ANALYSIS OF FINANCIAL OF FISHERY PRODUCT PROCESSING BUSINESS IN PRODUCTION HOUSE “IBU SITI RAHMAH” IN MUARA ADANG VILLAGE PASER REGENCY

This study aims to determine the profitability of the business and to determine the financial feasibility of fishery product processing business in the production house “Mrs. Siti Rahmah” with discounted investment criteria (NPV, IRR, and Net B/C) and non-discounted (Payback Period). This research was conducted in October 2023. The determination of respondents is guided by the sample method, with the selected respondents being fishery product processing businesses in the “Mrs. Siti Rahmah” production house. The analytical tools used in this research are cost analysis, revenue, profit, and also financial feasibility analysis with discounted and non-discounted investment criteria. The results showed that the fishery product processing business in the production house “Mrs. Siti Rahmah” in Muara Adang Village, Long Ikis Subdistrict, Paser Regency received Rp 44,880,000/year and earned a profit of Rp 9,775,782/year. From the financial aspect, the fishery product processing business is feasible to run and develop with an NPV value of Rp 50,081,700, IRR of 79%, Net B/C of 2.84 and PP of 1.19 years.

Perbandingan Hasil Gambaran Os Processus Coracoid yang Optimal Pada Proyeksi AP Axial dengan Arah Sinar 200, 300, 400 Cranially

Background: One part of the scapula that is usually done separately is the coracoid process. The coracoid process will look better with AP positioning of the scapula with the hand abducted and the cranial beam direction can show the coracoid process well. The angle used is between 15 to 45 degrees with the direction of the cephalad beam. This photoshoot is usually done in cases of trauma. To obtain accurate information in establishing a diagnosis, the researcher decided to conduct a study on the comparison of radiographic results to obtain the optimal coracoid process with 200 , 300 , and 400 cranial AP projections. Methods: This type of quantitative research with an experimental study was carried out at the Radiology Installation of Siti Rahmah Hospital, Padang in June 2022 using a sample of 3 patients, then read out by 3 respondents and the data processing was calculated usingweight means score method examination method using SPSS with Anova test. Result: from the results obtained the average value of Os. coracoid process with AP Axial projection of 200 cranally is 1.55 next to Os. coracoid process with AP Axial 300 cranial projection the average value obtained was 1.66 and at Os. coracoid process with AP Axial 400 cranial projection the average value obtained was 1.74. Then from these three data, a significant value was obtained from SPSS calculations, namely 0.734 (> 0.05). Conclusions: The results of the study, namely the average results AP axial projection 200 cranially 1.55. The average AP projection axial 300 cranially is 1.66. The average result of the 400 cranially axial AP projection is 1.74. So the angle needed to produce an optimal picture of the coracoid process on the examination of the scapula is to use the AP Axial 400 Cranially projection because it is able to display the coracoid process Os more clearly.

Development of Acute Kidney Injury Predictor Score in Intensive Care Unit Patients in Padang, Indonesia.

This study aims to develop and create a specialized acute kidney injury (AKI) predictor score for the intensive care unit (ICU) patients in Padang, Indonesia. This study was a prospective observational study on 352 ICU patients at three specialized hospitals in Padang City; Dr. M. Djamil General Hospital, Dr. Rasidin General Hospital, and Siti Rahmah Islamic Hospital. Data regarding demographics, clinical characteristics, laboratory results, and outcomes related to AKI were gathered. The factors that predict AKI were identified using multivariate logistic regression analysis to determine independent factors. The predictor scores were created using regression coefficients and then internally confirmed. Out of a total of 352 patients, 128 individuals (36.4%) suffered from AKI. Factors that independently predict the occurrence of AKI include age over 60 years old, having a history of chronic kidney disease, having sepsis, need for vasopressors, and having creatinine level 1.3 mg/dL (IQR 1.0-1.8) upon admission to ICU. An area under the curve (AUC) of 0.85 (95% CI 0.80-0.90) indicated the strong performance of the constructed predictor score. The constructed AKI predictor score a scale factor of 10, resulting in a range of 0-10 for the AKI predictor score. It demonstrates a good level of accuracy in predicting AKI in ICU patients in Padang. This score can be used by healthcare professionals to quickly identify and categorize individuals based on their risk level, facilitating timely intervention and personalized treatment.

