INFORMATION SUPPORT FOR STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT OF AGRARIAN ENTERPRISES

Information tools for ensuring strategic development are investigated on the example of agricultural enterprises. The methodological foundations of the content of basic categories for the management of strategic development are revealed, the components of the structure of its information support are highlighted and it is determined that the information support of the strategic development of agricultural enterprises is scientifically grounded management of the process of constant growth of the volume of information and knowledge through traditional and new tools for processing and analyzing information by means of accounting. ts use in the activities of producers to obtain competitive advantages and the formation of an effective agricultural policy. The role was determined, the state was assessed, the tasks were defined and the features and problems of economic development and information support of agricultural enterprises were identified. Based on strategic tools, the main directions of improving information support for the strategic development of agricultural enterprises include those based on the intensification of information flows and analytical processing of the entire information array, the development of internal information architecture and ensuring the harmonization of information and communication chains. These include: automation of procedures for accumulation, processing, modulation and storage of documents; introduction of new tools of information and communication technologies; optimization of the rhythm of information flows; harmonization of internal and external information and communication chains; introduction of network tools for information and communication interactions; elimination of duplication of information; minimization of information noise, etc. The implementation of measures to provide information support for the strategic development of agricultural enterprises will facilitate the transition to its new quality and ensure the generation of competitive advantages, improve the quality of information processing; stimulates the formation of a flexible information architecture; will reduce the complexity and cost of information support.

Detecting the public’s information behaviour preferences in multiple emergency events

Due to the frequent occurrence of public emergency events and the extensive use of social media in recent years, the public is more and more involved in the communication of public emergencies. As important members of the public, the rapid and massive information sharing of social media users makes them play an increasingly crucial role in the emergency processing. Hence, it is necessary to analyse information behaviours of social media users in emergency events. This article mined the information behaviours of users in multiple events to reflect the public’s behaviour preferences, aiming to provide information support for emergency handling. Specifically, we collected the user-generated contents related to emergency events, and then analysed the user-generated contents from multiple dimensions to obtain the corresponding information behaviours. Finally, based on the comparative analysis of four events, the information behaviour preferences of the public during emergencies were obtained. The experimental results indicate that the public’s behaviours in emergencies are related to their own interests and economic status, and curiosity about the details of events is the consistent appeal of the public.

Challenges and opportunities for parliamentary libraries during COVID-19: A case study of the National Assembly of Quebec Library

Parliamentary libraries play a crucial role in providing information support to decision-makers around the world. These institutions have faced an unprecedented situation with the COVID-19 pandemic. Many have had to modify their practices considerably to keep serving their users. This article explores how the National Assembly of Quebec Library has responded to this issue and redefined its services during the pandemic. The author presents the challenges and opportunities met while adapting virtual services, redefining document handling and improving team communication, and foresees future obstacles for the institution. This case study shares best practices and the lessons learned in the hope of informing and advising similar institutions facing challenges during this pandemic.

Formation of management reporting in the enterprise controlling system

Management reporting is an important element of both corporate governance and internal processes that are carried out in the enterprise’s controlling system. The primary purpose of management reporting is to provide information support for management decisions, which includes financial planning, financial reporting, financial analysis, management accounting, budgeting, controlling, and management reporting. Obstacles to the implementation of an effective financial reporting management system are the lack of formalized rules for the formation, submission, preparation, correction, and control of management reports. In order to overcome this shortcoming, the article introduces the term «life cycle of a management report», which is understood as a period of time that includes the development, implementation, and use of a management report until it meets user information requests. At the same time, the following stages of the management report life cycle are proposed: identifying a request from the user; identifying responsible persons and the working group participants for developing the report form; identifying reporting objects that correspond to the user’s request; defining accounting and analytical sources of information; finding out the degree of aggregation of indicators; automating data submission for updating reports; visualizing the reporting form, testing the form; identifying necessary corrections; formulating recommendations for decision-making guidance; identifying new requests. This approach will help to solve the key problem of information support for the management decision-making process, namely, the lack of coordination between user information requests and the availability of information sources to ensure them.

