Coconut Creek (Florida), ISSN 0749-0208.In the traditional performance evaluation system of human resource management, because of the mismatch between the set index weight and the actual human resource management category, the employees are dissatisfied with the results of performance evaluation and reduce the enthusiasm and creativity of production. Therefore, this paper puts forward a new construction method for the human resource management performance evaluation system of port foreign trade enterprises. By establishing the performance evaluation system model of human resource management in port foreign trade enterprises and optimizing the weight of evaluation system, this method can select the indicators of performance evaluation system of human resource management in counterpart foreign trade enterprises, so as to improve the rationality of performance evaluation. The experimental research shows that compared with the performance evaluation system constructed by traditional methods, the performance evaluation system constructed this time has higher test scores, and the evaluation level rises from good to excellent, which shows that the system is more reasonable. It can be seen that the construction method proposed in this paper is suitable for the improvement and optimization of human resource management performance evaluation system of port foreign trade enterprises.
