Preserving Local Traditions of Sumbawa; Phenomenological Study of Artists Entering Batu Nisung State Elementary School

This study aims to describe the program for the preservation of Sumbawa local wisdom values at SD Negeri Batu Nisung. This research is designed with a phenomenological approach. In obtaining data, the researcher plays the role of the main instrument with other supporting tools such as observation guidelines and interview guidelines. The data obtained through observation activities, interview activities and documentation were then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The validity of the data was confirmed through triangulation, peer discussions and fukus group discussions. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that at SDN Batu Nisung there is one program that aims to preserve local traditional values, namely Batu Nisung or SEMANIS. The program can introduce and train students as local traditional actors, because they are taught directly by local artists in playing traditional Sumbawa musical instruments. The Semanis program is part of a strategic step that connects the world of education with cultural arts so that it can create a collaborative space for students to develop their creativity, empathy, and insight into local cultural values.

Prospective teachers’ perception of critical and reflective thinking skills on modern physics: Rasch Analysis

Related research on critical and reflective thinking skills has been interesting and conducted by many researchers, but they are still carried out separately. This study aims to determine the perception of prospective teachers towards critical and reflective thinking skills in modern physics lectures. This research includes quantitative research using the cross-sectional survey method. Ninety-seven prospective teachers participated in the study, with details of 15 men and 82 women with an age range of 19-21 years. Questionnaire critical and reflective thinking skills are used as instruments for collecting data. Each of them is a 20-item critical thinking skills questionnaire and 24 items of reflective thinking skills questionnaire. The collected data was analyzed using winsteps software version 4.6.1. which includes descriptive, individual conformity, gender, and bubble chart. The results of detailed data analysis show that for critical thinking skills, 17% of prospective teachers perceive low, 68% of prospective teachers perceive moderate, and 15% of prospective teachers perceive high. As for reflective thinking ability, 11% of prospective teachers perceive low, 78% of prospective teachers perceive moderate, and 11% of prospective teachers perceive high. However, there are many misfit persons, 66% for critical thinking skills and 67% for reflective thinking skills. This means prospective teachers do not have strong perception beliefs in both thinking skills. Therefore, it needs to be strengthened through treatment, training, or workshops to further train both skills.

Unlocking Performance: Analysis of Quality Management Practices and Administrative Innovation in Private Universities

The successful implementation of TQM in the manufacturing industry has led many other industries to start trying to implement TQM. In this study, researchers want to know whether the application of TQM can have a significant effect if applied in the education industry. This study used a quantitative approach to test a predetermined model. This study uses quantitative analysis approach Partial Least Square structural equation model (PLS-SEM). Researchers use Smart-PLS 4.0 software in data processing. The results of data processing and analysis show that there are 2 accepted hypotheses, namely soft TQM has a positive influence on administrative innovation, and administrative innovation has a positive influence on organizational performance. In this study, hard TQM has no effect on administrative innovation and organizational performance.

Pengaruh Media Sosial, Celebrity Endorser, dan Online Customer Review Terhadap Keputusan Pemblian Produk Kosmetik Pinkflash di Kabupaten Dompu

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of Social Media, Celebrity Endorser, and Online Customer Reviews on the Purchasing Decisions of Pinkflash Cosmetic Products in Dompu Regency. The population in this study were people in Dompu Regency who had purchased Pinkflash cosmetic products. The sample in this study consisted of 94 respondents. The sampling technique employed in this research was non-probability sampling using purposive sampling method. Data analysis in this study utilized multiple linear regression analysis, and all data were processed using SPSS Statistics 25. The results of testing and statistical data analysis indicated that the indicators in the study were valid, where in the classic assumption test, the data were normally distributed and there was no multicollinearity. The results of this study indicate that Social Media and Online Customer Reviews have a positive and significant influence on Purchasing Decisions, while Celebrity Endorser does not have a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions.

