Introduction. Determination of priority directions and topics of scientific and pedagogical research determines the prospects for the development of pedagogical science, the content and nature of education reform, ways and means of pedagogical systemsmodernization, options for transforming teachers training and their practical activities. Identification of the subjectscomposition of this activity, as well as the criteria they are guided by, will allow educationalists to more accurately formulate topics for their research and justify their relevance. Methods: analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature and normative legal acts in the field of education and science; systematization of the analysis results; generalization of the obtained scientific ideas in the form of conclusions. Results. The subjects of the development of the main directions and actual topics of pedagogical research are: Russian state and society, ministries and departments, Russian Academy of Education, scientific and pedagogical schools, authors and their scientific supervisors (advisors). The relevant criteria that should be taken into account in the selection of topics and justification of their relevance are the priorities of the country’s economic policy, the potential of practical usefulness for various social groups, departmental resource capability for research, analytical criteria of the expert community of RAE scientists, the needs for the development of concepts of scientific schools, scientific interests of research authors and their scientific supervisors (advisors).

The text provides a criminological and criminalistic characterization of the personality of such a criminal, compiled on the basis of an analysis of scientific literature, statistical data and forensic investigative practice.

 The author explores the peculiarities surrounding compensation in such cases, shedding light on the legal frameworks, precedents, and challenges that shape the compensation process. In many jurisdictions, the calculation of compensation for the death of a minor involves intricate assessments of both tangible and intangible losses. While quantifiable expenses such as medical bills and funeral costs are relatively straightforward, the valuation of non-economic damages, such as loss of companionship, guidance, and future earnings potential, poses significant challenges. The inherent difficulty in assigning monetary value to these intangible losses underscores the need for nuanced legal frameworks sensitive to the unique circumstances of each case.

Issues of developing an employee motivation system for energy sector companies

As the object of research in the paper practical solutions in terms of material and non-material incentives for personnel in energy companies as well as methodological guidelines justifying their implementation are chosen. The subject area chosen is the processes of personnel motivation in energy companies in Russia. The objective of the study is to formulate directions for improving this work based on the analysis of information presented in the open press about existing approaches to building a system of personnel motivation in energy companies, taking into account modern transformations in the industry and the demand for innovative development. The methods used in this article include theoretical analysis of scientific literature on personnel motivation in relation to the development of the energy sector, graphical method, analysis of statistical data, analysis of documents covering decisions on personnel motivation in energy companies and the application of advanced digital technologies in management. The main result of the study is the conclusion that the basis for the development of the motivation system should be the perception of employees not as one of the company's resources, but as its value asset, the growth of their involvement for the benefit of achieving the goals and objectives which implies a change in the approach to the personnel motivation system, namely, the strengthening of the personalised component. This approach will allow to focus on incentives, tangible and intangible, oriented to each specific specialist, according to his/her role, contribution and prospects for the organisation. Tangible non-monetary incentives may (with equal amounts in terms of monetary equivalent) differ depending on the employee's interests, his/her needs (education, sports, examinations, hobbies, etc.) and the needs of their family. Non-material incentives related to the formal and informal status and personal brand of an employee in the organisation should also be individualised. This implies the use of AI to process an array of information about existing employees and determine their real contribution to the company's development, their performance at their current place of work, and to develop individualised motivational proposals with subsequent measurement of their performance.

Feasibility study of measures to master a new technology for manufacturing thin-walled large-size bottoms by flanging (in conditions of «Atommash» the branch of «AEM-Technologies» JSC in Volgodonsk)

The object of research in this article is the «Atommash» the branch of «AEM-Technologies» JSC in Volgodonsk, an organisation that was designed and commissioned in 1976 as the head machine-building enterprise for the production of a complete set of hull and heat-exchange equipment for NPP power unit in the volume of the nuclear island. The subject area chosen is the organisation of production of large-size products, which the enterprise intends to diversify through the acquisition of a line for the manufacture of thin-walled bottoms of large-size pressure vessel housings for NPPs and oil and gas chemistry. The purpose of the research is to develop a project for the development of new technological capacities based on the analysis of existing technologies and methods of production, which will increase the efficiency of production activities at the «Atommash» the branch of «AEM-Technologies» JSC in Volgodonsk. The main methods in writing the article were theoretical analysis of scientific literature on the research problem, graphical method and study of local documentation of the research object in terms of modernisation of production facilities. The main result of the research is the conclusion about the necessity of introducing a new technology – cold rolling (flanging) in order to expand the technological capabilities of the enterprise, to increase the efficiency of production in this area, to gain profit from the supply of thin-walled vessel bottoms to other enterprises to replace European suppliers, and as a consequence an increase in competitive advantage.

