A Study on the Impact of Financial Literacy on the Urban-Rural Income Gap

This article aims to investigate the relationship between financial literacy and the urban-rural income gap, based on the current social development situation and previous research by scholars. Utilizing CHFS data, we first selected the independent variables, dependent variables, and control variables, conducted descriptive statistics, and subsequently constructed a regression model. The analysis of the data reveals a negative correlation between financial literacy and the urban-rural income gap in both the entire region and the western region. Enhancing financial literacy contributes to narrowing the urban-rural income gap. Finally, we propose beneficial suggestions from the perspectives of the government, residents, and enterprises.

Research on Building a Five-in-One Entrepreneurship Education System for College Students in the Context of Double Creation

With the rapid development of higher education in China, the employment of college students has become a focal point for colleges and universities. The employment of college students is not only related to the national economic development and social stability, but also to the healthy, coordinated and sustainable development of higher education. The new situation of social and economic development has brought new challenges and opportunities for college students' employment. Under the background of "mass innovation and entrepreneurship", more and more college graduates choose to start their own business to realize their life ideals and values. This paper analyzes the focus of entrepreneurship education for college students under the background of double creation and builds a "five-in-one" education system from the five aspects of education concept, education content, education method, education platform and education practice of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, with a view to providing references for entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.

SOCIALISATION CONTEXTS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF SCHOOL STUDENTS IN THE CONDITIONS OF DIGITALIZATION OF THE EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT AND WAR: STATUS AND PROBLEMS (based on the materials of the empirical research)

The article presents the materials of a research aimed at identifying the peculiarities of the socialization of students of general secondary education institutions of communal and private forms of ownership in the conditions of digitalization of the educational environment and war, collected through an online survey. Based on the data of the empirical research, the socialization contexts of the development of students of the 5th – 11th grades were singled out; its interpretation was carried out in relation to the actual needs of schoolchildren and satisfaction in the conditions of the educational environment. Socialization contexts are structured into ten lines of development of schoolchildren, namely: social-emotional development, social-communicative interaction, social behaviour, sociallyoriented activity, social activity and initiative, social competence, social well-being, social experience, social (digital) identification, social expectations, which are revealed in an integrative relationship and with a certain penetration of the socio-emotional. Using examples of the features of the socialization contexts of schoolchildren’s development in the conditions of digitalization of the educational environment and war, signs of the manifestation of tendencies are outlined and possible risks of their development are predicted. The study reflects the age-specific peculiarities of thinking and skills of adolescent and senior schoolchildren, their assessment of the situation of social development in the educational environment and the possibilities of their own participation in its optimisation, as well as their idea of an ideal educational environment. The data of the experimental section can also be interpreted in terms of the state of the social component of learning losses in its individual characteristics, and can be used to optimise educational practice, in particular, to design the educational and developmental environment of general secondary education students during the war and in post-war reconstruction.

The construction of laws and regulations on the competition between tort compensation and work-related injury insurance under the injury caused by a third party

The problem of the competition between tort compensation and work-related injury insurance in the case of third-party injury is due to the different evaluations and norms of the modern relief system for the same damage. In comparative law, there are four legislative models: choice, substitution, both, and supplementation. China's relevant legislation presents the problems of decentralization, principle, contradiction and localization, which aggravates the complexity of the problem. Focusing on the protection of workers' rights and interests, the current situation of China's social development and the original intention of the design of relevant systems, China should adopt a "limited and beneficial model" in dealing with such competition and cooperation issues in the future.

