Human resources are still a concern for organizational companies to survive. Having quality resources when we are able to be given responsibility and exercise authority, however,a number of problems were found related to the quality of HumanResources Quality,Professionalismof Work, Work Life Balance, Employee’s.Performance atPerumda Air MinumTirta Hita Buleleng, sothe examiner was interested inexamining the effect of Human ResourcesQuality, Professionalism ofWork and Work Life Balance,onemployee’s performance at PerumdaAir Minum Tirta Hita Buleleng. This test has an achievement to find outhow the influence of Human Resources Quality, Professionalism of Work, along with worklifebalance on the performanceof Perumda Air Minum TirtaHita Bulelengemployees. Thedata collection technique usedin this test is aquestionnaire to analyze the data quantitatively using,coefficient ofdetermination, multiple linear regressionanalysis, f-test analysis, t hypothesis test.The sample in this test is the central employees of Perumda Air Minum Tirta Hita Buleleng with a total of 136 respondents. Thedata analysis used inthis study is multiplelinear regressionanalysis, classical assumptiontest, f-test analysis and hypothesis t analysis. Based onthe results in this test, it can beconcluded thatthe quality of humanresources, workprofessionalism, andwork lifebalance have a significantpositive effect onemployee’sperformance.

University-SME cooperation in low technological regions in an emerging economy: Drivers, barriers and regional development

Cooperation between universities and firms in regions with low technological intensity has received little attention from academics in recent years. This study aims to understand university-firm (U-F) cooperation in a low-tech region in an emerging economy such as northeastern Brazil. To achieve this objective, a qualitative approach was adopted, with data being collected through semi-structured interviews with lecturers-researchers and owners-managers involved in a cooperation relation between a university and small and medium-sized enterprises (U-SMEs). From descending hierarchical classification (DHC), carried out using IRAMUTEQ software, four categories/topics were identified: (1) selecting partners, (2) barriers to cooperation, (3) institutional environment, and (4) effects of that cooperation on regional development. The results show that researchers look for these small firms based on their geographical, technological and institutional proximity. SMEs, in turn, seek cooperation from the university, from the close social relations they already have with researchers and/or other actors linked to the university who can help them to form these partnerships. The barriers to cooperation found are associated with the time taken and academic bureaucracy. The institutional environment is also a relevant factor both in forming cooperative relations and the obstacles underlying this type of process. Perception of the results of cooperation for regional development emphasizes the qualification of human resources and retaining them in the region, as well as access to new knowledge. The actions developed by the university involving local SMEs also increase the university’s insertion in the business environment.

Local Government Strategies in Improving the Quality of Human Resources Managing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in the Digital Era in Palembang City

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises or MSMEs are an important component of the community's economy, especially in Palembang City. The study aims to analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors and the strategy model of the Palembang City regional government in improving the quality of human resources in the MSME sector in the digital era. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Inhibiting factors include the implementation of HR training time that is not yet synchronized and optimal, tight MSME competition, difficult access to capital, Supporting factors include good communication between the Palembang City Government and MSME actors. The use of digitalization has become an obligation for MSMEs to introduce products globally. Making policies to support the sustainability of MSMEs. The policy model in the strategy for improving the quality of human resources for MSME managers is the role of the local government as a driver and mentor for MSME operational management.

The technical capacity of local governments in Zio1 (Togo) and Zou (Benin) to propose solutions to climate risks

Solutions to climate risks in municipalities require the development and implementation of specific policies and measures aimed at providing solutions to climate risks, promoting better management of environmental and energy resources, and strengthening the resilience of poor and marginalized populations to climate change. However, municipalities in West Africa, and in particular the municipality of Zio1 (Togo) and those of Zou (Benin), have little technical capacity to conduct climate policies autonomously at local level. This article aims to examine the technical capacity of the municipalities of Zio1 and Zou to propose solutions to climate risks. The work is based on the hypothesis that the technical capacity of municipalities limits their search for solutions to the risks caused by climate change. To verify this, a survey was carried out from September to November 2023 with 449 people aged 18 and over, altogether in Zio1 and Zou municipalities. The results show that municipalities have little technical capacity to take action on climate change at local level. This weakness is manifested by the lack of qualified human resources related to climate risks.

