Security Risk and Preventive Measures of Multimedia Database System under Remote Control of Network Robot

The rapid development of network technology makes the world enter a new era, but it also brings a variety of severe information security problems, which makes the network security more and more important. Based on the existing literature and information, this paper expounds the current situation of database information system security. In view of the security risks of the media database information, this paper proposes to use the remote control system of the network robot, through sorting out the organizational structure characteristics and technology of multimedia data, establish the security defense system, and try to manage the multimedia data security. This system takes the mobile robot as the control object and adds the vision and ultrasonic transducer for the robot, so that it can carry on the semi-autonomous movement under the control of human. In addition, the host PC is used as the main control terminal to send instructions to the remote robot and receive the feedback data information. The simulation results show that the robot remote control system has good security, can ensure the establishment of database security defense technology system, and has the characteristics of convenient operation, easy to expand, and strong mobility. From the research point of view of this paper, the combination of robotics and multimedia information security is booming and will become a new application prospect.

A DoS Attacks Detection Aglorithm Based on Snort-BASE for Robotic Arm Control Systems

In response to the frequent safety accidents of industrial robots, this paper designs and implements a safety detection system for robot control. It can perform real-time security detection of robot operations on industrial production lines to improve the security and reliability of robot control systems. This paper designs and implements a robot control system based Snort-BASE for real-time online detection of DoS attacks. The system uses a six-degree-of-freedom robotic arm as an example, uses Snort to record the network communication data of the robot arm control system in real time, and filters the network traffic through self-defined rules, and then uses the BASE analysis platform to achieve security analysis of the network traffic. The solution verifies the effectiveness of online real-time detection of attacks and visualisation of attack records by designing simulated robotic arm and real robotic arm attack experiments respectively, thus achieving the security of network communication of the robot remote control system.

Research of Intelligent Temperature Measuring Robot System

With the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia worldwide, a kind of epidemic prevention robot is urgently needed in society. The intelligent temperature measurement robot system mainly includes the robot’s high stability multi-attitude omnidirectional movement module, robot path planning and autonomous navigation module, robot environment information acquisition and recognition module, robot remote control module, and robot system integration. According to the design principle of the wheeled robot, high stability and multi attitude omni-directional mobile platform of temperature measuring robot are constructed; path planning and autonomous navigation of robot are realized based on sensor data fusion; temperature detection and remote care function are realized by thermal imaging sensor system by capturing the thermal radiation emitted by the human body, and based on open modular control system architecture. Based on the existing research foundation, the intelligent temperature measurement robot system is established by integrating the robot multi attitude omni-directional mobile system, robot path planning, and autonomous navigation system, robot environment information acquisition and recognition system, and robot remote control system.

DESIGN OF MANIPULATOR ROBOT IN UNMANNED GRENADE TAMER (UGT)

Low safety factor in the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in handling grenades that fail to explode at the training location can be fatal for personnel and instructors. In a previous study, a stick manipulator was designed. However, this tool has disadvantages because the operator is too close to explosives. By considering the security of personnel, the authors make "Design Robot Manipulator Build on Unmanned Grenade Tamer (UGT)". This tool is used to assist trainers and instructors in the implementation of laying explosives as a procedure for handling grenades that do not explode properly in position. The mechanism of this tool is made to complement the base tank that is driven by a robot remote control system that moves using a servo motor as an actuator. The total length of the horizontal arm stretch is 780 mm and 795 mm for the vertical stretch. Arm foundation is designed capable of rotating as far as 120⁰. Link 1 moves 150 °, link 2 150 °, Link 3 1801, and wrist roll 90 °. The force acting on link 1 is 16.758N in the direction of the y-axis parallel force, torque is 5.5 Nm and with an angular acceleration of 142rad / s². On the link 2 force of 16.66N, the direction of the force is parallel to the y axis, torque of 9.4 Nm and angular acceleration of 496rad / s². And on the 3 link force of 14.7N of torque of 3.3 Nm and angular acceleration of 293rad / s². The gripper gripping force is 1,158 kgf which is driven by a servo motor with a minimum torque of 5.42 Nm.
