The Effect of Cashback Promo, Paylater Features and Ease of Application on Repurchase Interest at Shopee

Children are the future generation of the nation that must be protected, especially when dealing with the law. The difficult navigation route passed by children who are suspects of criminal acts has depicted sadness in children that can disturb the child's mental state, in order to avoid this possibility, another method has emerged in child criminal acts, namely restorative justice (diversion) which is in accordance with the principle of ultimum remedy in criminal law. This study aims to understand the concept of implementing restorative justice which is associated with the principle of ultimum remedy, where this study works using qualitative methods and is sorted in descriptive, so that concrete solutions can be found regarding the matter being studied. The results of this study found a match between the concept of restorative justice and the principle in criminal law, namely ultimum remedy where criminal witnesses are the last step in handling child criminal acts. However, in its application, several obstacles were found, one of which was due to the different meanings of justice between the parties.

PENGARUH CITRA MEREK, LOKASI, DAN PROMOSI TERHADAP LOYALITAS KONSUMEN MELALUI MINAT BELI ULANG PADA SALON BEAUTYBARKU DI SITUBONDO

The beauty salon industry has experienced rapid growth in this modern era. Grooming and appearance are a primary focus for many individuals, and salons are becoming trendy places to ful fill these needs. Apart from being a plac to care for the body, beauty salons are also considered ideal places to relax and care for. This research aims to analyze the influence of Brand image, Location, and Promotion on consumer Loyalty through Repurchase interest as an intervening variable at the Beautybarku Salon in Situbondo. The number of samples used in this research was 89 Beautybarku respondents in Situbondo. The sampling technique was determined by simple random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). The resultsof the direct influence hypothe test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that Brand image has a significant positive effect on Repurcha seinterest, Location has a significantly postive effecton Repurchase interest, Promotion has a positive significant effect on Repurchase interest, Brand image has a positive but not significant effecton Loyalty. Consumers, Location has a positive but not significant effect on consumer Loyalty, Promotion has a positive but not significant effect on consumer Loyalty, Repurchase intention has a significant positive effect on Consumer Loyalty. The indirect influence hypothesis test results show that Brand image has a significant positive effecton consumer Loyalty through Repurchase nterest, Location has a positive effect on consumer Loyalty through Repurchase interest, and Promotion has a significant positive effect on consumer Loyalty through Repurchase interest.

The Influence of Price and Location on Repurchase Interest at TB Marloby in Sungai Kakap District with Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of price and location on repurchase interest at TB Marloby in Sungai Kakap sub-district with satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research uses associative research methods. The research results show that all indicator items are valid and the constructs used are reliable. The R-square value shows that price and location influence satisfaction by 55.3% and influence repurchase intention by 69.7%, both of which are moderate influences. Hypothesis testing shows that price and location have a positive and significant effect on satisfaction and repurchase intention. Satisfaction also has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Price and location have a positive effect on repurchase intention through satisfaction.

PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN MEDIA SOSIAL DAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP MINAT PEMBELIAN ULANG PADA UMKM DI SURAKARTA DENGAN KEPUASAN KONSUMEN SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of social media use and service quality on repurchase interest in UMKM in Surakarta with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study are consumers who have shopped at MSMEs in Surakarta. The sample used in this study were 105 respondents. The results of this study are Social Media has a negative and significant effect on Repurchase Interest. Service Quality has a positive and significant influence on Repurchase Interest. Social Media has a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction. Service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on Repurchase Interest. Social Media has a positive and significant influence on Repurchase Interest through Customer Satisfaction.

