Analysis of Readiness For Implementation of Electronic Medical Records Using DOQ-IT Method

This study addresses the challenge of managing medical records in Indonesia’s health sector, particularly focusing on the transition to electronic medical records (RME) as mandated by PMK No. 24 of 2022. The primary objective is to assess the readiness for implementing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) at the Milla Husada Clinic using the DOQ-IT (Doctor’s Office Quality-Information Technology) Approach. The research adopts a descriptive design with a quantitative approach, utilizing questionnaires to gather data from 40 clinic officers. Total sampling technique was employed for participant selection. Univariate analysis was used for data interpretation. The findings reveal a high level of readiness for RME implementation at the clinic, with a total readiness score of 117.74, placing it in range III, indicative of a very ready status. The readiness levels, in descending order of scores, were: organizational work culture (4.34), governance and leadership (4.26), IT infrastructure (4.23), and human resource readiness (3.80). Despite the overall readiness, the study identifies human resources as an area requiring further enhancement, specifically the need for specialized training in RME implementation. This research highlights the critical areas for improvement to ensure successful adoption of electronic medical records in the healthcare setting.

Implementation of Computer-Based Summative Assessment

In this current condition, SMK Negeri 1 Tanjungpandan has utilized a paper-based test as the main method of carrying out academic exams and evaluations. Nevertheless, through the rapid development of information and communication technology, various schools and educational institutions have started to switch the evaluation process using computer-based tests as a much more efficient and effective alternative. This also applies to SMKN 1 Tanjungpandan, that expect to implement a computer-based test as the substitute for paper-based tests. This study aims to describe the implementation of computer-based summative assessment at SMK Negeri 1 Tanjungpandan. The subjects in this study were school principals, vice principals for curriculum, the school management team and proctors and technicians in charge of assessment activities. The object of this study is the use of computers based tests in the implementation of summative assessments. This research is a descriptive type using a qualitative approach with the best practice method. The research data were collected by observation and interview methods. Data analysis included data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research conducted shows that the computer-based summative assessment has been running well. This can be seen from the process of preparation, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of the assessment results that proceeded smoothly. This is also supported by the readiness of human resources in performing duties as proctors and technicians, as well as adequate infrastructure for the implementation of computer-based summative assessments.

Application Of E-Government In Welcoming The Era Of Contemporary Industrial Revolution 4.0 In Indonesia

This research aims to find out and examine the application of e-government in welcoming the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 which has recently been very influential in aspects of life in Indonesia. This is very interesting to study because during this transition period all countries and especially Indonesia have implemented the role of industry 4.0 in government components. The research method used in this research uses a type of normative legal research, with the research approaches used being a statutory approach and a case approach. The results of the first research analysis show that the development of the e-government system in Indonesia has begun to increase in quantity, but in terms of quality it is still inadequate because the implementation of e-government has not been evenly distributed throughout the region and it still only functions as a provider of static information. Second, there are fundamental obstacles in the implementation of e-government. -government in the industrial revolution 4.0 is at the regional government level, including; the initiative and meaning of e-government implementation by autonomous regional governments is still individual; implementation via the regional website is not yet supported by an effective management system and work processes due to the readiness of regulations, procedures and limited human resources; Many local governments identify the implementation of e-government as simply creating a local government website (web presence). Third, the projection of e-government in the future, whether the industrial revolution 4.0 is still ongoing or in the future after undergoing regeneration, must have the best formulation, including: ( 1) Good legal regulatory order and legal protection. (2) The government is proclaiming education, especially in the IT sector, as the formation of qualified human resources from now on. (3) Adequate infrastructure and availability of access media. (4) Formation of good character and work ethic for human resources for government officials. (5) Changing the mindset of the apparatus to become a disruptive mindset of the apparatus in Indonesia. (6) The industrial revolution 4.0 is based on a mental revolution. (7) Creating reliable Intrepreneurial Leadership. (8) Strengthening religious education.

Disparitas Sanksi Administratif Akibat Keterlambatan Pemberitahuan Pengambilalihan Saham Pelaku Usaha Berdasarkan Hukum Persaingan Usaha

In today's growing era of digitalization, data is becoming a very important and valuable resource. Banks around the world generate more than 100 terabytes of data per day. However, only a few banks are able to make good use of the data. The utilization of big data can help banks improve operational efficiency, reduce credit risk, increase customer satisfaction, and increase the profitability of their business. This research is prepared by searching literature and sources of information related to the use of Big Data to improve the business performance of a Bank. The study of 200 people showed that more than 70% already use Big Data. Big Data processing can provide benefits, namely risk mitigation, preventing fraud, building relationships with customers, increasing company profits, increasing company value compared to competitors and increasing company business volume. The benefits of using Big Data generated are improving business performance and assisting the Bank in mitigating the risk of decision-making errors, product cross-selling errors to help identify money laundering practices. Processing Big Data poses challenges, namely the readiness of human resources and large information technology investments. Banks must be careful to anticipate data leaks that cause legal problems.
 