Analysis of the Causes of Deviations in the Implementation of Construction Work Contracts Based on Verdict

Construction Work is the whole or part of the activities that include the construction, operation, maintenance, demolition, and rebuilding that are regulated in a Construction Contract. In the implementation of the Construction Contract, several problems cause deviations. The purpose of this research is to analyze the causes of deviations in a Construction Contract based on Verdict. The research data was obtained from the Supreme Court Repository page by searching for Verdict related to implementing Construction Contracts. The limitation of this research is a case that has been decided in the last 10 years in the District Court in West Sumatra. The search results obtained 9 verdicts. The method used to analyze the data is the Rich Picture Diagram (RPD). Validation and refinement are carried out using the Interview method from the results of secondary data analysis. The outcome of this research is the causes of deviations that are prejudicial to one of the parties and thus fall under civil law such as The occurrence of delays caused by: Contractor negligence during implementation, Contractor achievements not paid by the Owner, negligence of the Planner Consultant, the state of the land is not by the drawing plan, continuous heavy rain that disrupts the work, Kurs strengthen sharply, land acquisition has not been completed by the Owner, the Contractor is not given the opportunity 50 days of completion; Disputes caused by: Owner made unilateral changes to Technical Specifications, Supervisory Consultant's mistake in reporting progress.

Australian medical regulations and strengthened continuing professional development (CPD): A policy implementation gap analysis with the specialist medical colleges

Introduction: Starting from 2023, Australian medical practitioners must meet new mandatory continuing professional development (CPD) requirements for registration renewal. In particular, each year they must complete 12.5 hours of educational activities and 25 hours of CPD activities related to reviewing performance and measuring outcomes, with a minimum of 5 hours each for reviewing performance and measuring outcomes activities, and they are encouraged to use patient health data and large eHealth datasets for better insights. Despite concerns regarding data accessibility and outcome measurement, specialist medical colleges are implementing these requirements. This study aims to explore factors influencing colleges’ efforts and provide recommendations for future research and action to enable data-driven CPD practices. Methods: A policy implementation gap analysis employing semi-structured interviews as a standalone method was conducted with participating colleges. Four colleges agreed to participate, with a total of 18 participants recruited from either the colleges’ staff who are responsible for interpreting and implementing CPD regulatory policies or the colleges’ CPD committees. Interviews were analysed using inductive and deductive thematic analysis. Data collection, data analysis and final results were reported using the COREQ checklist. Results: Three themes were identified from the interview analysis: (1) colleges' organisational structure and their roles and responsibilities within the Australasian CPD ecosystem, (2) challenges and enablers for policy implementation and (3) organisational needs and future actions at college level and necessary pre-conditions at ecosystemic level for strengthened CPD. Conclusions: Internal and external organisational factors are hindering colleges’ efforts to implement policy. More research, a reassessment of colleges’ roles, responsibilities and structure, and collaboration among colleges and data holders are necessary to enable full policy implementation and strengthened CPD practices.

THE INFLUENCE OF BRAND, PRICE AND PRODUCT QUALITY ON SHOPEE E-COMMERCE PURCHASING DECISIONS

The development of information technology in the 4.0 era has changed people's lifestyles, including product purchasing behavior through e-commerce. This research aims to determine the influence of brand, price and product quality variables on Shopee e-commerce purchasing decisions. The research object was carried out in Semarang district with a generation Z population aged 18-27 years. The number of respondents was 95 people with the sampling technique using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. Data collection used a questionnaire with Likert scale parameters. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression and is processed using SPSS version 29 software. The results of data analysis show that brand and price variables have a positive and significant effect on Shopee e-commerce purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, the product quality variable does not significantly influence Shopee e-commerce purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination value shows a value of 32.1% with a significance level of 0.05.

An Application of The Theory of Planned Behaviour: Factors Influencing Parental Decision on Children Involvment in Out-Of-School Music Education

In China's music education and training industry, the exploration of parents' and children's educational decisions on the demand side of the market is crucial to the healthy functioning of the music education market. The current study applies TPB theory and modelling to investigate the factors influencing parental decision-making in children's out-of-school music education participation. The study was conducted in Henan Province, China, with a sample of 650 parents from 21 music education institutions in seven cities in Henan Province. The results of data analyses showed that parental ATT, SN, and PBC all had significant positive effects on PI. PBC directly affected PD, while PI was the most significant influence on PD.

This study aims to investigate the effects of five senses play using picture books and food art on the playfulness and creativity of infants. The subjects of the study were 24 two-year-old infants from S Daycare Center in M City (12 in the experimental group) and S Daycare Center in Y County (12 in the control group). The experimental group participated in five senses play using picture books and food art, while the control group engaged in activities based on the standard childcare curriculum themes. The experimental treatment was conducted 12 times over six weeks, from November 1 to December 7, 2023. The study examined the differences in playfulness and creativity between the infants who participated in the sensory play program using picture books and food art and those who did not. The results showed statistically significant differences in playfulness and creativity between the experimental and control groups. To support these quantitative data analysis results, teacher observation logs and post-interview results were also analyzed, revealing specific ways in which five senses play using food art enhanced the infants' playfulness and creativity. Finally, based on the analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data, several implications of the study were suggested.

