HUBUNGAN PEMBANGUNAN MANUSIA DAN PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI DI MALUKU PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

The economic development of a region aims to obtain high economic growth, which can encourage an increase in the income per capita of the population followed by an increase in human development. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of economic growth on human development performance in Maluku Province during the Covid-19 pandemic period. The research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive and inferential analysis methods. Simple linear regression analysis technique was applied to determine the relationship between HDI and economic growth and mapped it on a quadrant map. The findings obtained illustrate that the HDI growth in Maluku in 2020 slowed to 0.06 percent, while economic growth contracted to 0.92 percent. There are no districts/cities whose HDI and economic growth are lower than the Maluku Province figure. Around 81 percent of districts/cities are mapped in Quadrant II (lower HDI and higher economic growth than the Maluku figure). The estimation results of the regression equation confirm a very strong relationship. The results of the study indicate that the Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on the slowdown in the HDI growth of Maluku Province in 2020.

PENGARUH BIAYA OPERASIONAL TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN PADA PADA PT.PELNI (PERSERO) CABANG PAREPARE

This study aims to determine the effect of operational costs on financial performance at PT. Pelni (Persero) Parepare Branch by using financial analysis techniques and simple linear regression analysis. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The object of this research is the income statement and balance sheet. The data analysis carried out in this study was using quantitative methods. The results of this study using financial analysis techniques, namely ROA profitability, showed that the results of financial statements fluctuated from year to year and simple linear regression analysis techniques explained that operational costs had a significant effect on financial performance at PT.Pelni (Persero) Parepare Branch.

The Effect of Religious Understanding of Islamic Education Students on Scientific Writing Ethics

Religiosity is a benchmark for studying religion. In doing scientific work, students need to pay attention to the ethics of writing scientific papers. but some students do not understand writing and want an instant way to be able to quote sentences without including the author's name. This study aims to determine the level of influence of religiosity on the ethics of writing scientific papers for students of the 2017 Islamic Religious Education Study Program, Faculty of Islamic Studies, Islamic University of Indonesia. This type of research is field research with a quantitative approach. The object of this research is Religiosity (X) and Ethics of Scientific Writing (Y). In addition, this study used 41 random samples from 161 students, while to analyze the level of influence of religiosity on the ethics of scientific writing using simple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of research and data analysis with simple linear regression analysis calculations, the results are the magnitude of the influence of religiosity R 0.573 obtained R Square of 0.328 or 32.8% and 67.2% influenced by other factors such as lack of socialization, poor understanding of scientific writing, lack of supervision, technological progress, student laziness, negative attitude so that it can be concluded that the influence of religiosity on the ethics of writing scientific papers for students of the 2017 Islamic Religious Education Study Program, Faculty of Islamic Studies, Islamic University of Indonesia by 32.8% is influenced by religiosity factors.

The Impression of Logistic Management on Customer Satisfaction in Small and Medium Enterprises

Batam has its own regulations to regulate its area. It is part of the Free Trade Area making Batam a priority area for exports and imports. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an effect of Logistics Management on Customer Satisfaction in SMEs in the Free Trade Area during a decline in economic growth. In, collecting data, the researchers used an instrument in the form of a questionnaire whose respondents were business actors in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Batam. There are 428 samples then used as data analysis, applying Simple Linear Regression Analysis Technique using SPSS as a data processing tool. The results shown in the form of Logistics Management have a significant effect on SME Customer Satisfaction in Batam when there is a decline in economic growth.

The Effect of Religiosity on Work Ethic on Educators

This study aimed to determine the effect of religiosity on the work ethic of the educator at the State Police School (SPN) of the Central Java Police. This research is a quantitative study with 57 educators at the State Police School (SPN) of the Central Java Police. The data collection method used in this study is to use a work ethic scale with a reliability of 0.955, a religiosity scale with a reliability of 0.906. The data analysis technique used in this study was a simple linear regression analysis technique to determine the effect of religiosity on the work ethic of the State Police School (SPN) educators of the Central Java Police. The results showed that the calculated F = 0.942 and significant value = 0.000 (p <0.05), it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, there is an influence of religiosity on the work ethic of the State Police School (SPN) educators of the Central Java Police. It is also known that the coefficient of determination is 0.369, which indicates that the influence of the independent variable (religiosity) on the dependent variable (work ethic) provides an effective contribution of 36.9%.