Parking Volume Forecast of Railway Station Garages Based on Passenger Behaviour Analysis Using the LSTM Network

Parking volume forecast is an indispensable part of the parking guidance and information system (PGIS), which is an important component of the intelligent transportation system (ITS). The parking volume forecast of railway stations’ garages will provide information support for garages’ management and will also be a great convenience for car passengers. Parking garages of railway stations serve passengers to arrive or depart stations by car, and their arrival or departure behaviours definitely affect parking volumes. The study results showed that different parking behaviours have different characteristics of the parking duration category. Therefore, passenger behaviour analysis based on parking duration category analysis and time series similarity measures was introduced into the forecast model in this research. Also, a novel parking volume forecast model based on the long short-term memory (LSTM) is proposed. In this paper, the parking volume data of public parking garages of Hongqiao Railway Station in Shanghai of China is used to verify the model, and the proposed model makes it possible for the accurate and real-time prediction of parking volumes which are divided into different parking duration categories. Compared with the ungrouped data model and the conventional forecast model, the proposed parking volume forecast model based on passenger behaviours with the LSTM network achieves a better performance and provides more accurate prediction.

Based on MOD13Q1 data to analyze the characteristics of vegetation changes in central Yunnan from 2000 to 2019

The central Yunnan is an important development area in Yunnan Province. Studying the pattern of vegetation change in this region and the relationship between vegetation change and climate factors can provide information support for the management of the ecological environment and promote sustainable economic development. This study used the meteorological dataset of the Climate Date Store (ECMWF) and the vegetation dataset of MOD13Q1, combined with spatial autocorrelation analysis, simple linear regression analysis and Pearson correlation coefficient analysis to analyze the change of the NDVI and the distribution characteristics of spatial autocorrelation. The results showed that the NDVI value in central Yunnan increased slowly from 2000 to 2019 with the growth rate of 0.027/decade, but the increase was not significant. On the seasonal scale, the growth rate was highest in autumn (0.051/decade). In the past 20 years, the overall Moran I of NDVI was greater than 0.71, and the vegetation in central Yunnan showed a significant positive spatial autocorrelation.

The Design of Payload Lunar Regolith Penetrating Radar on Chang'E-5 Lander

Sampling return in Chang'E-5 (CE-5) mission is the third phase of three strategic steps of China's lunar program. The three strategic steps are orbiting, landing, and returning. The sampling and drilling device is mounted on the Lander. One task of the CE-5 Lunar Regolith Penetrating Radar (LRPR) is to provide information support for the drilling and sampling device. This article introduces the scientific objectives of CE-5 LRPR and the difference with Chang'E-3 lunar penetrating radar. The system design, working principle, imaging, and calibration methods of LRPR are the highlight. Considering that the Lander is stationary, and its bottom is about 90 cm from the lunar surface, an antenna array is adopted to probe the subsurface structure and the regolith thickness for supporting the drilling. The design uses a pre-amplifier circuit to increase the dynamic range of the whole system, which enhances the detection effect of shallow lunar soil structure. For verifying the probing ability of LRPR, the marble slabs, metal balls, and stones are buried in the volcanic ash pool in advance for detection and verification. The pre-stack Kirchhoff depth migration imaging method is adopted to identify the burial depth and thickness of the target. The verification results meet the task requirements.

THE INFORMATION BASE OF SIBERIAN AND THE FAR EASTERN LIBRARIES’ LOCAL HISTORY ACTIVITY

The article provides a brief overview of library local lore activity with an emphasis on the local lore direction in book studies and bibliography of the Siberian- Far Eastern region; names organizations providing information support for local lore activities of libraries; lists local lore resources on the websites of regional libraries in Siberia and the Far East. Special attention is paid to the resources generated by the State Public Scientific Technological Library of Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, which is the center for information support of local history research in Asian Russia, and obtains unique techniques to create regional databases, as well as highly qualified specialists. It presents a list of databases providing information support of theoretical and practical aspects of local history activity in the regional libraries. Authors give a detailed description of DB “Scientific Sibirika”, which includes regional material on a wide range of local history: history, ethnography, economy, nature and natural resources of certain territories of Siberia and the Far East, Arctic. It is shown that theoretical and methodological research in the field of library local history, individual persons, are presented in the “professional” DB “Librarianship and bibliography in Siberia and the Far East”, which has a special heading “Local lore activities of libraries in Siberia and the Far East”; the bibliologic direction of local lore is implemented in the bibliographic DB “History of books and book business in Siberia and the Far East”. The paper concludes about the importance of library local history in the library activities, and the need to attract information resources of large libraries for more complete implementation of local history research.

