Importance and Didactic Conditions of Teaching the Pedagogical Heritage of Beyimbet Maylin

The article analyzes the pedagogical heritage of Beyimbet Maylin, which has not yet entered scientific circulation, and has not been noticed by methodologists-scientists, and their importance in the development of domestic science is evaluated. For the first time, four educational books written by Beyimbet Maylin, a prominent writer, who have their own place in Kazakh literature, are being studied. In the study, the ways of studying the history of the writing of textbooks left behind by the writer, introducing their content-structural system to future philology teachers were differentiated. Providing information about the history of the formation of domestic textbook science, the possibilities of forming professional-cognitive and research competences of students are analyzed. The main idea in the research work is that students need to effectively use new educational technologies and interactive teaching methods during the analysis of historical heritage, because this, in turn, expands the opportunities for improving the quality of professional education of students. The scientific importance of the article is demonstrated by the unified methodological system of applied teaching and the analysis of educational materials and the effectiveness of using their selection criteria in the organization of students' project work, in the performance of complex text analysis tasks. This proves the innovativeness of the proposed research work, dedicated to a new topic. The article analyzes the effective ways of presenting textbooks written by Beyimbet Maylin to philology students, systematizes the technological conditions. During the pedagogical experiment, it is planned to develop students' professional qualifications related to theoretical and historical-pedagogical heritage, critical thinking skills related to educational materials. They are followed by analyzing the progress and results of work included in one module of a special elective subject. Such complexity ensures the integrity of the research results presented in the article and the reliability of the proposed principles. Historical-pedagogical, system-typological, genre-style analyzes were used in the research work in conjunction with teaching technologies in accordance with modern requirements. The results of the study fully demonstrated the effectiveness of this unit.

Integration of information technologies into innovative teaching methods: Improving the quality of professional education in the digital age

Introduction: modern possibilities of using digital technologies in vocational education are actively used to improve the training of specialists and adapt them to the requirements of the labour market. The purpose of the article is to analyse the integration of information technology into innovative teaching methods and to study the improvement of the quality of vocational education in the digital age. Methodology: the type of research is quantitative. The authors used such scientific methods: comparison and content analysis. The materials were processed from 02.09.2023 to 21.12.2023. A survey of teachers of vocational education institutions (140 people) was also conducted, based on which the main opinions on the state and prospects of digitalisation in this area are presented. Results: it was showed how often and effectively digital technologies are used and what innovative tools teachers use. It is also demonstrated that the difficulties in reforming the material base of education are recognised as extremely significant in Ukrainian reality. The importance of continuous professional development is emphasised, as digital technologies are developing rapidly. Conclusions: it was summarised the results of the study, emphasising that the digitalisation of vocational education aims to ensure the proper development of education in line with the current challenges of the labour market

Research on the Path of Teaching Reform for the Advanced Normal Dance Studies Major from the Perspective of "Five in One"

In the development process of educational modernization in the new era, the advanced normal dance studies major has been constantly reforming and innovating with the development of the times. Nevertheless, due to the differences in school orientation, discipline characteristics, and construction mode, among others, the quality of professional education and the effect of personnel training are quite different. Based on the premise of the demand emerging in the current education market, this Paper puts forward the existing problems of the advanced normal dance studies major, condenses the value consensus of "five in one", and constructs a multi-dimensional teaching reform path for the advanced normal dance studies major, striving to transform the achievements into practical results to promote the high-quality development of education in the advanced normal dance studies major, with a view to providing enlightenment and reference for the construction of the advanced normal dance studies major in universities and colleges everywhere.

