Pelatihan Pembukuan Sederhana pada Pelaku UMKM di Sedayu Bantul Yogyakarta

This community service activity aims to increase the understanding and skills of MSME players in carrying out simple, effective financial records. This training focuses on recording cash, calculating profits and losses, and separating personal and business finances. This program is aimed at MSMEs Pop Chicken and Rudi meatballs in Argumulyo Village, Sedayu District, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta, and will be implemented from 26 August to 14 September 2024. The methods used in this activity are surveys, training and counseling, and evaluation. they are carried out through a post-test to measure the understanding of MSME players before and after training in understanding the importance of simple bookkeeping. The results of this activity show that MSME players better understand the importance of neat and structured bookkeeping and are aware of the financial risks that may occur if recording is not done properly.

Active primitive reflexes obstruct tactical and technical skills in football players

ABSTRACT Primitive reflexes (PRs) are involuntary motor responses present at birth, typically replaced by voluntary motor control during development. If PRs remain active beyond infancy, they can impair motor and cognitive abilities. This study investigated the correlation between active PRs and Tactical (TaS) and Technical Skills (TeS) in professional football matches. Fifty-eight male football players (17.5 ± 1.4 years) from a French academy were assessed for PR activity, categorized into inactive or active PR groups. Assessed PRs included asymmetrical tonic neck reflex (ATNR), symmetrical tonic neck reflex (STNR), tonic labyrinthine reflex (TLR), and Moro reflex (MR). Analysis of twenty matches showed players with active PRs had significantly lower success rates in TaS and TeS, including 15.5% and 31.8% lower pass success in imbalance and finishing zones (p < 0.01). Players with active PRs also performed worse in defensive actions and duels (p < 0.01). The findings highlight that active PRs hinder football performance, especially in challenging match situations like duels and crowded zones. This suggests the need for training programs to address PR effects and enhance player performance. Further research should refine methods for integrating these RPs.

Risk and Prognosis of Hamstring Injuries in the National Football League: A 12-Year Review.

Hamstring injuries can have a significant burden on a professional football player's career and performance. One in 4 players will suffer a lower extremity strain in their career, with the hamstring being the most common. These injuries are often fraught with extended periods of recovery and reinjury rates varying between 16% and 38%. To determine the progression and duration of hamstring injury as well as risk factors and probability of reinjury in the National Football League (NFL). Descriptive epidemiology study. Data were extracted from the official publicly accessible NFL database of injuries. NFL players suffering a hamstring injury during the study period of 2008-2020 were identified. Injuries were reported weekly as mandated by the NFL. Players were deemed cleared from injury when no longer listed in the injury report (IR). Reinjury was defined as any subsequent hamstring injury after a player's initial injury. The duration of injury and factors associated with injury were analyzed. Secondary objectives included team-specific injury rates and timing of injury. A total of 2101 hamstring injuries occurred among 1354 players. The mean duration of the IR was 2.4 ± 2.1 weeks. A total of 442 (33%) players suffered subsequent reinjury, 27% of which occurred during the same season. The mean duration on the IR for reinjury was 2.4 ± 1.8 weeks, with no significant difference in duration compared with initial injury (2.4 ± 1.8 vs 2.2 ± 1.7; P = .138). Defensive skill players were most frequently injured (50.4%) followed by offensive skill players (37.7%). Of the 4812 total IR listings, 1806 (38%) did not participate in practice. A total of 1590 (33.5%) had limited participation in practice, and 1353 (28.5%) had full participation in practice. Injury rates among teams varied and ranged from 0.6% (Baltimore Ravens) to 5.7% (Houston Texans), with a median of 3.1% (P < .0001). Hamstring injuries can have a lasting impact on a player's career with more than a third of players suffering subsequent reinjury. Although suffering a hamstring injury predisposes a player to reinjury, previous injury was not associated with longer recovery times. Rates of injury among organizational teams vary; thus, further research to understand the difference in preventive measures and treatment protocols may be warranted.