The Effects of the Sports Sponsorship on the Formation of Grab Corporate Image After 18th Asian Games

The purpose of this study was to study the effect of the sport's sponsors on the corporate image formation of the Grab after the 18th Asian Games. The data used in this study were primary data obtained from questionnaire questionnaires that had been distributed to the intended respondents as community users of Grab in the City of Palembang. This study uses a simple linear regression analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that sports sponsorship has a significant influence in shaping the corporate image of Grab after the 2018 Asian Games with sig. t of (a) = 0,000 <0.05 or 5%, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that an increase in sports sponsorships will improve Grab's corporate image, and vice versa if there is a decrease in sports sponsors the Grab's corporate image will also increase.

The Influence of Leadership Communication in Socialization of Occupational Health and Safety Program on Employee Safety

Worker activities are very important for the company's productivity, especially for large-scale industrial sectors such as PT. Pabrik Kertas Indonesia, Mojokerto. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of heavy equipment pool leaders on employee safety simultaneously and partially with the theory of superior communication in organizational communication. This quantitative research uses statistical testing of two variables namely independent variable (X) and dependent variable (Y). the independent variable used by researchers is leadership communication (X), while the dependent variable is employee safety (Y). This research is in the Heavy Equipment Pool (HEP) section of PT. Pakerin in the Bangun, Pungging Mojokerto. This study used 50 respondents to answer the questionnaire given. The results of the questionnaire were then processed using simple linear regression analysis techniques using the SPSS 16.0 program. The results showed that there is an influence of leadership communication in the socialization of OHS program on employee safety at HEP of PT. Pakerin is positive and significant with R of 0.285 which belongs to the weak category. The amount of influence or determination value (R square) is indicated at 8.1%. From the results of the F test and T Test can be concluded that H1 can be accepted with the meaning of communication leadership has an influence in the socialization of the OHS program on the safety of employees in the Heavy Equipment Pool section of PT. Pakerin Mojokerto.

PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PENDIDIK DAN TENAGA KEPENDIDIKAN DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEJURUAN NEGERI 1 PALEMBANG

This study uses quantitative research methods, which in processing the data in the form of numbers. In this study, the regression variable (X) of work motivation and variable (Y) of performance aims to determine whether motivation has an effect on the performance of educators and education staff at the state vocational high school 1 Palembang. Motivation at work can have an impact on the performance carried out, this motivation can affect the behavior of each individual at work to get maximum work results. In this study, the data was processed through a questionnaire with the number of respondents totaling 87 people, both from educators and education staff with civil servant and non-civil servant status at SMKN 1 Palembang. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a statement of 30 questions. The variables in this study are motivation as the independent variable (X) and performance as the dependent variable (Y). The data collected was then analyzed using a simple linear regression analysis technique by testing the test hypothesis (T) and the coefficient of determination (R2). To prove the decision-making using the SPSS For Windows Version 25 application. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that motivation affects the performance of educators and education staff at the Palembang 1 state vocational high school seen from the t-count value (2.965) which is greater than t- table (0.677742) with a significant level of 5% this means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Meanwhile, the percentage of the effect is 36.9% and the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

PENGARUH STRUKTUR AKTIVA TERHADAP STRUKTUR MODAL PADA PERUSAHAAN JAKARTA ISLAMIC INDEX (JII) YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA TAHUN 2015 – 2017

The population used in this study is companies included in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017. The method used in sample collection is a purposive sampling method with 45 observations. This study uses secondary data obtained from the JII Company Financial Statements using simple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that the structure of assets affect the capital structure of JII companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 - 2017, this is based on the results of the t test which shows the value of t arithmetic (-2.952) t table (- 2.01669) and has a significance value of 0.005 0.05 so it can be concluded that the structure of assets affects the capital structure ( accepted).