The article presents an analytical review of the research of corporate universities as knowledge management institutions implementing strategies for the formation of intellectual capital based on the knowledge network, reveals the role of corporate universities in continuing professional education and training.
 The aim of the project is to systematize the theoretical results of relevant research, summarize the main conceptual solutions in the field of knowledge management, identify key priorities and promising strategies of corporate universities in Russia, China and other countries in this area.
 The main task is to determine the role of corporate universities in the implementation of the strategy of continuing education, in improving the quality of professional education and the formation of corporate culture within the framework of a comparative analysis of specific cases of knowledge management in corporate universities.
 Improving the quality of vocational education and solving the problems of continuing education is largely associated with the development of modern corporate universities and improving the quality of knowledge management.
 One of the advantages of corporate universities is their potential in ensuring the integration of corporate needs into higher education. In this regard, the role of knowledge management 
 is increasing as a way to implement the educational strategy of a corporate university, which involves achieving the goals of the organization by increasing intellectual capital as a decisive factor in the development of innovative systems.
 The tendency of corporate universities to go beyond the function of continuous learning as an additional component is revealed, in such a way that the function of continuous learning plays an increasingly important role in ensuring the development of organizations and institutions.
 The formation of a theoretical basis for the study of strategies of corporate universities in various countries in the field of knowledge management based on their comparative analysis

(039) Challenges in Transgender Care Through a Qualitative Lens: Provisional Results About Sexual Medicine Professionals´ Opinions

Abstract Introduction Transgender people’s health and healthcare have become one of the most important challenges in healthcare settings and policy making. The perspectives of transgender consumers are important to inform policymaking and the development of measures to diminish barriers to accessing and maintaining health care. However, the perspective of healthcare providers, namely clinicians, is less known and is important to take a comprehensive and collaborative stance to deliver the best healthcare. Objective To highlight the perspective of sexual medicine practitioners/sexologists involved in transgender healthcare on the challenges faced in providing transgender healthcare. Methods Following an initiative by the Portuguese Society for Clinical Sexology, we used a participatory research design involving experienced sexual medicine clinicians/sexologists and activists for transgender care to develop a study to collect sexologists' perceptions of the challenges they faced when providing health care to transgender people. After IRB approval, we used a cross-sectional qualitative design and disseminated an online survey among professional associations (e.g., the Portuguese Society of Andrology, Sexual Medicine and Reproduction). A total of 25 complete answers were collected from clinicians who act in transgender healthcare and whose professional background included: Clinical Psychology, Pediatric Psychiatry, Psychiatry, Endocrinology, Urology, Gynecology and Anesthesiology. Participants were, on average, 46 years old (SD = 12.38), had an average of 13 years (SD = 11.25) experience in Sexual Medicine/Clinical sexology and 11 years on average (SD = 10.38) of experience with transgender healthcare. Sociodemographic data was collected between January and June 2023, and four open questions were presented. The current study will report preliminary content analysis concerning the open question: “Which challenges have you encountered in your experience as a health professional acting clinically with transgender people?”. Results The preliminary content analysis revealed 6 main categories, each representing distinct and interrelated subcategories aggregating different codes. The main categories were: 1. Formal Institutional Challenges (e.g., lack of formal education concerning transgender care, lack of specific guidelines for primary care; long waiting lists); 2. Informal Institutional Challenges (e.g., lack of updated knowledge from other clinicians not directly involved in transgender care; non-responsiveness from colleagues, translating policies and international guidelines into practices); 3. Social Challenges (e.g., family stigma; social discrimination); 4. Patient’s Challenges (e.g., lack of compliance; hostility or negative expectations towards health professionals); 5. Personal limits (e.g., perseverative thinking about the timing and patients’ internalisation of information about surgery risks; feelings of strangeness towards non-binary bodies); 6. Clinical Challenges (e.g., presence of emotional disorders/psychopathology; establishing differential diagnosis). Conclusions The current preliminary and provisional results highlight that clinical sexologists involved in transgender healthcare face different challenges regarding their role. The interrelated themes and subthemes reveal that clinical sexologists acting in transgender care have a critical stance towards policy making, service management and the quality of professional education provided to clinicians. Stigmatisation by their colleagues towards transgender people is a focus of concern. Still, they also feel they experience patients’ hostility and clinical and ethical challenges when trying to provide the best standards of care with a lack of resources. Disclosure No.

