Peran Komunikasi dan Kepuasan Pernikahan Terhadap Coparenting pada Orangtua yang Memiliki Anak Usia Remaja

This study aims to see the role of communication and marital satisfaction towards coparenting in parent who have adolescence. There are 3 hypothesis presented in this result of this study to see role of communication and marital satisfaction towards coparenting in parent who have adolescence. The result of study is that communication and marital satisfaction contributed significantly towards coparenting in parent who have adolescence. This study was conducted on 79 parents who have adolescence in Church X Samarinda. This study use quantitative method with correlational design. The result of multiple regression test showed that communication and marital satisfaction contributed significantly to coparenting (F= 36,522 : p <0.05). The result of multiple regression also showed that commuication contributed higher than marital satisfaction, and that is 38,9%(𝑅2 = 0,389 𝑝 < 0,05). While marital satisfaction contributed 10,1%(𝑅2 = 0,101 𝑝 < 0,05).

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of jobinvolvement, career development, and compensation on job satisfaction. The sampling method uses Proportionate Random Sampling. Data were taken directly using questionnaire with 58 respondents of permanent employees of M2M Solutions Ltd. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. The result of the research shows that job involvement has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, career development has a significant and positive effect on job satisfaction, compensation has significant and positive effect on job satisfaction. Job involvement, career development, and compensation together have a significant and positive impact on job satisfaction. This means that job satisfaction can be explained by the three independent variables of jobinvolvement (X1), career development (X2), and compensation (X3). From the result of multiple regression test, compensation is the most dominant variable in affecting job satisfaction.

The Effect of Organizational Culture, Work Environment and Satisfaction On Motivation and Job Promotion

This study was conducted due to differences in the study results, Julianto, Romi Haryo dan Hendriani, Susi (2014) and Afifah et al., (2017) show that satisfaction effect to the motivation, in other hand Faysica et al., (2016) put forward different results. This study aims to re-examine satisfaction with adding variable: work environment and job satisfaction with two Y variable (motivating and promotion) at PT. Altrak 1978 Balikpapan. The sampling technique used a questionnaire that is a sample of 93 respondents, random sampling and The data were analyzed using used multiple regression analysis with SPSS 21. The results of multiple regression test 1, that work culture, work environment and job satisfaction significantly influence employee work motivation. The results of multiple regression test 2, the organizational culture, work environment and job satisfaction are significant to the promotion of position and job satisfaction is significant to the promotion of position.

MACROECONOMIC FACTORS INFLUENCING THE FISHERIES SECTOR INVESTMENT

This research is intended to analyze how macroeconomic factors influence the level of fisheries investment in Bandung city. Economic factors analyzed in this study include inflation, interest rates, and Gross Domestic Regional Product (GDRP) in Bandung city in the period 2010-2017. The method used throughout this research is the Literature Survey method by using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of multiple linear regression tests through the F-test and T-test to prove to be no significant positive relationship between inflation and the level of fisheries investment in Bandung city. The results of the multiple regression test also showed an insignificant negative relationship between the interest rate and the level of investment in the fisheries sector in Bandung city. GDRP has a significant positive relationship with the level of fisheries investment in Bandung city. R Square Test (R2) shows a value of 0.913 which means that 91.3% of the proportion of investment in the fisheries sector from 2010-2017 can be attributed to the variable inflation, interest rates, and GDRP. Peran Komunikasi dan Agreeableness Terhadap Co-Parenting pada Pasangan Beda Etnis


 This study aims to see the role of communication and agreeableness towards co-parenting in mixed couple. There are 3 hypothesis presented in this study to see the role of communication and agreeableness towards co-parenting in mixed couple. The result of this study is that communication and agreeableness contributed significantly towards co-parenting in mixed couple. This study was conducted on 41 mixed couple or 82 people in total. This study use quantitive method with correlational design. The result of multiple regression test showed that communication and agreeableness contributed significantly to co-parenting (F= 28,664; p < 0,05). The result of multiple regression also showed that communication and agreeableness contributed respectively to co-parenting. Communication contributed higher than agreeableness, and that is 38,7% (R2= 0,387; p < 0,05). While agreeableness contributed 3,4% (R2= 0,034; p < 0,05).