 

Readiness of UT Students in Supporting the Acceleration of SDGs Amid the Challenges of an Economic Recession

This study aims to investigate the readiness of Human Resources (HR) of Open University (UT) students in supporting the acceleration of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) amidst the challenges of an economic recession. The research methodology involves surveys and data analysis to evaluate students' understanding, views and knowledge of the role of HR in achieving the 2025 SDGs during a period of economic recession. The research results show that the majority of students have a diverse understanding of the concept of HR in the context of an economic recession and support investment in HR development. However, obstacles to access to the technology needed to support HR understanding were also identified. This research makes a new contribution by exploring the readiness of UT student human resources which was poorly understood in the previous literature. In conclusion, efforts to maximize the potential of UT students in supporting the SDGs in facing an economic recession require improved education, training, collaboration and greater technological support. These findings highlight the need for the role of higher education in preparing young people to contribute to sustainable development and overcome global economic challenges.

A ANALYSIS OF PREPARATIONS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ELECTRONIC MEDICAL RECORDS AT RSJ PROF HB SAANIN PADANG USING THE DOQ-IT METHOD

According to PMK No. 24 of 2022, a medical record is a document containing data on patient identity, examination, treatment, actions, and other services that have been provided to the patient. Through this policy, health service facilities are required to run an electronic patient medical history recording system. The transition process is carried out until no later than 31 December 2023. This type of research uses quantitative methods. Quantitative research methods are used to determine the picture of hospital readiness. The method used to analyze hospital readiness is DOQ-IT with indicators of organizational culture readiness, governance and leadership readiness, human resource readiness, and infrastructure readiness. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, information can be obtained that in the aspects of human resources, organizational work culture, leadership governance, and infrastructure as a whole can be seen from the answers of 18 ready respondents (46.06%) and very ready as many as 20 people (49.87%) then with the respondent's answer not ready as many as 1 person (2.22%) the answer is very unprepared as many as 1 person (0.35%) and for the answer hesitant as many as 1 person (1.44%), it is confirmed from the informant that the preparation for the implementation of electronic medical records is ready to be implemented.

Potential application of industry 4.0 with lean six sigma in Indonesia's defense industry: A Comprehensive Study

Amidst a rapidly evolving global landscape and ever-advancing technology, Indonesia's defense industry, as a vital strategic sector, must foster innovation to enhance its potential and competitiveness. An effective approach is the amalgamation of Industry 4.0 with Lean Six Sigma. Industry 4.0 encompasses technology-driven industrial advancements, including IoT, big data, AI, robotics, and integrated automation. In contrast, Lean Six Sigma focuses on elevating process quality and efficiency. This study explores the applicability of integrating Industry 4.0 with Lean Six Sigma in Indonesia's defense industry, aiming to expedite production, optimize resource utilization, and elevate operational efficiency. Lean Six Sigma aids in reducing error rates and production costs. The research employs a literature study method with comprehensive analysis of the implementation of Industry 4.0 technology and Lean Six Sigma methodology. The findings reveal that this integration holds immense potential for the defense industry. Nevertheless, it encounters challenges such as technology and infrastructure limitations, cybersecurity concerns, financial investments, human resource readiness, regulatory compliance, and system integration complexities. Recommended solutions comprise infrastructure and technology enhancements, bolstering cybersecurity measures, government financing and support, human resource development, research and development initiatives, and robust project management and system integration. In conclusion, adopting Industry 4.0 with Lean Six Sigma promises strategic advantages for Indonesia's defense industry. Collaborative efforts and government backing shall steer the defense industry towards an innovative and fiercely competitive future. Future researchers can broaden the scope, delve into obstacle analysis, and assess the impact to foster the defense industry's optimal growth