The Quality of Professional Education as a Legal Institution

Devoting the article to the quality of education, it should be noted that quality as an essential characteristic of any subject is found everywhere. In society, at the state-management and household levels, it is customary to talk about the quality of life, the quality of medicine, the quality of education, the quality of public services and management, etc. All social processes, all relations are considered today from the point of view of their quality. The quality of education has always been and will be the most relevant topic for research. High-quality education generates a highly moral person of society. This article analyzes the quality of vocational education as a legal institution, thanks to which the authors come to the conclusion that it is necessary to legislate the concept of quality of vocational education, defining it as a comprehensive characteristic of educational activities and training of students, expressing the degree of their compliance with federal state educational standards, educational standards, federal state requirements, as well as the needs of the state and society in represented by representatives of employers, expressed in the demand for graduates in the labor market.

ШЛЯХИ ПІДВИЩЕННЯ ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ ФІНАНСУВАННЯ ЗАКЛАДІВ ПРОФЕСІЙНОЇ ОСВІТИ

The article explores the efficiency of funding professional education institutions in Ukraine. Indicators such as economy, productivity, and effectiveness can be applied to measure the socio-economic efficiency of educational activities. Funding for training qualified workers in Ukraine is done through state or local budget funds. Additionally, professional education institutions can independently receive additional funding from funds received for training qualified workers beyond the state order under contracts concluded with legal and natural persons. The statistical data presented allowed for the following conclusions: budget expenditures on professional education increase annually while the number of students decreases. The main problems of professional education functioning are the poor material-technical base of professional education institutions, the low efficiency of managing these institutions, and the content and quality of professional education not meeting the requirements of the modern labour market. However, the critical advantage of professional education is its flexibility and quick response to labour market demands. Education can take place both on a full-time and part-time basis. Improving the quality of graduates from professional education institutions is possible through the establishment of a system of professional qualifications and the creation of a unified educational environment for professional education, the implementation of mechanisms to incentivize employers to participate in the educational process, creating conditions for the development of dual forms of education; popularizing professional education among the population, planning professional development and careers. Dual education was introduced in Germany in the last century in a ratio of "30% theory, 70% practice." The economy provides 73% of dual education funding in Germany. During the 2- to 3-year training period, employers get to know their students well and can better assess their suitability for the enterprise. The school education program in Ukraine needs reform to increase the share of career guidance work and opportunities for students in graduating classes to intern at companies. School education should develop practical skills to help students adapt to employer demands and determine their future profession.

РОЛЬ ЭТИКИ ДЕЛОВОГО ОБЩЕНИЯ В ФОРМИРОВАНИИ ДЕОНТОЛОГИЧЕСКОЙ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТИ БУДУЩИХ ПЕДАГОГОВ

The article actualizes the problem of improving the quality of professional education through the development of future teachers’ deontological preparedness in the context of researches. Approaches to understanding the subject matter of business communication ethics and deontological preparedness are defined. The purpose of the study is to estimate the importance of business communication ethics in the development of deontological preparedness of future teachers. Theoretical and empirical methods of research were used. The theoretical analysis and the results of experimental researches have proved that one of the important standards of the quality of a teacher’s education is deontological preparedness. The development of deontological preparedness in future teachers can be considered as an effective means of improving the quality of teacher education.