The study of value orientations of modern Kazakhstani youth as the main determinant of a changing person in a changing world

Despite the strengthening of the world globalization processes accompanied by the development of individualistic values and devaluation of basic values, today we witness that contrary to this there is a strengthening of universal values, primarily related to the increase of spirituality in general. In our opinion, this paradox is caused, first of all, by the events that are taking place in the world today - coronovirus, military actions unleashed by Russia, various natural cataclysms and others. This leads not only to the actualization of the study of value orientations, but also to a change in the paradigm of their research. The study of the peculiarities of value orientations of modern youth is of particular importance, since it is demanded by the actual requirements of the social situation of development of the changing personality of the new generation, formed at the turn of the century - XX and XXI, having no experience of Soviet education and upbringing. Object of the research: students studying at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Empirical base of the study: Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi. The study involved 131 students (1-4 courses) studying at the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science (FPS). The conducted research showed that modern Kazakhstani students (by the example of students of KazNU named after Al-Farabi) have developed more values of Self-Transcendence (Self-Transcendence), including universalism and kindness. The formed values fully manifest themselves in the sphere of moral consciousness, moral actions and personal moral (spiritual) properties, which is confirmed by statistically revealed interrelations. The scientific and practical significance of the study lies in the fact that its results reflect, on the one hand, the formation and ongoing transformation of values in modern youth, on the other hand - the conflict between the way things should be and the way they want to be, what guidelines are set by external social reality. Consequently, the value orientations of modern Kazakhstani students are conditioned by the social situation of development of a changing personality in a changing world.

Использование культурно-исторической теории для анализа образовательного неравенства: потенциал, барьеры, перспективы

<p>The cultural-historical theory, which is basic for Soviet and post-Soviet Russian psychological science, is based on the idea of "specifically human" higher mental functions. The key concepts for the theory of "social situation of development", "zone of proximal development" include as a central element the cooperation of the child with other people. The article shows that in the works of followers of cultural-historical theory psychology in the USSR and modern Russia, very little attention was paid to the problems of development and learning related to differences in the characteristics of the sociocultural environment and interaction with teachers and peers. Explanations of this phenomenon are offered. The examples of the development of L.S.Vygotsky's ideas in the studies of educational inequality in foreign sociology are analyzed, the importance for Russian science of using cultural-historical theory to understand the mechanisms of the relationship between the peculiarities of social circumstances and the dynamics of child development, the analysis of pedagogical discourse is substantiated.</p>

Modern Methods of Criminological Study of the Personality of Selfish Criminals: A Critical Review and Comparative Analysis

The relevance of the study lies in the fact that the main reason for the impact of all the negative factors observed in society and generating mercenary crimes in it is the social maladjustment of the offender's personality. This is the quality of his socialisation, in which he acquires negative experience, which in the future leads to his unlawful acts. It is in the process of such "adaptation" to the environment, not without the direct "participation" of negative aspects of the micro-level, that the mercenary-violent orientation of the offender's personality is formed. The purpose of the study is to analyse the processes and phenomena occurring in society and leading to the formation of the main subjective cause of criminal behaviour - the criminogenic-oriented consciousness and psychology of the offender to use violence against the personality of another person to satisfy his/her own selfish needs. In accordance with this goal, the objective of the study is to study the socio-psychological properties of the individual, as well as to bring scientific and theoretical developments closer to the needs of practice. The main results of the study are the argumentation of the position that, if we follow dialectical concepts in reflecting the picture of the development of social life, the shortcomings and miscalculations of the macro level of social life, which can act as determinants of certain criminal manifestations, find their continuation and development in phenomena attributed to the micro level of personality socialisation. The main conclusions of the study are that the dynamic relationship and interdependence of the conditions of life and social situation of a person's development, which generally affect his/her adaptation to the environment, are considered essential in determining the determinants of offences. The further direction of scientific research is to study the personality of a mercenary criminal from the perspective of criminology, and also to make a criminological analysis of personal characteristics of a mercenary criminal.