Human resource readiness is an important asset and is the main determining factor in the performance of all activities and institutional activities, so that it can support employee career development. Career development is very important to support life achievements and quality of life as well as job satisfaction with each individual's current achievements. There are two factors in career development that can determine a person's career success, namely internal factors including motivation to progress, intellectual ability, interpersonal skills, level of education, and work experience. Meanwhile, factors that come from outside are the attitude of superiors, the weight of work, job vacancies and work productivity. The aim of this research is to determine the personal readiness of HR in the PKP-PK unit in career development at UPBU Tebelian Sintang and to find out the process, obstacles and solutions regarding HR readiness in career development at the unit (PKP-PK) at UPBU Tebelian Sintang. This study uses a qualitative method. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The respondents in this research were PKP-PK unit personnel at UPBU Tebelian Sintang. The observations in this research were to conduct reviews and observations at the PKP-PK unit at UPBU Tebelian Sintang. The documentation in this research is activities that occurred in the PKP-PK area at UPBU Tebelian Sintang. The results of the discussion in this research are that Readiness is a process or action carried out by a person to be ready to change or respond to something that can make them ready to provide a certain response or response to a situation and employees in the PKP-PK unit have provided information that their level of readiness is sufficient. far above average. Faktor Penghambat Berkembangnya Bisnis dari Badan Usaha Milik Desa di Kabupaten Sumba Timur

Research objective: This research aims to determine the inhibiting factors for the business development of BUM Desa in East Sumba Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province.
 Research method: The research method used was grounded theory and employed a qualitative approach to bring a phenomenon into theory. The study was conducted by collecting data from enumerators who were Unkriswina Sumba students. The collected data comprised 64 informants from 19 BUM Desa spread over 14 sub-districts in East Sumba Regency.
 Results: There are six factors causing obstacles to the business of BUM Desa in East Sumba Regency from developing, namely: 1) Low readiness of Human Resources (HR) in managing BUM Desa businesses, 2) low public awareness to support the running of BUM Desa, 3 ) management or financial management that is still lacking, 4) low planning analysis before starting a business, 5) poor oversight and coordination functions from the village government to BUM Desa administrators, and 6) lack of BUM Desa infrastructure.
 The novelty of research: a research approach based on a grounded theory approach to identify the factors causing the BUM Desa activities not to work based on the root of the problem and the phenomenon, then from this phenomenon, a theory is formed, which is also known as "mini theory".

Analisis Kesiapan Perpustakaan Perguruan Tinggi Indonesia dalam Mengadaptasi Teknologi Metaverse melalui Teknik Delphi

Metaverse is not a new technology, and has also been adapted by several libraries abroad. In Indonesia, many studies are still needed related to metaverse technology adaptation in libraries and the library that is most likely to carry out this adaptation is the higher education library. This is because higher education libraries generally have more qualified resources than other types of libraries. This study aims to see the readiness of Higher Education Libraries in adapting the Metaverse technology which is an analysis of the opinions of sources selected based on their respective competencies (purposive sampling). This study uses the Delphi technique which is part of the forecasting technique, by prioritizing the formation of consensus which is achieved through structured communication that is systematic and interactive. Based on the results of the analysis, twenty-four points were found which became pillars of the readiness of librarians and higher education libraries in adapting metaverse technology, and seven of them became the main pillars, namely ecosystem, collaboration, infrastructure, tools, budget, role models and legal aspects. If all of these seven prerequisite points have been met in Higher Education, then the adaptation of metaverse technology can run well. Recommendations for further research related to the readiness of librarian resources in adapting the metaverse in the university library and how the acceptance of users and the expectations of users in adapting metaverse technology in the library is needed as a follow-up research.

Implementation of PP No. 71 of 2010 concerning Accrual-Based Government Accounting Standards in the Preparation of Financial Statements

This study aims to look at HR's understanding of the implementation of Accrual-Based SAP and to find out the application of accrual-based government accounting standards in Government Agencies of the North Sumatra Province Environment and Forestry Service,This study applies a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation,Application of Government Accounting Standards to the Environment and Forestry Service of North Sumatra Province only presents 5 financial reports, namely the Budget Realization Report, Balance Sheet, Operational Report, Report on Changes in Equity and Notes to Financial Statements. It can be concluded that the financial reports presented by the Environment and Forestry Office of North Sumatra Province are in accordance with Government Regulation Number 71 of 2010.It can be concluded that the readiness of Human Resources (HR) at the Department of Environment and Forestry of North Sumatra Province is Inadequate. This is due to the lack of competent human resources in preparing financial reports and the lack of knowledge regarding the accrual basis at the North Sumatra Province Environment and Forestry Service. But it does not hinder and disrupt the process of preparing accrual-based financial reports, in which HR is guided by the preparation of financial reports in the previous period.