The role of the history of art of Kazakhstan and its artistic trends in the students� educational process

Relevance. The relevance of the study is due to the need to supplement the course �History of Fine Arts of Kazakhstan� and thereby improve the quality of professional education of Kazakh students.Purpose. The purpose of this study was to cover the significance of the course of the history of arts of Kazakhstan in the educational process of students of professional and creative faculties.Methodology. The leading method of studying this problem was the classification method, which helped single out and systematize various areas and periods in the history of the arts of Kazakhstan. The following methods were also applied: iconographic method, system analysis method, logical analysis method, synthesis method, comparative method, deduction.Results. The paper presents the results of a study of the history of art in Kazakhstan, including an analysis of various artistic trends, key periods, and creative personalities. The paper presents the major features of the ancient culture of Kazakhstan, reveals the characteristics of traditional patterns, their symbolism, and meaning. The art of the Kazakh carpet was analysed, the main techniques for making carpets and their characteristics were identified. The study examined the role of the fine arts, jewellery art, and dance arts of Kazakhstan and presented their main characteristics and directions. It was concluded that knowledge of the history of art in Kazakhstan is a necessary component of student education, as it offers a more profound understanding of the history of the country and its cultural heritage.Conclusions. The materials of the study are of practical value, since they provide an opportunity to better understand the cultural heritage of Kazakhstan, and the use of these materials to develop new training and advanced training programs for specialists in the field of culture and art will contribute to the preservation and promotion of the unique traditions of Kazakh art in the world.

Interaction of the educational organization of secondary vocational education with enterprises-employers

This article deals with the involvement of employers in improving the educational process and active participation in the training of qualified mid-level specialists. All this solves the problem of the isolation of knowledge that graduates receive from practical actions, manifested in the inability to handle modern technological equipment, in psychological unpreparedness for the realities of hard working days, to the management of subordinates, to the norms of behavior. Effective interaction between an educational organization and an employer is one of the topical issues of modern vocational education, which implies integrated actions of the parties interested in this fact. The article notes the need for interaction between the educational organization of secondary professional education and enterprises to improve the eff ective training of graduates, functioning in market conditions. The main mechanisms for organizing a social partnership system as a condition for improving the quality of professional education are presented on the example of an educational organization, the Chita College of Railway Transport of ZABIZHT IrGUPS. The partnership was considered in the field of career guidance and targeted training through new formats of career guidance and a system of long-term personnel planning, in the field of implementing the modernization of the material and technical equipment of the educational and laboratory base through innovative training complexes and branded zones, in the field of educational work and research activities, through creation of an optimal socializing environment and participation in competitive, championship movements.

STRATEGY OF VOCATIONAL EDUCATION QUALITY MANAGEMENT THROUGH HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT

The article substantiates the importance of quality professional education for modern youth and the country as a whole. It is noted that one of the ways to get a high-quality, affordable and suitable education for their interests and needs is professional (professional) education, which involves students choosing a certain direction or specialization in high school. Professional education allows you to deepen your knowledge of subjects that are interesting and important for the future profession in order to continue studying at a higher level. An analysis of the problems of vocational education that affect its quality is carried out, in particular, the problems of the quality of vocational education at the level of personnel management are highlighted. A systematized sequence of steps in the formation of a personnel development strategy to improve the quality of education, taking into account the characteristics of the educational institution: involvement of interested parties; analysis of needs and problems to determine key directions for improving the quality of professional education; development of an action plan with the establishment of specific goals, deadlines and responsible persons; regular monitoring and performance evaluation; cooperation with other educational institutions, scientific institutions and organizations to exchange experience and gain new knowledge; constant improvement and search for ways to improve the quality of professional education. The methods and tools of human resources management are proposed to improve labor productivity, retain and develop personnel, create a favorable working environment, and achieve the organization's goals. The use of tools to encourage staff to experiment and use innovative teaching methods in the personnel strategy, which will contribute to improving the quality of education and student satisfaction, is substantiated; an example of successful application of personnel management methods is given. It was concluded that ensuring the country's competitiveness on the international market requires high-quality professional education. In order to solve the problem of low quality of professional education at the level of personnel management, the head of an educational institution must be able to develop and implement a personnel development strategy, taking into account the characteristics of a specific educational institution, aimed at improving the quality of education. In the personnel strategy of the educational institution, it is necessary to emphasize the encouragement of personnel to innovate and experiment with new teaching methods, to focus on the development and use of employees' competencies, and to ensure the process of continuous professional development of teachers.