The Exploration of the Path of Building First-Class Graduate Discipline Under the Multi-Disciplinary Intersection

Facing the opportunities and challenges brought by the new scientific and technological revolution and industrial change nowadays, interdisciplinary development has become the inevitable trend in the future, and the construction of first-class interdisciplinary disciplines has definitely meet the country’s urgent need for high-quality talents in the new era. Based on the current situation of education and social development, this paper takes the graduate education of Northeast Asian Studies College of Jilin University as a case study. Aimed at the problems existing in the current economic management personnel training process, such as decoupling of positioning and demand, insufficient cross-disciplinary knowledge, limited combination of theoretical teaching and practical application, high barriers to cross-cooperation among teachers, and insufficient leading role of evaluation system, the paper analyzes how to construct the first-class interdisciplinary disciplines from the aspects of talent training positioning, curriculum system, practical teaching system, compound teachers team and comprehensive evaluation system. The purpose of this paper is to explore the training mode of graduate students in Economics, the formation mode of interdisciplinary teaching and the cultivation mode of high-quality research teams, to provide practical paths and countermeasures for the construction of first-class graduate discipline, and to make practical contributions to the construction of new liberal arts and the cultivation of high-level interdisciplinary talents.

Perezhivanie: An investigation into drama and emotions as children enter a conceptual Playworld

A growing number of studies have investigated play in early childhood education, with some bringing forward the development of emotions in imaginary play situations. Of significance, is the creative pedagogy of play developed by Lindqvist (1995) who drew on a cultural-historical concept of play to bring forward emotions in Playworld. This paper investigates how children experience different perezhivanie within the Playworld settings in Indonesia. The cultural-historical concept of play, perezhivanie, and the social situation of development are used to understand how a 4-year-old boy experienced contradictions during collective imaginary play. Eight hours of digital-visual observation data selected from 98 h of group-play activities were used to show how nine teachers interacted with 38 children during the play (3.5 to 5 years old, mean age 4.4 years). The findings show how the cultural device used in the Playworld provides rich opportunities and conditions for children to experience different emotions in play, and where a dynamic perezhivanie emerges through the contributions of the play partners to the play that results in development of emotional regulation. By drawing attention to children's perezhivanie, Playworld can be seen as a promising play pedagogy that offers rich social interactions in play that support children's development.

Learner Perezhivanie and Mutual Advisor-Advisee Development Through Advising: A Longitudinal Case Study of JSL Learner

This study analyzes the perezhivanie of one second-language learner (Chinese L1) who studied Japanese as a second language and engaged in her learning experience in a Japanese cultural setting through yearlong language advisory sessions. Perezhivanie, a Russian term, and a Vygotskian concept, is employed in the study to observe L2 learner development and to capture the bidirectional influences of the characteristics of agency and the environment. The data analyzed come from two sources: (a) our written correspondence, including email exchanges, from before the study was conducted and (b) audio-recorded data of six face-to-face/ online advisory sessions on a bimonthly basis with a particular focus on her perezhivanie. By applying perezhivanie as a unit of analysis that avoids the cognition-or-emotion and person-or-context dichotomies, the findings revealed the developmental processes of one L2 learner and focused on how both advisor and advisee mutually transform the specific social situation into a social situation of collectividual development through yearlong advisory sessions. Notably, the participant evaluated her original experience negatively at first, but eventually, she learned to value the failure and reinterpreted the initial experience. The significance of the study is to contribute to describing the detailed case of learner perezhivanie with a particular focus on entrance exams in East Asian sociocultural settings.

Analysis of the Advantages and Disadvantages of the Three-child Policy and Its Impact Forecast

In response to the aging population, China has proposed a new family planning policy, the "three-child policy." On May 31, 2021, the Decision on Optimizing the Fertility Policy to Promote Long-term Balanced Population Development pointed out that China's fertility policy should be further optimized, which included that a couple can have three children. On July 20th, 2021, the Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Optimizing the Fertility Policy to Promote Long-term Balanced Population Development was announced. On July 21, the "Notice of the Office of the National Medical and Social Security Bureau on Doing a Good Job in Supporting the three-Child Policy and Maternity Insurance was announced. On August 20, 2021, the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress passed a decision on the revision of the Population and Family Planning Law. The revised law advocates marriage of the right age, good prenatal and postnatal care, and that a couple can have three children. However, it is a great challenge to women, so whether this policy can be effectively improved and implemented will depend on the current social and political development situation. This paper will analyze the "three-child policy" from both advantages and disadvantages to predict its impact. This is beneficial because it can reduce the aging of the population and promote social and economic development. The disadvantages are the harm to women, physical influence, psychological pressure and social tolerance towards women, and whether the company will reject female employees.

