Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Film Terhadap Peningkatan Keterampilan Menulis Teks Tanggapan di SMP Negeri 4 Madiun

Through the research activities carried out, students are invited to change their views, so that writing responses becomes a fun learning activity. The aim of the research was to see the effect of using film media on improving response text writing skills. In this activity, the type of research is classroom action research (PTK), then the method used is qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis with the target subject being class VII D students at SMP Negeri 4 Madiun. Based on data sources using primary data obtained from research subjects through initial stage collection techniques of tests, interviews and observations. Checking the validity of the data uses the results of students' grades by considering the increase in learning outcomes in each phase of the cycle starting from the pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle II stages. Analysis of research data carried out qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of the research show that there is an influence of the use of film media on response text writing skills which has increased starting from the initial pre-cycle results with a percentage of 46.87% up to the first cycle stage showing quite good improvement with a completion percentage of 56.25% and cycle activities. II with a completion score percentage of 84.37% which shows an increase.

Comparative Study and Regional Financial Performance and Its Effect on The Economic Growth of Districts/Cities in Jambi Province.

This research is entitled comparative study and regional financial performance and its effect on the economic growth of districts / cities in Jambi Province. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of regional financial independence ratio, income effectiveness ratio and efficiency ratio on economic growth in Jambi Province District/City. The analysis method used quantitative descriptive analysis with panel data regression method. The results showed that the income effectiveness ratio had a significant effect on economic growth, while the Regional Independence Ratio and the Income Effectiveness Ratio did not have a significant effect on the economic growth of Jambi Province districts/cities.

The Effect of Macro Development Variables (Per Capita Income, Human Development Index, Open Unemployment Rate, And Gini Index) On Poverty Rate Through Economic Growth of Jambi Province

This study aims to analyze the influence of macro development variables (per capitadevelopment, human development index, open unemployment, and Gini index) on povertyrates through economic growth in Jambi Province. The research method used is quantitativedescriptive analysis with multiple linear regression analysis tools with path analysis models.The results directly showed that the influence of macro development variables, per capitaincome, human development index, open unemployment rate, and Gini index had asignificant effect on the poverty rate in Jambi Province. while indirectly only per capitaincome has a significant effect on economic growth in Jambi Province, but the variables ofhuman development index, open unemployment rate, and Gini index do not have asignificant effect on economic growth in Jambi Province, but economic growth indirectlydoes not affect poverty in Jambi Province.

Analisis Rasio Profitabilitas dan Rasio Likuiditas terhadap Kinerja Keuangan pada Perusahaan Maskapai Penerbangan yang Terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2020-2022

The financial performance of airline companies is influenced by natural and non-natural situations and conditions. In 2020-2022, airline companies registered on the IDX experienced unstable financial conditions, caused by non-natural disasters, namely the Covid-19 pandemic. This has an impact on the stability of the airline company's financial performance. This research aims to analyze the financial performance of airline companies based on profitability ratios (net profit margin, return on assets, return on equity) and liquidity ratios (current ratio, quick ratio, cash ratio). The data used in this research is secondary data, while this research uses quantitative descriptive data analysis methods. The results of the research show that the company's NPM, ROA and ROE ratios tend to be negative values, so that the ratio results are below the profitability ratio standard, while the company's current ratio, quick ratio and cash ratio are also below the liquidity ratio standard. Obtaining a ratio that is below standard indicates the company's financial performance is poor and unsatisfactory.

The Effect of Poverty, Unemployment and Zakat Rates on The Islamic-Human Development Index in Jambi Province Through Economic Growth as an Intervening Variable.

This study is entitled the effect of poverty, unemployment and zakat levels on the Islamic- Human Development Index in Jambi Province through economic growth as an intervening variable. The purpose of this study is 1) to analyze the effect of poverty, unemployment and zakat rates on economic growth in Jambi Province. 2) to analyze the effect of economic growth on the Islamic-Human Development Index in Jambi Province. 3) to analyze the effect of poverty, unemployment and zakat levels on the Islamic-Human Development Index through economic growth in Jambi Province. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive analysis method with secondary data. The analytical tools used by the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method , using AMOS 26, use the stages of modeling and structural equation analysis into 7 steps, namely: 1. Theoretical model development; 2. Drawing up a path diagram; 3. Convert path diagrams into structural equations; 4. Choose input matrix for data analysis; 5. Assess model identification; 6. Assess Goodness-of-Fit criteria; 7. Interpretation of model estimation The results showed that the factors that directly affect economic growth in Jambi Province are the poverty rate and national zakat index, while the open unemployment rate does not affect economic growth in Jambi Province. The national zakat index directly has a significant effect on I-HDI in Jambi Province, however, the poverty rate and open unemployment rate directly do not have a significant effect on I- HDI in Jambi Province. Economic growth directly affects I-HDI in Jambi Province. Factors that indirectly influence I-HDI in Jambi Province through economic growth as an intervening variable are the national zakat index, open unemployment rate, and poverty rate against I-HDI in Jambi Province