The Effectiveness of E-Modules Based on Local Wisdom in the City of Palembang to Improve Thinking Skills High School Students' Criticism of Static Fluid Material

This research aims to determine the effect of implementing an e-module based on local wisdom in the city of Palembang on static fluid material on the critical thinking skills of high school students. This type of research is a quasi-experiment using the pretest-posttest method. The population of this study was class XI students of SMA Negeri 2 Palembang City. Data analysis techniques use quantitative data to analyze data collected from student achievement scores. The results of the pretest data analysis on critical thinking skills averaged 53, while the average post-test score was 82. This shows that students' critical thinking skills have improved after using the static fluid e-module based on local wisdom in Palembang. This is proven by the results of the N-gain test analysis showing that students with critical thinking skills scored 0.60 in the medium category.

Mitigating gender inequality in women's voices: the role of normative gender-egalitarian messages

Abstract This study empirically examines gender inequality in tolerance for women's opinions and identifies how the provision of normative gender-egalitarian message can mitigate this inequality by conducting online randomized experiments in Japan. In this experiment, I asked the participants to evaluate the agreement score for 10 anonymous statements and implemented two types of random interventions: disclosing the gender of the statement poster and providing normative statement for gender equality. The results of both cross-sectional and panel data analyses showed that people significantly reduced the agreement score for women's opinions compared with men's and non-gender disclosure opinions. Meanwhile, the negative impact of female gender disclosure was neutralized when participants were provided with a normative message.

Effectiveness of Using Physics E-Modules Based on Local Wisdom of Palembang City Food to Improve Collaboration Skills for High School Students

This research aims to determine the effect of the effectiveness of an e-module based on local food wisdom in the city of Palembang on the collaboration skills of high school students on temperature and heat material. This type of research is a quasi-experiment using the pretest-posttest method. The population of this study was class XI students of SMA Negeri 2 Palembang City. The data analysis technique uses quantitative data to analyze data collected from students' collaboration skill achievement scores. The results of data analysis show the average pretest on collaboration skills was 54. The average post-test score after implementing the e-module based on local food wisdom in Palembang on collaboration skills was 80. This shows that students' skills in collaboration skills have increased. after using e-modules based on local wisdom. The main finding of this research is that the application of an e-module based on local food wisdom in the city of Palembang is effective in improving students' collaboration skills. This is proven by the results of the N-gain test analysis showing that students with collaboration skills received a score of 0.72 in the high category.

Analysis of Students' Difficulties in Solving Physics Problems Using Polya's Theory

The ability of students in solving physics problems used Polya's theory is still at a low level, in general students have difficulty in solving physics problems at the stages of planning and implementing problem solving. This study aims to determine the level of difficulty of students in solving physics problems used Polya's theory and find out what are the difficulties of students in solving physics problems used Polya's theory. The research approach used is mixed method, with the explanatory sequential design. Data collection techniques used tests and interviews. The results of data analysis show that the very high level of difficulty of students in solving equilibrium problems of rigid bodies is at the stage of seeing / checking back, but the difficulties experienced by students at this stage are very dependent on the other three stages of Polya, namely understanding the problem, planning problem solving and implementing problem solving. Students' difficulties in solving physics problems used Polya's theory, among others, students had difficulty in translating or changing the problem in physics symbols, students had difficulty in making plans because they did not know the formula that should be used, students had difficulty in completing mathematical operations and students did not re-examine the solution steps and answers that had been obtained so that some answers were still not correct.

Impact of Massage Gun on Rating of Perceived Exertion (RPE) in Soccer Players

This study aims to determine the effect of using massage gun media on RPE (Rated Perceived Exertion) in soccer players. The method used is an experimental approach with a one-group pretest-posttest model design. The research instrument used is RPE. The population of this study consisted of 30 athletes from Persib Bandung Academy who were around sixteen years old and attended intensive training four times a week. Using a purposive sampling approach, 18 athletes were selected as research subjects. To determine the RPE scale, subjects underwent high-intensity training using the Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery Test. After the exercise, a 15-minute massage was performed using a massage gun, and then RPE was measured again. The results of data analysis showed that the massage method using a massage gun had a significant impact on reducing RPE, with a value of p=0.000. This indicates that the use of massage guns can significantly reduce the fatigue level of athletes after intensive training. In conclusion, a massage gun effectively reduces fatigue as measured by RPE. Nevertheless, improving the quality of research is still needed by increasing the number of participants and developing a more structured training program both in time and day.