Parent assessment of their child’s play: A psychometric study on the Pretend Play Enjoyment Developmental Checklist

Introduction: Play is a crucial occupation of children’s that requires reliable and valid assessment. This study aimed to investigate validity and reliability of the parent version of the Pretend Play Enjoyment Developmental Checklist (PPE-DC). Methods: This cross-sectional psychometric study included 10 Iranian occupational therapists from paediatric clinical practice (mean age of 36.5 years) with an average of 14.5 years of experience. Thirty parents and their neurodivergent children (6 girls; mean = 55.90 months; SD = 14.25) and 30 parents and their neurotypical children (14 girls; mean age = 53.4 months; SD = 20.45) participated. Parents filled in the PPE-DC, and a trained therapist assessed children with the Child-Initiated Pretend Play Assessment (ChIPPA) within 10 days of parents filling in the PPE-DC. Results: The content validity ratio was 1. Content validity index was &gt;0.8. There were significant differences for all parent PPE-DC scores between neurotypical and neurodivergent children ( p &lt; 0.001). For concurrent validity, there were moderate significant relationships between the ChIPPA and PPE-DC items. Test–retest reliability was excellent (intraclass correlation coefficient &gt; 0.99). Conclusion: The PPE-DC Parent version is a reliable and valid parent’s measurement of their child’s level of complexity of play skills.

Digital Marketing Training for MSMEs Sumber Rejeki Bawang in Kediri Regency

Digital Marketing Training for Sumber Rejeki Bawang MSMEs in Kediri Regency, aims to increase the understanding and skills of MSME players in utilizing digital technology for product marketing. This activity involved the owner and employees of Sumber Rejeki Bawang MSME. The training included an introduction to social media and marketplaces, content marketing techniques, and search engine optimization (SEO). Through a workshop and hands-on approach, participants were trained to utilize digital platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Shoppe, and Tokopedia to expand their market and improve the competitiveness of their products. The training results showed that participants experienced a significant increase in their understanding of the use of digital marketing, with most starting to utilize social media and marketplaces as marketing channels. Overall, this training can improve the marketing capacity of Sumber Rejeki Bawang MSMEs and open up opportunities to expand the market, both locally and nationally.

EFFECTS OF GAME-BASED VERSUS DRILL-BASED TRAINING ON TECHNICAL SKILLS IN U-17 MALE VOLLEYBALL PLAYERS

Background: Despite much evidence showing the effects of game-based and drill-based training methods in team sports, there have been no discussions about which training method is more effective in young male volleyball players. The present study aimed to compare the effects of game-based versus drill-based training methods on the technical skills of young male volleyball players. Methods: The study used an experimental control group design. During the 2022–2023 practice period, 40 young male volleyball players trained in Injibara, Ethiopia. The athletes were 15 and 16 years old. The selection method used was a census approach. Subsequently, all 40 players were randomly assigned to game-based or drill-based training groups. Standard volleyball skill tests (Russell &amp; Lange test for serving and spiking and the Byra Mark test for passing and setting competence) were used to collect the data. The study used descriptive (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (paired and independent t-tests) to analyze the data. Normality (Shapiro-Wilk test) and variance homogeneity (Levine’s test) were verified to ensure robust interpretations. Results: The study found that 12 weeks of game-based training led to significant improvements in serving, passing, setting, and spiking skills compared to drill-based training (p &lt; .05). Conclusions: Young male volleyball players who participated in game-based training had higher scores in volleyball technical skills than those from drill-based training groups.

Light-based manipulation of visual processing speed during soccer-specific training has a positive impact on visual and visuomotor abilities in professional soccer players.

This study was aimed at assessing the effects of a 6-week intervention within a training environment that uses special lighting conditions targeted to slow down the visual processing speed of visual and visuomotor performance in professional soccer players. Twenty-four soccer players (age = 21.8 ± 4.8 years, 50% women) from the under 18 and under 23 men's teams, and 1st Women's team of the Sunderland Association Football Club participated in this study. Participants were randomly assigned to the intervention and control groups, with the intervention group performing 2-weekly 30-min sessions of specific soccer tasks with specific lighting conditions using the Okkulo system (Okkulo™, okkulo.com), whereas the control group performed the same training under normal lighting conditions. The intervention group showed significant improvements in dynamic visual acuity (p < 0.001), recognition time (p = 0.002), sensory reaction time (p < 0.001), motor reaction time (p = 0.002) and peripheral identification accuracy (p < 0.001), whereas no significant effects were obtained for stereopsis (p = 0.05), peripheral identification speed (p = 0.17) and anticipation (p = 0.22). In conclusion, a 6-week training intervention using the Okkulo system improved several visual and visuomotor skills in professional soccer players. Future studies will assess the transfer effects of using this technology to on-field performance.