Analysis of Teacher Perceptions of the Implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in Hindu Religious Education Subjects at Karangasem Regency High School

Implementing the Merdeka curriculum is an essential factor in learning, and collaboration between teachers, schools, and related parties is needed to implement the Merdeka curriculum, especially in Hindu Religious Education subjects. Hindu religious education is the content of the school curriculum, which plays a role in building student character. However, there are still obstacles to implementing the Merdeka curriculum. Namely, students still need to be more active and listen to what the teacher says. There are limited learning resources, so learning is still teacher-centered. This research aims to describe teachers' perceptions of implementing the Merdeka curriculum in Hindu Religious Education subjects. This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. This research method is a survey. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire via Google Forms. The population in this study were 10 Hindu Religious Education teachers at SMA Karangasem Regency. The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive analysis presented in percentage form. The research results show that teachers' perceptions of implementing the Merdeka curriculum in Hindu Religious Education subjects are perfect. The data obtained is based on an analysis of the percentage of teachers' perceptions who agree and strongly agree, are very precise and appropriate, and are very relevant and relevant to the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum, so this research will have an impact on improving teaching and understanding of Hindu Religious Education in a more contextual and relevant way for students.

The Effect of Murabahah and Musyarakah Financing on Net Profit with Third Party Funds as a Moderating Variable at Bank 9 Jambi Syariah

### Abstract This study, titled "The Effect of Murabahah and Musyarakah Financing on Net Profit with Third Party Funds as a Moderating Variable at Bank 9 Jambi Syariah," aims to determine and analyze the impact of Murabahah financing on net profit at Bank 9 Jambi Syariah. Additionally, it seeks to examine the effect of Musharakah financing on net profit and to investigate whether third-party funds moderate these relationships. The research employs a quantitative descriptive analysis method, utilizing Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The study focuses on Bank 9 Jambi Syariah, analyzing data from the years 2012 to 2022. The results indicate that both Murabahah and Musharakah financing significantly affect net profit. However, while third-party funds do not moderate the effect of Murabahah financing on net profit, they do moderate the effect of Musharakah financing on net profit.

Ethnomathematics-based Fraction Number E-modules for Prospective Elementary School Teachers

Fractions are one of the materials that could be clearer to understand for students and prospective MI teacher students. Problems in understanding fractions often arise due to the need for more connection with everyday life. This research aims to develop ethnomathematics-based fractional number e-modules. This research type uses the ADDIE model, which is limited to the development stage. The subjects involved in this study were experts consisting of material experts and media experts, as well as twelve students in second-semester class A as small group test subjects. Data collection in the study was carried out through observation, interviews, and questionnaires with research instruments in the form of module validation sheets, response questionnaires, and test questions. The data obtained were then analyzed using qualitative descriptive and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results obtained from this development research are as follows: (1) the validity of the ethnomathematics-based fractional number e-module was declared valid with the results of the material expert review of 97.93% and the results of the media expert review of 96.66%, (2) the practicality of ethnomathematics-based fractional number e-module based on student responses is declared practical, namely with test results of 90.21% Based on these results, it can be concluded that the ethnomathematics-based fraction number e-module teaching materials developed are valid and practical qualifications.

The Effectiveness of Lexicon Card Media Assisted by Minimum Competency Assessment on Students’ Learning Comprehension

The low student learning outcomes in Indonesian language learning content in class IV are caused by teachers tending to use lecture methods, which causes students to become bored. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of lexicon card media assisted by minimal competency assessment on students' understanding compared to conventional methods. The method used in this research uses a Quasi Experiment type with a Non-equivalent Control Group research design. The methods used to collect data are interviews, observation, documentation and tests. The instruments used to collect data were questionnaires and test questions. The population of this study was 111 students. The sampling technique used is Nonprobability Sampling. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis and inferential statistics. The results of research on the use of lexicon card media assisted by minimum competency assessments can improve student learning outcomes. The results of the student understanding test increased from the pretest to the post-test, and the average of the experimental class was higher than the control class. It was concluded that the effectiveness of lexicon card media assisted by minimum competency assessments in understanding the ideas of narrative texts had an influence in improving student learning outcomes compared to conventional methods.