The Influence of Store Atmosphere and Taste on Consumer Repurchase Interest in Bofet Mas Nur Solo Lohong Pariaman City

This study aims to determine the effect of the store atmosphere and taste of consumer repurchase interest in bofet mas nur solo lohong pariaman city, so that this study can run the author distributed questionnaires to 60 consumers who bought and became customers at Mas Nur Solo Lohong. This study used 2 methods, namely descriptive analysis method and st atistic analysis method with the help of SPSS version 23. The descriptive analysis method in this study is a description of the data results that have been obtained by the author, while the statistical analysis method, which is used to conduct multiple linear analysis and test research hypotheses.The results of this study store atmosphere and taste on consumer repurchase interest have a significant effect. Store atmosphere has a regression coefficient value of 0.442 with a count t value of 3.480 > t table of 1.672 and a significant value of 0.0 01 smaller than the level of significant of 0.05, then taste has a regression coefficient value of 0.518 with a value of t count 3.348 > ttable 1.672 and a significant value of 0.0 01 smaller than the level of significant, and simultaneously a calculated F value = 32.255 with sig = 0.000 < 0.05.Store atmosphere and taste have a significant influence on consumer repurchase interest in bofet mas nur solo lohong pariaman city, the result of the coefficient of determination is known that the coefficient of determination is R = 0.729 with an R2 = 0.531, this means 53.1,% repurchase interest Consumers can be explained by variables of store atmosphere and taste while the remaining 46.9% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this study.

This study aims to determine the effect of marketing mix on repurchase intention with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable at Secondshitstuff stores in Yogyakarta. The population in this study were consumers of Secondshitstuff stores in Yogyakarta with a sample taken of 110 respondents. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. In this study using non-probability sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that product has no positive effect on repurchase intention, price has a positive effect on repurchase intention, promotion has no positive effect on repurchase intention, place has a positive effect on repurchase intention, consumer satisfaction has a positive effect on repurchase intention, product has an effect positive effect on consumer satisfaction, price does not have a positive effect on customer satisfaction, promotion has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, place has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, and consumer satisfaction is able to mediate product, promotion, and place on repurchase intention while consumer satisfaction is not able to mediate price on repurchase interest.

THE EFFECT OF PRODUCT QUALITY, SERVICE QUALITY, AND PRICE ON REPEAT PURCHASES

This study aims to determine what factors can influence Repurchase interest. This study uses three independent variables Product Quality (X1), Service Quality (X2), and Price (X3). Meanwhile, Repurchase (Y) is used as the dependent variable. In this study, the authors used descriptive-quantitative research methods, namely researchers tried to make a description, description systematically, factually and accurately regarding the relationship between the facts, characteristics or phenomena studied. The R Square coefficient is 0.742, or 74.2%, which indicates that the variables of Product Quality (X1), Service Quality (X2), and Price (X3) affect the Repurchase Decision variable by 74.2%, other variables not included in this study affect 25.8% of the total. Repurchase simultaneously or simultaneously has a positive effect between Product Quality, Service Quality and Price with Repurchase interest. This is indicated by the calculated F value of 50,553 and significance at <0.001, so with these results indicating that Product Quality, Service Quality and Price are not simultaneously due to the positive influence of several elements that make a significant contribution to the Repurchase of Some More Taste Swits

The Influence of Product Price and Quality on Customer Repurchase Intentions Through Customer Satisfaction Mediation

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the influence of prices and products on PT. XYZ Forwarding Indonesia on Repurchase Intention with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. This affects business competition conditions in the Freight Forwarding industry. Currently, many Freight Forwarding companies have just been established and dare to provide the best offers to attract their customers. The type of research used is quantitative research using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The population in this study was PT service users. XYZ Forwarding Indonesia, the sample used was 154 people who had used the service at least twice. The sampling technique used is Probability Sampling. Data analysis technique through SEM-PLS measurements with the help of Smart PLS 4.0.5.9. Software. Based on the results of SEM analysis, the results show that price has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. On the other hand, price has a negative effect on repurchase intention. Then the product is stated to have a positive effect on customer satisfaction and the product also has a positive effect on repurchase interest. Customer satisfaction has a positive effect on repurchase interest. Furthermore, products do not have a direct influence on repurchase interest but are mediated through customer satisfaction. Price also does not have a direct influence on repurchase interest and is mediated through customer satisfaction. So from a Freight Forwarding perspective, companies must pay attention to price in each sale to be able to fulfill customers' desires and make repeat purchases.

