Pengembangan Aplikasi Kamus Bahasa Bima-Inggris-Indonesia Menggunakan Rapid Application Development

The dictionary is one of the solutions for learning about vocabulary and translating it. The use of dictionaries in the form of books is less effective and efficient, so it is necessary to develop electronic dictionaries in the form of dictionary applications available on smartphones. This study aims to develop an Android-based three-language dictionary application, namely Bima, Indonesian, and English, which includes a speech to text feature. The software development method uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. This method has four main stages: requirements planning, design, construction, and cutover. Data collection methods in this research include observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis of data resulting from observations, interviews, and literature studies. The application was built using the Flutter and Codeigniter frameworks. In the final stage of dictionary application development, testing was carried out on the application's functionality using the black box method. The results of the test show that the application runs very well; all buttons and features work as they should after fixing bugs and problems found in the final test before launch.

Optimizing technology-based business strategies for empowering community partnerships and improving the welfare of women farmers

In this era of technological advances, the rapid, accurate, and precise dissemination of information is crucial, especially for rural communities seeking to enhance their living standards. Farmer Women's Community (KWT) Al Mina Ciawi Village, established by a women's group in Ciawi Village, operates as a food and animal security program. Activities at KWT Al Mina Ciawi Village involve cultivating various hydroponic vegetables and catfish farming in buckets. However, a significant challenge lies in product sales during harvest, with agricultural and livestock products primarily marketed through WhatsApp and Instagram or waiting for direct buyers to visit the location. The primary aim of this community empowerment initiative is to optimize information technology for the betterment of KWT Al Mina and Ciawi Village. The program supports partners by offering e-commerce training to expand the marketing of KWT Al Mina products within the village. The chosen approach for e-commerce development is the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which includes website design planning, initial assessment, outreach, training, mentoring, and evaluation. The evaluation results affirm the program's success. KWT Al Mina members in Ciawi Village experiencing a remarkable 94% skill improvement in accessing technology, as indicated by pre-test and post-test assessments.

RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM MONITORING KUALITAS UDARA BERBASIS ANDROID

In this era of rapid technological development, it is a crucial period where technology has become an inseparable part of everyday life. The significant increase in human activity has triggered various air pollution problems, including burning, waste, industrial waste, vehicle fumes, industrial fumes, and the use of electronic equipment, among others. Additionally, besides the aforementioned problem of air pollution, its impact can also lead to a variety of serious problems and the occurrence of health issues such as asthma, ISPA, lung cancer, and so on. Therefore, an Android-based application was created that can provide information about the current air quality in the user's area. This application can be used to monitor air quality in specific areas based on measurements and data collection. The method used for this research is the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method, which is suitable for developing software in a short time. We have also added a real-time air quality monitoring feature that can monitor air levels to determine if they are within normal levels or not. This allows users to combat air pollution and carry out continuous monitoring without being limited by space and time.

Implementation of School Management Information Systems at Vocational School State I Tomohon

This research discusses the implementation of the School Management Information System (SIMS) at SMK Negeri 1 Tomohon using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. School management, as a process of planning, organizing, directing, and controlling, is carried out by the school principal and his staff to achieve educational goals. The main goal of school management is to create an effective and efficient learning environment. Information systems, as entities with human, hardware, software, procedures, and data components, aim to collect, store, process, manage, and convey relevant information. SMK Negeri 1 Tomohon, as a vocational school in North Sulawesi, faces management challenges due to the use of conventional systems. Processes such as recording grades, registering students, compiling schedules, and collecting data on school fee payments often take time and are difficult. Therefore, this research is focused on implementing a School Management Information System using the programming languages PHP, HTML, CSS, and MySQL, with users consisting of Admin, Teachers, and Students, and using the RAD method. This research identifies problems in data management and school administration which are still manual, resulting in inefficiencies and potential errors. SIMS succeeded in making a positive impact with a structured interface, allowing easy access to information on grades, schedules, and learning activities. SIMS also facilitates systematic monitoring of student and teacher performance. This research concludes that SIMS can be an effective solution to support educational management at SMK Negeri 1 Tomohon with the potential for wider application in other school environments.