HEALTH ADVERTISING ON INSTAGRAM: IS IT EFFECTIVE WHILE FOLLOWING ETHICAL GUIDELINES?

Background: Given the popularity of digital marketing in business today, every hospital can start utilizing it by establishing a social media account. Instagram is a social media platform that focuses on photographs. The AISAS (Attention, Interest, Search, Action, and Share) model can be used to assess the efficacy of marketing communications. Regardless, there are issues regarding legal and ethical issues. Therefore, a question emerges: How can health advertisements be effective while following ethical guidelines? Aims: The purpose of this research is to analyze the content of healthcare advertisements on Instagram Methods: This study uses the quantitative descriptive content analysis method. The samples are Instagram advertisements for health services. Search them using the hashtags (#) #dokterjogja, #klinikjogja, #klinikyogyakarta, and #rumahsakitjogja. Using convenience sampling, the researcher randomly scrolls and stops on Instagram. The data were assessed by two coders using a checklist to ensure objectivity. The checklist contains three indicators, in this case, the AIA (Attention, Interest, Action) indicator, and the other indicators were obtained from the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia (PERMENKES) number 1787 of 2010 Results: The highest score of the AIA (Attention, Interest, Action) indicator is 12, and there are a total of 34 advertisements (coder 1), and 84 advertisements (coder 2) violate The Regulation of the Minister of Health (PERMENKES) No.1787/2010 Conclusion: This study finds that effective advertising is almost certain to violate the regulation. An educational health information advertisement that introduces the services provided is a good way to promote healthcare providers while remaining ethical. Upakara Bali-based Electronic Student Worksheets on Geometry Topic for Second Grade of Elementary School

The lack of contextualization and innovation in developing learning materials for 2nd-grade elementary school geometry has become a major issue leading to students' difficulty in understanding concepts. This research aims to develop an Electronic Student Worksheets Based on Ethnomathematics Upakara Bali in Geometry for 2nd-Grade Elementary School. Trial subjects in this study include two material experts, two media experts, one 2nd-grade teacher, 6 individual trial students, and 10 small group trial students. This research utilizes the ADDIE model (analyze, design, development, implementation, evaluation). Data collection methods used were questionnaires, interviews, and observations. Data analysis techniques involved quantitative and qualitative descriptive analyses. The results of this developmental research are the Electronic Student Worksheets product, covering: (a) the design and development of an ethnomathematics-based Electronic Student Worksheets on Upakara Bali for 2nd-grade Elementary School Geometry, including analysis, design, and development stages; (b) validity test results gain criteria of excellent qualification; (c) effectiveness test belongs to teacher response, individual trial score, small group trial score belongs to excellent qualification. Hence, it can be concluded that this Electronic Student Worksheets is suitable for use in the learning process. The implication of this research is the existence of a valid and suitable Electronic Student Worksheets to enhance 2nd-grade Elementary School geometry learning within the local cultural context.

Roles and Abilities of Academic and Research Librarians in Optimizing Access to Information: An Interpretative Analysis from the Romanian Librarians’ and Users’ Perspective

Abstract This study addresses the role of Romanian academic and research librarians in optimizing access to information in the digital age, in relation to quality management and knowledge management. The novelty of this study consists in its parallel analysis of both librarians’ and users’ perspectives on librarians’ roles and abilities in optimizing access to information. The results obtained by means of interpretative qualitative analysis combined with descriptive quantitative analysis revealed that Romanian librarians succeed in providing good information services, however, the demands and expectations of users highlight a continuous need for integration of librarians into the mission of the universities and research institutes, and knowledge sharing and a series of innovations are recommended. The results obtained by interpretative analysis, combined with quantitative analysis for corroboration, point to four interrelated themes regarding the Romanian librarians’ roles and abilities in optimizing access to information. The first principal idea is that librarians’ abilities and competencies are key assets for Romanian academic and special research libraries. The second is that Romanian librarians need training in knowledge management and quality management. The third is that embedded librarianship and knowledge sharing could add quality to libraries services. Finally, the fourth is that competency management can determine engagement of Romanian librarians in improving access to information.