The Effectivity of the PBL Model in Learning Outcomes Analyzing Variations Basketball Playing Skills for Class X SMAN 7 in Central Maluku Regency

This study aims to analyze the ability of Physical Education and Sports Health teachers using the Problem-based learning model to improve basketball playing skills of class X-IPA1 High School 7, Central Maluku. This research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The research participants were Physical Education and Sports Health teachers at class X. The data collection techniques used were; (1) observation; uses innovative learning assessment format of 19 assessment indicators, (2) interviews, (3) documentation, and (4) triangulation. To analyze data, use the model qualitative analysis technique from Milles and Huberman. This research produces several points: (1) The average ability of subjects to utilize problem-based learning in Physical Education, Sports, and Health, especially the material analyzing variations in basketball playing skills, is 69,47%, so it is in the “Good” category. (2) Based on 19 innovative learning assessment indicators, the results were as follows: (a) The best category had 5% or only 1 indicator, (b) the “Good” category had 42% or 8 indicators, (c) the “Sufficient” category had 48% or 9 indicators, (d) “Poor” category of 5% or 1 indicator. Even though the subject’s ability is in the average category, there is 1 indicator in the “poor” category. In conclusion, (1) the research subjects were not optimal in implementing the problem-based learning model in learning Physical Education, Sports, and Health, especially the material analyzing variations in Basketball Playing Skills. (2) Subjects have not activated the ability to analyze variations in students’ skills in practical activities in the field. (3) Participants had not carried out assessments of learning processes. Morphological and Performance Biomechanics Profiles of Draft Preparation American-Style Football Players

Background/Objectives: Using advanced methodologies may enhance athlete profiling. This study profiled morphological and laboratory-derived performance biomechanics by position of American-style football players training for the draft. Methods: Fifty-five players were categorized into three groups: Big (e.g., lineman; n = 17), Big–skill (e.g., tight end; n = 11), and Skill (e.g., receiver; n = 27). Body fat (BF%), lean body mass (LBM), and total body mass were measured using a bioelectrical impedance device. Running ground reaction force (GRF) and ground contact time (GCT) were obtained using an instrumented treadmill synchronized with a motion capture system. Dual uniaxial force plates captured countermovement jump height (CMJ-JH), normalized peak power (CMJ-NPP), and reactive strength. Asymmetry was calculated for running force, GCT, and CMJ eccentric and concentric impulse (IMP). MANOVA determined between-group differences, and radar plots for morphological and performance characteristics were created using Z-scores. Results: There was a between-group difference (F(26,80) = 5.70, p &lt; 0.001; Wilk’s Λ = 0.123, partial η2 = 0.649). Fisher’s least squares difference post hoc analyses showed that participants in the Skill group had greater JH, CMJ-NPP, reactive strength, and running GRF values versus Big players but not Big–skill players (p &lt; 0.05). Big athletes had greater BF%, LBM, total body mass, and GCT values than Skill and Big–skill athletes (p &lt; 0.05). Big–skill players had greater GCT asymmetry than Skill and Big players (p &lt; 0.05). Asymmetries in running forces, CMJ eccentric, and concentric IMP were not different (p &gt; 0.05). Morphological and performance biomechanics differences are pronounced between Skill and Big players. Big–skill players possess characteristics from both groups. Laboratory-derived metrics offer precise values of running and jumping force strategies and body composition that can aid sports science researchers and practitioners in refining draft trainee profiles.

Enhancing Acceleration Capabilities in Professional Women’s Football Players: A Comparative Analysis of Game-Based Versus Resisted Sprint Trainings

The recognition of high-speed demands in football has led elite academies to prioritize acceleration capabilities for player selection and promotion, particularly given their fundamental role in the motor skills of professional players and their impact on goal-related opportunities. This study explored the effectiveness of game-based versus resisted sprint training methods in enhancing the acceleration abilities of professional women’s football players. Over the entire competitive period, the training load of 26 athletes (24.2 ± 3.7 years) was assessed using GPS devices, and sprint capabilities were evaluated through four 30-m acceleration tests spaced six weeks apart. Linear mixed models (LMMs) analyzed physical load parameters, including distance covered at high speeds, speed events, and maximum speed, with periods and players as fixed and random effects, respectively. Significant sprint performance improvements were observed across all intervals, particularly when high-intensity distance volumes were combined with resisted sprint training. Conversely, high-intensity running without additional stimuli also led to performance gains, albeit to a lesser extent. Both game-based and resisted sprint training methods were effective in enhancing acceleration capabilities, while the absence of specific sprint focus did not significantly alter sprint performance. These findings support the inclusion of tailored sprint training in athletic programs to optimize acceleration in women’s football players.