Pengaruh Kepercayaan dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Minat Beli Ulang Melalui Kepuasan Pelanggan Sebagai Variabel Mediasi pada SPBU di Makassar

SPBU 7490210 Galangan Kapal Makassar is a gas station company (Public Fuel Filling Station) established in 2011 and located at Jalan Galangan Kapal No 1, Makassar and is a family business project. This study aims to determine the effect of trust and service quality on customer satisfaction, the effect of customer satisfaction on repurchase interest, and the effect of trust and service quality on repurchase interest on customer satisfaction. The method in this research is quantitative, with analysis using Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). This study has a sample size of 190 respondents who are customers of the Makassar Shipyard Gas Station who made at least one purchase in the period January 2023 to April 2024. This study shows that trust and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, and trust and service quality have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. The implication of this research is that the Public Fuel Filling Station needs to maintain customer satisfaction factors by providing a satisfying experience for customers so that customer satisfaction can increase every time they make a purchase, and provide quality products and good service.

Pengaruh Kualitas, Presepsi Harga, Dan Citra Merek Terhadap Minat Beli Ulang Produk The Executive Di Kota Semarang Dengan Keputusan Pembelian Sebagai Variabel Intervening

The fashion industry is currently very competitive. Most fashion brands provide necessities that are used in everyone's lives. The fashion in question is clothes from the executive. This research aims to examine the influence of quality, price perception, and brand image on the decision to repurchase executive products in Semarang City with the purchase decision being an intervening variable. The method used in this research is quantitative. The method for obtaining samples used a purposive sampling technique using 175 respondents using questionnaires via Google form. In the data analysis process, SMARTPLS is used. The results of data processing imply that brand image does not have a significant influence on repurchase interest in the executive products in Semarang, while price and product quality have a significant influence on purchasing decisions and repurchase interest in the executive brand in the city of Semarang. Repurchase Interest Reviewed from Customer Experience and Service Quality with Consumer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable

Purpose: The research aims to determine the effect of customer experience, service quality, and cafe atmosphere on repurchase intention with consumer satisfaction as intervening variables for Bento Kopi.Design/Method/Approach: The type of approach taken in this research is quantitative. Data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modeling with the SmartPLS analysis tool version 3.0. The objects in this research are consumers who have made purchases at Bento Kopi. The sampling technique uses nonprobability sampling and determining the sample used purposive sampling with a total sample of 100 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires online with Google Forms.Findings: The findings of research results show that a direct customer experience has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest. Meanwhile, service quality does not directly influence repurchase interest. Repurchase interest is influenced by customer experience and service quality through the use of consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable.Originality/Values: This research is the first research to determine repurchase interest in Bento Kopi Kudus as reviewed by customer experience and service quality with consumer satisfaction as a variable intervention.

The Role of CPV as a Mediation of Factors That Influence Repurchase Intention in Outdoor Products

Consumers have an interest in repurchasing a product due to several factors, namely brand image, quality, price and the balance between the benefits obtained and the sacrifices made (Customer Perceived Value). This research aims to test the influence of brand image, quality, and price on repurchase interest in Merapi Mountain outdoor products, and to test the influence of brand image, quality, and price on repurchase intention with customer perceived value (CPV) as an intervening variable for outdoor products Merapi Mountain. The variable measurement scale used is a Likert scale with a score rating (1-5) and a sample of 122. Data processing in this research uses smartPLS (Partial Least Square) software with outer model and inner model measurement models. The results of this research show that brand image and quality have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Price has an insignificant positive effect on repurchase interest. Brand image, quality, and price have a positive influence on repurchase intention with CPV as an intervening variable.