FOR ELABORATION OF THE CONCEPT OF SCIENTIFIC LIBRARIES OF THE SIBERIAN BRANCH OF THE RUSSIAN ACADEMY OF SCIENCES HUMAN RESOURCES’ PROGRESS

Changes taking place in the society have a significant impact on libraries functioning. The areas of activities of scientific libraries that provide information support to scientists and specialists are expanding and modifying, which requires upgrading professional competencies of employees, causing constant professional development of their human resources and intensifying methodological support of activities. The State Public Scientific Technological Library of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (SPSTL SB RAS), being the scientific and methodological center of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (SB RAS) libraries, initiated work on elaboration of a concept for developing human resources of libraries included in the library system (59 libraries of local library subsystems of Novosibirsk, Buryat, Irkutsk, Kemerovo, Krasnoyarsk, Omsk, Tomsk, Tyumen and Yakutsk scientific centers). The article presents a draft concept proposed for discussion, which provides characteristics of the current situation. The concept defines goals, objectives, principles, directions, mechanisms, organizational and functional structure, targets for the development of human resources potential of SB RAS libraries, as well as vectors of development of SPSTL SB RAS methodological work with the staff of libraries of research institutions. Attention is paid at the development of vertical and horizontal coordination relationships (organizational, functional, methodological and technological), a set of measures is determined that are to ensure the project implementation and the set of goals achievement, lists of librarians’ competencies are proposed. Based the results of the discussion of the document in the library community, elaboration of the strategy for the human resources of SB RAS libraries development is planned, which implementation will increase the efficiency of information support for the scientists and specialists of scientific institutions.

The Information Needs of Chinese Family members of Cancer Patients in the Online Health Community: What and Why?

Meeting the information needs of cancer patients’ family members is critical for improving care quality and family members’ well-being. An online health community (OHC) can be an effective channel to provide information support, thus attracting many cancer patients’ family members. Several studies have examined the information needs of cancer patients’ family members in OHCs. However, most of them only focused on health-related information needs for improving patients’ physical well-being and did not consider the context of information seeking. Furthermore, most of these studies were conducted in Western countries; thus, their findings may not be generalizable to Chinese culture that emphasizes family-centered decision-making, protection of family members toward the patients, and collectivism.In this study, we investigated what kinds of information Chinese family members of cancer patients seek in the OHC and why they seek them. Hence, we analyzed 8,334 messages for information seeking posted by 2,788 family members in one of the most significant Chinese online cancer communities. Stressful events that trigger information needs were also identified for further studying the context of information needs. Based on qualitative content analysis, we discussed the information needs of cancer patients’ family members in the OHC and the potential impacts of Chinese culture on family members’ information needs. Furthermore, the results confirmed that information seeking could be a method to help family members of cancer patients cope with stressful events in the journey of cancer.

АСПЕКТЫ ИНТЕГРАЦИИ ИНФОРМАЦИОННЫХ СИСТЕМ СЕЛЬСКОХОЗЯЙСТВЕННЫХ ПРЕДПРИЯТИЙ

The authors of the article see the problem of digitalization of agriculture in the insufficient funding resources at the enterprises for the introduction of information and communication technologies, development of infrastructure in rural areas, shortage of IT-personnel, etc. The solution of these problems is facilitated by the integration of information systems, which is necessary to begin with the agricultural enterprises themselves. The paper notes the influence of external and internal factors on the improvement of agricultural business. Rosstat (Federal State Statistics Service) data on the agricultural enterprise performance and the use of special software are presented. Integration implies the implementation of the interconnection and interdependence of all parts of the system with the separation of the area of influence on each other, taking into account two features: structural levels and enterprise management functions. Design, development and use of a ready-made information system of the enterprise should include business logic, functional and user requirements for the system. As an integrated system, it is proposed to use ERP- systems based on the management of a single data warehouse containing all the necessary corporate information: production, financial, personnel, etc. An example of such a system is the 1C: ERP Agro-industrial Complex 2 software product, which takes into account the industry specifics of the agro-industrial complex enterprises and allows leveling sanction risks. Another important aspect of the problem under study is the use of information systems based on geo- information technologies providing information support for decision-making on the base of accumulated data of a digital terrain model, remote sensing of land, soil characteristics, use of land resources, monitoring of agricultural- purpose land. By increasing the scale, agricultural enterprises are able to meet their own domestic needs completely and enter international markets with environmentally safe quality products. Integrated information systems will provide them with effective assistance providing complete reliable information for making managerial decisions.