Development of the Business Plan for the Mini Oil Refinery: Theoretical, Methodological and Practical Aspects

Objective: The article presents the project for a mini oil refinery in one of the territories of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as “identified territory”) where oil refining capacities are not yet in place. Methods: The research involved analysis of the topic related scientific and methodological literature, comparison, systematization, generalization and research of up to date materials. Results: General scientific and special methods supported the results of the study: the personnel list of a mini oil refinery was compiled and reflected in the staff roster; initial costs for construction of the mini oil refining business were calculated, as well as expenses for further maintenance and financial indicators for the enterprise best performance were developed. Conclusion: General characteristics of the refinery enterprise are reflected in the article including its capacity, location, name of the enterprise, sources of raw materials and location environment. Advantages and disadvantages of the mini oil refinery in the region are considered. The need for the mini oil refinery in the territory and favorable environment to its creation are both substantiated. Investments and financial calculations of the project are determined.

Humanitarian learning environment of the regional university as an object of monitoring and management

Introduction. Modernization of modern higher education determines new requirements to the structure of university learning environment as a part of educational space and social environment of students and updates its humanitarian component. The strategy of training humane centered individual is documented in the fundamental documents of the world's leading universities and presupposes an adequate mechanism for assessing the quality of this environment and its key subjects. At the same time, in the context of the implementation of the concept of academic leadership, national ideas in the field of science and education, a special role in the organization of monitoring the quality of education is assigned to the regions in order to maximize the effective realization of their human, intellectual and cultural capital.Materials and Methods. In accordance with the goals and objectives of the article, the research methodology is represented by a group of theoretical (analysis and generalization of scientific literature, synthesis of the obtained information) and empirical methods (survey, questionnaire, observation). The methodological basis was shaped by research in the field of humanization of universities learning environment, quality of higher education and monitoring of higher education. The author also proceeds from the understanding of the development of the regional system of higher educational as a highly organized multilateral interactions of various participants, the main among which include governing bodies, civil society institutions, employers, students, administration of educational institutions, teaching and academic staff.Results. Performance assessment and performance monitoring of universities represent one of the main open information sources for full-scale studies of the educational process and analysis of the current state of the learning environment of universities of different levels and focus. The paper discusses approaches of Russian and foreign researchers to genesis and structure of learning environment and humanitarian learning environment, describes the content of such key terms as «monitoring», «monitoring in education», «management in education». The main monitoring indicators proposed are the students' satisfaction with the main parameters of the educational process (learning activities, extracurricular activities, research activities), assessment of the spatial-semantic component of the university, employers' satisfaction with the quality of graduates' training.Discussion and Conclusions. Management of the quality of education in a modern university is directly related to the systematic monitoring of the quality of its learning environment. The author comes to the conclusion that the diversity of targets of monitoring the quality of higher education determines the plurality of approaches to the procedure of its implementation. The accumulation of monitoring data makes it possible to formulate a scientifically grounded judgment about the quality of the university learning environment as a whole and identify promising directions for further development. The obtained data confirmed the need to expand the fundamental humanitarian component of higher education as the basis for a holistic and systemic perception of the world, which, in turn, implies the modernization of the principles of selection and systematization of knowledge, the search for new forms of their synthesis, as well as the active interaction of science, art, natural sciences and humanities.

Concept for improving customs and tariff mechanisms for regulating international trade

The purpose of the study is to develop main provisions of the concept of improving customs tariff mechanisms for regulating international trade. As the subject of the study, the fundamental elements of the customs mechanisms development concept have been defined: principles, tasks, tools, etc. In order to develop competitiveness in the world economy and international trade, it is relevant to adapt to the changing conditions of international business and identify the area where it is necessary to take measures to support it. The necessity of improving customs mechanisms for regulating international trade has been substantiated. The research methodology is based on the scientific literature analysis, comparative analysis, statistical data systematization and analysis. The main study result is the presentation of the concept of the processes of improving customs-tariff mechanisms of international trade and its elements regulation, aimed at increasing the effectiveness of customs-tariff measures for developing international trade in the Eurasian Economic Union member states. The concept proposes directions for systematization and improvement of supranational level customs regulation tools, which remains an important task for the near future, especially in view of changes in the foreign trade of Russian enterprises as a result of the trade conflicts aggravation caused by political and economic relations deterioration between the US, the European Union member states, and Russia. The study results application scope can be determined by a wide range of users, such as government executive authorities and customs service, logistics and commercial companies, as well as the scientific community. In the future, the proposed concept application in practical activities will ensure a business-friendly environment creation in accordance with the requirements of the general trade and customs policy and investments promotion related to the international trade development.

