BEBAN KERJA BERPENGARUH TERHADAP BURNOUT DENGAN VARIABEL WORK FAMILY CONFLICT SEBAGAI PEMEDIASI

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of workload on burnout with work family conflict as a mediating variable on female employees at PT Bank BRI Denpasar Gajah Mada. In this study the determination of samples using Slovin formula with purposive sampling method, the sample used was female employees as many as 61 respondents, through path analysis techniques (path analysis). Based on the results of the analysis it can be seen that the workload has a positive and significant effect on burnout on female employees at PT Bank BRI Denpasar Gajah Mada. Workload has a positive and significant effect on work family conflict on female employees at PT Bank BRI Denpasar Gajah Mada. Work family conflict has a positive and significant effect on burnout in female employees at PT Bank BRI Denpasar Gajah Mada. Work family conflict mediates the positive effect of workload on burnout on female employees at PT Bank BRI Denpasar Gajah Mada.

Pengaruh Stress Kerja Dan Emotional Intelligence Terhadap Turnover Intention Internal Auditor

The purpose of the study was to analyze work stress and emotional intelligence on the turnover of the intention of internal auditors at PT Bank BRI. The study was conducted in 29 offices at PT Bank BRI Bali-Nusra Region in 2019. The auditor's research respondents were 107. Complementary techniques with saturated sample methods. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and returning data as many as 96 auditors. Data was tested by multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis, the work stress variable has a significant effect on the auditor's internal turnover intention at PT Bank BRI Denpasar Regional Office with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, H1 is accepted. Emotional intelligence has a significant effect on internal auditor turnover intention at PT Bank BRI Denpasar Regional Office with a significance value of 0.004 <0.05, H1 is accepted.

PENGARUH LEADER MEMBER EXCHANGE, EMPOWERMENT, TALENT MANAGEMENT TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION

The purpose of this study to examine the influence of leader member exchange, empowerment, talent management to turnover intention on employees of PT Bank BRI Cabang Gatot Subroto. Sample used as many as 55 people with census method (total sampling), the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The result of analysis is known that member exchange leader has positive and significant impact to employee intention turnover at PT Bank BRI Cabang Gatot Subroto. Empowerment has a negative and significant effect on employee intention turnover at PT Bank BRI Cabang Gatot Subroto. Talent management has a negative and significant effect on employee intention turnover at PT Bank BRI Cabang Gatot Subroto. Suggestions for management conduct discussions led by employers with employees to deal with problems that occur in the company, as the company's leadership should teach employees to work smart and fast by teaching a good work culture so that employees work again with enthusiasm. Companies must continue to develop talent management as a foundation for educating and developing employee talents. The management of PT Bank BRI Cabang Gatot Subroto in facing the problem of employee turnover intention is much influenced by the level of education, this need to be evaluated by the management and the leader in the future in order to be able to give place to the employee so as to be able to suppress the turnover intention.

Efektivitas Pengendalian Internal Pemberian Kredit Studi Kasus pada PT. Bank Bri (Persero) Tbk Unit Daeng Sirua Makassar

Internal control is, a system of procedures that can automatically check each other recording between parts or functions within an organization and prioritize accuracy and administrative. Usually this is done by employing two or more people independently, to obtain the same numer or the same result. Granting of credit, is a general procedure of credit regarding the terms, conditions or guidance of actions to e performed since the sumission of credit application by the customer until the paying off a credit y the bank.The title of this research is: Effectiveness of internal control of lending (case study at PT Bank BRI Daeng Sirua Makassar).As for the problem studied by the author is whether the internal control of credit extended by Bank BRI (Persero) Tbk Unit Daeng Sirua has been effective.This research uses descriptive qualitative with case study approach, with carat question and answer. The conclusion is obtained from the result of study, the effectiveness of internal control of the grant held by PT. Bank BRI Daeng Sirua Makassar in supporting the procedure of credit provision is quite effictive.

Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Lingkungan Kerja pada PT BRI Syariah Kantor Cabang S. Parman Medan

Based on the results of observations and discussions regarding Bonus Giving and Influence on Performance of employees of PT. BRI Syariah Branch S. Parman Medan is as follows:1. Policy of PT. BRI Syariah Branch S.Parman Medan in giving bonuses to employees is to provide the type of employee motivation at PT. BRI Syariah Branch S.Parman Medan by:a. Oral giving in the form of praise given by superiors.b. The giving of materials is by raising salaries, bonuses and incentives.c. Holding competition among employeesd. Provide adequate work facilitiese. Conducting periodic coaching by atassan directly by each boss.While the factors that lead to the giving of bonuses on the employees is the work of work, achievement in work, responsibility in work, words in work, cooperation between employees and companies and leadership in work.2. The form of bonus that is given to employees of PT. BRI Syariah Branch S. Parman Medan is an annual bonus, bonus achievement, bonus retention and profit sharing.3. The effect of bonuses on the performance of employees of PT. BRI Syariah Branch S. Parman Medan is to improve employee performance, improve its standard of living with the receipt of payments outside of basic salary and improve employee motivation so as to encourage them to perform better in work.Thus, the influence of bonuses or incentives on the performance of employees of PT. BRI Syariah Branch S. Parman Medan can be explained by several factors. Based on the research results, the highest score is found in the material incentive indicator (material). PT Bank BRI Syariah Medan provides incentives to employees if employees reach the target set by the company.

The Effect of Murabahah, Mudharabah and Ijarah Earnings upon The Profit of Bank BRI Syariah, Branch Office Sukabumi

The purposes of this research are: 1) Analysing the development ofmurabahah, mudharabah and ijarah earnings at PT Bank BRI Syariah, Branch OfficeSukabumi; 2) Analysing the effect of murabahah, mudharabah and ijarah earningssimultaneously upon the profit of PT Bank BRI Syariah Branch Office Sukabumia: 3)Analysing the effect of murabahah, mudharabah and ijarah earnings partially uponthe profit of PT Bank BRI Syariah Branch Office Sukabumi. Research method hasapplied associative research method. Research data has applied financial data of PTBank BRI Syariah Branch Office Sukabumi for the periode of 2014 up to 2015 usingclassical assumption test, multiple regression, F test and T test. Result of theresearch has determined that overall murabahah, mudharabah and ijarah earningshave been increasing. In 2015 earnings increasing had reached 125 % more than theprevious year and the most contribution is given by murabahah earnings. Variable ofmurabahah earnings, mudharabah earnings and ijarah earnings simultaneously havebeen affecting positively and significantly the Profit. And partially murabahah andijarah earnings have positively and significantly affected the profit, nevertheless,variable of mudharabah earnings has not affected significantly the profit.