Penerapan Algoritma Backpropagation dalam Memprediksi Kemenangan dalam Bermain Mobile Legends

Victory in Mobile Legends is influenced by various factors, such as player skills, strategy, and character selection. To predict game outcomes, the backpropagation algorithm is applied to process historical gameplay data and create an accurate predictive model. This study aims to apply the backpropagation algorithm to predict victory based on player attributes, including team role, experience level, and past performance. The research method involves training and testing the model using data from multiple gameplay sessions with varied outcomes. Findings show that the backpropagation algorithm can predict game results with high accuracy, especially when the data includes a more comprehensive range of attributes. The implications of this study suggest that a backpropagation-based predictive model can help players understand their chances of winning and optimize their gameplay strategies. Furthermore, future developments in this algorithm could provide benefits for similar applications in other digital gaming fields.

Cultural Misbeliefs: A Fertile Ground at Service of Psychological Operations

This paper of ours further expounds on psyops and cultural misbeliefs-their complex interplay in how these deep-seated but very often cultural misbeliefs can be manipulated to have an influence upon perceptions and responses in the public. In psychological warfare, cultural misbelief has formed a two-edged sword wherein skilled players could use these in misleading the target groups in a direction that furthers the strategic aim. The present study has shown how rumors, especially those coinciding with deep-seated fears and prejudices can fuel acts of violence or justify negative behavior and has illustrated the huge impact which cultural background may have on individual behavior and social life. It also reflects upon the degree to which psychological operations have created public opinion and attempted to demoralize one's adversaries by using those cultural cleavages apt to awake social chaos and conflict and it also espouses critical thinking and education as imperatives for overcoming the aftermath of cultural misconceptions and propounds an inclusive approach toward attaining understanding and tolerance of the people within the community. It is when such misconceptions are identified and corrected that societies become resilient to such manipulative misinformation and create a united and peaceful atmosphere.

Evolution of Technical-Tactical Performance Indicators in College Men’s Football Players (U.S. NCAA Division I)

Background: Players, through the different stages of their development, increase their performance due to their maturation process, training, and the increase in their experiences. The college competition in the US allows players to train and compete in a stable context over 4 years in their transition from U18 to senior level. Objective: The objective of the study was to analyse the evolution of game statistics as a function of the year of college of NCAA Division I men’s players. Methodology: The sample was 52,852 Division I National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) players of the United States (2010-2021 seasons). The study design was retrospective non-experimental. The variables studied were games played, games as a starter, points, goals, assists, shot attempts, shots on goal, effectiveness of attempts, effectiveness of shots on goal, fouls, yellow cards, and red cards. To establish the evolution between players from top and bottom teams, one-way ANOVA was used. To analyse the differences according to the top and bottom teams, a T-test and discriminant analysis were performed. Results: The older, more experienced, and trained players were, the more they participated in the game, both in terms of games played and in terms of game actions (assists, shots, and goals). The increase in the effectiveness of shots and shots on goal shows that the evolution in training and experience leads to higher player skill. Conclusion: These findings highlight the importance of experience, training, and maturity in the performance of U-23 male football players.

Designing tests for some motor abilities and predicting the level of performance skill for academic school football players aged (13-14) years

The study aims to design tests to measure some motor abilities in the study sample, to find standard grades and levels for some tests of motor abilities in the study sample, preparing equations to predict the level of performance skill of soccer players in terms of mobility tests in the research sample. The researcher used the descriptive approach, and the research community was selected from football academy players aged (13-14) years in Raparin. The research sample was selected intentionally, which included (260) players. So as to reach the results, the researcher used a set of statistical programs by using SPSS. It was concluded to find and determine the grades and standard levels modified for the research sample in the motor tests, determining an equation to predict the level of performance skill in terms of motor abilities. It is recommended that the prediction equation can be adopted as indicators through which the components of motor abilities are determined and the possibility of upgrading it according to the time period of the preparation stage to reach the level of competition.