The structure of methodical competence of a physical education teacher

The article reveals the theoretical foundations of the development of methodological competence of future physical education teachers during their studies at higher education institutions. The essence and structure of the concept of ”methodical competence of a physical education teacher” was identified as one of the factors of proficiency which provides the teacher with knowledge, abilities and skills of organizing physical education and health activities, health methods and technologies for providing students with motor activity, skills and conducting the educational process on the subject “Physical education”. The purpose of the article is to study the structure of the methodical competence of the physical education teacher and to establish the components that must be developed during the training of students. The analysis of scientific and methodical literature shows a large number of different approaches to determining the structure of a teacher's methodical competence. We have identified the following structural components of the physical education teacher's methodological competence: motivational-targeted, organizational-contentual, procedural-active, reflective-creative. To ensure the development of each of the components of the methodological competence of the future physical education teacher, it is necessary to: 1) to create scientifically based planning of the educational process consisting of mandatory and optional educational components at the higher education institution; 2) to ensure unity and interconnection of theoretical, methodical and practical training of students; 3) to create a high but accessible level of difficulty in training classes, quick and high- quality mastery of the technique of performing exercises and mastering the method of their improvement; 4) to create maximum activity and independence of the students during classes; 5) to combine individual and collective physical culture and health activities of the students; 6) ensure the educational process with a sufficient quantity and quality of technical and sports equipment; 7) to ensure wide use of innovative technologies of physical culture, health and sports activities. The methodical competence of a physical education teacher depends on his professional preparation while studying at a higher education institution, namely: methodical, professional-pedagogical, psychological-pedagogical knowledge as well as knowledge in the fields of physical culture, health and sports, abilities and skills, motivational and valuable attitude towards his profession. The uniqueness of the methodical competence of a physical education teacher is determined by the specifics of solving training, educational and health-improving tasks regarding the formation of physical, psychological, spiritual and social health of student youth.

The role of colate athletic centers in improving the quality of health-enhancing recreational and sports services in the higher education system: Ukrainian and foreign experience

The article summarizes and systematizes information on assessing the capabilities of collegiate athletic centers in improving the quality of health-enhancing services provided for youth. The aim of the study was to analyze the special Ukrainian and foreign literature focused on identifying the role of collegiate athletic centers in improving the quality of health-enhancing recreational services in the higher education system. The following methods were used: theoretical analysis, generalization and systematization of special scientific and methodological literature, normative and methodological documents, and information resources of the Internet. A systematic analysis of a significant number of scientific works about the organization of physical education in higher education institutions showed the limitations of scientific developments related to the role of collegiate athletic centers in increasing the level of youth involvement in health-enhancing recreational programs of physical activity. This situation prevents solving the problem of improving the quality of physical exercise and sports services provided on the bases of higher education institutions in accordance with the functions assigned to them. The analysis of Ukrainian and foreign experience of organizing the work of collegiate athletic centers demonstrated the significant potential of these organizations in solving the problems of improving the health and increasing physical activity of student youth, whereas, the quality of the services provided was a limiting factor. Approaches to improving the quality of health-enhancing recreational services were proposed based on the generalization of best world practices and existing knowledge about the role of collegiate athletic centers in the system of higher education.

The effect of the mental fitness activity program on quality of life indicators of temporary displaced women of mature age

The aim of the study was to assess the influence of Pilates health classes on the indicators of psycho- emotional state and quality of life in middle-aged temporarily displaced persons. Methods: analysis of scientific and methodological literature, sociological (survey), anthropometric, and pedagogical methods (pedagogical observation, pedagogical experiment), methods of assessing the quality of life, and methods of mathematical statistics. Subjects. The study was conducted on the basis of a family-type house in the city of Rome (Italy) and involved 12 middle-aged women and 6 Pilates trainers. Results. The results of the study confirmed that the proposed wellness program based on the use of the Pilates system in evacuation conditions had a positive effect on all components of the quality of life of middle-aged people, especially on their emotional state, as it was possible to achieve a specific increase in both physical and mental components of health status. Thus, the physical component increased by 1.3 times or by 34%, and the psychological component increased by 1.8 times or by 81%. Positive changes were observed in the indicators of physical condition (increased by 23%) and physical capacity (increased by 18%), and indicators of visual screening of posture (increases by 15.9%).