Research on service quality of professional education based on the PZB service quality model

With the arrival of Internet technology and the information era, China’s higher education has entered a new stage of development. In this context, new learning methods represented by “Internet+” have gradually emerged and rapidly spread, and traditional classroom teaching is facing a huge impact. At the same time, more and more students choose to learn independently through online courses due to resource constraints, time and space. This new learning method has posed a great challenge to the traditional education concept. Therefore, how to improve the quality of college education services has become one of the urgent problems to be solved at present. In this paper, from the perspective of service quality of college education, it is of practical significance to apply the theory of hybrid service quality to college hybrid education to explore its service quality improvement strategy. In this paper, the application of the PZB service quality model in professional education teaching is studied and discussed by using the methods of literature, mathematical statistics, and logical analysis. In this paper, the structure of the service quality evaluation system, influencing factors and results analysis, and the summary of improvement suggestions are deeply analyzed.

Технологии и способы трудоустройства выпускников учебных заведений

The advantages and problems of job search and employment methods for graduates of higher educational institutions have been studied. Author’s monitoring has shown that recently every third graduate is a certified unemployed. In modern socio-economic conditions, graduates of higher schools find themselves disoriented in the labor market. 60% work outside their specialty for reasons: 35.7% — it is difficult to find a job; 35.7% — low pay; 17.9% — got a more interesting job; 3.6% — do not like the specialty they received; 7.1% — other reasons. The factors for this are: imbalance of the labor market and the market of educational services; dissatisfaction of employers with the quality of professional education of graduates of educational institutions; low level of interest of educational institutions in the employment of graduates; inflated self-esteem of graduates of their professional level. The author’s monitoring made it possible to identify the most effective methods of employment and determine measures to improve them.

Analysis of Special Guidance Teachers in Malang City Based on Teacher Competencies

A Special Guidance Teacher is a teacher who has a special education/exceptional education background or who has received training in special education/exceptional education and is assigned to an inclusive school. A Special Guidance Teacher must be based on several main competencies such as pedagogic, personality, professional, and social. The purpose of this paper is to describe the situation in the field regarding the potential of accompanying teachers for Special Need Students based on the basic competencies of teachers. This is expected to encourage the process of realizing performance products that can support the quality of professional education as evidenced by the competencies possessed by Special Need Students and companion teachers along with adequate professional allowances according to the standard of living of a well-off society. The method used is the descriptive qualitative method. The research subjects were 3 Special Guidance Teachers and a Shadow with data collection techniques interview techniques, and literacy. Data analysis uses the Miles & Huberman (1992) interactive analysis model. Based on the results of the study, overall teacher competence in Special Guidance Teachers in Malang can be said to be quite good. In detail, the ability of Special Guidance Teachers competence in pedagogical and professional competence is still lacking, while the ability of Special Guidance Teachers in personality and social competence is good. Based on the research findings, there are several suggestions, among others: 1) For policymakers, it is hoped that the results of the study can be used to make new policies, conduct training, and coaching to improve the quality of teacher educators, especially for disabilities. 2) For Special Guidance Teachers, it is expected to utilize the research results as a reference to improve teacher competence to create disability-friendly schools. 3) For future researchers, it is hoped that research will be carried out more carefully and thoroughly on aspects of the needs and abilities of Special Guidance Teachers so that the competence of teachers with disabilities is better and more appropriate.