PENERAPAN MODEL Z-SCORE UNTUK PREDIKSI KEBANGKRUTAN BANK BRI SYARIAH TAHUN 2014-2016

Abstract: The application of the z-score model is done to find out the early condition possible to avoid the failure of bank management when experiencing financial difficulties that will trigger potential bankruptcy if the score category is below 2.99. The method used is the Altman Z-Score model by analyzing the financial statements of PT Bank BRI Syariah from 2014-2016. Based on the results of the research conducted, the z-score in 2014 was 5.13 and 6.24 in 2015, while in 2016 it was 5.24. Altman's score results indicate that the company is free from potential bankruptcy. The debt ratio has a guarantee of very good assets. Equity is ideal in fulfilling obligations
 Abstrak: Penerapan model z-score ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kondisi sedini mungkin menghindari kegagalan manajemen bank bila mengalami kesulitan keuangan yang akan memicu potensi kebangkrutan bila kategori skornya dibawah 2,99. Metode yang digunakan adalah model Altman Z-Score dengan menganalisis laporan keuangan PT Bank BRI Syariah dari tahun 2014-2016. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, nilai z-score tahun 2014 yaitu 5,13 dan 6,24 pada tahun 2015, sedangkan pada tahun 2016 yaitu 5,24. The purposes of this research are: 1) Analysing the development of murabahah, mudharabah and ijarah earnings at PT Bank BRI Syariah, Branch Office Sukabumi; 2) Analysing the effect of murabahah, mudharabah and ijarah earnings simultaneously upon the profit of PT Bank BRI Syariah Branch Office Sukabumia: 3) Analysing the effect of murabahah, mudharabah and ijarah earnings partially upon the profit of PT Bank BRI Syariah Branch Office Sukabumi. Research method has applied associative research method. Research data has applied financial data of PT Bank BRI Syariah Branch Office Sukabumi for the periode of 2014 up to 2015 using classical assumption test, multiple regression, F test and T test. Result of the research has determined that overall murabahah, mudharabah and ijarah earnings have been increasing. In 2015 earnings increasing had reached 125 % more than the previous year and the most contribution is given by murabahah earnings. Variable of murabahah earnings, mudharabah earnings and ijarah earnings simultaneously have been affecting positively and significantly the Profit. Peran Moral Reasoning dan Skeptisisme Profesional Memoderasi Role Stress Terhadap Perilaku Disfungsional Internal Auditor

Dysfunctional behavior of the auditor should be avoided to produce quality audit findings based on the fairness of a financial statement. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of moral reasoning and professional skepticism moderating role stress on dysfunctional behavior of auditors. 
 This research was conducted in all branch offices of PT Bank BRI Bali-Nusra Area as many as 29 offices by making the auditor as many as 107 people as sample with saturated sample method in test through regression analysis moderation technique (MRA).
 Based on the results of the analysis, role stress variables have a role in increasing dysfunctional behavior of auditors. Moral reasoning has a role in increasing dysfunctional behavior of auditors. Professional skepticism has a role in increasing dysfunctional behavior of auditors. Moral reasoning and Professional skepticism can strengthen the influence of role stress in increasing dysfunctional behavior of auditors.

PENGARUH JUMLAH PENDUDUK MUSLIM, PEMBIAYAAN, DAN BAGI HASIL TERHADAP JUMLAH NOMINAL TABUNGAN NASABAH PADA BANK SYARIAH DI INDONESIA

Banking world to be part of a country's economic success. More and more financial institutions that exist in a country, the better the economic turnaround that is therein. The reason the economy was good for people who have more funds can save their money to the bank. While people who need funds to start a business or to add funds to enlarge the business can borrow directly in the bank nearest to the given requirements. The purpose of this study was to determine the Impact of the Muslim population, financing, and for the results of the nominal amount of savings in Islamic Banking in Indonesia. Data collection method used is through surveys and data analysis. Techniques to test the hypothesis by using multiple linear regression analysis processed SPSS version 21. Location research done that is through internet websites and annual financial statements on Islamic Banking in Indonesia, which consists of: PT Bank BRI Syariah, Bank Syariah Bukopin, Bank Syariah Mandiri, Bank Panin Syariah, PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia during the year 2009-2013. Muslim population (X1) not significant effect on the nominal amount of savings (Y). Financing (X2) significantly affects nominal amount of savings (Y). PELAKSANAAN PEMBIAYAAN MURABAHAH SEKTOR MIKRO PADA PT. BANK BRI SYARIAH CABANG PADANG

: In this qualitative study, the researcher analyzed the implementation of micro sector of murabahah financing in PT Bank BRI Syariah Padang Branch. The findings revealed that the information which was received by the customer uncompleted, the customer did not understand the content of murabahah. The negotiation both customer and the bank were not done well. Every transaction, the bank gave the highest margin and the margin was determined by the bank. This concept was not related to the principle of An-Tarradin Minkum. Kata Kunci : Micro Sector, Murabahah, Bank Syariah