ANALYSIS OF DIFFERENCES IN IMAGE QUALITY WITH VARIATIONS IN SLICE THICKNESS IN CT-SCAN BRAIN EXAMINATIONS WITH TRAUMA CASES AT THE RADIOLOGY INSTALLATION OF RSI SITI RAHMAH PADANG

Research has been carried out on the analysis of differences in image quality with slice thickness variations in CT-Scan brain examinations with trauma cases at the Radiology Installation at RSI Siti Rahmah Padang. This study aims to determine the difference in image quality with varying slice thicknesses of 3 mm, 5 mm, and 7 mm in CT-Scan brain examinations with trauma cases and what slice thickness is capable of producing optimal image quality in establishing a diagnosis in CT-Scan brain examinations. with trauma cases. This research was conducted in January 2022 - June 2022 with a quantitative type of research with experimental methods, using purposive sampling techniques and questionnaire data distributed to respondents were processed using the weight mean score formula and the SPSS Friedman method. According to the weight mean score formula, the highest average value for the slice thickness variations of 3 mm, 5 mm and 7 mm is a slice thickness of 3 mm with an average value of 3.64, contrast resolution has an average value of 3.67, noise is 3. 49 and the results of the CT-Scan brain examination in the bone window in trauma cases had an average of t3.74. Based on the SPSS results of the Friedman method, it was found that there was a significant difference in the results of slice thickness variations of 3 mm, 5 mm and 7 mm in the CT-Scan brain examination with trauma cases because (p-value < 0.05), this shows that Hₒ was rejected and Hₐ was accepted. A good slice thickness variation for showing trauma on a CT-Scan brain examination is a slice thickness of 3 mm in the bone window, because if there is a very small fracture it can be seen more clearly.

Analisis Persiapan Implementasi Rekam Medis Elektronik Di Rumah Sakit Islam Siti Rahmah Padang

Siti Rahmah Islamic Hospital, Padang is a type A private hospital located in Padang in preparation for implementing electronic medical records and also improving the quality of human resources and health services. This study aims to determine the preparation for implementing electronic medical records at RSI Siti Rahmah Padang. The research used was qualitative using interviews, the method of taking the subject of informants using purposive sampling with several informants 5 people and data collection using analysis techniques by interviewing informants. The results of the research that has been carried out to prepare for the implementation of electronic medical records at RSI Siti Rahmah Padang have been running from the start of the enactment of the PMK Law 24 of 2022 by increasing human resources through training on electronic medical records and providing facilities and infrastructure to support the successful implementation of medical records. electronic medical from the aspect of technology, and information technology (IT). From this research, it can be concluded that preparations for the implementation of electronic medical records have started with human resources increasing insight into medical record officers and medical staff in other healthcare facilities.

ANALYSIS OF CRANIUM RADIOGRAPHY RESULTS WITH COMPARISON OF GRID RATIO 8:1 AND RATIOGRID 6:1 TO GET GOOD DENSITY VALUES

Grid has several types of ratios, where each ratio is influenced by the plate, the thickness of the plate, the width of the insulating material or interspace and the absorption of radiation. This can affect the density of the resulting radiograph. Based on the observations, the grid used in the Cranium examination, where the grid ratios that are often found are 8:1 and 6:1 grid ratios. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine which grid ratio produces good density and can produce good quality cranium radiographs.
 This type of research is quantitative with experimental studies. It was carried out at the Radiology Installation of the Siti Rahmah Islamic Hospital, Padang. In May 2022. This research uses the ratio grid, Phantom Cranium and stepwadge. The results of the radiograph are then measured for the density value using a densitometer and displayed in the form of a table and the graph obtained is displayed in the form of tables and graphs.
 The results showed that the radiographic density value of the Cranium Ap grid ratio of 8:1 was 0.69 and the 6:1 grid ratio was 0.75. The radiographic density value of the Cranium Lateral grid ratio of 8:1 is 0.67 and the 6:1 grid ratio is 0.88. From the density value, it can be concluded that the result of using the grid ratio on Cranium examination is good, namely the grid ratio of 8:1.

Faktor-Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Kepatuhan Perawat dalam Melakukan Hand Hygiene di Ruang Rawat Inap RSI Siti Rahmah Padang

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to nurse compliance in performing hand hygiene in the Inpatient Room of RSI Siti Rahmah Padang. This type of research is an analytic survey with a research design using a cross sectional study. The research instrument used observation sheets and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this study were univariate and bivariate data analysis. The results of the study found that there was a relationship between motivation, facilities, supervision and the level of nurse compliance in performing hand hygiene in the inpatient room of RSI Siti Rahmah Padang.