Up-to-date approach to cardiorehabilitation of post-myocardial infarction persons

The article considers the possibility of using a multimodal cardiorehabilitation program for post-myocardial infarction people in accordance with the updated Regulations of the European Society of Cardiology. It is noted that myocardial infarction is the main cause of limitation of physical activity, loss of working capacity, disability and sudden death among the population. The purpose of the study is to develop of a multimodal cardiorehabilitation program for post-myocardial infarction people and to evaluate its effectiveness. Research material and methods are: analysis of scientific and methodological literature by the research topic; analysis of medical documentation; methods of researching the functional state of the cardiovascular system; bicycle ergometric test with intermittently increasing load; Borg Rating of Perceived Exertion Scale; Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS); methods of mathematical statistics. The results. It is shown that under the impact of multimodal cardiorehabilitation, in the main group of patients at the end of the intervention, there is a significant increase in almost all the investigated indicators. An increase in the traveled distance (m) in the 6-minute test according to the classification of the New York Heart Association (NYHA) made it possible to transfer the majority of patients to the II functional class of cardiac insufficiency. A bicycle ergometric test with an intermittently increasing load showed an increase in the overall endurance of the organism of the main group of tested people and correlated with the 6MWT indicators. The subjective feelings of post-myocardial infarction patients during exercise, which were evaluated by the 10-point Borg Rating of Perceived Exertion Scale, improved, and a significant decrease in anxiety, emotional disorders, and depression according to the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) was noted. In the control group, there was a significant increase only in the 6MWT indicator, which indicates an increase in the adaptive capabilities of the cardiovascular system, and not an increase in the overall endurance of the organism of the tested people. Conclusions. A multimodal approach to cardiorehabilitation in the light of updated intervention protocols for patients with myocardial infarction will significantly contribute to the optimization of the cardiovascular system and the faster return of patients to a full life.

EMOTIONAL MANIFESTATION OF EXPRESSED BEHAVIORAL REACTIONS IN STUDENTS UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF STRESS

In this article, we will look at why people react differently to stress. We will analyze the results of a number of empirical studies of individual differences in students' reactions to stress during study and outside study time. We will explore the factors that influence individual differences in the emergence of a stress response. We compare genetic, acquired, and dispositional individual differences and give examples of each of these categories to show how one or another difference affects the occurrence of stress. Traditionally, psychologists have paid much attention to how people cope with stress and how they react to stressors.
 Much of this interest is based on the general belief that some people are more prone to stress and more vulnerable than "others".
 Therefore, people are distributed within some continuum of stress resistance. It turned out that some people are prone to stress, while others rarely experience stress even under difficult conditions. This idea has attracted the interest of universities because this approach makes it possible to identify stress factors that determine the contingent with a stable psyche. In the field of education, this idea is attractive because it implies the possibility of identifying people who are prone to stress, with the help of which appropriate stress management programs can be developed. The analysis of scientific literature shows that the value of self- assessment of the complex of stress manifestations will be the higher, the worse the subject feels, the less he believes in his strength, abilities, energy, independence, the lower the assessment of his ability to control his own life and be independent [1].

Requirements for court rulings in the light of guarantees of the right to a fair trial

The subject of the study. The legislator does not establish a list of requirements that the rulings of the court of first instance must meet. The article analyzes the requirements for the rulings of the court of first instance in civil proceedings, in comparison with the requirements for court decisions based on domestic procedural legislation and scientific literature. The purpose of the article is to confirm that the main requirements for court rulings are legality, validity, motivation, and enforceability.The research methodology includes the formal-logical method, analysis, synthesis, logicallegal method.Main results. An analysis of domestic legislation and scientific literature led to the conclusion that, based on the requirements that court rulings must meet, the legislator has not correctly defined a list of definitions that must be substantiated, motivated and subject to appeal separately from the final judicial act. The category of protocol definitions should be rather exclusive. Such determinations must be made if it is not required to state the motives for the decision and if it does not affect the essence of the final judicial act.Conclusions. Court rulings must meet the above requirements by analogy with court decisions. The issues raised in this article have not only theoretical, but also practical meaning in relation to civil procedural law in the Russian Federation. The practical problem is that at the moment the legislator has not correctly defined the list of definitions that must be substantiated, motivated and subject to appeal separately from the final judicial act. Court rulings in civil proceedings subject to appeal must meet the requirements of legality, validity, motivation, and enforceability. Contrary to this, in practice the opposite situation often occurs. The category of protocol definitions should be rather exclusive. Such determinations must be made if it is not required to state the motives for the decision and if it does not affect the essence of the final judicial act. Otherwise, this will lead to a violation of the fundamental right to a fair trial and a restriction of a person's access to justice.