This Information System makes a valuable contribution to educational institutions that wish to betterunderstand their educational and career paths, so that alumni can make more informed decisions for continuous improvement. This is an important step in encouraging data-based decision making and improving the quality of education. Baiturrahman Center Semarang does not yet have atracer study system so the school has difficulty getting alumni data as well. Based on these problems,the Islamic Center Baiturrahman Semarang Vocational School requires a Tracer Study Digitalization Information System designed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD)method. RAD is applied in order to understand, analyze and integrate project or system developmentsquickly and efficiently. from this research, namely a digitalization information system based on tracerstudy, which is expected to help the Baiturrahman Islamic Center Vocational School Semarang inimproving its development.

Attendance is the most crucial aspect for the company as it affects an employee's salary based on attendance data. Therefore, the presence of a real-time attendance system stored in a database is highly needed. The design of the employee attendance system utilizes the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which includes requirements planning, system design, development processes, and implementation. This method is employed to meet user needs and achieve desired outcomes.The result of the design for the employee attendance system is the utilization of RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) cards as a tool for attendance record. It is expected that this system will assist employees in recording their attendance and reduce any potential data manipulation or inaccuracies

Penerapan Framework CI (Codeigniter) pada Pemesanan Wedding Organizer (Studi Kasus CV. Nugie Wedding Organizer Besuki)

Nugie Wedding Organizer is a service that helps prepare and organize wedding events. For those who are inexperienced and do not have enough time and energy to prepare for a wedding, this service provides facilities to carry out and launch all desired wedding activities. The process of ordering customers for Nugie Wedding Organizer services is still done manually where customers have to come to the office directly to place orders and pay for packages, so it takes a lot of time. And the customer data recording system is also done manually, namely by recording in the book. To facilitate the work of the owner of the Nugie Wedding Organizer, there needs to be an update which changes the old system with the new system. The goal is to make it easier for customers to make the process of ordering wedding packages online through a new system that was created and make it easier for Nugie Wedding Organizer owners to serve orders and process customer data. This new system utilizes the codeigniter framework in making programs to be more organized and focused on the functionality needed when building this wedding organizer booking application. The research method used is the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method which goes through several stages. The results of research conducted using internal and external tests obtained a value of 81.67% which can be concluded that this new system is approved for use.

Development of a Web-based Application for Offline Mass Registration

The emergence of Covid-19 in 2020 has changed many aspects of life in the world. The Covid-19 pandemic has also affected the economy, education and other sectors such as the social and religious fields. Due to restrictions on attending worship activities, the idea emerged to utilize facilities that were believed to assist worship activities. One of facilities contained in existing technology to assist houses of worship is online. The influence of technology during the pandemic on the social and religious sectors is considered to have great benefits. As an example of the impact that occurred in the Church of St. Theresia of the Bongsari Parish.When mid-July 2020, after the government issued a New Normal policy, the Parish began to open mass activities by offline. The system used at that time included people registering through a collective list from the head of section where parishioners domicile nearby. However, the registration system is still considered ineffective, so the registration system is then developed using the Google Form facility. Although the offline mass registration system has undergone many developments, it still has many shortcomings. Therefore, the responsive web-based offline mass registration application is expected to be able to help the problems experienced by the church during the mass registration flow as well as the development of a dashboard as a means to be able to process data easily and efficiently for church administration officers. Application development is carried out using the ADDIE method, namely Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. In addition, the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method is also used to support the application development process.In this study, a survey with 60 respondents was carried out with the community, and from the test results it can be concluded that the usefulness of the offline mass registration application, as well as device support and the ease and pleasure of using this application have a correlation with the intention to use a website-based offline mass registration application.