Hubungan motivasi perawat terhadap pelaksanaan discharge Planning di ruang rawat inap RSI Siti Rahmah Padang

Discharge planning is part of the nurse's job, if given incorrectly it can cause harm to the patient. Data from the Family Care Giver Alliance showed that the result of incorrect discharge planning was (40%), patients experienced more than 65 medication errors after leaving the hospital, and (18%) patients were discharged from the hospital. The results of observations at RSI Siti Rahmah on 6 (six) out of 10 (ten) patients discharge planning formats after discharge were not filled in completely and there was no signature of the nurse and patient or family. The incomplete discharge planning format is when the patient first enters the inpatient room, the nurse fills in and completes the discharge planning when the patient is leaving. The research objective was to determine the relationship between motivation with the implementation of discharge planning. The research design was a cross sectional study. This research was conducted in the inpatient room of RSI Siti Rahmah Padang. The population in the study were all nurses in the inpatient room as many as 40 people. Data processing through the editing, coding, entry, and cleaning stages. Univariate analysis and bivariate analysis used the chi square test with a confidence degree of 95% α = 0.05. The results showed that the completeness of discharge planning by nurses was not complete as much as 35.0%, poor motivation was 40.0%. There is a significant relationship between motivation (p = 0.000) with the implementation of discharge planning.

Sleep Quality Analysis of Vestibular Vertigo Patients in Siti Rahmah Padang Islamic Hospital Polyclinic

Vertigo can influence of the activity and productivity of patients, this is due to sleep quality disorders in patients so that they easily experience fatigue and irritability when working during the day. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the sleep quality of vestibular vertigo patients who seek treatment at the hospital. This research is an observational study with a cross sectional design. The population in this research were vestibular vertigo patients who were treated at the polyclinic of Siti Rahmah Islamic Hospital in Padang City during January 2023 - February 2023, there are 36 samples were obtained using the total sampling technique. Univariate data analysis is presented in the form of frequency distribution and bivariate analysis using chi-square test, and data processing using computerized SPSS program IBM version 25.0. In this study, it was found that most patients with vestibular vertigo were central type, which 20 people (55.6%), the most sleep quality was poor, which 23 people (63.9%), and there was a significant relationship (p=0.022) between vestibular vertigo and patient sleep quality. Most vestibular vertigo is central type with most sleep quality is poor, and there is a relationship between vestibular vertigo and sleep quality of patients who were treated at the polyclinic of Siti Rahmah Islamic Hospital in Padang City.

HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN DAN SUPERVISI DENGAN PENERAPAN PRINSIP ENAM BENAR DALAM PEMBERIAN OBAT OLEH PERAWAT PELAKSANA DI RUANG RAWAT INAP RSI SITI RAHMAH PADANG

Nurses as part of the health care system is responsible for the provision of safe drugs. In order to achieve safe administration, nurses should pay attention to the six principles of client really is true, right drug, right dose, right time, right route, and right documentation. The phenomenon of the field obtained 30% of the drugs that are given are not documented, 15% of the drug is administered in a way that is not right, 23% of the drug is given at a wrong time, 2% of drugs are not given, 12% of the drug is administered at a dose yag right. Factors that affect the application of the principle of six true in drug delivery including knowledge and supervision. The aim of research to determine the relationship of knowledge and supervision with the correct application of the six principles of drug administration by nurses in inpatient unit RSI Siti Rahmah Padang.
 This type of research is analytic survey design using cross sectional study. The population around the nurses in the inpatient unit of 52 people, with a sampling technique using total sampling. Processing the data through the editing stage, coding, entry, and cleaning. Results were analyzed using univariate and bivariate chi square test with 95% confidence level α = 0.05.
 Based on the results, the application of the principle of six true in poor drug delivery (51.9%), while good (48.1%), 53.8% lower nurse's knowledge, while the less well supervised as much as 53.8%. There is a significant relationship between knowledge (p = 0.000) and supervision (0.027) with the correct application of the six principles in drug delivery.To perform an increase in drug administration services, health services should provide training and refresher on the principle of six correct drug administration. This can be done by organizing seminars / symposia and training regarding the professionalism of the administration of drugs and increase overall service.