The Effect of E-WOM and Consumer Satisfaction on Repurchase Interest in Azarine Sunscreen in Cirebon

This study aims to determine the effect of Electronic Word Of Mouth and Consumer Satisfaction on Azarine Sunscreen in Cirebon. This study used descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is consumers of Azarine Sunscreen in Cirebon with the number of samples used as many as 200 respondents. The sampling method used is nonprobability sampling with sampling techniques using purposive sampling, as well as data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analysis methods used are validity tests and reliability tests, classical assumption tests which include normality tests, multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests, and hypothesis tests that include linear regression analysis, F tests, t tests, and coefficients of determination (R2) with analytical tools using SPSS29 (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) applications. The results showed that Electronic Word Of Mouth had a significant effect on Azarine Sunscreen Repurchase Interest in Cirebon, Consumer Satisfaction had a significant effect on Azarine Sunscreen Repurchase Interest in Cirebon, and Electronic Word Of Mouth and Consumer Satisfaction variables simultaneously affected Azarine Sunscreen Repurchase Interest in Cirebon.

This research aims to determine and analyze Atmosphere, Marketing Experience and Food Quality which have a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction and Repurchase Interest in Rasa Bunda. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method. The total sample was 190 respondents with the sampling technique being snowball sampling as the sample collection technique. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that atmosphere has an effect on consumer satisfaction at Rasa Bunda, experience marketing has a significant and positive effect on consumer satisfaction at Rasa Bunda, food quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Rasa Bunda, consumer satisfaction has no influence on repurchase interest at Rasa Bunda. atmosphere has no influence on repurchase interest in Rasa Bunda, experience marketing has no significant influence on repurchase interest in Rasa Bunda and food quality has a significant influence on repurchase interest in Rasa Bunda. In conclusion, improving various atmospheres, marketing experience and food quality can increase the level of satisfaction and buying interest. Customer Interest in E-Commerce Live Streaming for Fashion Thrift Repurchases Systematic Literature Review

The rapid advancement of technology has revolutionized various aspects of human life, including online shopping and information exchange via the internet. One method to do online shopping is through e-commerce. The online shopping landscape continues to evolve with the emergence of E-Commerce Live Streaming (ECLS) as a new and interactive platform for consumer engagement. This research explores the utilization of ECLS as a medium to repurchase thrift fashion, a trend driven by sustainable fashion preferences and digital retail innovation. This research analyzes the factors influencing consumer repurchase intention in the thrift fashion industry to support local clothing sellers. ECLS combines real-time video broadcasting with interactive features, creating an immersive shopping experience that goes beyond traditional online retail. Researchers selected 30 articles that were most relevant to the topic. We looked at the key drivers shaping this intersection by adopting a multidisciplinary approach, including a literature review and qualitative analysis. From the appeal of personalized advice to the excitement of witnessing the appearance of products in real-time, consumers are attracted to the unique advantages that modern technology offers in the context of sustainable fashion choices. The results show that affordable prices, good quality of goods, and the uniqueness and diversity of products are the main factors that influence repurchase interest in thrift stores. In addition, environmental awareness and sentimental value of second-hand goods also contribute significantly to repurchase intention.

INFLUENCE OF THE QUALITY OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES (WEBSITE DESIGN, CUSTOMER SERVICE, SECURITY/PRIVACY, FULFILMENT) ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND REPURCHASE INTEREST IN THE McDONALD'S APPLICATION

With increasingly rapid advances in technology, many companies are innovating in online sales to increase consumer convenience in ordering food. Currently, competition between companies is getting tighter, encouraging companies to continue to improve service quality in order to gain repeat purchase interest from customers. This research was conducted to explore the influence of electronic service quality, including aspects such as website design, customer service, security/privacy, and fulfillment, on customer satisfaction and repurchase interest in the McDonald's application. The research population was McDonald's application users in Bandung City, with 400 respondents taken through distributing online questionnaires via social media. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling method, and data was processed using SMARTPLS version 4 software. The research results showed that website design positively and significantly influenced the quality of electronic services, customer service positively and significantly influenced the quality of electronic services, security/privacy positively and significantly influences electronic service quality, and fulfillment positively and significantly influences electronic service quality, electronic service quality positively and significantly influences customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction positively and significantly influences repurchase intention on the McDonald's application.

