The article analyzes the psychological-pedagogical and linguistic didactic aspects of methodical support for the training of future Methodist teachers for the formation of speech competence. It was determined that in modern psychological-pedagogical and linguistic-didactic literature, there are psychological, scientific-methodical, social-pedagogical, speech-pedagogical, and methodical types of support. It is noted that methodical support is a complex of various forms of methodical work, in the process of which favorable conditions are specially organized, planned, and created in order to increase the scientific and methodical level of participants in the educational process. Attention is focused on the characteristic features of methodical support, including: vectorially, targeting, competence (social, professional, personal) approach, professional opportunities, individual requests, needs, and motivations of each teacher or teaching team. Emphasis is placed on interdisciplinary connections in the teaching of the discipline «Methodical support of educational activities in the ZDO». The author offered a series of interactive lectures, in the process of which the feedback technique was used, a cloud of tags «Words and symbols of the Ukrainian language», case models «The correct speech variant of a preschool teacher», a simulation game «Forms of address in the Ukrainian language». At the seminar, students developed the ability to effectively use such forms of methodical support as traditional, mass, group, individual, and interactive in practice. The algorithm of the proposed forms of methodical support was implemented in the formation of phonetic, lexical, grammatical, and diamonological competences. In the process of performing independent work, students participated in the use of such forms of methodical support as consultation and teaching hours. We see the prospect of further scientific research in enriching the content of management and methodical practice of students of the specialty 012 Preschool education of the second (master's) level of higher education with interactive forms of methodical support of educational activities in the institution of preschool education.