Discrepancy analysis in university curriculum evaluation

Curriculum evaluation in university education is crucial to improve the quality of professional education. This paper proposes a rubric to evaluate the university curriculum in order to obtain accurate information on its current state and to guide its restructuring according to the needs of updating and institutional demands. Emphasis is placed on the adoption of an objective methodological approach as opposed to subjective criteria. The methodology used, called "discrepancy analysis", is based on a theoretical model of an ideal curriculum with 10 components, each with a weighted value according to its importance. The evaluation of the curriculum is based on how close or far it is from this ideal model, reflecting its effectiveness and quality. The professional profile stands out as a fundamental source in the development of the curriculum, and must be relevant, comprehensive and consistent with the educational concept adopted by the institution. A rubric is presented to evaluate the professional profile in terms of coherence, relevance, completeness, clarity and structure. The constituent elements of the curriculum, such as the situational diagnosis, the doctrinal framework, the institutional decisions and the scope of work performance, are evaluated to ensure their alignment with the professional training objectives and the needs of the labor market. The organizational structure of the curriculum, the generation of curricular units, the design of the syllabus, the writing of summaries and the recommendations for the development of syllabi are crucial aspects that are evaluated to ensure the coherence and effectiveness of the university curriculum.

THE KEY SOCIAL DETERMINANTS OF THE PROCESS OF FORMING PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE HISTORY TEACHERS DURING THE STUDY OF SPECIALISED DISCIPLINES

The article updates the view that the knowledge, value-semantic and general cultural and purely personal components of the professional competence of a future history teacher are considered by the author as one's ability to generate and adhere to own responsible decisions and to actively participate in identifying and solving both professional and socially important problems, subject to defending one's position. The author characterises some key social determinants of the process of forming professional competence of future history teachers while studying specialised disciplines, which ensures both the development of their intellectual and creative abilities and promotes ongoing creative and socially active interaction with all subjects of the educational process of a higher pedagogical education institution. The following social determinants have been identified: formation of social competence of future history teachers along with the processes of their socio-cultural identification; actualisation of the leading features of a creative personality; solving the problem of professional self-esteem of future history teachers; their self-development in the processes of obtaining the pedagogical profession; modern higher pedagogical education institutions provide equal start-up opportunities in acquiring quality professional education and facilitate the implementation of their potential, creative abilities, and interests and requirements in the process of professional training in the study of specialised disciplines. The paper determines that in the processes of professional training of future history teachers in higher pedagogical education institutions, it is important to create conditions for their effective development as a citizen of Ukraine, a patriot of the country, the professionally and life-competent and competitive personality who successfully self-realise in society.

THE USE OF MODERN PEDAGOGICAL TECHNOLOGIES IN TEACHING THE DISCIPLINE «HUMAN ANATOMY»

In the context of healthcare reform in Ukraine, the priority task of higher educationinstitutions is the quality of professional education of healthcare specialists. Among themost important principles of forming a unified educational environment is the achievementof a high level training of future doctors by introducing a unified technology for managingthe educational quality. In the process of European integration and globalization, as theUkrainian educational system enters the global information space, there is a need fora radical renewal of higher education system in our country, taking into account the positiveexperience of European and worldwide countries. It is time to optimize the public healthsector and train a new generation of doctors in accordance with international standards.The aim – to conduct a theoretical analysis of the scientific psychological, pedagogical,educational, methodological and medical publications, as well as the methodologicalwork of the department concerning the use of modern pedagogical technologies in theprocess of professional training of future doctors.Conclusions. The introduction of modern pedagogical technologies in the professionaltraining of future doctors ensures the formation of professional competence throughthe development of students’ skills in individual and research work, interpersonalcommunication, teamwork, analysis and synthesis, creativity, ability to co-operatewith specialists of other specialties, solve problems and make decisions. Duringthe study of the discipline «Human Anatomy», it is advisable to use simulation learning technologies and the case method, as they contribute to the development of skills andpractical abilities, the capacity for self-learning, a change in the thinking paradigm,ensure the memorization of the significant amount of information and the training ofspecialists who behave as effectively as possible in complex clinical situations. Simulationtraining technologies allow to reproduce repeatedly and accurately the important clinicalscenarios and provide an opportunity to adapt the learning situation for each student.