Preliminary Study on Landscape Design of Street Front Area in Commercial Block

In the current situation of social development, the design of commercial blocks has gradually become a trend, and is also the key area of People's Daily life. The research should adhere to the principle of harmonious coexistence with the ecology, and establish the relationship between human and nature, architecture and so on. The landscape design of the frontage area of commercial blocks is inconsistent with the development of the current commercial space design. In order to realize the development of landscape design of the frontage area of commercial blocks, the relationship between man and nature and architecture is further discussed, and the landscape design of the frontage area of commercial blocks is studied for a more reasonable innovative development. Taking the reconstruction project of Juxinghui Commercial Plaza in Hengqin, Zhuhai, Guangdong as an example, this paper summarizes the landscape design of commercial street fronting area in Lingnan area. It is suggested that the landscape design of commercial street frontage area should pay attention to the balance of ecosystem and reduce the damage to the ecology as far as possible. While reflecting local characteristics, the influence of Lingnan climate on plant landscape should be combined, and the principles of commercial street design and landscape design should be followed in the whole design. Under the premise of satisfying the material culture, this paper explores the landscape design of the commercial street fronting area which is most suitable for people's leisure and entertainment from multiple perspectives.

Features of the Social Situation of a Child's Development with an Allergic Disease

With all the variety of approaches to the study of the social situation of a child's development in the presence of somatic distress, currently insufficient attention is paid to the problems of the occurrence and course of allergies of unclear genesis. Consideration of an allergy of unclear genesis through the prism of a psychosomatic reaction is im-possible without taking into account the social situation of the child's development. In our study, we consider the pe-culiarities of the social situation of a child's development by studying various psychological characteristics, ranging from the characteristics of intra-family conflicts, the type of upbringing, the quality of contact between mother and child, and ending with the past experience of the child's mother interacting with her own mother. The aim of the study is to study the peculiarities of the social situation of a child's development in the manifestation of allergies of both clear and unclear genesis.The article presents the results of a study of 63 mothers with children, who were further divided into three groups, depending on the presence of a diagnosis of allergy of clear/unclear genesis or its absence. Taking into ac-count the set goals, our study used groups of methods focused on studying the peculiarities of the social situation of child development: clinical conversation, analysis of medical documentation, developed questionnaire aimed at diag-nostic examination of mothers and their children with allergies of unclear genesis, as well as children without allergies of unclear genesis, in order to identify risk factors disorders of mental and psychosomatic health, psychodiagnostic methods.According to the results of the study, the article presents a differentiated identification of factors of violation of the social situation of the child's development, by studying the quality of contact between mother and child, determin-ing the significance of the influence of past negative experiences of interaction with one's own mother; disturbed in-tra-family relations, which in the future may act as a trigger for the manifestation of allergies of unclear genesis in children.