Pengaruh Pembelajaran Online Terhadap Tingkat Motivasi Belajar Mahasiswa/Mahasiswi FEB Akuntansi UKSW di Masa Pandemi COVID 19

The world nowadays is currently being faced with the outbreak of the COVID 19 virus. This clearly has a significant effect on various fields, especially education. Therefore, it takes motivation to learn as a form of critical attitude in balancing the currently worrisome educational situation. Motivation to learn is an essential factor in the field of education. This research was purposed to see the effect of online learning on the learning motivation of SWCU Accounting FEB students. This study uses a quantitative approach, by distributing questionnaires to accounting FEB students. The samples taken from this study were students of class 2017, 2018, and 2019 with a total of 63 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis technique. This research was also conducted by testing the validity and reliability, data normality test, linearity test, hypothesis testing and determinant coefficient. The results showed that the significance value of the hypothesis testing was 0.000 less than 0.005. It means that online learning has a positive effect on the learning motivation of SWCU accounting FEB students. In addition, the value of the determinant coefficient or r square is 0.248, which means that online learning contributes to learning motivation by 0.248 or 24.8% and the rest is influenced by other variables.

The Influence Of International Brand Image Toward Guest's Decision To Stay At The Four Star Hotel In Lampung

<div class="WordSection1"><p>This survey research using the quantitative method was carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic, from May to August 2020 at the 4-star hotel in Lampung Province, Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the independent variable, namely the image of the international hotel brand toward the dependent variable of guests' decisions to stay at the hotel. Primary data of the study were obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires which were carried out directly to 60 guests who were staying, as research samples and measured using a Likert scale of 1 - 4. Apart from distributing questionnaires, research data collection was also gained through observation, documentation, and literature review. All data collected were then grouped, reduced, tabulated and processed, analyzed descriptively, and statistically, in accordance with the context of the problem being studied using the SPSS 22.0 software tool.</p><p>Based on the simple linear regression analysis technique T-test (partial), R test and R square test, it was found that the value of T count (9,048) was greater than the T table (1,671), with a significance value of 0 or below the significance limit of 0.05. Both variables have a correlation coefficient of 0.765 and a coefficient of determination of 0.585. So it can be concluded that the international hotel brand image has a strong, positive, and significant influence on guest decisions to stay at the 4-star hotel in Lampung, with an effect of 58.5% while the rest, namely 41.5%, is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.</p></div><br clear="all" /><p><em> </em></p>

PENGARUH IMPLEMENTASI KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA (K3) TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN

This study aims to know the effect the implementation of occupational safety and health (K3) toward employees’ performance in the transmission and distribution sector of Batulanteh Regional water enterprise (PDAM). Type of this study was an associative study which aims to determine the effect or relationship of occupational safety and health (K3) variables as independent variables (X) with employee performance variables as the dependent variable (Y). The data used were quantitative data in the form of respondents' perceptions regarding the object of research collected through questionnaires. Data obtained from the source, namely employees of the transmission and distribution division of PDAM Batulanteh with number of respondents were 20 respondents. Data analyses were used simple linear regression analysis techniques, hypothesis testing and determination coefficient test (R2). Based on the results of data analysis, it was known that t-value of the occupational safety and health (K3) variable toward employees’ performance was 1,945 and the t-table value at the level of ? = 5% was 2,101 (1,945 <2,101). It means that safety and health occupational (K3) variable did not affect the performance of employees in the transmission and distribution sector of PDAM Batulanteh. The ability of safety and health occupation (K3) variables in explaining the variance of changes in employee performance variables in the transmission and distribution sector of PDAM Batulanteh was 12.8%, while the remaining of 87.2% was explained by other variables outside of this study.

