with no fillet between the base cylinder and the body and second, with fillet.
