Analysis of the Influence of Tourist Visits and Hotel Occupancy Rate on Labor Absorption in West Nusa Tenggara Province

This study aims to analyze "The influence of tourist visits and hotel occupancy rates on labor absorption in West Nusa Tenggara Province". The type of research used in this study is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The type of data used in the study is time series data. The data was processed using the SPSS application using the Multiple Liniear Regression analysis method. The results of this study show that simultaneously the independent variables of tourist visits (X1) and hotel occupancy rate (X2) do not have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely labor absorption (Y) even though it has a strong correlation. The results of the partial test show that Tourist Visits and Hotel Occupancy Rate have no significant effect on Labor Absorption in the hospitality sector. The results of multiple regression testing of the data in this study recommend the regression equation: Y = 2700.556 + 0.002 X1 + 0.001 X2. The constant value is 2700.556, the coefficient X1 is 0.002 and the hotel occupancy rate is 0.001.

Pengaruh Infrastruktur Pedesaan Terhadap Produktivitas Pangan di Kecamatan Titehena Kabupaten Flores Timur

This study aims to find out and explain the influence of rural infrastructure on food productivity in Titehena District, East Flores Regency. The type of research used by the researcher is quantitative research using primary data. The sampling technique used in this study is by using a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used include validity tests, reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, instrument tests, and hypothesis tests using SPSS analysis tools. The results of this study show that the results of multiple regression testing, partially the accessibility infrastructure variable affects food productivity, the agricultural infrastructure variable affects food productivity, and simultaneously the accessibility infrastructure variable and the agricultural infrastructure variable simultaneously affect food productivity in Titehena District, East Flores Regency.

The Role of Self-Efficacy and Social Support for Grit in Master of Professional Psychology Students

Grit is a trait or personality that must be possessed by individuals, especially students who are studying in the Master of Professional Psychology program. Students who have grit can demonstrate good academic performance and achieve planned long-term goals. This study aims to determine the role of self-efficacy and social support for grit in Master of Professional Psychology students in Indonesia. The participants of this study amounted to 210 students from various universities and specializations majoring in psychology who were collected using purposive sampling techniques. The research instruments used were self-efficacy scale, social support scale, and grit scale. Data were analyzed by multiple regression analysis using SPSS 24. The results of multiple regression tests show that there is a significant role between self-efficacy and social support for the grit of Master of Professional Psychology students (R square = 0.654, F = 195.278, p < 0.05).

Motivasi dan Lingkungan Kerja Untuk Meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan Hotel

Employee performance is an important factor in achieving company goals. Employee performance is one of the main factors that can affect organizational progress. The higher the performance of employees, the easier the goals of the organization will be achieved. Employee performance can be influenced by various factors, two of which are motivation and work environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and work environment on employee performance at the Arya Kadipaten Hotel, Majalengka Regency. This study uses quantitative research methods with associative research types. The sample in this study was taken randomly as many as 16 respondents. The data collection technique used was to distribute questionnaires which were then processed using statistical analysis. The results showed that the work motivation of Hotel Arya employees was sufficient, as well as an increase in employee performance with increased employee motivation. The same results also show an increase in employee performance with an improved employee work environment. The results of multiple regression testing also show that motivation and work environment simultaneously affect employee performance. The conclusion of this study is that motivation and work environment can improve the performance of Hotel Arya Kadipaten employees.

Pengaruh Emotional Marketing dan Perceived Ease of Use terhadap Donation Intention melalui Digital Payment

LAZISMU is one of the zakat institutions that manages donations from all over Indonesia and implements donations through digital payments. This study aims to examine how Emotional marketing and Perceived ease of use affect Donation intention through Digital payment at LAZISMU. This study uses a quantitative method with data collection using the Likert scale method and primary data from respondents collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents via google form. The population of this study are donors who intend to make donations at LAZISMU Yogyakarta area through digital payment. Using purposive sampling method, this study used 100 donors as a sample of respondents. Data analysis techniques through the IBM SPSS statistical 26 programme using the Coefficient of Determination test, multiple regression test and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that first, Emotional marketing has a positive and significant effect on donation intention with a coefficient value of 0.115 and a significance of 0.010 which is smaller than 0.05. Second, Perceived ease of use is proven to have an effect on donation intention at LAZISMU, as evidenced by the coefficient value of 0.565 and a significance of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05 and this study emotional marketing and Perceived ease of use, are able to explain 49.7% of the influence on the dependent variable, namely donation intention. So from the results of multiple regression tests and hypothesis testing it can be seen that the results of this study indicate that emotional marketing and Perceived ease of use have a significant effect on donation intention.

Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction as the Influencing Factors that Increase the Employee's Performance

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance. Severe and essential element in a company to manage employees is not so easy because every employee has different characteristics and other factors to improve their performance. Likewise, PT Putra Bali also expects an increase in employee performance to achieve optimal company goals. This study used a quantitative descriptive method; the population was 130 permanent employees at PT Putra Bali in the city of Bandar Lampung. The technique for sampling in this study used a saturated sampling technique. This study processed the data using the SPSS version 25 application to obtain significant results. The results of multiple regression testing show that the variables of Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction positively affect Employee Performance based on the results of the regression equation and with the value of R Square. Based on statistical data, the indicators in this study are valid, and the variables are reliable. Hypothesis testing using the t-test shows that the variables of Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction are proven to affect the Employee Performance variable significantly. Then through the F test, it can be seen that the variables of Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction simultaneously influence employee performance variables with the result that the calculated F value is greater than the F table.

Hubungan Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional Kepala Sekolah dan Budaya Organisasi Sekolah Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Guru SD di Kecamatan Cidahu

This study aims to determine the relationship between the principal's transformational leadership style, organizational culture, and job satisfaction of state elementary school teachers in Cidahu District, Sukabumi Regency. The research design used is descriptive research with a correlational approach. Subjects in this study (N = 163) were taken from the population and became a saturated sample. Data analysis used product moment correlation and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS v23 for Windows. The research results show that: (1) There is a positive and significant relationship between the transformational leadership style of school principals and teacher job satisfaction, with a correlation value of 0.694. (2) Based on a statistical study using the Pearson correlation test, there is a positive and significant relationship between school organizational culture and teacher job satisfaction with a correlation value of 0.620. (3) The results of multiple regression tests show that the relationship between the transformational leadership style variable of the school principal (X1) and school organizational culture (X2) simultaneously has an impact on teacher job satisfaction (Y), which is equal to 54%.

Self-efficacy and resilience as predictors of students' academic motivation in online education.

Motivation as a catalyst for human conduct has been associated with lots of variables. However, self-efficacy and resilience as two important components of the individuals' psychological capital have not received enough scientific attention. This gets more significance considering the global COVID-19 pandemic with noticeable psychological consequences for the learners receiving online education. Hence, the current study proceeded to investigate the relationship between students' self-efficacy, resilience, and academic motivation in online education. To this aim, a convenience sample of 120 university students coming from two state universities in south of Iran participated in an online survey. The questionnaires used in the survey included the self-efficacy questionnaire, resilience questionnaire, and academic motivation questionnaire. Pearson correlation and multiple regression statistical methods were applied to analyze the obtained data. The results pointed to a positive relationship between self-efficacy and academic motivation. In addition, those with a higher degree of resilience were found to experience higher academic motivation. Moreover, the results of multiple regression test revealed that self-efficacy and resilience can significantly predict the academic motivation of the students involved in an online mode of education. The research proposes a number of recommendations for developing the learners' level of self-efficacy and resilience through enacting various pedagogical interventions. In this way, a heightened level of academic motivation would enhance EFL learners' learning rate.

STUDI EMPIRIS SERVICESCAPE TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN KAFE SUN OSING BANYUWANGI DI MASA PANDEMI COVID 19

This study aims to help sun osing cafes to survive in the long term by using a servicescape marketing strategy which includes Ambient Dimension, Design Dimension and Social Dimension. In this study using quantitative methods, purposive sampling technique involving 95 respondents. The results of multiple regression testing on the influence of the Ambient Dimension on consumers showed a significant positive effect. This proves that a good Ambient Dimension will increase the Consumers of Sun Osing Cafe Banyuwangi. The results of multiple regression testing on the influence of the De- sign Dimension on consumers show a significant positive effect. This proves that a quality Design Dimension will increase the Consumers of Sun Osing Cafe Banyuwangi. The results of multiple regression testing on the influence of Social Dimensions show that the effect on consumers is significantly positive. This proves that a high Social Dimension will increase the purpose of the Sun Osing Cafe Banyuwangi.