СURRENT MODELS OF PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP IN THE FIELD OF PROFESSIONAL (VOCATIONAL-TECHNICAL) EDUCATION

The relevance of the article is determined by: the constant changes and challenges in the field of professional education and the development of public-private partnerships; the necessity for people to adapt to new technological and economic realities, which requires finding new ways of cooperation between public institutions and the private sector in education; the need for domestic professional education to create effective methodological recommendations for the development of public-private partnerships to improve the quality of professional education, enhance the competitiveness of graduates of professional (vocational-technical) education institutions in the labor market, and innovative development of the Ukrainian economy. Purpose: to conduct a theoretical analysis of public-private partnership in the field of professional (vocational-technical) education and determine the modern models of its operation. Methods: theoretical analysis of the source base – to study the normative documents and laws that regulate public-private partnership in the field of professional (vocational-technical) education and determine its various models; comparative analysis – to identify the common and distinctive characteristics of the identified models of public-private partnership, revealing the peculiarities of their operation; expert evaluation – to obtain recommendations regarding the prospects for the development of public-private partnership in the field of professional education in Ukraine. Results: an analysis of legislative and regulatory documents on the development of public-private partnerships has been carried out; contemporary models of public-private partnership have been identified and analyzed; their features and advantages have been revealed and characterized, which can be used to improve public-private partnership in the field of professional education in Ukraine; the existence of a link between the effectiveness of the partnership and the quality of future professionals' training has been noted; significant opportunities and prospects for this form of collaboration have been outlined. The modern models of public-private partnership in the field of professional (vocational-technical) education include: the partnership model at the legislative level (main attention is paid to the regulation of relations between public and private education entities through the adoption of relevant laws and regulations); the project collaboration model (focus is on the implementation of specific educational projects and programs in conjunction with private companies and organizations); the joint financing and resource provision model (partners jointly finance educational programs and provide access to necessary resources); the partnership model in the form of entrepreneurial activity (includes cooperation with private enterprises and the creation of joint educational enterprises). There is a growing interest from both public and private entities in participating in partnerships in the field of professional education, which can be favorable for the further development of this sector. The positive aspects of public-private partnership include improving the quality of education, expanding financing opportunities and access to resources, and creating practical opportunities for educational attainment. Challenges that exist in the development of the partnership include: the need for legislative regulation, ensuring transparency and effectiveness of cooperation, and resolving issues of intellectual property.

АНАЛІЗ ПРОФЕСІЙНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ФАХІВЦЯ З РОЗРОБКИ КОРИСТУВАЛЬНИЦЬКИХ ІНТЕРФЕЙСІВ

The article is dedicated to the challenging problem of improving the quality of professional education of future bachelors in the field of software engineering, in particular, defining qualification requirements, updating the goals and content of educational programs for their education by analyzing the professional activities of a user interface development specialist. As technology advances and integrates into our daily lives, the demand for such specialists has grown significantly. At the same time, the field of information technology is constantly evolving, creating a need for more specialized skills that can only be acquired through a professional education. During the analysis of the professional activity of a specialist in the development of user interfaces, the subjects, means, process, technologies, conditions and products at each stage of creating user interfaces of various software are considered. The user interface is defined as the means by which users interact with digital devices or software. The article considers the job responsibilities of a UI designer, UX designer, front-end developer, graphic designer and user experience researcher – specialists who develop user interfaces. The process of developing user interfaces is analyzed at the following stages: determining the needs, desires and behavioral patterns of users; defining the problem to be solved; generating ideas for solving the problem; prototyping; testing (in accordance with the concept of «Design Thinking»); development of the software part of the user interface (writing program code, front-end and back-end development, integration of front-end and back-end components into a single system, testing and quality control, cross-platform support, ensuring accessibility for people with disabilities). The qualification requirements for a specialist at each stage of user interface development are determined to improve the quality of professional training of future bachelors in the field of software engineering, to update the goals and content of educational programs for their training. The problem of professional training of art teachers is acute both in China and in Russia, and in order to solve it, attention should be paid to the following aspects of education: the organization and content of training, the methodological support of the educational process and the coordination of target guidelines that make it possible to significantly improve the quality of professional education of future teachers of fine arts.