PENGARUH BANTUAN RASKIN TERHADAP PENGELUARAN KONSUMEN MASYARAKAT KURANG MAMPU DI DESA ODE LUNYUK KECAMATAN LUNYUK

The purpose of this study was to know the effect of giving poor rice aid (RASKIN) toward the expenditures of poor communities consumers in Lunyuk Ode Village, Lunyuk Sub-district. Type of this study was associative, namely the study aims to analyze the influence or relationship between two or more variables. The variables in this study were the giving of poor rice aids (RASKIN) as an independent variable symbolized by X and the expenditure of poor consumers as the dependent variable symbolized by Y. The data used was quantitative data in the form of respondents' answers related to the object of study collected through questionnaires. The population in this study were all poor rice recipients (RASKIN) in Lunyuk Ode Village, Lunyuk Sub-district with number of population were 69 respondent and all of them were used as samples (census sampling). Data analysis was used simple linear regression analysis techniques, hypothesis testing and determination coefficient test (R2). The results of the data analysis showed that the giving of rice aid for the poor communities (RASKIN) did not have effect toward the expenditure of consumers of the poor communities in Lunyuk Ode Village, Lunyuk Sub-district. This was indicated by the t-value of the test results of 0.038 which was lower than the t-table value at the significance level of 5% was of 1.996 (0.038<1.996). The variable ability of giving poor rice aid (RASKIN) in influencing the variation of changes in the variable expenditure of consumers of the poor village in Lunyuk Ode Village, Lunyuk Sub-district was very low, namely 1.5% while its remaining of 98.5% was influenced by other variables not included in the study.

PENGARUH STANDAR OPERASIONAL PROSEDUR TERHADAP KUALITAS PELAYANAN ROOM ATTENDANT PADA ALAM BOUTIQUE RESORT UMALAS SEMINYAK

Service quality is the main thing that guests consider, because it concerns the safety and comfort of guests while in a hotel. To maintain the quality of services that a company has, especially those engaged in services, a reference is needed in the form of standard operating procedures. This study aims to determine the effect of standard operating procedures on the quality of room attendant service. The sample in this study were 240 consumers of Alam Boutique Resort Umalas Seminyak. Data analysis using simple linear regression analysis techniques to answer the problem formulation with the help of the SPSS program.The partial test results show that the standard operating procedure has a coefficient value of 0.176, a T-count value of 2.156 and a significance value of 0.032 or less than 0.05. This shows that the variables: 1) Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) have a positive and significant effect on the quality of room attendant services. From the test results the coefficient of determination that SOP affects the quality of service at Alam Boutique Resort Umalas by 61.5% while the remaining 38.5% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.

PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN MEDIA SOSIAL FACEBOOK TERHADAP KARAKTER PESERTA DIDIK PADA MATA PELAJARAN IPS KELAS VIII SMP MUHAMMADIYAH 1 METRO TAHUN PELAJARAN 2019/2020

Facebook social media is a medium that is used to publish content, such as profiles, activities or even user opinions and also as a medium that provides space for communication and interaction in social networks in cyberspace. Facebook is in great demand by the Indonesian people, from children to adults from remote villages to city centers are familiar with Facebook. The breadth of the network created by Facebook makes its users think to take advantage of it, ranging from positive things to crime. The use of Facebook social media at this time is very diverse, as for the negative impact of Facebook social media that has occurred recently, namely a lot of news in print and electronic media regarding the misuse of Facebook social media, reporting on crimes and crimes that started from introductions on Facebook social media. . The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using Facebook social media on the character of social studies subjects for class VIII students of SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Metro for the 2019/2020 school year. The number of samples used as many as 55 students with the determination of the sample using stratified random sampling technique. The technique of data collection was done by using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used a simple linear regression analysis technique. Based on the results of the study, regarding the effect of social media facebook on the character of students in social studies subjects for class VIII SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Metro, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the use of social media facebook on the character of students in social studies subjects. In the calculation of the coefficient of determination (KD) the value of KD = 42.4% is obtained, which means: the effect of using Facebook social media on the character of students in social studies subjects is 42.4%, while 57.6% is influenced by other factors that have not been studied. is known. For the next research can expand the coverage area so that it represents the actual situation

Pengaruh Penggunaan Uang Elektronik (E-Money) Berbasis Server Sebagai Alat Transaksi terhadap Penciptaan Gerakan Less Cash Society Pada Generasi Milenial di Surabaya

The increasing development of financial technology has led to change in the payment instrument in society, for example, the use of cash to electronic money (e-money) in a daily transaction. One of the users of e-money is Millenials. Millennials are the main actor of technological sophistication in which they will be treated to various convenience and practicality in making a transaction in their economic activity. Therefore, it is possible to increase the use of e-money in a transaction. If there is an increment in the use of e-money, it can indicate the new creation of a social phenomenon in society namely a cashless society. A cashless society consists of people who tend to be minimal in using cash and they are more likely to use electronic payment in a transaction. This research aims to determine the effect of the independent variable use of electronic money (e-money) on the dependent variable of the cashless society movement in the Millennials in Surabaya. The method used in this research is quantitative by using a likert scale measuring instrument and a simple linear regression analysis technique in software named SPSS 24. The result shows that the variable use of electronic money has a positive and significant effect on the cashless society movement.