Ta'tsiiru Kholfiyyati al-Tholabah al-Dirosiyyah wa Kafaatihim fi Ta'allumi al-Lughoh al-Arobiyyah lada Tholabati al-Madaaris al-Tsaanawiyyah al-Islaamiyyah bi Malang

Learning Arabic at Madrasah Aliyah in the city of Malang faces various difficulties, including: (1) Non-linearity in student education. Students from Islamic Junior High School (MTs) do not always continue their studies to Islamic Senior High School (MA) and similarly students from Junior High School (SMP) do not always continue their studies to Senior High School (SMA). (2) The second problem is the language competence of each student which is also an important thing in the Arabic learning process. This research is very important to do to find out the relationship between students' background and their learning ability. The two researchers used quantitative research to determine the effect of students' background and competence on the motivation to learn Arabic among Islamic Senior High School (MA) students in Malang. The results of this study are R = 0.317 R Table 0.113 which means it has a weak correlation and the results of multiple regression tests are obtained by chi square 0.100, which means that students' background (X1) and competence (X2) have an effect = 1.00% on motivation to learn Arabic in Indonesia among students of Islamic Senior High School Malang (Y). There are other factors that affect the motivation to learn Arabic in Madrasah Aliyah students except the academic background and proficiency of students by 99.00%, and this result is greater than the influence of background and language proficiency of students.

PENGARUH BAURAN PEMASARAN TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN DALAM MEMILIH PRODUK (Studi Kasus pada Customer Baru MyDevTeam)

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of marketing mix decisions in choosing a product (Case Study on New Customers in MyDevTeam). The primary data sources used in this study were respondents' answers through a questionnaire item. The population of this study is all new potential customers who make purchases at MyDevTeam. The number of samples in this study was set at 110 respondents with the criteria of prospective customers who have a business more than 1 year so that they need innovative marketing services. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of multiple regression testing show that product quality influences the decision to choose a new customer product at MyDevTeam. Price affects the decision to choose a new customer product in MyDevTeam. Place affects the decision to choose a new customer product in MyDevTeam. Promotion affects the decision to choose a new customer product in MyDevTeam.

EFIKASI DIRI AKADEMIK DAN OPTIMISME DENGAN RESILIENSI AKADEMIK SISWA YANG BELAJAR DARING DI SMAN 2 CIKARANG UTARA

This study aims to determine the relationship between Academic Self-Efficacy and optimism with the academic resilience of the students studying online at SMAN 2 Cikarang Utara. This research will use quantitative method with research design using correlation and regression. The subject in this study were high school student who were studying online, which consisted of three classes, grades 10, 11, 12 totaling 138 student. This study uses a standard scale. The results of Alpha Cronbach formula include, The Academic Resilience Scale-30 with a value r=0,907, Online Learning Self-Efficacy Scale (OLSES) with a value r=0,755, and Life Orientation Test Revised (LOT-R) with a value r= 0,441. Data anaylsis technique used rank spearman correlation and multiple regression test. The results of the correlation test between academic self-efficacy and academic resilience showed a positive and significant relationship with the value of sig= 0, 000 (< 0,05), while the correlation test between optimism and academic resilience showed a positive and significand relationship with the value of sig= 0, 000 (<0,05). On the results of multiple regression tests between academic self-efficacy and optimism on academi on academic resilience show a significant effect with a value of sig= 0, 000 (<0,05)

Pengaruh Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia dan Motivasi Kepala Sekolah terhadap Disiplin Kerja Guru di Sekolah Islam Terpadu Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah

This study aims to verify the effect of human resource management and the motivation of school principals on the work discipline of teachers at SD IT Pandan in Central Tapanuli Regency. This research is a correlation research with a quantitative approach. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire which was tested using validity and reliability tests, while the analytical technique used was quantitative analysis techniques. The results showed that there was a significant effect of human resource management on significant work discipline (Fcount (23.15) greater than Ftable (0.320)), there was also a significant influence of motivation on work discipline significantly (Fcount (38.04) greater than Ftable (0.320)). Meanwhile, based on multiple regression data analysis, the results showed that there was a significant influence of human resource management and motivation on the work discipline of teachers at SD IT Pandan in Central Tapanuli Regency. This is evidenced by the statistical results of multiple regression tests which show that Fcount (1.8) is greater than Ftable (0.320), then HO is rejected and Ha is accepted. In addition, the results obtained from the SPSS value which shows the value of Human Resource Management (β) 0.269 (**p<0.05; p=0.000) and Giving Motivation (β) 0.303 (*p<0.05; p=0.000) has a significant effect on the work discipline of teachers at SD IT Pandan in Central Tapanuli Regency. The contribution of the variable influence of human resource management and motivation to work discipline is (ΔR2) 0.144

Study of the Effect of Health System Reform Plan Administration on the Satisfaction Level among Medical Doctors and Nurses in Tabriz State Hospitals, East Azerbaijan, Iran

Having three orientations, the Health System Reform Plan (HSRP) has been administered to financially support and protect people, provide fair health services and promote the quality of health services. To be unsatisfied about health and medical services brings undesirable outcomes. The present investigation aimed to study the effect of Health System Reform Plan (HSRP) on the satisfaction level among medical doctors and nurses of Tabriz state hospitals, East Azerbaijan province, Iran in a period from 21th February; 2015 to 22th June; 2015. Statistical population included those patients who referred to Tabriz state hospitals. We used stratified sampling method. To collect data we used questionnaire being presented to the samples after assessing its validity and reliability. We also utilized descriptive and inferential statistics in a way that we used descriptive method to classify, summarize and interpret of obtained data. Then after demonstrating the abnormality of data by Kolmogorov-Smirnov test we used linear and multiple regressions to test research hypothesis and effect from the perspective of inferential method. Obtained results confirmed the research hypothesis and explained that the administration of HSRP affected medical doctors’ level of satisfaction. Also, according to the results of multiple regression tests, doctors and nurses’ satisfaction level was placed at the top of most affected issues from HSRP.

Online Affirmation and Peer Support are Effective for Reducing Medical Personnel Stress in Dealing with Covid-19 Patients

The Covid-19 outbreak has psychological impacts on frontline medical personnel at risk of infection. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate the effect of online affirmations and peer support on medical personnel stress level in dealing with Covid-19 patients, as well as social support and spiritual intelligence's influence. It was a quasi-experiment with pre- and post-test administered to 25 and 30 medical personnel as the intervention and control groups, respectively. The intervention was carried out on WhatsApp group for 4 weeks. The stress level pair T-test results showed p = 0.000 in the intervention group and p = 0.238 in the control, while the independent T-test results showed p = 0.009. Social support did not affect medical personnel’s stress (p=0.978), but the effect of spiritual intelligence was significant (p=0.000). According to the results of multiple regression test conducted using the Enter method, the coefficient value (R2) = 0.584. This intervention was effective in helping medical personnel to manage stress. Hence, hospital managers need to carry out stress management training to maintain medical personnel’s mental health.

Pengaruh kepemilikan manajerial, board size, dividen masa lalu dan kesempatan investasi terhadap kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia

This study aims to analyze the effect of managerial ownership, board size, investment opportunities and investment opportunities on dividend policy with proxy payout ratio (DPR), dividend per shares (DPS) and dividend yield (DY) on manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. This research is classified as causative research. The population in this study were all Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The sampling technique in this study is using purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 231 companies a year. The data used are secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id and Indonesia Capital Market Directory. Data analysis method used is multiple regression. The results of multiple regression tests show that past dividends have a positive effect on dividend policy with all dividend policy proxies, subsequently investment opportunities have a positive effect on dividend policy with proxies from the DPR and DPS. While other variables do not affect dividend policy.Keywords: Dividend policy, managerial ownership, board size, past dividends, investment opportunities

PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN ORANG TUA DAN BUDAYA SEKOLAH TERHADAP KARAKTER SISWA

This study aims to analyze the effect of parental education level and school culture on the character of fifth grade students of SD Negeri Cikuya 01. This research uses Non Probability Sampling Technique with saturated sampling, namely the sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. Sources of research data can be sourced from primary data, namely questionnaires (questionnaire). The analysis technique used multiple linear regression with simultaneous hypothesis test (F test) and partial test (t test). The result of multiple regression test shows Y = 24,708 + 0,522 X1 + 0,831 X2. The results showed that the Parental Education Level variable (X1) had a positive and significant effect on the character of the fifth grade students of SD Negeri Cikuya 01. The variable of school culture (X2) had a positive and significant effect on the character of the fifth grade students of SD Negeri Cikuya 01. parents and school culture have a positive and significant effect together on the character of grade V SD Negeri Cikuya 01. The coefficient of determination is 0.442, this means that the ability of the independent variable in explaining the dependent variable is 44.2%, the remaining 55.8% is explained by other factors not examined.

Predictors of safe road-crossing behavior among female high school students of Shahr-e Kord: an application of the theory of planned behavior.

Traffic accidents in pedestrians is one of the most important causes of death. Understanding the status quo and identification of effective factors are necessary for the management and planning of efficient training interventions in the prevention of traffic accidents for pedestrians. Hence, the present study aimed to determine the predictors of safe road-crossing behavior among female high school students of Shahr-e Kord. The present research was a descriptive-analytical study which was conducted on 347 female high school students of Shahr-e Kord in the academic year 2016-2017. The participants were selected using random sampling method and the required data were collected through a standard questionnaire based on the theory of planned behavior. The obtained data were statistically analyzed using Pearson correlation test and regression analysis. The mean score of participants on the adoption of safe road-crossing behavior was equal to 57.06±14.74. Among the independent variables of this study, the lowest and the highest scores were related to behavioral intention and outcome expectancy, respectively. The results of multiple regression test showed that behavioral beliefs, outcome expectancy, compliance motivation and behavioral intention are predictors of the adoption of safe road-crossing behavior. In total, these constructs were able to predict 25.8% of behavioral changes. Based on the study findings, the theory of planned behavior can be considered an appropriate framework for designing training interventions in order to improve students' road-crossing behavior.

THE EFFECT OF INTELLECTUAL INTELLECTUAL AND SPIRITUAL INTELLIGENCE ON THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES IN THE CAPITAL INVESTMENT SERVICE AND INTEGRATED SERVICES IN MAKASSAR CITY

This study aims to determine and analyze the Effects of Intellectual Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence on the Performance of Employees of the Makassar City Investment and Integrated Service Office. Data analysis using multiple regression equations and the classic assumption test, one of the methods used to determine the number of samples is using the Slovin formula, the sample used was 50 employees. The research data was obtained from questionnaires, literature studies, and direct interviews with relevant parties according to the research objectives. From the results of multiple regression testing, data showing the variable Intellectual Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence have a positive effect by looking at the F test value of 65.950, thus F arithmetic F table ( 0.05), For the t value of the intellectuality variable of 0.179 and the significance value of 0.112 0.05 so that the variable Intellectual Intelligence has a positive and insignificant effect, while the Spiritual Intelligence variable of 0,000 0.05 so the more positive and significant effect on employee performance is the Spiritual Intelligence variable

Konsep Diri Dan Kecerdasan Emosional Terhadap Perilaku Prososial Remaja Sekolah Menengah Atas

Prosocial behaviour is the form of behaviour that benefit others in the sense of material, physical and psychological, which is done on its own initiative without any specific motives. Prosocial behaviour is important for adolescents because of the need to be accepted by their social environment. The purpose of the study was to gather information regarding the role of self concept and emotional intelligence towards prosocial behaviour of adolescents. The subjects in this research is adolescents which currently are studying in senior high school in Denpasar. The sample consists of 107 people. The results of multiple regression test shows that self concept and emotional intelligence has a role towards prosocial behaviour of adolescents by 37,7% with significance of 0,000 (p<0,05).