For more than a century, the state of psychology has been characterized as a crisis (crisis of methodology). The present state of the social objects, which serve as the research subjects for us, is characterized by increasing dynamism and variability. The current state, as reflected in its typical objects and conditions of conducting scientific research and practice work by ordinary researchers, often remains out of the attention span of methodologists and historians of science. Changes of the conditions created for conducting scientific research and research and practice work in modern institutions require reinterpreting the methods and methodology of the discipline and of the third-level disciplinary methodology. These are conventionally called by us “methods and methodology of field research”. The raised issue is masked and smoothed out by the dominance in Russian psychology of researches based on models of academic groups (schoolchildren, students, seminar listeners, etc.), i.e., by scientific research and research and practice works conducted under relatively simple conditions. However, the range of research and practical tasks is much wider; a pronounced shift to studies of mainly academic groups is a shift to “accessibility and comfort” zone and it leads to the erosion of the discipline. Purpose: historical and theoretical analysis of methodological, methodical and organizational aspects of conducting the research in a modern institution. Methods: analysis of scientific literature, psychodiagnostics, reflection on the experience of scientific research and practical work in modern institutions. It is summarized that: 1) the state of the discipline methodology, understanding of its method, subject and technology of conducting relevant scientific research, and explanation of the results obtained are interrelated; 2) with the availability of administrative resources methodological and methodical problems persist and are reproduced even under strictly specified diagnostic conditions; 3) diagnostic issues in the space-time dimension of modern institutions change the unresolved tasks of “methods and methodology of field research” into the status of “raised to the second power problems, “raised to the third power problems”; 4) one of the least developed issues of psychodiagnostics is the issue of the “situation”, which requires its constructive solution.

МЕТОДОЛОГІЧНІ ПІДХОДИ ДО УПРАВЛІННЯ ПРОФЕСІЙНИМ РОЗВИТКОМ НАУКОВО-ПЕДАГОГІЧНИХ ПРАЦІВНИКІВ КОМУНАЛЬНОГО ЗВО

The article updates the problem of managing the professional development of scientific and pedagogical workers of a communal institution of higher education, since the research of the mentioned phenomenon must be carried out using substantiated methodological approaches. Based on the results of the analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature, it was concluded that modern scientists have not fully studied the issue of methodological approaches to the management of professional development of scientific and pedagogical workers of a communal institution of higher education. In the article, the leading methodological approaches are defined as integrative, innovative, motivational, activity, reflexive, andragogic, competence, humanistic, person-oriented, axiological, acmeological, centralized, decentralized, regional. It has been established that the implementation of the integration approach allows to ensure the coherence of actions between all sections of the organizational structure of the communal institution of higher education. The use of an innovative approach has a positive effect on the emergence of new modern management ways of increasing the efficiency of higher education institutions. Taking into account the motivational approach ensures an increase in the internal motivation of scientific and pedagogical workers, the activity approach ‒ professional selfactualization, the reflective approach ‒ strengthening their ability to self-assess, adequate self-analysis. It is emphasized that the introduction of the andragogic approach allows to strengthen the connection between theory and practice of adult education, to determine ways of improving the qualifications of pedagogical workers. It was concluded that taking into account the principles of the competence approach helps in making balanced competent decisions, the humanistic approach helps to build friendly and tolerant relations between all participants in the process of managing professional development, and the person-oriented approach ‒ the development of individual qualities and abilities. The author also substantiates the significance of the axiological approach to the researched phenomenon (the application ensures the perception of the human personality as a value), acmeological (the implementation helps to achieve professionalism), centralized and decentralized (taking into account allows to find out the degree of influence on the management of professional development), as well as regional (the application provides take into account the peculiarities of a certain region) approaches.