Analysis of pivotal compounds in NanLuShuiXian tea infusion that connect its color and taste

The infusion color and taste serve as pivotal benchmarks reflecting the quality of tea, yet the specific compounds responsible for the distinctive color and taste of the NanLuShuiXian (NLSX) tea infusion remain unknown. In this study, colorimetry, spectroscopy, and quantitative descriptive analysis (QDA) were employed to quantify the color and taste of 10 NLSX tea infusions. Furthermore, metabolomics techniques combined with correlation analysis were used to identify the key color and taste compounds and explore the relationship among color, taste, and compounds in NLSX tea infusion. The results showed that a total of 78 compounds were identified. It was observed that both the color and taste features of NLSX tea infusion and its metabolites exhibited certain patterns of variation. Within a certain range, heightened concentrations of carthamidin diglucoside isomer 2, theanine, and quercetin 3-O-caffeyl-glucoside within NLSX correlate inversely with the levels of 4′-methyl-epigallocatechin (4′-methyl-EGC), ellagic acid, quercetin, camellikaempferoside C isomer 1, and chicoric acid. This competitive relationship among metabolites corresponded to a lighter infusion color and a fresher and sweeter taste. Conversely, decreased carthamidin diglucoside isomer 2, theanine, and quercetin 3-O-caffeyl-glucoside in NLSX will lead to a deeper infusion color and diminish taste quality.

Analysis of Operational Performance of Leading Provincial City Transport Routes (AKDP) in Gorontalo Province

Consumer interest in using intra-provincial city transportation (AKDP) is decreasing. The cause is due to the increase in people's purchasing power so that to meet their transportation needs, people tend to choose to buy private vehicles rather than use public transportation. On the other hand, the operational performance of public transit, both from technical aspects, management and operational policies, is different from applicable quality standards. This research aims to identify superior AKDP routes in Gorontalo Province based on their characteristics and operational performance and formulate strategies to improve the performance of these superior routes through survey, observation and documentation approaches. The data analysis method uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis by identifying the operational characteristics of services, then assessing their suitability based on public transport service standards according to A World Bank Study 1986 standards, Decree of the Director General of Transportation Land Number SK.687/AJ.206/ DRJD/2002 and Minister of Transportation Regulation R. I. No. 10 of 2012. The research results show that the operational performance of AKDP transport services in Gorontalo Province is quite good; this is indicated by the fulfilment of minimum performance quality standards in terms of travel speed (37.85 km/hour) and travel time (1.68 minutes/km). Meanwhile, those that do not comply with performance quality standards, namely, load factor 62%; headway 44.57 minutes; waiting time 22.29 minutes and frequency only 2 (two) vehicles/hour.

Analysis of Food and Non-Food Consumption Patterns Household

Purpose: This study aims to determine the influence of household income, head of household education level, and number of family members on consumption patterns in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. Methodology: The study uses quantitative descriptive analysis with multiple linear regression analysis tools. Results: The findings show that household consumption is influenced not only by regional typology but also by socioeconomic conditions. Multiple linear regression analysis reveals that household income, head of household education level, and number of family members positively correlate with food and non-food consumption patterns in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. Findings: Hypothesis testing indicates that household income significantly affects food and non-food consumption patterns. The education level of the head of household also significantly affects both food and non-food consumption patterns. However, the number of family members significantly affects food consumption patterns but does not significantly affect non-food consumption patterns. Novelty: This research provides insights into how socioeconomic factors influence consumption patterns in a specific region. Originality: The study offers a detailed analysis of the relationship between household socioeconomic characteristics and consumption patterns. Conclusions: Household income and head of household education level significantly influence both food and non-food consumption patterns, while the number of family members significantly influences only food consumption patterns. Analisis Kesulitan Siswa Belajar Matematika pada Materi Operasi Penjumlahan dan Pengurangan pada Bilangan Cacah Kelas II di SDN 1 Demulih

This research aims to find out the problems that make it difficult for students to learn the material on addition and subtraction operations in class II whole numbers at SDN 1 Demulih. This research focuses on answering questions related to how difficult it is for students to learn the material on addition and subtraction operations in class II whole numbers at SDN 1 Demulih. To answer this question, this research uses qualitative research using qualitative descriptive methods. The data collection used is observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, in analyzing the data, researchers used quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this study found that class II students at SDN 1 Demulih experienced learning difficulties with the percentage of learning difficulties including 75% in understanding the concept of place value, 66.67% in addition procedures using saving techniques, 79.17% in the concept of "borrowing" in subtraction operations. , 83.33% in subtraction procedures with borrowing techniques, and 70.83% in understanding word problems related to addition and subtraction operations.