The Influence of Interpersonal Communication on Employee Performance at the Office of the South Sulawesi Provincial Driving Teacher Center

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of interpersonal communication on employee performance in the office of the South Sulawesi Provincial Driving Teacher Center. Employee performance is an important thing that can affect how much an organization's goals are achieved. Efforts to improve performance and overcome employee performance problems, of course, must be considered is the quality of good human resources so that they will be able to work optimally. Communication is an important element in improving employee performance, one of which is interpersonal communication. Interpersonal communication is the basis of effective communication for the success of an institution or organization. This study is descriptive research with quantitative techniques aimed at determining the influence of interpersonal communication on employee performance. To achieve the objectives of this research, data collection techniques are used through questionnaires and documentation. The population in this study is 89 employees with a sample of 73 employees. The data that has been obtained from the results of this study was processed using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis to determine the influence of interpersonal communication on employee performance at the South Sulawesi Provincial Teacher Driving Center office. The results of the study show that the indicators used in each variable can be concluded that interpersonal communication is in the good category and in the employee performance variable is in the good category. Based on the results of the product moment correlation test, the relationship between variables is moderate. Based on the results of a simple linear regression analysis, it was concluded that there was a positive and significant influence between interpersonal communication on employee performance at the South Sulawesi Provincial Driving Teacher Center office

Pengaruh Ketaatan Terhadap Perundangan, Sistem Pelaporan, Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Akuntabilitas Kinerja Organisasi Perangkat Daerah Kota Palembang

The purpose of this study is to ascertain the impact of Work Motivation, Quality of Human Resources, Reporting Systems, and Legislation Compliance on the Performance Accountability of Regional Governmental Organizations (OPD) in Palembang City in 2024. The sampling technique that was used for this research is purposive sampling, with a population of 50 OPD in Palembang City and 32 Sample with a total of 183 respondents. Multiple linear regression is used in data analysis techniques for this study, which makes use of primary data and data hypothesis testing tools utilizing Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) software version 26. Partial hypothesis testing results indicate that each of the following variables has a partial impact on the variable Accountability for Organizational Performance: Quality of Human Resources, Reporting System, Compliance with Legislation, and Work Motivation.

Penguatan Organisasi Pecinta Alam (Green Campus) Melalui Diklatsar

Organization is a process of identifying, forming, team working, defining and delegating authority, responsibility and establishing relationships with the aim of enabling people to work together effectively towards set goals. Strengthening the organization is one of the goals of forming members who have knowledge, skills and mentality in accordance with the vision and mission of Green Campus organization. Training is the first step to provide an in-depth understanding of the values, culture and basic skills needed by members of an organization. One of effective way to improve the quality and capacity of human resources in an organization is through basic education and basic training. In training, new members are trained to understand the roles, responsibilities, technical and non-technical skills that are relevant to the organization's goals. Thus training is not just technical training, but also a process of mental strengthening, emotional and intellectual strength of its members. Through this activity, it can make the members of organizations become competent, professional and have high integrity, so that they are able to face future challenges more prepared and confident. The method used in implementing this community service consists of three stages, namely: planning, implementing mentoring, and evaluating the results of mentoring. In this community service activity there were 10 participants. In this evaluation there are four aspects namely: (1) Usefulness, (2) Understandability, (3) Strengthening methods, and (4) Suitability. So, it can be concluded that this activity really hit the targets or participants as shown by the evaluation results with an average score is very good (86.20%), and good (13.80%).

Poverty is a condition characterized by insufficiency to satisfy everyday needs in situations not involving the will. Poverty can degrade the quality of human resources, resulting in lower levels of productivity and lower earnings. The aim of this study is to find out the influence of factors such as population, unemployment, and education on poverty in the Banyumas Ex-Resident Territory from 2013 to 2022. This is quantitative research, processing data using E-Views 10 software in the regression of panel data. The data used is secondary data from the Central Statistical Agency source. Fixed+Effect+Model became a suitable model in this study. According to the research, the population, unemployment, and education variables have a combined or simultaneous impact on the poverty variable.

Muhammadiyah dan Transformasi Pendidikan di Era Modern

This writing discusses about islamic education which gets some crusial challenges in globalization era. Islamic teaching plays important role in globalization. Since globalization itself has possitive also negative in islamic teaching and training. Thus, reformation of islamic teaching could strive for raising better vision of islamic teaching for building and upgrading quality of human being and moslem society in globalization that ought to refer to both Al Koran and Al Hadith as source of its teaching. Since its establishment in 1912, Muhammadiyah has made significant contributions to advancing education in Indonesia through various innovative initiatives. This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis from various Muhammadiyah educational institutions. The findings indicate that Muhammadiyah has successfully integrated technology into learning, developed a competency-based curriculum, and improved the quality of human resources. However, the organization also faces challenges, such as educational access disparities, technology implementation, and the influence of globalization on local values. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of collaboration among Muhammadiyah, the government, and society to create inclusive and sustainable education. With a strong commitment to character and moral education, Muhammadiyah plays a vital role in shaping a generation that is not only intelligent but also possesses integrity and social awareness.