The Relationship of Risk Factors With The Incidence Of Postoperative Nausea And Vomiting In Patients who underwent surgery with General Anesthesia at Rsi Siti Rahmah

General anesthesia is a medical procedure that aims to relieve pain, lose consciousness, and be predictable. General anesthesia has side effects in the form of PONV which cancause dehydration, electrolyte imbalance, re-open wounds, pulmonary aspiration and delay in discharge from the hospital. To know the characteristics of general anesthesia patients, to know the degree of PONV, and to know the relationship between patient, intraoperative, and postoperative risk factors who experience PONV in patients undergoing surgery under anesthesia general.The type of this research used is analytic observational with a cross-sectional approach. The affordable population in this study were all general anesthesia patients at Siti Rahmah Hospital Padang with 65 samples using a consecutive sampling technique. Analysis of univariate and bivariate data presented in the form of frequency and percentage distributions, data processing using the Kolgomorov Smirnov test statistical test. General anesthesia patients aged 26-35 years (24.6%), female (56.9%), no smoking history (89.2%), surgical oncology (47.7%), 60 minutes duration (67.7%), mild pain (38.5%), opioid use (92.3%). Grade 0 PONV (87.6%). The relationship of risk factors for patients experiencing PONV with age p = 0.288, gender p = 0.997, motion sickness p = 0.443, smoking history p = 0.958. Relationship of intraoperative risk factors for PONV with type of surgery p = 1,000, duration of surgery p = 0,978. The relationship between postoperative risk factors for experiencing PONV with opioid use p = 1,000, pain degree p = 1,000. Most general anesthesia patients were aged 26-35 years, most gender was female, most motion history was no history, most smoking history ie no history, the most type of surgery is oncology, the most duration is 60 minutes, the most opioid use is using, the highest degree of pain is mild.

PERBANDINGAN KADAR INTERLEUKIN 6 PADA PERSALINAN PRETERM DAN KEHAMILAN NORMAL

<p><strong><em>Preterm labor occurs between 20 weeks and before 37 weeks of pregnancy. It is indicated by regular contractions of the uterus and it may cause the thinning and flattening of the cervix. Preterm labor also causes the high rates of perinatal morbidity and mortality. Increasing levels of interleukin 6 during pregnancy can stimulate the preterm labor. The design of this reseacrh was a comparative cross sectional study. It was conducted in Rasidin District Hospital, Siti Rahmah Hospital and Biomedical Laboratory, Faculty of Medicine, Andalas University, Padang on March to June 2018. There were 50 samples in this reseach. It was selected by consecutive sampling. The samples were divided into two groups: preterm labor and normal pregnancy. The interleukin 6 levels were examined by the ELISA method. Then, the data were analyzed by using the t test. The results of this reseach showed that the mean level of IL-6 in the preterm labor group was 90.22 ± 21.41ng / L. Then, 75.57 ± 14.01 ng / L for the mean level of IL-6 in the normal pregnancy group with p= 0.006. Moreover, statistical test inffered that there were significant differences between IL-6 levels in preterm labor and normal pregnancy. In short, it can be concluded that IL-6 levels in the preterm labor group were higher than normal pregnancy group.</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Keywords: IL-6 levels, preterm labor</em></strong></p>

Analisis Kuantitatif Statistik Asuhan Kesehatan Rumah Sakit Islam Siti Rahmah Padang

Research at RSI SITI RAHMAH Padang can be used as a basis for hospitals in decision making, policy making so as to improve service quality. This study aims to determine the quantitative statistical analysis of inpatient health care at RSI SITI RAHMAH Padang. Data collection was carried out by direct observation at the medical record section in May 2021 at RSI SITI RAHMAH Padang, data obtained as many as 728 patients went home, with a total of 179 beds. From the main grouping of diagnoses based on ICD-10, there was a diagnosis of Delivery by caesarean section with code O82.9 as many as 35 patients, based on defecation on ICD-10, the highest diagnosis grouping was CHAPTER XV (Pregnancy, Childbirth And The Puerperium) with a percentage of 12 ,08% as many as 88 patients, the most procedures were Caesarean Section with a procedure code of 74.99 as many as 60 patients, the highest DTD code and definition was DTD 242.9 Pregnancy and Other Childbirth Diseases with a total of 44 patients. From the RL4a report, the most gender groupings were female patients as many as 405 patients and male patients as many as 323 patients, the disposition of living patients was 720 patients, while those who died were 8 patients. 93 patients. Based on the results of statistical data processing of health care concluded that BOR, BTR and TI are efficient.