Implementation of the "SANTRI" Software at the MBS Wanayasa Islamic Boarding School

The purpose of community service activities is the empowerment and independence of the MBS Wanayasa Islamic boarding school in using the "SANTRI" software. This activity is the result of collaboration between Bank Indonesia, the Indonesian Institute of Accountants and LPM UMY. "SANTRI" software has been provided by the Indonesian Institute of Accountants in collaboration with Gama Techno. Implementation of the "SANTRI" Software using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method with 5 stages of activity, namely 1) Studying the business model of the MBS Wanayasa Islamic boarding school, 2) Designing a chart of accounts, 3) Testing the reliability and suitability of the "SANTRI" application using simulation data 4) . Assisting the implementation of the "SANTRI" software to users, and 5) monitoring and improvement activities. The results of the activity show that the MBS Wanayasa Islamic boarding school has several activities, namely learning activities, student dormitories, several business units such as laundry, kitchens, animal husbandry, agriculture and Islamic boarding school cooperatives, and revenue is divided into two sources, namely acceptance of infrastructure development activities and acceptance of routine activities. Based on these activities, a chart of accounts is prepared in accordance with existing activities. The chart of accounts is used to test the reliability of the "SANTRI" software. After the "SANTRI" software is adjusted to the needs of the activities and reporting of the MBS Wanayasa Islamic boarding school, the next stage is to assist the implementation of the "SANTRI" software to the treasurer of the foundation and the treasurer of the MBS Wanayasa Islamic boarding school. To ensure the continued use of the "SANTRI" software, the community service team carries out continuous monitoring and improvement

Online field work practice management information system

Regulation of the Indonesia Minister of Education and Culture Number 3 of 2020 concerning the Freedom to Learn on an Independent Campus Policy, is a framework for preparing students to become tough graduates, relevant to the needs of the times. The implementation of vocational education, namely the existence of a training / apprenticeship period in the industrial world has similarities with the policy. Basically, both educational institutions and the industrial world need each other's. Information about the existence of a period of field work practice, both in the industrial world and in educational institutions today is very limited. This system was designed and built to bridge the information gap. This study uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which is a sequential and systematic software development method that emphasizes the development cycle in a short time. The RAD method consists of : Business Modeling, namely the process of modeling the flow of information on business functions; Data Modeling, namely the process of transforming a business model into a series of data object; Process Modeling, namely the process of translating data models into information flows in the implementation of business functions; Application Generation, namely the process of creating software using a programming language; and Testing and Turnover, which is a testing process to eliminate errors and return to the beginning of the development process. This information system provides 3 interfaces for 3 groups of users, namely: training administrators, prospective trainee and officers from industry with their own facilities.

Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) Information System

Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) are the leading cause of death worldwide. In Indonesia, NCDs has increased and shifted patterns. Changes in behavior and lifestyle increase the risk of NCDs. Difficulties in monitoring treatment and patient visits are a challenge for health workers. Currently, there is still no integrated information system for patient monitoring. The general objective of this research is to develop an integrated Non-Communicable Disease Information System (NCDSI) in Semarang City. The current study uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method with a qualitative approach. RAD is a complete approach model for information system development and covers the entire system life cycle. This research was conducted in three stages: planning and needs analysis, designing, developing, and collecting feedback. During the development and collection of feedback, functionality testing activities are carried out to obtain feedback and evaluation as the system is improved. The research was carried out by the Semarang City Office. The functional test subjects consisted of three agents and five patients with primary hypertension and diabetes mellitus. The results: the planning and needs analysis phases were carried out through thorough interviews with end-users. The system design phase was described through contextual diagrams and database tables, and the development and feedback phase was conducted through the NCDSI functionality test. Conclusion: The developed NCDSI has been integrated and has four user levels (users of the City Health Office, Head of Puskesmas, Cadres, and patients).