ANALISIS POTENSI WISATA BERBASIS KOMUNITAS DI KECAMATAN SANGALLA UTARA, KABUPATEN TANA TORAJA

This research aims to identify the elements of Community Based Tourism (CBT) in North Sangalla District, Tana Toraja Regency and determine the strategy for developing community based tourism potential. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach based on SWOT Analysis. The required data, both primary data and secondary data, was obtained through data collection from related agencies as well as literature studies, interviews, field observations, and documentation. The results of this research are based on the identification of CBT elements in North Sangalla District, Tana Toraja Regency, it is known that (1) the elements of CBT ini North Sangalla District are natural and cultural resources, organization, management, and learning. (2) the existing tourism potential development strategy can be implemented by prioritizing the development of natural resource potential and the development of attractioness. The conclusion from the research conducted is that good collaboration and cooperation is needed between the goverment and the community. The goverment can work together with educational institutions to improve the quality of human resources while the community needs to be actively involved in creating autentic tourism experinces, developing tourist attractions and managing local businesses. This synergy will support sustainable tourism development and increase tourist attraction.

Analysis of factors affecting the quality of society as human resources in improving the creative industry Kwala Serapuh Village, Langkat

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the quality of the community as human resources (HR) in improving the creative industry in Kwala Serapuh Village, Langkat. The creative industry is one of the significant economic potentials in the area, and the quality of human resources is an important factor in its development. This research includes a review of several factors that affect the quality of human resources, such as workforce, education level and technological advancement. By analyzing these factors, this study aims to understand how to improve the quality of human resources of the people of Kwala Serapuh Village so that they can contribute more to the development of the creative industry. So far, there were 85 respondents. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS v. 25 software. The results of the study show that the labor force has a significant positive effect on the variables of the creative industry community in Kwala Serapuh Lalat Village. The level of education has a significant positive effect on the variables of the creative industry community in Kwala Serapuh Langkat Village. Technological advances do not have a positive and insignificant effect on the variables of the creative industry community in Kwala Serapuh Langkat Village. Meanwhile, simultaneously the workforce, education level and technological advances have a positive and significant effect on the variables of the creative industry community in Kwala Serapuh Langkat Village. The contribution of the influence of this variable is 31.3%.

As for externally there are 3 factors: Investor decline, public awareness, Muslim intellectual movement. Third, there are 3 positive implications: Anticipation of monopoly, Zakat and Rikaz policy, Impact of careful planning. Meanwhile, there are 3 negative implications: Limitation of Investment, complicated Akad for ordinary people, Decrease in Islamic Bank Customers. The education system in Indonesia has problems, such as a low management system and work ethic, as well as inadequate quality and quantity of educators. Apart from that, in the field of education, intense competition, changes in the work environment, limited resources, and economic uncertainty are also challenges in developing human resources. So for this reason, it is necessary to develop human resources for our nation, both in companies and institutions. Thisresearch aims to find out and explore further human resource development in improving the effectiveness of the performance of teaching and education staff. In this article, we will discuss definitions, identification of needs, types, methods, and evaluation of existing problems. In this research, researchers used qualitative research and data collection techniques through literature studies, by writing studies from various references such as journals, books, or other things related to the theme raised, namely human resource development strategies in increasing effectiveness. Employee. Based on the results of the discussion that has been studied, researchers can conclude that, by investing time and resources to develop human resources, organizations can increase productivity and employee loyalty. High quality human resources will be better able to adapt to technological changes, overcome continually changing challenges, and be able to produce innovations.

Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kinerja System Informasi Akuntansi

This research discusses the factors that influence the performance of Accounting Information Systems (AIS) in companies, which are very important in supporting operational efficiency and decision making. This system plays a vital role in managing financial data, but is often hampered by problems with the quality of human resources, technology and data management. The theoretical study uses the Information Systems Success Model and Technology Acceptance Model to evaluate AIS performance in terms of system quality, information, services and user acceptance. This research methodology uses a qualitative approach with document analysis, reviewing journals and related research reports. The research results show that the main factors influencing AIS performance include HR skills, choosing the right technology, data quality, and user adaptation to the system. Therefore, companies need to invest in human resource development, choose appropriate technology, and ensure accurate data management. In conclusion, to improve AIS performance, companies must manage these factors well so that they can support more precise and efficient decision making.