THE IMPACT OF UTILIZING PENDULUM TRAINING IN ENHANCING SPECIFIC PHYSICAL ATTRIBUTES AND FUNDAMENTAL SKILLS FOR YOUNG FOOTBALL PLAYERS

Football This game has taken a large part of the rest of the sports games as it occupies the first place in terms of practitioners (amateurs, professionals) and spectators, as well as the abundance of its skills and the diversity of its plans, so the interest in it was exceptional in terms of its importance on the one hand and because it is the game that brings pleasure and joy to the hearts of its followers and practitioners on the other hand and has received huge views whether (inside or outside the stadium), it is natural that the player, coach or fan will be under great psychological pressure when compared to other sports games. Preparing a training program using the pendulum training method to develop some physical qualities and basic skills for youth football players. Knowing the effect of the pendulum training method in developing some physical qualities and basic skills for youth football players. The researchers used the experimental method (experimental design for two groups, the first control and the second experimental) using pre- and post-measurement, and the research community identified the young players in the Al-Jawhara Sports Club for football for the season) 2022-2023 (and the research sample was selected by simple random method, amounting to (20) players, and then they were divided into two control groups containing) 10) players and an experimental group containing (10) players as well. The most important conclusions were The emergence of a clear development of the control and experimental groups in the physical qualities and basic skills of young football players. There is an advantage in the development of the physical qualities and basic skills of young football players in favor of the experimental group that used the pendulum training method. The use of any training method may positively affect the physical qualities and basic skills of young football players.

Influence of Motor Imagery Modality on First-Serve Performance in Tennis Players.

Motor imagery (MI) is frequently used in tennis players. This pilot study aimed to assess whether the MI modality and preference of skilled tennis players could influence their service performance when using MI before serving first balls. Twenty expert players (Mage = 18.6years) completed the movement imagery questionnaire (third version) to assess their MI modality scores (internal visual, external visual, and kinesthetic) and their MI preference. Participants completed 4 experimental counterbalanced sessions spread over 4weeks, each including the completion of 20 first-serve balls in match condition. The sessions included a control condition (i.e.,only physical practice trials) and three MI conditions during which the players had to mentally imagine themselves performing a serve according to one of the imagery modalities, either internal visual, external visual, or kinesthetic, before serving. The percentage of success, the speed of the service balls (measured by a tablet with SWING VISION and a radar gun), and an efficiency score were recorded and then evaluated by experts and served as performance indicators and dependent variables. The results of this study showed that players benefited from MI before serving and that almost a third of the participants achieved a higher percentage of success and efficiency scores when using their preferred MI modality. These results lead us, in an applied way, to suggest to skilled tennis players to determine their MI preference and to have recourse to the mental simulation of a successful serve before serving the first balls in match condition.

Birthplace Effect in Soccer: A Systematic Review.

Birthplace is a contextual variable that influences the talent development process of soccer players. The main objective of this systematic review was to compile the scientific literature on the effect of birthplace in soccer. This is the first systematic review to investigate how this contextual factor relates to talent development in soccer. Using the PRISMA methodology, the analysis of the 14 articles that were part of the final review concluded with three main discursive themes: the place of birth and population size, composition of the birthplace and socio-demographic characteristics of the population, and the place of birth and the location of high performance sport centres. This review shows that there are several underlying elements for understanding the effect of the place of birth on the development of talent in soccer. The combination of population density and the level of facilities in the place where the player was born are key in the development of a soccer player. It is not only about the place as a space, but also about what that space means for the development of the player's soccer skills. The findings not only highlight the characteristics of the areas, in terms of density and equipment supply, identified as talent hotspots, but also provide an opportunity to critically reflect on current practices of talent identification and development in soccer.

How does prolonged tennis playing affect lower limb muscles' activity during first and second tennis serves?