THE EFFECT OF LIQUID ORGANIC FERTILIZER OF ALOE VERA (Aloe vera L.) AND COFFEE GROUNDS ON THE GROWTH AND YIELD OF CAYENNE PEPPER PLANTS (Capsicum frutescens L.)

This research aims to determine the effect of liquid organic fertilizer from aloe vera (Aloe vera L.) and coffee grounds on the growth and yield of cayenne pepper plants (Capsicum frutescens L.). The type of research used by researchers is experimental research with a Randomized Group Factorial Design (RGFD). The samples used were 75 cayenne pepper (Capsicum frutescens L.) seeds of the Bara variety. The observation parameters used in this research were plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), and plant fresh weight (grams). The results of data analysis showed that there was no effect of liquid organic fertiIizer from aloe vera (Aloe vera L.) and coffee grounds on the growth and yield of cayenne pepper plants (Capsicum frutescens L.). In the plant height parameter is smaller than , namely 1,070 < 1,85 at the age of 14 DAP, 0,978 < 1,85 at the age of 28 DAP, 1,747 < 1,85 at the age of 42 DAP, 1,373 < 1,85 at the age of 56 DAP, 1,238 < 1,85 at age 70 DAP, and 1,096 < 1,85 at age 84 DAP. In the number of leaves parameter is smaller than 0,738 < 1,85 at the age of 14 DAP, 1,059 < 1,85 at the age of 28 DAP, 0,981 < 1,85 at the age of 42 DAP, 0,833 < 1,85 at the age of 56 DAP, 0,154 < 1,85 at age 70 DAP, and 0,798 < 1,85 at age 84 DAP. In the fresh fruit weight parameter, is smaller than for 84 DAP, namely 0,798 < 1,85.

The Influence Of Consumer Ethnocentrism, Attitudes And Consumer Intentions On Actual Purchasing Behavior On Instant Noodle Products

Consumer ethnocentrism is very important because it affects consumer purchasing decisions. This study aims to reveal how demographic factors such as age, gender, education, and income affect consumers' views on domestically made instant noodles and foreign-made instant noodles which affect attitudes, intentions, and purchasing behavior. This study uses a purposive sampling method involving 200 consumers who consume domestically made instant noodle products and foreign-made instant noodle products in the JABODETABEK area. The results of primary data analysis were carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The sample criteria are consumers who consume domestically made instant noodle products and instant noodle products made abroad at least 2 times. The results showed that consumer demographics affect consumer ethnocentrism, consumer ethnocentrism affects consumer attitudes, consumer attitudes affect consumer intentions, consumer ethnocentrism has no effect on consumer intentions, consumer intentions affect actual purchasing behavior. This study contributes that age, income and ethnocentrism significantly influence consumer attitudes and intentions towards local products and it is recommended that the sample be expanded and additional factors that may influence the relationship between ethnocentrism, consumer attitudes and purchase intentions be taken into account. Further research could also examine the long-term impact of ethnocentrism on actual purchase behavior as well as other factors that could potentially influence consumer decisions in greater depth. Pengaruh Dukungan Sosial terhadap Motivasi Belajar Mahasiswa Tingkat Ii

This study examines the relationship between work motivation and psychological well-being (PWB) in internship students in Greater Jakarta. Program policies provide opportunities for students to develop their skills and work experience. This study aims to identify how work motivation, both intrinsic and extrinsic, affects the psychological well-being of internship students. Using a predictive correlational approach, data was collected through a questionnaire that measured the dimensions of work motivation and PWB. The results of the study showed that intrinsic motivation had a significant positive impact on psychological well-being, while excessive extrinsic motivation could have a negative impact. This research emphasizes the importance of creating a supportive work environment to motivate interns, improve their performance, and prepare them for the transition from academia to the world of work. The researcher obtained 103 respondents from various students at the University of Greater Jakarta with 25.2% male and 74.8% female. The data of this study was processed using convenience sampling techniques, using Multidimensional Work Motivation Scale (MWMS) and Psychological Well-Being (PWB) questionnaires. The results of data analysis are known through the Kolmogorov Smirnov test obtained a number of 0.200 > 0.05 for both variables, it was concluded that the residual data was normally distributed.

Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Active Learning terhadap Hasil Belajar Pendidikan Agama Kristen Siswa Kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Siborongborong Tahun Pembelajaran 2023/2024.

The research aims to determine how much influence the application of the Active Learning learning model has on the learning outcomes of Christian Religious Education for class VII students at SMP Negeri 3 Siborongborong Learning Year 2023/2024. The research hypothesis is that there is a positive and significant influence of the Active Learning learning model on the learning outcomes of Christian Religious Education for class VII students at SMP Negeri 3 Siborongborong for the 2023/2024 academic year. Quantitative research method using a Pre-Experimental Design approach in the form of a One Shot Case Study. The population of all class VII students at SMP Negeri 3 Siborongborong for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Protestant Christians is 109 people. The purposive sampling system was 32 people. The research instrument is a closed number and posttest. The results of data analysis obtained: a) The value of rcount=0.369>r(table(a=0.05,n=32))=0.349 and tcount=2.172 >t(table(a=0.05,dk=n -2=30))=2.042 shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between the Active Learning learning model and students' Christian Religious Education learning outcomes. b) Regression equation Ŷ = 65.81 + 0.17X. c) The determination test revealed that the magnitude of the effect was 13.6%. d) Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount=4.575 > Ftable=1.62 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The research concluded that there was a positive and significant influence between the Active Learning learning model on the learning outcomes of Christian Religious Education for class VII students at SMP Negeri 3 Siborongborong for the 2023/2024 academic year.

Exploring the challenges to development and institutionalization of E-learning content as perceived by faculty members of medical schools in Iran: A qualitative content analysis study

Electronic learning (E-learning) is a method of acquiring knowledge by using information technology. In this regard, faculty members of medical schools play an important role in the design, development and institutionalization of electronic content education and face many challenges. Hence, the present study was performed to explore the challenges to the development and institutionalization of e-learning content as perceived by faculty members of medical schools in southern Iran. The present study is a descriptive qualitative study. Purposeful sampling was performed. Based on this, 23 individual and in-depth semi-structured interviews were conducted with 23 faculty members of medical schools. Granheim and Lundman's approach was used for data analysis. Three themes and eleven subthemes were extracted based on the qualitative data analysis results. Three main themes included individual challenges, organizational management challenges, and course design challenges. Based on the results of the present study, we should keep in mind that electronic teaching methods and preparation of e-learning content by professors are different from traditional educational methods. Hence, the senior managers of educational system should make necessary arrangements and plans for methodological support, technological and technical support, and all kinds of organizational support and create continuous professional development opportunities for professors to minimize the negative effects caused by the rapid changes of electronics era and educational environments on professors, and consequently on the quality of educational contents and processes.

Sustainable Technology Adoption and Green Competitive Advantage: an Empirical Study of Msmes In Indonesia

Objective: Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in Indonesia's economic growth. MSMEs in the creative industry have grown and have played an important role in Indonesia's economy and the achievement of sustainable development goals (SDGs). This article examines the performance of MSMEs (MPR) in the creative industry by analyzing the influence of sustainable technology adoption (STA), accounting and financial resources (AFR), and green competitive advantage (GCA). Theoretical Framework: This article examines the performance of creative industry MSMEs in Indonesia using the Natural Resource Based View (NRBV) framework. Method: The research in this article was conducted with a sample of creative industry owners or managers in the provinces of Central Java, West Java, and Yogyakarta. This article is a quantitative survey-based research. A total of two hundred and ninety-four people participated in this study. Results and Discussion: The data analysis results indicate that STA and AFR have an impact on the GCA. The MPRs driven by AFR and GCA. However, this article did not find any influence of STA on MPR. Research Implications: According to the study's findings, MPR may increase when MSMEs are able to locate GTA. As a result, MSMEs must innovate while maintaining an emphasis on sound environmental management through the use of sustainable technologies and prudent financial management. Originality/Value: This study contributes to the literature by testing GTA and MPR within the NRBV framework. The relevance and value of this research are evidenced by the contribution of research results to improving the performance of MSMEs.