Analysis of BPP readiness in realizing the Kostratani program

The Strategic Command for Agricultural Development (KOSTRATANI) at BPP is the center of the movement that will determine the success of agricultural development through coordination, synergy, and harmonization of agricultural development activities in the sub-districts. This study aims to analyze the readiness of BPP in realizing the KOSTRATANI program. The research method is quantitative descriptive. Based on the results of the study, the P value <0.05 of each variable with a variable value of <0.05, indicating the validity of the instrument and the reliability test showing that each variable is said to be reliable (reliable) because the respondents’ answers to the questions are consistent or stable. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the readiness of the institution has a ready level, the readiness of human resources has a ready level, information readiness has a ready level, the readiness of information technology infrastructure has a ready level, and the readiness of the external environment has a ready level.

Critical factors influencing the internet of things technology adoption behavior of construction companies: evidence from China

PurposeLimited use of Internet of Things (IoT) technology on construction sites has restricted its value in the construction industry. To propel its widespread application, this paper explores the influencing factors and action paths of construction companies' IoT technology adoption behavior.Design/methodology/approachFirst, literature research, technology adoption theories, and semi-structured expert interviews were employed to build the adoption model. Second, a questionnaire survey was conducted among Chinese construction contractors to collect empirical data. Third, the structural equation model method and regression analysis were used to test the adoption model. Finally, the findings were further validated with interviews, case studies, and field observations.FindingsExternal environmental pressure (EEP), perceived benefit (PB), top management support (TMS), company resource readiness (CRR), adoption intention (AI), and perceived compatibility (PCA) have a direct positive impact on adoption behavior (AB). In contrast, perceived cost (PC) and perceived complexity (PCL) exert a direct negative impact on AB. The EEP, PB, and PC are critical factors affecting AB, whereas AI is strongly affected by CRR and TMS. Besides, AI plays a part mediating role in the relationship between seven factors and AB. Company size and nature positively moderate AI's positive effect on AB.Originality/valueThis paper contributes to the knowledge of IoT technology adoption behavior in the construction sector by applying the technology adoption theories. Exploring the implementation barriers and drivers of IoT technology in construction sites from the perspective of organizational technology adoption behavior and introducing moderating variables to explain adoption behavior are innovations of this paper. The findings can help professionals better understand the IoT technology adoption barriers and enhance construction companies' adoption awareness, demand, and ability. This work also provides a reference for understanding the impact mechanism of the adoption behavior of other innovative technologies in construction.

Quo Vadis Pendidikan Pesantren di Era Digital

The results of this study indicate that the potential for the development of Islamic boarding schools in the digital era is quite wide open. We can observe this from the various strengths and potentials possessed by pesantren which are quite dominant. However, it turns out that the strengths and potential possessed by pesantren are not always a reference for the development of education in general. To implement education in the digital era, for example, there are still some perceptions that come from both internal and external pesantren who are worried about the fading of the core education of pesantren, namely the formation of human morality. Such a perception cannot be denied because implementing education in the digital era requires the readiness of adequate human resources in terms of knowledge, skills and mature personality so that they are able to utilize and respond to information technology in this digital era as a form of formulation of educational development in Islamic boarding schools.

Pengaruh Kompetensi Guru Terhadap Kinerja Guru Pada SMKS PHT Cianjur

Improving the quality of education is determined by the readiness of human resources involved in the education process. Teachers are one of the factors that determine the high quality of educational outcomes. Teachers are the most decisive component in the education system as a whole, which must receive central attention, because teachers are always related to any component in the education system. The same thing that is in SMKS PHT Cianjur with the targets and achievements of graduates that are matched with the industrial world, SMKS PHT Cianjur teachers must be equipped with appropriate skills. The results of the study found that competence has a positive effect on teacher performance.

EFEKTIFITAS NURSING TELEHEALTH DALAM MEMBERIKAN ASUHAN AKEPERAWATAN

Nursing Telehealth has a very effective impact on nurses in providing nursing services. The use of increasingly sophisticated media can penetrate the barrier between nurses and patients. Referring to Florence Nightingale's nursing paradigm, modern nursing theory was developed to describe the interaction between nursing, patient environment, health, and individual basic needs. The use of information and communication technology has impacted the evolving role of nursing in modern healthcare systems that have embraced the whole setting. Besides the many benefits, Nursing Telehealth must be faced with the readiness of human resources, financing, facilities and infrastructure as well as clear legal aspects. The purpose of this literature review is to describe the use of Telehealth in the nursing profession to provide professional care. Method: research design using Literature Review, based on summaries of several studies related to the Nursing Telehealth research topic. The journal can be accessed by searching the ProQuest database and Google Scholar 2019-2023. Results: Based on the journals collected, the use of Nursing Telehealth in nursing care can increase the effectiveness of nursing care services. Conclusions and Recommendations: Nursing Telehealth is effective in facilitating nurses in carrying out professional and effective nursing care and shortening the time and distance of services. The author recommends that Nursing Telehealth be implemented in Indonesia in stages considering Indonesia's geographical conditions.