We examined the effect of prolonged tennis playing on lower limb muscles' activity during the execution of first and second tennis serves. Ten male competitive tennis players executed five first and second serves before (pretest) and after (posttest) a 3-h tennis match. Surface electromyographic (EMG) activity of four lower limb muscles (vastus lateralis, rectus femoris, gastrocnemius lateralis, and soleus muscles) on each leg was recorded along with maximum ball velocity measured by a radar gun and peak vertical forces recorded by a force platform. For the vastus lateralis, gastrocnemius lateralis, and soleus muscles of the left leg as well as the vastus lateralis muscle of the right leg, EMG amplitude decreased from pre- to posttests (p≤0.033). These reductions in the EMG signal were generally more pronounced in the first serve (i.e., ranging from -10% to -40%) compared to the second serve (0% to -25%). Maximum ball velocity for both first (159±12 vs. 154±12km/h) and second (126±20 vs. 125±15km/h) serves remained unchanged from pre- to posttests (p=0.638) Similarly, peak vertical forces did not differ between pretest and posttest for both first (1.78±0.30 vs. 1.72±0.29 body weight) and second (1.62±0.25 vs. 1.75±0.23 body weight) serves (p=0.730). In conclusion, a 3-h tennis match led to decreased activation levels in various leg muscles during serves, particularly in first serves compared to second serves. Despite consistent maximum ball velocity and peak vertical forces, these reductions in EMG signals suggest that skilled tennis players may adopt compensatory strategies after prolonged play.

Utilization of Technology in MSME Marketing Strategy Through Digital Media

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) increasingly use digital marketing to increase visibility, competitiveness, and turnover. The methods used in this community service include lectures, question and answer, and promotional simulations with social media. This program aims to train MSMEs in using digital technology for marketing. The discussion in this article is the application of digital marketing strategies and it is hoped that this training will have an impact on the skills of MSMEs players so they can carry promotions effectively and efficiently.

A Comparative Study Using an Analytical Program for the Effectiveness of the Performance of the Sending and Receiving Skills of Female Premier League Volleyball Players

ارتأت الباحثتان أجراء دراسة مقارنة لمستوى فاعلية الاداء لمهارتي الارسال واستقبال الارسال للاعبات الأندية المشاركة في الدوري العراقي للممتاز بالكرة الطائرة للنساء باستخدام برنامج تحليلي لغرض الكشف عن نقاط القوة والضعف ومن خلال متابعة الباحثتان لمباريات الدوري العراقي الممتاز بالكرة الطائرة لفئة المتقدمات وأيضا كون احدى الباحثتان لاعبة في أحد اندية الدوري العراقي الممتاز بالكرة الطائرة وجدتا ان هناك ضعف في مستوى فاعلية الاداء لبعض المهارات الفنية وهي مهارتي الارسال واستقبال الارسال حيث هنالك تفاوت بين نادي واخر وكذلك بين لاعبة وأخرى واستخدمت الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب الدراسة المقارنة والتحليلية لملائمته لمشكلة البحث في حين حددت الباحثتان مجتمع البحث بالفرق المشاركة في الدوري العراقي الممتاز بالكرة الطائرة للموسم الرياضي 2021-2022 وعددها 10 اندية في حين اختيرت عينة البحث من الفرق المتاهلة الى الدور النصف النهائي في الدوري العراقي الممتاز بالكرة الطائرة للسيدات للموسم الرياضية 2021-2022 حيث بلغ عدد الأندية المتأهلة (4) وهي (اكاد عينكاوة، افروديت، سنحاريب، قرقوش) وبهذا بلغت النسبة المئوية لعينة البحث 40 % أذ تم تحليل المباريات بأستخدام البرنامج الاحصائي الاكثر شهرة عالمياً Data volley واستنتجت الباحثتان ظهور فروق معنوية في مستوى فاعلية الأداء المهاري لمهارة الارسال لصالح اندية (افروديت، قرقوش، اكاد عينكاوة) وعدم ظهور فروق معنوية في مستوى فاعلية الأداء لمهارة الارسال لنادي سنحاريب وظهور فروق معنوية في مستوى فاعلية الأداء المهاري لمهارة استقبال الارسال لصالح اندية (قرقوش، افروديت، سنحاريب) وعدم ظهور فروق معنوية في مستوى فاعلية الأداء استقبال الارسال لنادي اكاد عينكاوة. واوصت الباحثتان ب ضرورة اعتماد مبدأ التقويم الموضوعي في كل مرحلة من مراحل التدريب المختلفة وفي مرحلة المنافسات بانتقاء اختبارات مقننة وبرامج تحليلية للمهارات الهجومية لمتابعة فاعلية الأداء المهاري ومعالجة تذبذبها في الأوقات المناسبة والتأكيد على تنمية القابليات الخططية لترابطها الوثيق مع القابليات البدنية والمهارية . وهذا ما يحقق احد اهداف التنمية المستدامة للامم المتحدة في العراق (التعليم الجيد).