Peran intensitas komunikasi dan regulasi emosi terhadap konflik interpersonal pada dewasa awal yang menjalani hubungan berpacaran jarak jauh

Courtship is a relationship that involves a greater and deeper intimacy and romantic feelings between two individuals who know each other. During the process, courtship cannot always be done closely due to education and careers in different areas that causes long distance relationship. The distance becomes an obstacle which triggers several conflicts. The situation of conflict always involves the communication process and emotional aspects. The influent communication tends to cause misunderstanding that lead to conflict. Uncontrolled emotion causes a dangerous conflict. This study applied quantitative method that discussed the role of communication intensity and emotion regulation toward interpersonal conflict at early adulthood undergoing long distance relationships. The subjects of study involved 307 adults who had long distance relationships. In this study, the scale of interpersonal conflict, communication intensity, and emotional regulation were applied as measuring instruments. Multiple regression technique was use to do data analysis. The results of multiple regression tests showed that a regression coefficient was 0,596; a coefficient value of determination was 0,355; and a significance value was 0,000 (p<0,05) with a standardized beta coefficient on the variable of communication intensity about -0,373 and emotion regulation about -0,348. These results indicate that communication intensity and emotion regulation take a role to decrease interpersonal conflict at early adulthood who have long distance relationships.

Effect Economic Return Performance to Company Financial Evidance From Indonesia

This study aims to analyze the regression analysis model to measure the return rate economically within the company, by using several variable ratio in the company. This study uses the financial statements of companies listed on the BEI for the year ending 2016. In this study proposes a regression analysis model in the measurement of the rate of return of the company economically. From the research that has been done there is no relationship between the rate of return of the company's economy in doing research on variabel financial ratios in use. This is proven by the results of multiple regression test and wald test that shows not many significant variables to the rate of return of the company's economy.

PENGARUH PENGEMBANGAN KARIR DAN IKLIM ORGANISASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PEGAWAI PADA PUSKESMAS MANGASA DI MAKASSAR

This study aims: 1) to analyze the effect of career development on employee job satisfaction at the Mangasa Health Center in Makassar, 2) to analyze the influence of the organizational climate on employee job satisfaction at the Mangasa Health Center in Makassar. This research uses a multiple regression analysis method. The research data used were obtained from interviews, documentation and questionnaires. 
 The results of this study indicate that: 1) based on the results of multiple regression tests, the influence of career development variables has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of the Mangasa Health Center in Makassar. Career development at the Mangasa Health Center in Makassar is basically an increase in employee performance that reflects the ability of the organization in work, meaning that the performance of each employee is rated and measured in terms of values ​​and criteria determined by the organization, and 2) based on the results of multiple regression tests, the influence of organizational climate variables has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of Mangasa Health Center employees in Makassar. Employee job satisfaction at the Mangasa Health Center in Makassar can occur if employees feel they have a feeling of justice in doing work. An organizational climate that is considered fair will encourage employees to immediately achieve satisfaction at work

GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTING STANDARD, HUMAN CAPACITY, INTERNAL CONTROL SYSTEM AND FINANCIAL SUPERVISION AS A QUALITY ANALYSIS OF GOVERNMENT FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

This study aims to analyze how much the commitment of local government officials is to support the quality of financial reports through the use of information technology (e-reporting use) to support the success of the Semarang city government in obtaining Unqualified Opinion (WTP). Based on the results of the BPK audit the last five years showed that the Semarang city government experienced significant growth. Even Semarang city government is the only local government that has been able to apply accrual accounting bases in Central Java Province. The population in this study were all Regional Work Units (SKPD) in the Semarang City government as many as 50 SKPD. Samples were obtained using purposive sampling method. The sample obtained by 75 respondents from 15 SKPD in Semarang City Government for the analysis unit is the Head of SKPD and the Head of Finance & Accounting Section at the SKPD. To analyze and identify hypotheses, multiple regression analysis is used to determine the effect between variables. Based on the results of multiple regression tests, the results show that the variables of Financial Accounting Standards, HR Capability, Internal Control Systems and Regional Financial Supervision have a significant positive effect on the quality of financial report performance, while moderating variables namely Organizational Commitment have no significant effect on the quality of financial statements