PENGARUH KUALITAS INFORMASI, ELECTRONIC WORD OF MOUTH DAN PENGALAMAN BELANJA ONLINE TERHADAP MINAT BELI ULANG PRODUK FASHION GEN Z PADA MARKETPLACE SHOPEE DI KABUPATEN SUMBAWA

This research aims to examine the influence of information quality, electronic word of mouth, and online shopping experience on interest in repurchasing Gen Z fashion products at the Shopee Marketplace in Sumbawa Regency. This research uses a quantitative method with an associative approach with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires. The research sample involved 100 respondents, selected using the Paul Leedy formula and the Non Probability Sampling method with a Purposive Sampling approach. Data analysis was carried out using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) version 26 application. The research results concluded that: 1) The quality of information has a positive effect on repurchase interest. 2) Electronoc word of mouth has a positive effect on repurchase interest. 3) The online shopping experience has a positive effect onrepurchase interest.

The Effect of Brand Image, Brand Trust and Price on Repurchase Interest

Public transportation and private vehicles are the community's solution for mobilizing all activities. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of brand image, brand trust and price on interest in repurchasing Vario motorbikes (Study in the Soloraya community of Vario motorbike users). This research method is quantitative. The type of data used in research is primary data. The population in this research is all Soloraya people who use Vario motorbikes. The sample size for this research was 130 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is SMARTPLS 3.0 software. This research uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this research are that Brand Image has a positive and significant influence on Repurchase Intention. Brand Trust has a positive and significant influence on Repurchase Intention. Price has a positive and significant influence on Repurchase Intention.

Relationship between monetary policy and financial asset returns in Türkiye: Time, frequency, and quantile-based effects

This study analyzes the effect of monetary policy, which are proxied by weighted average cost of funding (WACF) and Borsa Istanbul repurchase interest rate (REPO), on the returns of the main financial assets of monetary policy in Türkiye. Using daily data between January 4, 2011 and August 31, 2023, the study applies novel nonlinear time-series methods, such as wavelet coherence (WC) and quantile-on-quantile regression (QQ) as baseline methods and quantile regression (QR) for robustness. The findings demonstrate that (i) monetary policy has a stronger effect on financial asset returns at middle and higher frequencies across different periods; (ii) monetary policy has mainly declines (increases) effect on financial asset returns at lower and middle (higher) quantiles; (iii) the robustness of the outcomes is confirmed. Thus, the outcomes show that monetary policy has a significant effect on financial asset returns, and the effects vary across times, across frequencies, quantiles, and financial assets.

Peran Kepuasan Sebagai Variabel Intervening pada Kualitas Produk terhadap Minat Beli Ulang Konsumen Kedai Jukung Bali

The aim of the research is to investigate and analyze the role of satisfaction as an intervening variable in the relationship between product quality and consumer repurchase interest at Kedai Jukung Bali. This research aims to understand the extent to which consumer satisfaction mediates the influence of product quality on repurchase intention, with the hope of providing valuable insight for management and contributing to the understanding of consumer behavior in the industry. This research is a type of quantitative research with a descriptive approach and the sample used was 200 respondents with the criteria of having visited and made purchases in the last year. The method for calculating the sample size uses the Malhotra (2009) formula with purposive sampling technique. The results of this research prove that: 1) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest, 2) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, 3) Consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest, 4) Product quality has a positive effect and significant on repurchase intention with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable mediated by consumer satisfaction at Kedai Jukung, Jembrana Regency, Bali. In conclusion, Kedai Jukung is expected to maintain the appearance of the product, menu variants and improve the taste of each menu in order to encourage consumers to come and recommend Kedai Jukung to others.
