Abstract A sealed relay is a type of power relay mainly used in fields with harsh environments, low noise requirements, or high-reliability requirements. It is used in scenarios such as vehicle loads, household appliances, industrial control, and motors. At the same time, when the input meets certain specified conditions, it is a device that can generate a jump in one or more electrical output circuits, playing a role in controlling the on/off current of the connected circuit. Power relays have been widely used in various fields due to their small size, low noise, and low power consumption advantages. This article mainly studies the electrical parameters such as arc energy, arc time, welding force, and contact burning principle of silver tin oxide electrical contact materials produced by different processes, providing a reference for the development of electrical contact materials.