PENGARUH KAMPANYE KOMUNIKASI PADA GERAKAN “BOGOH KA BOGOR” TERHADAP PERUBAHAN SIKAP MASYARAKAT (Studi Kasus KECAMATAN BOGOR TENGAH)

ABSTRACTThis study uses a quantitative method entitled The effect of the communication campaign on the "BOGOH KA BOGOR" movement towards changes in people's attitudes. This study discusses how much influence the "Bogoh Ka Bogor" campaign has on the attitudes of the people of Bogor City. In this study, the independent variable is the communication campaign while the dependent variable is the change in community attitudes. The population is 104120 people, with a sample of 100 people. The sampling technique used is stratified random sampling. The hypothesis used is a statistical hypothesis.Based on the results of the multiple regression analysis that has been done shows that based on the t test it is known that the probability value of the t-count for variable X1 that is community characteristics is greater than the significant level of 0.05 (5%) which means that the respondent's characteristic variables have influence but not significantly towards community attitudes.The t-test results for the communication campaign variable showed that the t-count probability value was smaller than the significance level of 0.05 (5%), which means that the communication campaign variable affected the attitudes of the people of Bogor, Bogor Tengah sub-district. The results of multiple regression testing obtained a regression coefficient of 0,000 with a significance value of 0,000 0.05, meaning that the communication campaign has a positive effect on community attitudes, so if the communication campaign is improved the public attitude will increase. Based on the results of the F test this study showed that the two variables X1 and X2 with the F test produced p value = 0,000. Because the p value is 0,000 0.05, based on the results of the F test or the simultaneous test shows the characteristics of the community (X1) and the communication campaign (X2) simultaneously influence on changes in community attitudes. Adjusted R-Square value of 0.481 This means that individual characteristics and communication campaigns have a proposition of influence on community attitudes of 48.1% while the remaining 51.9% (100% - 48.1%) are influenced by other variables that are not in the regression model linear Keywords: Communication Campaign, BOGOH KA BOGOR, Public Attitude

PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA SEKRETARIAT DEWAN PERWAKILAN RAKYAT DAERAH KABUPATEN BREBES

The purpose of this study was 1) To determine the effect of motivation and on employee performance at the Regional Representative Council Secretariat in Brebes Regency 2) To determine the effect of leadership on employee performance at the Regional Representative Council Secretariat Brebes 3) To determine the effect of motivation and leadership together the same to the performance of employees in the Secretariat of the People's Representative Council of Brebes. respondent from this study were 55 people. Data sources used were questionnaire, observation, interview and literature study. This research method is descriptive research with a quantitative approach, namely the data used in the form of numbers that are analyzed using statistics. Oriented research is more focused on matters relating to the influence of motivation and leadership on employee performance. The research object revolves around factors motivational factors that influence employee performance include physiological aspects, appreciation, security and self-actualization and leadership and employee performance. From the results of data analysis conducted, it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship of motivation (X1) to employee performance (Y). It can be seen in the results of multiple regression tests obtained regression coefficient 0.265 (X1), which indicates that every one percent increase in motivation will cause an increase employee performance is equal to the coefficient value. And there is a positive relationship between leadership (X2) on employee performance (Y) this can be seen in the results of multiple regression tests obtained regression coefficient 0.362 (X2), which shows that every one percent increase in leadership will cause an increase in employee performance at the coefficient value.Keyword: motivation, leadership, performance

ANALISIS PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN DAN DAMPAKNYA PADA LOYALITAS PELANGGAN DIKLAT KETERAMPILAN PELAUT DI PIP SEMARANG