Evaluasi Pasca Pelatihan: Analisis Perubahan Sikap dan Perilaku Kepemimpinan Nasional Pada Pusdiklat Tenaga Administrasi

National Leadership Training level II (PKN II) for high level pratama positions (echelon II) needs to be evaluated to determine the extent of changes in song behavior and the impact of the training. Through post-training evaluation, it is found to what extent the training objectives have been achieved. The research uses Kirkpatrick's third stage behavioral evaluation model (behavior). Supporting data was obtained from questionnaire instruments, interviews and documentation, then analysis was carried out using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. questionnaires were distributed to trainees and the trainees' superiors (mentors). Evaluation at the third stage of behavior is categorized into three aspects, namely aspects of attitude, behavior, impact and sustainability of the change project. The results of the third level evaluation were distributed to alumni and mentor respondents, namely in the aspect of changing attitudes and behavior of alumni with an average value of 3.48. The impact of training on alumni stakeholders was 3.23. From the results of alumni and mentor respondents, it shows that the Level II National Leadership Training succeeded in achieving its goals well, obtaining scores for all aspects above 3.35 with good qualifications. The behavioral attitudes of strategic leaders in practicing energy management are able to manage strategies and utilize the resources they have, are able to manage organizational members to adapt to threats, obstacles and take advantage of the opportunities they have, and are able to influence external stakeholders, so that innovation and creativity can run effectively and sustainably . The resulting innovation can influence the development of government-private partnerships that support national development policies and encourage national competitiveness.

Impact of must clarification treatments on chemical and sensory profiles of kiwifruit wine

This study examined the effect of various clarification treatments on the physicochemical properties, volatile compounds, and sensory attributes of kiwi wines produced from five different kiwifruit (Actinidia deliciosa) varieties. The degree of clarification had a minimal impact on physicochemical parameters, including the content of residual sugar, ethanol, volatile acid, titratable acidity (except for the kiwifruit variety ‘Qinmei’), and the pH value. However, wines made from unclarified juices (muddy juice and pulp) displayed a higher glycerol content than those made from clarified juices. The cluster heat map and principal component analyses (PCA) demonstrated that kiwi wines produced from clarified kiwi juices possessed a higher ester content, whereas muddy juice and pulp wines contained elevated levels of higher alcohols. Quantitative descriptive analysis (QDA) indicated that clarified juice wines outperformed muddy juice and pulp wines in terms of purity, typicality, harmony, intensity, and freshness, with negligible differences in terms of palate acidity. Moreover, the clarified juice wines featured more characteristic kiwi wine aromas (kiwifruit, passionfruit, and pineapple) compared with that of the muddy juice and pulp wines, which exhibited an increased grassy flavour. Although the 100-NTU kiwifruit juice-fermented wine did not show an advantage in the cluster heat map and PCA, it presented better freshness, typicality, and intensity in the QDA, as well as a more passionfruit aroma. Based on the orthogonal partial least-squares discriminant analysis, A. deliciosa ‘Xuxiang’ was deemed to be the most suitable variety for vinification. This study provides crucial insights for enhancing the production of high-quality kiwi wine.

Development of Flip Book-Based Learning Media for Sports Physiology in Physical Education Students at University

This study aimed to develop and validate flip book-based learning media for sports physiology at the Faculty of Sports Science, Medan State University, focusing on Recreational Health Physical Education students. The research utilized the ADDIE development model, encompassing Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate stages. Data collection involved media expert validation questionnaires, materials, and trials with small and large student samples. Quantitative descriptive analysis was employed to present product development results, validate the tool, and assess its feasibility. Initial validation by a linguist resulted in a 76% suitability score, which improved to 89% after revisions, categorizing it as very feasible. Similarly, media experts rated the first stage at 76%, increasing to 89% post-revision. Small sample trials among students yielded a 76% suitability score, while large sample trials achieved 89%, both in the very feasible category. The findings indicate that flip book-based sports physiology learning media are highly suitable for use by physical education, health, and recreation students at Medan State University.

Penerapan Model Problem Based Learning Untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Matematis Siswa Di SMA Negeri 2 Medan

Mathematics is a discipline that focuses on developing thinking skills. Learning mathematics can hone critical thinking skills, which form the foundation for understanding mathematical concepts and effectively solving problems. This Classroom Action Research (PTK) study was conducted to improve students' critical mathematical thinking skills through a PBL approach. Medical School Negeri 2 Medan was the site of the research. A total of 36 students from the 2023/2024 academic year at SMA Negeri 2 Medan's class XI MIPA 9 served as the study subjects. There were two cycles to this research, and each one included the following steps: preparation, action, observation, and reflection. The data was analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis, and the methods for data gathering included both tests and non-tests. The results showed that the PBL model has improved the critical mathematical thinking skills of students in class XI MIPA 9 at SMA Negeri 2 Medan. In the first cycle, students' critical mathematical thinking skills reached 75.52% with a high qualification, and in the second cycle, they increased to 87.27% with a very high qualification.
