As one of the villages with sufficient rice yields to be a mainstay of local residents, Karangreja Village is still unable to manage rice husk waste optimally. One example of an easy and energy efficient form of husk waste management is by making charcoal briquettes from rice husks as fuel. Making rice husk charcoal briquettes provides more advantages than charcoal such as being more economical, clean and easy to pack. Furthermore, the use of rice husk charcoal briquettes can be a solution to current global problems related to pollution, alternative energy and environmentally friendly technologies. The purpose of the service activity is to utilize rice husk waste to become briquettes as an alternative energy with the method of implementing the service using the training method. The results of the activity have a significant impact in the form of knowledge for Karangreja Village residents, especially farmers, reduction of agricultural waste, and as an opportunity to increase farmers' welfare through the sale of rice husks as raw material for briquettes