Концепция финансового контроля деятельности профессиональных участников рынка ценных бумаг в современных экономических условиях

The article provides an overview of the institutional aspects of regulating the securities market professional participants’ activities, allowing to identify key shortcomings in their functioning and reveal the insufficient effectiveness of control measures. The aim is to develop a concept of financial control taking into account the identified problematic factors and ensure the possibility of improving the financial control system in the context of professional participants representing the subjective side of the financial market. The methodological novelty of the author’s approach lies in the research algorithm. It includes creating the state financial control concept for the securities market professional participants’ activities based on the analysis of scientific literature, the definition of characteristic problems in the state financial control, the disclosure of the structure of its improvement concept by creating indicators for monitoring and formulating proposals for implementing the recommended measures. The financial control procedure ensures the activities’ legality, the implementation of the current regulatory framework for conducting transactions of financial resources, the openness and accessibility of financial transaction mechanisms. Currently, there are organizational and regulatory gaps that directly affect the financial control procedure, caused by, among other things, digital solutions, the introduction of the digital ruble and a number of other transformations. The result of the research is the author’s concept aimed at improving the financial control system of securities market professional participants’ activities.

Regional brand: the essence and formation model

The most critical resource for development and promotion of Russian regions and cities, along with other strategic management tools, is regional bran ding. Branding effectiveness depends on many conditions, including the depth, consistency and scientific understanding of the brand as a tool of a region’s attractiveness. Using a theoretical analysis of scientific literature, the article explains the concept of “regional brand” in terms of key characteristics definition that reflect the specificity of the term. The results of the study concluded that the development and promotion of a regional brand is a complex process which starts with the formation of an integrated system of brand elements. The analysis of experience in designing of the Russian regions’ own brands and the use of the structural modeling method allowed to present a regional brand formation model, describing the main elements of the brand. In the presented model the following six elements were identified: brand platform, positioning, internal brand power, external brand power, communications, resonance. The correlation of each element in the overall system, their importance and influence on the formation of the image and increase in effectiveness of a region’s promotion were determined. The obtained results may be required by representatives of regional administrations that address the branding of territories issues.

Effectiveness of technology development and improvement of coordination abilities of children of primary school age with hearing impairments in the process of physical education

The global tendency to increase the number of people with hearing impairments, which has been observed recently, prompts the scientific community to search for the most effective pedagogical methods and techniques that contribute to early comprehensive assistance to children with developmental disabilities. As the analysis of scientific and methodical literature shows, practically all children with hearing impairments clearly have an insufficient level of formation of coordination abilities, which are the basis of everyday, motor skills and human abilities, in connection with which the correction of violations of coordination abilities in this category of children has great importance for their adaptation and implementation in society The aim of the work was to evaluate the effectiveness of the technology of correction of disorders of coordination abilities of children of primary school age with hearing impairments. The following research methods were used: analysis of scientific and methodological literature, analysis of documentary materials, anthropometry method, stabilography method, photometry, pedagogical research methods, methods of mathematical statistics. The experiment involved 16 children of primary school age with hearing impairment (experimental and control groups of 8 primary school children in each group). The results of the pedagogical experiment testify to the effectiveness of the technology of correction of coordination disorders of primary school children with hearing impairments, because under its influence the coordination abilities of children included in the experimental group significantly improved compared to the control group. Improved ability to respond (latency of simple motor response to a light signal), the ability to control the spatial and force parameters of movements (half the force of the maximum wrist dynamometer, half the maximum length of the jump in length from the place), the ability to orient in space (deviation in walking on a line, after three overturns), ability to rhythm (number of executions by a ball for 15 seconds in limited space), ability to maintain body balance (amplitude of oscillations of the general center of gravity of the body in frontal and sagittal planes and area of oscillations of the general center gravity in the test with open eyes, the amplitude of oscillations of the general center of gravity in the frontal and sagittal planes, the length of the trajectory of the general center of gravity in the frontal and sagittal planes, the velocity of the general center of gravity and the area of oscillations of the general center of gravity in the test). Conclusions. The obtained significant changes in the studied indicators prove the effectiveness of our proposed technology for the correction of disorders of coordination abilities.

Current issues of research on special physical and psychological training of law enforcement forces in extreme conditions

To ensure the protection of the population of Ukraine and counteract these negative phenomena, it is necessary to continuously improve the system of training law enforcement forces and the readiness of the entire security sector to act in extreme situations. The analysis of special scientific and methodological literature showed that insufficient attention was paid to some aspects of the problem of improving the special physical, functional and psychological preparedness of law enforcement forces, in connection with which we consider the chosen direction of research to be relevant. The goal is to research the current state and study the features and importance of special physical and psychological training of law enforcement forces under the influence of extreme situations. We have developed and planned the implementation of a science-based training program (with additions and expansions of the existing program) to improve the special, functional and psychological training of law enforcement forces, taking into account extreme situations.
