The phenomenon of Tahlil marriage, which the Sasak people call cine bute, is still an enigma, because the practice of this marriage is increasing every year and has different characteristics from common tahlil marriages. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The research locations are in 3 regions of Lombok Province, namely Suralaga, Suela, and Tanjung, with the argumentation that these three areas are areas that have the most cine bute marriage practices compared to other regions. Data analysis technique uses an interactive model (Hubberman). The results of the study show that the practice of tahlil marriage in Lombok is divided into three forms, namely contract tahlil marriage, natural tahlil marriage and natural contract tahlil marriage. According to Maqashid al-Syari'ah view that there are deviations in the practice of tahlil marriages carried out by the Sasak tribe regarding the dharuriyyat, ḥajjiyat and tahsiiniyyat aspects.
