The article deals with the impact of the full-scale phase of the Russian-Ukrainian war on the content of Ukrainian field-specific media using the сase of the outlet for IT-specialists DOU. It was chosen as a large online resource with a potential audience of almost 700 000 registered users. The feed of DOU where journalistic materials are published (interviews, articles, investigations, news) is analyzed. The relevance of the study is due to the threat of the disappearance of Ukrainian field-specific media, which appeared at the beginning of the full-scale invasion because of a significant narrowing the range of topics demanded by the audience. Interviews with the chief editors of DOU's feed, who held this position during 2022, and the internal editorial statistics made it possible to follow the changes in the thematic, genre and format content of the media. The most popular topics of the materials published in the feed during 2021—2022 were analyzed and compared. It was found that analytics remains to be the most demanded among readers, but it shows almost double decrease from 63,1 to 33,3%. The second most popular topic in 2022 was the mobilization at 22,2%. Such topics as entry into the profession and high salaries retained their popularity and the first one even increased the rates by 3 times. Materials about relocation and interviews with interesting speakers (outside the war context) completely disappeared from the top due to a change in audience priorities and the current situation. The most important content transformations in DOU during the year of the full-scale war are highlighted: an increase in the number of news, a linking to the agenda, a presentation of current national topics through the stories of IT specialists, an expansion of genre and format boundaries, an influence of the social mission on the content. It was concluded that such changes can be considered as adaptation measures of the media. The reduction of reader's interest to military topics during the first half of 2022 is tracked. The analyzed general statistics of views during 2021—2022 allow us to designate the success of the content transformations in the feed of the Ukrainian outlet DOU.