Karakteristik faktor- faktor risiko terjadinya neuropati diabetik pada pasien diabetes melitus tipe 2 di RSI Siti Rahmah Padang Tahun 2019-2020

Introduction: Diabetic neuropathy is the most common complication in patients with type 2 diabetes melitus. Type II diabetes mellitus is a disease characterized by high blood sugar levels. Increased blood sugar levels for a long time will damage the peripheral nerve vessels and cause the process of sending signals between the central nervous system and the peripheral nervous system is disrupted. This disorder is known as diabetic neuropathy. Identification of risk factors can decrease the incidence of diabetic neuropathy Aims: to determine characteristic risk factors for diabetic neuropathy in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients at RSI Siti Rahmah Padang in 2019-2020. Method: This research is an observational descriptive study with etrospective data collection methods.. The population is diabetes melitus type 2 patients with neuropathic complications at Siti Rahmah Padang Hospital in 2019-2020 who have complete medical records and no history of head trauma and stroke with a sample of 52 patients. Sampling from the medical record data of the Siti Rahmah Padang Hospital in 2019-2020. Results: Univariate data analysis with SPSS version 16.0 program. The highest age was in the 56-65 year category ( late elderly group) with 24 patients (46.2%), the highest gender was in the female with 36 patients (69.2%), Based on long suffering from diabetes most common is ≥ 5 years, namely 28 patients ( 53,8%) and based on hypertension state most common is with hypertension, namely 27 patients (51,9%) .Conclusion: Identification of risk factors can decrease the incidence of diabetic neuropathy

Analisis Pengaruh Komunikasi Tenaga Kesehatan Terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Jalan Di Klinik Pratama Siti Rahmah Tanjung Morawa

Satisfaction is an important thing in improving services to the patients. The patient will feel satisfied if the service is acceptable according to the standard or in excess of that expected. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence communication of health workers to the satisfaction of outpatients. This type of research was a quantitative with cross sectional design. Research carried out in the Pratama Clinical of Siti Rahmah in Tanjung Morawa. The study population of 130 people, and a sample of 98 respondents. A sampling technique that is purpose sampling. Data analysis for univariate, bivariate using simple linear regression at 95% confidence level. The results showed that the communication of health worker was, and outpatients feel satisfied but the service of the hospital was still far from the minimum service standards of the hospital. Communication health workers affect patient satisfaction in the outpatient Pratama Clinical of Siti Rahmah with medium strength and the direction is positive, which means if communication health workers increases, the satisfaction of outpatients also increased. Conclusion this study that the better the communication of health workers on an outpatient basis it will further improve patient satisfaction with outpatient care. The Clinic need to create a questionnaire, the level of satisfaction of patients and evaluated routinely to find out the extent of the level of satisfaction felt by the patient after getting the service.

CONVENTIONAL ROOM EFFECTIVENESS TEST USING RAYSAFE IN RADIOLOGY UNIT SITI RAHMAH ISLAMIC HOSPITAL PADANG

Siti Rahmah Islamic Hospital is a health service center in the city fields with a large number of patients. The more the number of patients, the greater the number the examination was carried out in the radiology room at the Siti Islamic Hospital Rahmah if the walls of the Radiology room are not effective, the dose will be receive to the patient, the patient's family and radiation staff will increase. This research aims to determine the effectiveness and level of security in conventional spaces Radiology Unit of Siti Rahmah Islamic Hospital against radiation with use raysafe unfors. This research was conducted by sticking raysafe unfors from the inside and the outside on walls, doors and Pb glass in a conventional room in the Hospital Radiology Unit Islam Siti Rahmah with the type of quantitative research. The results of the measurement of the largest dose rate were found at the inner 3A point, which was 10.5198 mGy/h. While the results of the measurement of the smallest dose rate are at the outer 7B point, which is -0.0001 mGy/h. The dose before penetrating the material (D0) measured in a conventional room ranged from 10.5198 –1.3228 mGy/h. The dose value that varies at the measurement point is caused by the distance of the radiation source from the measurement point. Where in the conventional room (D0), the largest measured radiation dose is at point 3A 10.5198 mGy/h. This is because the measurement position is closest to the radiation source with a distance of 160 cm. Conventional space buildings are already effective against scattered radiation and safe as a radiation barrier with the effectiveness of values ranging from 99.9% to 100%. The results showed that the ability of walls, doors and Pb in a conventional room in the Radiology Unit of the Siti Rahmah Islamic Hospital absorb radiation.