Research on the Influencing Factors of Social Behavior under Mobile Short-sighted Frequent Broadcasting

As a new form of social media, mobile short video has attracted much attention. However, there is still a lack of research on the influencing factors of mobile short video communication effect. Firstly, this paper introduces the current situation of social behavior development and the future planning of social behavior under mobile short-sighted broadcasting, and then this paper discusses the influencing factors of users' social behavior under mobile short-sighted broadcasting through questionnaire survey and data analysis. The results show that the main factors affecting the short video communication effect are users' sharing behavior, attention behavior, praise behavior and comment behavior, among which sharing behavior contributes the most to the short video communication effect. In the future, the number and scale of mobile short video users will continue to expand, and the influence of users' social behavior on the short video communication effect will be more obvious. Therefore, the platform needs to strengthen the guidance of users' social behavior, improve the communication effect of short videos, let more people share, pay attention to, like and comment, and the content will be more widely spread. In a word, in the end, this paper discusses the influencing factors of social behavior under mobile short-sighted frequent broadcasting, and gives some strategic suggestions and prospects for future development of the platform to guide user behavior. This is of great significance for improving the communication effect of mobile short video, promoting the development of mobile short video industry and promoting user participation.

Study on the spatial–temporal evolution and driving mechanism of urban land green use efficiency in the Yellow River Basin cities

Under the current social background of green, sustainable, and high-quality development, countries and regions have increasingly begun to regard green development as a major goal of their economic and social development plans. If the evaluation of urban land use efficiency continues to be based only on economic and social outputs, such research will not conform to the current social development situation. Therefore, this paper introduces negative impacts, such as environmental pollution, into the evaluation system, using the Super-EBM model to measure the urban land green use efficiency (ULGUE) of the Yellow River Basin (YRB) based on panel data from 2011 to 2019. Exploratory spatial data analysis, kernel density estimation, and trend surface analysis were used to study the spatial–temporal evolution characteristics of ULGUE, and the GTWR model was used to explore potential driving mechanisms. The overall ULGUE remained relatively flat from 2011 to 2015, before showing a climbing growth in the post-2015 period; at the sub-basin level, the ULGUE in the midstream area was significantly higher than that in the downstream area, and slightly higher than that in the upstream area, but the rate of ULGUE increase in the upstream area was significantly higher than that in other areas. The spatial aggregation degree of ULGUE showed an increasing trend followed by a decreasing trend, but at the end of the study period, it was still slightly higher than its initial level. The overall ULGUE showed a “polarization–non-differentiation–polarization” trajectory, with the highest efficiency area gradually shifting from the northwest to the central region. Although the driving factors vary between different cities, in general, the roles of technology input and pollution emission factors have gradually increased. This research provides a scientific reference for high-quality development of the YRB and supports the optimal allocation of land resources and regional coordinated development.

Application of Association Rule Mining Algorithm in Talent Training Assessment in Universities Under Social Sustainability

From the contradiction between the difficulty of employment in enterprises and the difficulty of employment in college students, we can see that the strategies of cultivating talents in colleges and universities are biased. This research combines the talent cultivation mode of colleges and universities with the current situation of social development, constructs a comprehensive quality assessment system for students, and uses hierarchical analysis and expert opinions to determine the weight coefficients of each index. In response to the shortcomings of traditional mining algorithms, an improved APRIORI algorithm based on the bit-array matrix is proposed to improve the mining efficiency by introducing the duplicate terms of identification and variable records in data compression. The experimental results show that the improved algorithm can achieve fast convergence on different data sets. The minimum running time of BM Apriori algorithm in different nodes is 102s; under different supports, the average running time of BM Apriori algorithm is 1.49s, and the efficiency is improved by 81.4%. BM Apriori algorithm is used for data mining, and the association rules between courses and students’ grades obtained show that students’ grades are prone to decline during the freshman to sophomore years. Schools should focus on cultivating students’ good learning habits, cultivating excellent talents, and promoting the sustainable development of society.