The Relationship between Science Literacy Ability and Scientific Attitude with Biology Learning Outcomes through Scientific Approach and Student Retention Class XII MAN Tapanuli Selatan

This study aims to determine: The positive relationship between (1) scientific literacy skills and student learning outcomes (2) scientific attitudes and student learning outcomes (3) scientific literacy skills with student retention (4) scientific attitudes with student retention (5) scientific literacy skills and scientific attitudes with the learning outcomes of students' biology (6) scientific literacy abilities and scientific attitudes and retention of class XII students. This research was conducted at MAN Tapanuli Selatan in 2020. The research method is descriptive linear regression correlational research method with a research sample of 110 students who were determined by total sampling (total sample). The research instrument consisted of a scientific literacy ability test, a questionnaire on students' scientific attitudes, a test of student learning outcomes and retention. The instruments used had been tested for validity, reliability, difference power and degree of difficulty. The research data were analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression analysis techniques using the SPSS 21.0 for windows program. The results showed: There is a positive relationship between (1) scientific literacy skills and student learning outcomes with r2 = 48.6% (2) Scientific attitudes and student learning outcomes with r2 = 11.6% (3) Science literacy skills with student retention r2 = 58.7% (4) Scientific attitude with student retention with r2 = 13.7% (5) Scientific literacy ability and scientific attitude with student learning outcomes with R2 = 49% (6) Scientific literacy skills and attitudes scientific and student retention R2 = 59.2% in class XII MIA MAN Tapanuli Selatan.

Pengaruh Penggunaan Plastik Sekali Pakai Terhadap Polusi di Lingkungan SD 081/IX Air Itam Kabupaten Muaro Jambi

this research was conducted at SD 081 / IX Air Itam. This research aims to determine the effect of using single-use plastics on environmental pollution. The method used is a quantitative method. The data collection technique used primary data in the form of a test of knowledge about the use of single-use plastic waste and pollution in SD 081 / IX Air Itam. The population in this study were students of class V and VI SD 081 / IX Air Itam, totaling 97 students. Data analysis techniques in this study using simple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS version 24.0, with the provisions of Sig <α (0.05), H0 is rejected with H1 accepted (significant regression coefficient). Sig> α (0.05), H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected (the regression coefficient is not significant). The results of the overall research X variable (Use of single-use plastic) the majority of respondents got a score of 57 to 73 or 60.82% of the number of respondents. This means that the use of single-use plastics for grade V and VI SD 081 / IX Air Itam is quite good. In the Y variable (Environmental Pollution) scores 74-100 or 94.84%. This means that the understanding of pollution in the environment at SD 081 / IX Air Itam is quite good.

PENGARUH MANAJEMEN KELAS TERHADAP MINAT BELAJAR SISWA KELAS XII IPA V SMA DARUSSALAM BLOKAGUNG TEGALSARI BANYUWANGI TAHUN PEMBELAJARAN 2020/2021

Abstract
 Education has an important role in a country. Through quality education a country can look to its future. In this study focused on classroom management, interest in learning at the Darussalam High School in Tegalsari Banyuwangi Blockagung, related to this, the author tried to answer two main questions, namely: (1) Is there an influence of Class Management on Student Interest in Class X1I IPA V SMA Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi Year 2019/2020 Learning (2) How big is the Effect of Class Management on the Learning Interest of Class X1I Science V students in SMA Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi 2019/2020 Learning Year. This study uses quantitative descriptive methods with simple linear regression analysis techniques. The study population was a number of students in the Darussalam High School Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi. To measure variables, researchers used observations, questionnaires and documentation. In testing the validity of the instrument, researchers used a simple linear regression analysis formula.After analyzing the data collected, it was found that (1) there was an effect of Class Management on the Learning Interest of Class X1I Science V SMA SMA Darussalam. (2) the effect of Class Management on Student Interest in Class X1I Natural Sciences V of SMA Darussalam BlokagungTegalsariBanyuwangi is strong with a value of 97,2% and the remaining 2,8% is influenced by other variables.