The optimization of social media and e-commerce has been implemented by Fifan Glasses Store to sell their products. Generally, buyers will try on the frames one by one until they decide to buy them. But, online buyers cannot try on the frames and can only see the frames based on the pictures in the catalog provided by Fifan Glasses Store. For this reason, an Android-based Augmented Reality eyeglass frame application will be built at Fifan Glasses Store. The purpose of building this application is to facilitate online buyers in trying on the frames that have been provided and minimize the occurrence of damage to eyeglass frames by prospective buyers. This research uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method in building the application and this research will also analyze the effect of the application of Augmented Reality glasses frames using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method. The final results of the analysis of the effect of Augmented Reality on eyeglass frames by testing the outermodel, inner model, and hypothesis show that Augmented Reality has a positive effect on purchasing decisions for glasses at Fifan Glasses Store.

Pengembangan Aplikasi Layanan Pasien Menerapkan Metode Rapid Aplication Development Berbasis Mobile

Smartphone technology is much loved by the public because there are many features that make it easier for public services, especially in the health sector. Obstacles that occur in clinics are the lack of transparency of registration information. conventional treatment, causing patient service treatment to be long. This research has the formulation of the problem of how to make a registration system that can be accessed by patients and can be carried out by the general public such as the community. The aim is to increase the quality and quality of polyclinic services and maximize the system more than before. In addition to building patient service applications as a digital health media with the Android platform using the React Native framework and the JavaScript programming language and MySQL database. So that it can make it easier for users to carry out registration, obtain accurate information, and be able to save more time without having to arrive early just to get a queue number in the Yazid Pratama clinic service. The officer experienced the same thing because the officer was able to provide the files before the patient arrived the previous day, so when the patient arrived the officer had already provided the necessary files, only requiring verification of the patient's data so he could continue for treatment. System development uses the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method and the acceptance result of this system is 88.5% using the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) method. It is hoped that this application will make it easier for patients to get effective, efficient, humane, fair health services without discrimination.

Sistem Informasi Lembar Kerja Siswa Berbasis Mobile Menerapkan Metode Rapid Application Development

Mobile technology has been widely applied in education, one of them is as a learning media. The learning process at MTs Nurul Khairiyah is currently still conventional using media in the form of print worksheets. The obstacles faced were that students were less interested and felt bored in participating in learning, teacher absence makes learning stop so that students are not effective in getting lessons, students who were unable to attend also did not get the learning and assignments given, limited hours of study so that the delivery of material is less effective, wasted time in correcting questions and teacher mistakes in calculating student grades. This research aims to build student worksheet applications as digital learning media with the Android platform so that learning can be more interesting and can be done anytime and anywhere. The population of this study were students at MTs Nurul Khairiyah Sei Tuan using the simple random sampling technique to determine a sample of 57 students. The research method applied is the R&D (Research and Deveopment) method so that the data collection used is observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. System development that uses the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method to create a system that can help facilitate the implementation of learning at MTs Nurul Khairiyah Sei Tuan. For testing, researchers used SUS (System Usability Scale) which resulted in a score of 76.14 or good. Therefore it can be concluded that the application is running well and is feasible to be applied as a learning medium at MTs Nurul Khairiyah Sei Tuan.

Revolutionizing Journal Publishing: Unleashing The Power Of Web-Based Chatbot Development With Dialogflow And Natural Language Processing

The chatbot is a manifestation of Artificial Intelligence that can replace humans in engaging in conversational interactions and providing information services to users or visitors. Chatbots generally interact through text messages, voice, images, and other mediums. In this study, a web-based chatbot application was developed for a journal website called the Journal of Multidisciplinary Issues, aiming to relieve site administrators from having to repeatedly answer the same visitor questions. The development of the chatbot application followed the Rapid Application Development method, involving several stages including planning, design, system development, implementation, and testing. The application was built using Google Dialogflow services, employing Natural Language Processing techniques, along with the integration feature called Dialogflow Messenger, which offers a wide range of response options for journal websites utilizing Open Journal Systems. The chatbot application was evaluated using Alpha and Closed Beta Testing methodologies, which yielded promising results. The chatbot demonstrated the ability to provide appropriate responses after being tested with various question scenarios, achieving a score of 85.25% in the questionnaire-based assessment, which aimed to gauge visitor perspectives on the developed chatbot application. Future research endeavors should focus on integrating the chatbot with popular social media platforms such as Facebook, WhatsApp, or LINE.