Transformation of the value and sense sphere of the cadets from higher education institutions with specific study conditions for police training

The importance of personal value orientations for determining the motives of behaviour has been demonstrated. The changes in the polystructural value orientations of the cadets from higher education institutions with specific study conditions for police training under the influence of quarantine measures and martial law have been studied. The study was carried out on the basis of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. The methodology of polystructural value orientations of personality by S. Bubnov and the U-criterion of Mann-Whitney were used in the study.
 It has been demonstrated that cadets’ value orientations related to active interaction with society under the influence of COVID-19 quarantine restrictions have decreased in importance. The most important value orientations for the cadets were the following: “having good time, leisure”, “recognition and respect by people and influence on others”, “help and mercy to other people”. The least important for them were such value orientations as “search for beauty”, “social activity to achieve positive changes in society”, “discovering new things in the world, nature, and people”, and “communication”. The value orientation “health” took an insignificant place in the structure of values.
 It has been shown that such value orientations as “having good time, leisure”, “high-income”, “recognition and respect by people and influence on others” have become less important for cadets under martial law. The most resistant to the influences of the social situation of personality development among the surveyed cadets were such polystructural value orientations as “having good time, leisure”, “recognition and respect by people and influence on others”, and “love”.
 After being under martial law, certain personal value orientations of cadets have become less important than they were in the so-called pre-martial law period, namely: “having good time, leisure”; “high-income”, “recognition and respect by people and influence on others”, “search for beauty”.

<p>The international scientific community turned to cultural-historical psychology to find solutions to the issues caused by the introduction of new tools into social practice - digital tools and artificial intelligence, embodied in the international congress: "L. S. Vygotsky and A. R. Luria: cultural-historical psychology and issues of digitalization in social practices". The cross-cutting theme was the definition of the place of the digital medium in human life. Summarizing the results in a brief form, we identified five areas: defining the essence of the digital medium, its limitations and possibilities; highlighting the limits of its use; irrationality and rationality in relation to the "machine"; the role of the adult in learning and communication with the child when using digital media; the requirements for digital media in the boundaries of safety. In each area, the main provisions of cultural-historical psychology are examined in depth through the prism of their applicability to contemporary reality. The notions of "social situation of development," tool and sign, interiorization and zone of the nearest development, age and its features, mediation and others showed not only their theoretical viability, but also the practical necessity of their application.</p>

СОЦИАЛЬНО-ПЕДАГОГИЧЕСКИЕ ТЕХНОЛОГИИ ЦЕННОСТНОГО ОРИЕНТИРОВАНИЯ И СОЦИАЛИЗАЦИИ: СИНЕРГЕТИЧЕСКИЙ ПОДХОД

Introduction. Scientists tend to think that synergy, analyzing the "chaos -order" relationship in different spheres of social and natural world, acquires a special role in understanding modern society and the position of a person in it. The concepts of synergy (attractor, bifurcation, self-organization, entropy) and its principles (nonlinearity, instability, openness) applied to the analysis of the social situation of a child's development allow a deeper understanding of the coexistence of processes of randomness and orderliness in the field of his socialization and value orientation. The concepts also allow a new look at both the structure of socio-pedagogical activity and socio-pedagogical technologies. The purpose of the study - to characterize (on the basis of synergetic concepts) the technologies of socio-pedagogical activity aimed at the implementation of interaction with the child. The article presents two types of socio-pedagogical technologies: institutional and individual. Institutional technologies are developed as algorithms based on fixed values - goals, the implementation of which puts being in order, in a state of a more or less stable attractor based on the concept of "how it should be". The synergetic approach promotes the ordering of connections that are significant for the child, bringing the situation of socialization and value orientation into the state of a generally accepted norm. As an evaluation criterion for the transformation of the situation, there is a measure of compliance - non-compliance of the processes of value orientation with generally accepted rules, patterns, norms. Individual technologies are based on the subjective world of inner experiences and are addressed to the meaning of being. Here it is possible to consider the attractor goals as strategic landmarks that allow movement to the result by different trajectories, providing not only the planned, but also an additional result as an element of creativity. This is a creative process of interaction constantly renewed on a personal level to search for the meaning of life. The adequacy – inadequacy of the proposed measures of the uniqueness of the child, the uniqueness of the "case" acts as an evaluation criterion for the situation transformation.