 The findings on empirical phenomena are related to the fluctuation of the Sailors Skill Training participants and are still below the target of the assigned participants. Searches of previous studies found that testing on the effect of service quality on customer loyalty still showed inconclusive results. Based on the empirical and theoretical phenomena that have been mapped, this research is intended to examine about customer loyalty.The research model involves variable quality of service, customer satisfaction and loyalty. The data were obtained through interview with questionnaires to participants of Sailor skill training at Polytechnic Science of Semarang Sailing which amounted to 95 people. The data obtained are then analyzed by Double Regression Test. The result of multiple regression test showed that service quality proved to have a positive significant effect on satisfaction, satisfaction proved to have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty and service quality proved to have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. 

Policy Management to Develpo Tourism Work Culture Consciousness and Increasing Visiting People’s Satisfaction

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of tourism consciousness work culture by apparatus on visitor’s satisfaction. The research has been done for two consecutive years. The research uses quantitative methods in year 2017, and is continued with a qualitative methods in 2018 . The sampling technique is done by purposive sampling. The findings of the descriptive analysis in general show that all elements of the work culture aware of tourism are categorized sufficient, but there are high categories. Then, the results of multiple regression tests influence the variables of work culture on visitor satisfaction have a significant effect. This is in line with the results in a qualitative manner in general, the visiting community expects an increase in the work culture of tourism awareness among the apparatus and the tourism community to increase community satisfaction visiting the location.

The Role of Mindfulness and Self Compassion toward Depression among Pregnant Women

Pregnant women tend to experience depression during pregnancy. This can affect mothers and babies’ health widely. Previous research has found that mindfulness and self-compassion can reduce depression in pregnant women in abroad, but it still no specific research on it in Indonesia. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to see the relationship and also the role of mindfulness and self-compassion toward depression in pregnant women. Participants in this study were 121 pregnant women who lived in the area of Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi. This study used Five Facets of Mindfulness Questionnaire (FFMQ) to measure mindfulness, Self-Compassion Scale (SCS) to measure self-compassion, and Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) to measure depression in pregnant women. The results of this study showed that three dimensions of mindfulness (describing, acting with awareness, and non-judging) and self-compassion as a whole had a significant relationship with depression. Then the results of multiple regression tests conducted to get results that describing dimensions of mindfulness and self-compassion have a role to depression in pregnant women.

PENGARUH TAX PLANNING, UKURAN PERUSAHAAN, CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) TERHADAP MANAJEMEN LABA

This study aims to determine the effect of tax planning, firm size, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) to earnings management. This research is causality. Population in this research is manufacturing company of food and beverage subsector that listed in BEI during period of 2012 until 2016. The sample in this study was determined based on purposive sampling which resulted 8 samples of company. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of multiple regression test shows that the tax planning, company size, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) simultaneously affect the earnings management and the three independent variables influence 62.5% to the dependent variable while the rest is influenced by other factors outside the research variables. Partially, tax planning has no effect on earnings management with t count smaller than t table that is equal to 1.449 0.05, firm size negatively affect earnings management with t count equal to -7.853 and significance level 0.000, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) have a positive effect on earnings management with t arithmetic of 2.784> t table of 1.68830 with significance 0.008 <0.05. Analisis Pengaruh Dimensi Kualitas Jasa terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah Bank Mandiri KCP Mojosari Kabupaten Mojokerto

This study aims to analyze the Influence of Service Quality Dimension on Customer Satisfaction of Bank Mandiri KCP Mojosari Mojokerto Regency. This type of research is quantitative research. The variables of this study consist of independent variables, namely the Influence of Service Quality Dimension which includes: Tangible/Direct Evidence (X1), Reliability/X2, Responsiveness (X3), Assurance/X2, Emphaty/Empati (X5) and the dependent variable of Customer Satisfaction (Y). Population in this research is segmentation of consumer group which become customer and do transaction at Bank Mandiri KCP Mojosari Mojokerto regency, hence this research only use a number of respondents selected as sample counted 100 responden. The sampling method used is accidental sampling. Sampling is done when the respondent transacts at Bank Mandiri KCP Mojosari Mojokerto regency. Data collection was done by using questionnaire that has been tested for its validity and reliability. Hypothesis testing is done by using multiple correlation analysis tools and multiple regression. For testing of the hypotheses proposed, it can be interpreted the influence between independent variables with dependent variables. From the results of multiple regression testing it can be seen that the independent variables are Tangible/Direct Evidence (X1), Reliability/Reliability (X2), Responsiveness/Responsiveness (X3), Assurance/Assurance (X4) and Emphaty/Empathy (X5) has a significant influence on Customer Satisfaction (Y) Bank Mandiri KCP Mojosari Mojokerto regency.