Implementasi Metode RAD Untuk Pendaftaran Lowongan Kerja Melalui Bursa Kerja Berbasis Website

The system of recruiting workers in schools through special job fairs (BKK) is considered to be ineffective because the provision of job vacancies to alumni still uses information manually, such as using wall magazines as a place to post job vacancies and using social media such as Facebook as a means of information. Job opening is also considered less efficient due to limited users limited by social media itself. Registration is also done manually by alumni who come directly to BKK to register, and the vacancy data collection is still done manually, so it takes longer time to process registration data. The purpose of this research is to build a job vacancy registration system application through the BKK website based on the website to make it easier for BKK to provide job vacancy information and make it easier to recruit workers. This application development study uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. Test the app using system black box and user usability testing methods.

Geographic Segmentation using Application Programming Interface (API) Geolocation on E-Marketplace Development

Purbalingga is one of the regencies in the province of Central Java with many muffler artisans and is the largest exhaust producer in Indonesia. In this study, the development of an e-marketplace application will be carried out by implementing a geolocation Application Programming Interface (API). The geolocation API is used to detect the location of visitors so that price differences can be made based on the visitor's country. The system development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD). The RAD method is used because application development can be done in a relatively fast time. At the system design stage, the Unified Modeling Language (UML) is used as a visual model to facilitate the application development. The final result of this research is an e-marketplace application that specifically sells exhaust products and accessories. The test results were carried out in 6 different locations with details of 4 countries of Indonesia, one country of Malaysia, and one country of Saudi Arabia. Other prices were obtained according to the location of the visitor's country.

Leveraging Technology for MSME Development: A Case Study of the Sistem Informasi Hasil Desa (SIHASA) V2 in Banyumas Regency

Banyumas Regency in Central Java Province comprises 27 districts and 331 villages, showcasing its vast geographical coverage. Over three years, from 2006 to 2009, the region witnessed a notable increase in small businesses, rising from 643 to 717 establishments. Despite this growth, MSMEs in Banyumas face a prevalent challenge of inadequate information dissemination for effectively promoting their products. To tackle this issue, a proposed solution is the Village Results Information System (SIHASA) V2 website. This website supports village communities, MSMEs, and governments in managing their respective activities and operations. To expedite the creation of the system, the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method is employed, encompassing essential stages such as project requirement determination, prototype creation, development processes, and gathering feedback.
 Furthermore, to ensure an efficient system design, the implementation of Unified Modeling Language (UML) is integrated, incorporating crucial components like Use Case Diagrams and Class Diagrams. This meticulous design approach guarantees that the system effectively caters to the community's diverse needs, specifically benefiting the village community in Banyumas Regency in terms of managing village products and facilitating efficient MSME operations. The outcomes of this research endeavor hold significant promise for the community, providing practical tools and resources to enhance their livelihoods and contribute to the overall development of the Banyumas Regency.

Web-Based Inventory and Sales Information System: Indonesian Micro Small Medium Enterprise Case Study

Information systems have a very important role in increasing productivity values that provide effectiveness and efficiency in the business sector. Cik Cik MSME Meatshop and Frozenfood is still using a manual system for recording their inventory and sales data, which causes several problems such as human error, human fraud, and inaccurate data. To overcome the problems, a solution is provided, that is a web-based information system, focused on the inventory and sales business processes. The information system is designed using Rapid Application Development method. The tools used are XAMPP as a web server and Visual Studio Code as a code editor. The programming language to be used is PHP, CodeIgniter as a framework, and MySQL as a database storage. The results obtained from the development of this information system are this system can help Cik Cik MSME Meatshop and Frozenfood in overcoming problems related to sales and inventory become easier to manage the data so that it is more automated compared to the previous manual system.