Human Resources Readiness of Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) for Halal Product in Indonesia

The halal industry has caught the attention of the world today. The halal industry is not only in demand by Muslim countries but also by countries with non-Muslim majority populations. The implementation of the halal certification program for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) also affects the process of developing SMEs' human resources in Indonesia. Increasing the capacity of human resources is needed to improve the competence, skills, innovation, and creativity of individuals in carrying out productive activities to increase domestic production. This study is expected to be able to provide an overview (steps that need to be achieved, policy strategies, and various efforts that need to be made) related to the role of government bureaucracy, academics, and business actors in optimizing the halal product guarantee system to support the halal industry in Indonesia. This study uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative data. The method used is literature study, in-depth interview, benchmark, and Analytical Networking Process (ANP). A strategic solution for SMEs in increasing the halal market segment is the need for socialization of assistance and submission of halal certification. In addition, the implementation of integrated halal product supply chain management is very necessary to ensure the quality of halal products and services.

Program P5 sebagai Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka: Faktor Penghambat dan Upayanya

This study aims to analyze the P5 Program as an implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in the context of potential inhibiting factors. The literature review method was employed to gather information related to identified inhibiting factors in the implementation of the P5 Program. Searches were conducted in educational literature, academic journals, and publications related to the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum and the P5 Program. Based on the literature analysis, the identified inhibiting factors include resource readiness, teacher understanding, and preparedness, as well as time and space limitations. To address these factors, proposed efforts encompass increasing educational investment, teacher training, and development, as well as collaboration between schools and the community. The findings of this study provide valuable insights for educational practitioners and decision-makers in identifying and overcoming inhibiting factors in the implementation of the P5 Program, thus enhancing the effectiveness and success of the program in achieving the desired educational goals.

Institutional Homogenization through McDonaldization in the Digital-Based Minimum Service Standards Reporting System (e-monev SPM)

Digital-based governance transformation is needed to respond to dynamic global challenges. This article aims to analyze institutional isomorphism through Mcdonaldization in a digital-based minimum service standard reporting system (e-monev SPM). Various studies show that governance needs to be dynamic, collaborative and innovative to achieve an efficient system by utilizing technological developments. In contrast to previous studies, this article argues that the transformation of governance in the reporting system for the implementation of digital-based Minimum Service Standards (e-monev SPM) indicates the occurrence of McDonaldization which is characterized by changes in rationality as a feature of modern society by utilizing technological developments that lead to the occurrence of institutional homogenization. This article uses a qualitative approach with multiple methods. Data were obtained from in-depth interviews, literature studies, secondary data, official documents and digital data. The findings of the data show the occurrence of McDonaldization in 4 (four) dimensions, namely Efficiency seen from changes in reporting mechanisms and speed, Calculability seen from the ability to be used periodically for interested parties, Predictability seen from content standardization and reporting time, and Control seen from e -monev as a digital-based tool to ensure regional compliance in reporting. The institutional homogenization efforts are indicated by the occurrence of Coercive Isomorphism related to the implementation of mandates regarding changes in the reporting system, Mimetic Isomorphism which is shown through the adoption of technology in the reporting system, and Normative Isomorphism which can be seen from organizational professionalization efforts related to increasing human resource capacity, facilities and infrastructure, cooperation, and budget. However, there is also an irrational dimension of McDonaldization rationality, which is related to the readiness of infrastructure and human resources. This article contributes to efforts to improve the quality of governance by utilizing technological developments through a digital-based reporting system .

Factor and Barrier Implementing Building Information Modelling (BIM) in Green Construction in Indonesia

Building Information Modelling (BIM) is a technology that potential to increase effectiveness and productivity in projects. Implementing BIM in the project not only can simultaneously represent the physical modelling of a building but also can reduce waste and optimize time and resources as the aims of green construction. Nevertheless, unfortunately the level of BIM adoption in Indonesia is lower than other developing countries. The aim of this research is to analyse factors and barriers to implementing BIM to support green construction in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative research method in a questionnaire survey of 20 construction projects in Indonesia to determine the factors driving BIM adoption and barrier to BIM adoption on construction projects in Indonesia. The result finds five factors driving the implementation of BIM in Indonesia i.e requirements from the government, BIM is believed to improve performance, BIM is believed better than existing method, technology and resources readiness, and support from top management. Despite the driving factors, the implementation of BIM also has barriers i.e lack of information, lack of BIM training for workers, reluctance to change, lack of owner requirement, and high the initial cost.