ANALISIS SISTEM PENERAPAN E-LEARNING DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE UTAUT (UNIFIED THEORY OF ACCEPTANCED USE OF TECHNOLOG) (Study Kasus : STMIK XYZ)

Online Learning System is a Web-based Learning Management System (LMS) developed by STMIK XYZ to improve the effectiveness and qualityLearning. Online Media has a number of facilities such as online assignments, lecture materials, chating, answering questionnaires, viewing announcements, course forums, activity calendars and so on. This paper describes the results of research on the relationship of factors that affect the acceptance and use of E-learnig by using Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). Data collected from respondents (students) and teachers who use Online Media through data collection from the database and the distribution of questionnaires of 100 respondents. The result of descriptive analysis shows that most of the respondents have a high level of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, and use behavior, while the behavioral intention rate is mostly moderate. The result of multiple regression test showed a very strong relationship between vairable performance expectancy, effort expectancy, each having positive and significant result (p-value &lt;0,00) to behavioral intention.Keywords : Learning Management System, e-Learning, UTAUTÂ

PENGUATAN KINERJA PEMASARAN MELALUI PENGEMBANGAN INOVASI DAN KREATIVITAS PROGRAM KERJA PADA WIRAUSAHA MUDA DI SEMARANG

Marketing performance is related to the results achieved by the company. A review of previous studies conducted leads that marketing performance can be achieved by building the capabilities of business networks created through innovation and creativity of marketing programs. These findings are then directing this research in providing empirical evidence related to the influence of innovation variables, marketing program creativity, business network capabilities and marketing performance. The data required in this study was obtained through interviews using a questionnaire on a scale of 1-7. The data obtained were analyzed by using Multiple Regression Test. The results of multiple regression testing indicate that the innovation and creativity of marketing programs proved to have a significant positive impact on business network capabilities as well as innovation, creativity of marketing programs and business network capabilities proved to improve marketing performance.

PENGARUH AUDIT OPERASIONAL DALAM MENINGKATKAN EFISIENSI DAN EFEKTIFITAS TERHADAP KINERJA PEMBELIAN PADA PT ENVIROLAB NUSANTARA

Abstract : This research was conducted in order to determine and analyze the influence of operational audit the efficiency of the performance of the purchase of PT Envirolab Nusantara, investigate and analyze the influence of operational audit the effectiveness of the performance of the purchase, determine and analyze the effect of operational audits of efficiency and operational audits effectiveness jointly on the performance of purchase PT Envirolab Nusantara. Based on the test results obtained the value t = 2.683> t table = 2.052 then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, which means there is significant influence between the variables X1 (operational audit efficiency) to variable Y (purchase performance) with a regression coefficient of 0.334. Based on the test results obtained the value t = 3,376> t table = 2.052 then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, which means there is significant influence between the variables X2 (operational audit effectiveness) to variable Y (purchase performance) with a regression coefficient of 0.408. From the results of the overall study are based on F test that showed Fhitung = 37.844> F table = 3.354 then Ho is rejected and Ha is received it can be concluded that each variable operational audit efficiency, and operational audits effectiveness jointly have a significant effect on performance purchase. Based on the results of multiple regression test found the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.737. This means that the independent variable (operational audit operational audit efficiency and effectiveness) contribute to dependent variable (performance purchase) of 73.7% while the remaining 26.3% is influenced by other factors not examined.