Hubungan Tingkat Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Inap Kelas III Terhadap Pelayanan RSI Siti Rahmah Pada Bulan Februari 2019

The level of patient satisfaction is one of indicators to be able to assess the service quality of a hospital. Many people who have used the National Health Insurance will certainly be able to influence the number of patient visits, the more patients visiting, the more will provide varied assessments. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between the level of satisfaction of class III inpatients to the services of Siti Rahmah Hospital in February 2019. The type of research conducted is cross sectional. The population in this study were class III inpatients of Siti Rahmah Hospital in Padang with 60 samples. Univariate analysis is presented in the frequency distribution table. Bivariate analysis is used with the chi-square test. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between patient satisfaction and reliability, assurance tangibles, empathy, and responsiveness, p = 0,000, in class III inpatients at Siti Rahmah Hospital in Padang. The conclusions of this study were there is a significant correlation between the satisfaction of Class III inpatients on the services of Siti Rahmah Padang Hospital in terms of dimensions of service quality which are reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy, and responsiveness, however, because there is a cell worth “zero”, it can only be concluded that there is a tendency for patients to feel satisfied with the service.

The Profile of Patients with Appendicitis in Rsi Siti Rahmah Padang West Sumatra at The Period of 2016 - 2017

Appendicitis is a common cause of abdominal pain that requires emergency surgery in each age group and sex. The incidence of appendicitis in the world reaches 3442 million cases each year. The survey at 15 provinces of Indonesia in 2014 showed 4,351 cases of hospitalized appendicitis.This aims to obtain information about the profile of patients suffering from appendicitis at the Siti Rahmah Islamic Hospital Padang West Sumatra in the period of 2016 – 2017.The study is descriptive by using secondary data from patient’s medical record.This study was conducted from January to February 2019, the sample are 65 samples by simple random sampling technique.The results showed that the highest age group of incidences was in the young adults (17-45 years), which is 39 people (60%), and the highest sex group was male 36 people (55.4%), leukocytosis with 50 people (76.9%), classification was acute appendicitis with 42 people (64.6%), pain onset was 24-48 hours 33 people (50.8%). The highest age group of 42 patients with acute diagnosis was young adults (73.8%), four patients with the chronic diagnosis were highest at young adults group, and 19 patients (36.8%) with the diagnosis of perforation were highest at the older adults group.

Hematology Profile of Tuberculosis Lymphadenitis Patients at Siti Rahmah Hospital, Padang, Indonesia

Tuberculosis (TB) is a progressive granulomatous infectious disease caused by Gram-positive acid-resistant bacilli classified in the genus Mycobacterium. Tuberculosis in humans is caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) and it mainly infects the lungs, although it can also infect intestines, meninges, bones, lymph nodes, skin that cause extra-pulmonary TB. Tuberculous lymphadenitis is an inflammatory process in lymph nodes as a result of MTB activity. The inflammatory process caused by MTB activity is often associated with anemia as the most common complication. Anemia in TB is caused by an inflammatory process associated with bone marrow suppression due to pro-inflammatory cytokines, thus inhibiting the proliferation and differentiation of erythroid progenitor cells. This chronic TB infection also affects iron hemostasis, thus further affecting the hematological profile of TB patients. This study aimed to determine the hematology profile of TB lymphadenitis patients in the Siti Rahmah Hospital, Padang, Indonesia. This was a descriptive study, with a population of patients diagnosed with TB lymphadenitis based on the results of a fine needle biopsy in the Colli region. The samples of this study consisted of 24 patients who have tested the hematology profile. Tuberculosis lymphadenitis patients in females were higher than males, the mean age was 26.75±19.53 years old dominated by an adult (54%). The mean of 3 hemoglobin levels was 11.8±1.522 g/dL, with 62.5% anemia patients. The mean leukocyte count was 10400±3018.926/mm , 3 with 54.2% of patients had normal levels of leukocyte. The mean of thrombocyte count was 334750±74440.668/mm , with 83.3% in normal levels and the mean of Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate (ESR) was 35.25±31.489 mm/h, with 54.2% patients in high ESR. Hematology profile in TB lymphadenitis patient was anemia, normal levels of leukocytes, thrombocyte, and increased levels of ESR.
