A Study on the Construction Path of Campus Culture in Public Security Colleges with Hongyan Culture as the Background: A Case Study of Chongqing Police College

This paper expounds on the feasibility of integrating Hongyan culture into the campus culture construction of public security colleges and universities, and takes Chongqing Police College as an example to analyze the current situation of integrating Hongyan culture into the campus culture construction of public security colleges and universities. It also puts forward measures and suggestions for accelerating the construction of campus culture construction based on Hongyan culture.

The Application of Flipped Pair-Split Classroom Teaching Method in English Education of Public Security Colleges and its Effectiveness

Abstract The classroom teaching mode combining the flipped classroom and the paired classroom can better emphasize the exchange of information between teaching and learning, learning and learning, and then solve the problems of students’ explanation, demonstration, and practice ability. This paper explores the English teaching process in public security colleges under the guidance of the new teaching mode on the basis of the flipped classroom and analyzes the applicability and feasibility of the flipped classroom to English teaching in public security colleges. In order to explore whether the English teaching mode of public security colleges under the flipped classroom can improve students’ English performance, this paper constructs an English teaching quality evaluation model for public security colleges under the flipped classroom by improving the BP neural network. Through the teaching experiment to explore the changes in students’ English performance, the English performance of the experimental class fluctuated greatly, with an average score rising from 60.563 to 77.582, which is an improvement of 28.1%. It shows that the effectiveness of English teaching is better in the flipped classroom teaching mode.

A Review of the Research Process of Building a New Public Security College Think Tank

Think tanks in public security academies are not only one of the important components to ensure scientific decision-making in public security, but also an important initiative to deepen public security reform. Domestic scholars have interpreted the meaning, construction and development paths of public security academy think tanks from different perspectives, with domestic studies focusing on the internal integration of public security academy think tanks with the Ministry of Public Security, while foreign studies focus more on the unofficiality and independence of think tanks. Examining the process of research on the construction of new public security academy think tanks in domestic and foreign academia helps to grasp the new areas and trends of their research at the theoretical level and offer suggestions to promote the development of new public security academy think tanks.

Massive open online course's teaching reform path of integrating ideological and political elements into the general education course of corporate crime investigation

The investigation of corporate crimes is a key course in public security colleges, which has high application, sociality, practicality and theory. With the rapid development of modern information technology, “Internet + education” has become the main direction of undergraduate teaching reform. It is extremely important to combine massive open online course with the teaching of corporate crime investigation. On the premise of expanding college students' professional knowledge and subject knowledge, general education can shape students' thinking paradigm in line with socialist core values and ensure students to develop scientific three views. Taking the general course “Investigation of Corporate Crime Cases” in public security colleges as an example, this paper discusses the necessity, problems and relevant countermeasures of integrating ideological and political elements into the online teaching of general education courses, and provides reference for the design and practice of ideological and political courses in the online teaching of general education courses.

Problems and Countermeasures of Off-campus Practical Education for Economic Crime Investigation Major

Off-campus practical education is an important part of the cultivation of students majoring in economic crime investigation. As an extension of on-campus teaching, it plays an important role in testing the cultivation effect of professionals and satisfying the cultivation of applied and innovative outstanding economic crime investigation professionals. At present, there are some problems in the off-campus practice education of students majoring in economic crime investigation, such as unreasonable base selection standard and construction system, lack of special funds and hardware construction, inability to match the skills and specialties required by the actual job of economic crime investigation, lack of planning and effectiveness in the construction of leading teachers and instructors, etc. Measures such as establishing a new cooperative relationship between schools and bureaus, rationally selecting and adjusting the location and mode of practical education, scientifically determining the content and methods of practical education, giving overall consideration to the construction of leading teachers, guiding instructors and "Double Thousand Plans" and "Double-qualified" teachers can improve students' professional police practical ability, and further improve the training quality and running level of professional talents in public security colleges.

REDES INTERORGANIZACIONAIS DE APRENDIZAGEM PARA A SEGURANÇA PÚBLICA

Este artigo tem como objetivo descrever a importância das redes de aprendizagem na segurança pública, validada pelos resultados do Colegiado de Segurança Pública de Santa Catarina (CSSPPO_SC). Esse modelo inovador substitui a figura do secretário pela formação colegiada que integra os dirigentes das quatro instituições de segurança pública no estado (PM, PC, CBM e IGP) formalizando uma rede de aprendizagem com foco na integração e na melhoria dos índices de segurança pública. São apresentados os resultados da pesquisa teórica, por meio de revisão bibliográfica e documental, e da pesquisa de campo, por meio de observação, questionário e entrevistas com os membros do colegiado. Os resultados apontam que a rede interorganizacional de aprendizagem formada pelo CSSPPO_SC tem gerado resultados mais efetivos para as ações de segurança pública e, consequentemente, para a sociedade catarinense.

Study on Experimental Teaching Virtual Simulation for Network Security and Law Enforcement Major

Network Security and Law Enforcement is a rising major in public security technology for the public security colleges and universities. Under the guidance of facing and serving practical operation, this paper proposes an experimental teaching virtual simulation scheme for Network Security and Law Enforcement major by virtue of virtual reality technique according to the characteristics of education and teaching in the public security colleges and universities and requirements of new engineering course construction. Virtual simulation solutions on network attack and defense, cybercrime investigation and electronic data forensic suitable for network police business are worked out in this scheme by means of virtual simulation technology. This solution has certain reference significance for the police colleges and universities to use information technology to improve the professional level of the students.

Research Based on the Police Teaching of UAV Course in Public Security Colleges

As drones are more widely used in warfare, their role in warfare is also becoming more and more important. However, compared with the popular high-tech research of drones such as remote sensing, communication, and virtual reality, the system’s research on police drone operator’s cognitive ability requirements and training is relatively inadequate. The drone education in public security colleges also has problems such as mode, academics, and teachers. Based on the current development situation of drone skill training in China, this paper conducts targeted curriculum research and exploration, and through teaching practice, preliminary exploration , an effective strategy suitable for the teaching of drone manipulation in public security colleges is presented.

Method of Enhancing the Affinity of P.E. Teachers in Public Security College Based on Its Impact on Students’ Emotions

This paper uses the method of documentation to analyze the influence of affinity of physical education (P. E.) teachers in public security colleges on students' emotions. The author holds that in the process of physical education teaching, teachers' affinity is embodied in the influence of teachers' facial expression, language and body movements on students' learning mood, which plays a positive role in improving students' learning interest, arousing their learning enthusiasm and improving teaching quality. P. E. teachers should cultivate affinity from the aspects of improving their prestige, cultivating their emotional expression ability and changing their roles.
