Garment production is a discrete manufacturing process. Because of its diversity, the low degree of automation, easy to change the process, the market environment changing quickly, these often brought the planning, clearing batch, performance management and other difficulties in the production of large-scale garment enterprises. Using the Internet of Things technology, one single piece of garment production process tracking middleware was established. The middleware used SOA architecture. It realized data reading interface, data filtering, disseminating information, path computation, yield calculation, quality management and other services. It achieved the purposes of tracking a single piece of garment in the whole process of production and solved the clearing batch difficulties. Its computing services are able to provide data of real-time production quantities, flow quantities, etc. This provides a basis for planning. SOA services architecture provides a great convenience for the expansion of middleware and interfaces. Through the implementation of applications in large-scale garment enterprises, the availability of the middleware was validated. For raising the level of apparel production management and application of the Internet of Things in the enterprise, the middleware provides a useful reference and basis.