Enhancing Human Resource Quality in Lombok Model Schools: A Culture-Based Leadership Approach with Tioq, Tata, and Tunaq Principles

This research explores the role of culture-based leadership in enhancing the quality of human resources in Sekolah Penggerak (model schools) in North Lombok, Indonesia. The study specifically focuses on the cultural wisdom of Tioq, Tata, and Tunaq (3T) inherent to the Sasak community and its integration into the leadership practices of elementary school principals. Employing a qualitative multi-case study approach, the research investigated how 3T influenced the leadership styles and effectiveness of principals in five selected elementary model schools. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and societal outcomes. The research underscores the importance of local cultural values in shaping effective leadership and promoting sustainable educational development. The study contributes to the literature on educational leadership by presenting a new model of leadership that integrates local cultural wisdom. This model can serve as a valuable reference for other regions in Indonesia and similar cultural contexts. The implications suggest that educational leadership development programs should incorporate local cultural values to address contextual challenges and improve the quality of education holistically.

The Role of Village Heads’ Educational Quality in Advancing Village Development Index Achievement in Indonesia

The limited availability of quality human resources within the bureaucracy, particularly in village governments, often results in stagnation and delays in achieving Independent Village status. One of the primary challenges faced by villages in Indonesia is the relatively low quality of village heads’ human resources. This study employs a quantitative research approach, utilizing documentation studies for data collection and simple statistical tests for analysis. The findings were then interpreted, discussed, and concluded. The study reveals that, as of 2023, the Special Region of Yogyakarta (D.I. Yogyakarta) had the highest proportion of village heads with Doctoral (S3) and Master’s (S2) degrees, correlating with the successful attainment of Independent Village status. Gorontalo Province, with the highest percentage of village heads holding Bachelor’s (S1) and Diploma (D.IV) degrees, achieved Advanced Village status. Similarly, the Riau Islands Province, with a predominance of village heads educated to the Senior High School level or equivalent, also attained Advanced Village status. Conversely, West Papua Province, characterized by the highest percentage of village heads with education below Senior High School, remained categorized as a Disadvantaged Village. These findings underscore the significant impact of village heads’ educational qualifications on the Village Development Index (VDI) growth and scores. Village heads with higher education levels (S3, S2, S1, and Diploma) and those with high school or equivalent education positively influence VDI growth rates and scores. In contrast, village heads with education levels below Senior High School demonstrate slower and lower VDI growth rates. This highlights the crucial role of high-quality village heads in advancing village development, accelerating progress, and achieving Independent Village status.

Opportunities and challenges halal tourism in Indonesia in the era of human-centered technology (society 5.0)

Indonesia, as a Muslim-majority country, has great potential in developing halal tourism that meets the needs and preferences of Muslim travelers. However, in its implementation, the sector faces various challenges. Along with the emergence of Society 5.0, which focuses on technology that empowers humans, the challenges and opportunities in the development of halal tourism are also increasingly complex. Society 5.0 aims to answer and address social issues that arise along with the industrial revolution 4.0, by placing humans at the center of innovation. This study aims to analyze the opportunities and challenges faced by halal tourism in the Society 5.0 era. The research method used is a qualitative method with written data collection techniques through literature studies. After the data is collected, it is then analyzed descriptively to produce research findings. The results showed that halal tourism in the Society 5.0 era has good opportunities thanks to the role of technology in improving access to information, personalization of tourist experiences, operational efficiency, and the development of innovative halal tourism products. However, major challenges are still faced related to standardization, infrastructure quality, human resource quality, global competition, and cybersecurity risks. Overcoming these challenges requires a collaborative strategy between the government and the private sector, utilization of technology for efficiency and safety, improving the quality of human resources, and more intensive promotion in both domestic and international markets. With the implementation of this strategy, Indonesia's halal tourism sector can develop optimally, strengthen the country's economy, and meet global market demand.

OPTIMALISASI POTENSI WISATA TELAGA SEMERU DALAM UPAYA PENGEMBANGAN EKOWISATA BERKELANJUTAN

Semeru Lake is a bathing tourist attraction in Bulak Gempol Hamlet, Nguter Village, Pasirian District, Lumajang Regency. The cool air and clarity of the lake water attract tourists to visit. However, there is a lack of maintenance and attention from the community towards tourism management, especially regarding infrastructure around the lake. Also, the lack of support from the local village government makes it difficult for these baths to compete with other tourist attractions, hampering tourism's sustainability. Therefore, this service aims to revive the tourism potential of Semeru Lake and restore its attractiveness to tourists. This service uses the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) method, which aims to empower the community and improve the quality of Human Resources (HR) by utilizing existing assets and potential. Through this method, it is hoped that empowerment can run evenly. As a result of the service, the service team improved by installing photo spots and providing rubbish bins to support optimal sustainable tourism management.