МЕТОДОЛОГІЧНА ПЛАТФОРМА ДІАГНОСТИКИ ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ АКТИВНОСТІ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ ТОРГІВЛІ

The article substantiates the theoretical and methodological principles of forming a methodological platform for diagnosing the economic activity of a trading enterprise as a basis for implementing a diagnostic process focused on the formation of special information used for making management decisions. It is noted that the diagnostics of economic activity of a trade enterprise as a component of management is a set of actions aimed at providing information support to management that requires from management staff systemic theoretical knowledge and applied skills of instrumental methods of identifying economic activity, trends, assessing causes of change, forecasting and the practical implementation of the identified opportunities to increase it, taking into account changes in the business environment and the needs of stakeholders. It is proved that the efficiency of diagnostics of economic activity is ensured by the appropriate methodology, which normalizes the organization of the diagnostic process, procedures and operations into a holistic system with clearly defined prerequisites, component composition and process of their implementation. The methodology framework is determined and the problem tree analysis of the formation of the methodological platform for diagnosing economic activity of trade enterprises is carried out. The architectural structure of the system of diagnosing economic activity of a trade enterprise through a combination of functional and support components, which are defining for productive functioning of the mechanism and efficiency of the diagnostic process, is considered. The sequence of stages of the diagnostic process and procedural aspects of verification of each of them is determined. It is proved that the efficiency of the process of diagnostics of economic activity is provided by an appropriate mechanism, which through a set of rules, special tools, methods and techniques launches and maintains a diagnostic study, thus ensuring the integrity of the diagnostic system. A conceptual model of the methodological platform for diagnosing economic activity of trade enterprises is developed, which integrates the identified preconditions and component composition of the methodology on the basis of systematicity and ensures the effectiveness of the process of obtaining information for management. The developed model allows to deepen and expand understanding of the essence of the system for diagnosing economic activity of the enterprise, its structure, regularities, the purposes and tasks of functioning, to provide high-quality instrumental support of the realization of diagnostic procedures and operations, to streamline the process of reception of the information for making management decisions focused on achieving target parameters of development of economic activity taking into account the dynamic changes in the business environment and consumer preferences.

ВЗАЄМОЗВ’ЯЗОК ЕКОНОМІЧНОГО АНАЛІЗУ Й ОБЛІКОВО-ІНФОРМАЦІЙНОГО ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА

The article is devoted to determining the relationship between economic analysis and accounting and information support of an enterprise's activities and justifying further directions of its development. The relevance of the research lies in the fact that the development of Information Technologies has led to the transformation of many processes, including in the methodology of economic science. It is necessary to assess the importance of traditional economic analysis for the company's activities against the background of expanding sources and types of information. The theoretical and methodological basis of the research is the fundamental provisions of Science in the field of Economic Analysis and accounting and information support, which are considered in the works of domestic and foreign scientists. The research was conducted using the methodological apparatus of modern science, in particular the dialectical theory of cognition, methods of deduction and induction. The monographic method was used to generalize the complex economic analysis. The stages and main functions of economic analysis are highlighted., among which accounting and information support of management, assessment of economic activity, Planning, Organization of production and management structures, control, etc. are highlighted. The role of planning in economic analysis is revealed. The concept of complex economic analysis is systematized and the model of its implementation at the enterprise is generalized. Information support for analysis based on data from primary accounting, financial and statistical reporting, and other sources is considered. It is noted that the source of information for economic analysis remains accounting data, but continuous Informatization has led to the fact that other sources have appeared. However, there is still a close relationship between accounting and analysis. In practical application, the results of Economic Analysis serve to provide information support for the activities of enterprises. The analysis serves as the basis for making informed management decisions and increases the efficiency of the enterprise as a whole.

ПРОБЛЕМЫ РАЗВИТИЯ КРЕДИТОВАНИЯ МАЛОГО БИЗНЕСА В РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ

The development of small business in the Russian Federation is a very important urgent problem, as it will make it possible to solve many important social programs in the country. However, in terms of the scale of development of this sector, Russia lags far behind the leading foreign countries. In the Russian Federation, since 2015, there has been a negative trend in the volume of lending to SMEs. Only in 2018, the volume of loans to SMEs stabilized, and at the beginning of 2019, an increase in the volume of the loan portfolio of SMEs by 1 % is already noted. In modern economic conditions, the main source of financial resources for small businesses, from the point of view of their availability and opportunities for obtaining, is lending. The article examines the development trends of lending to such an important segment of economic activity as small business. Supporting small businesses in the Russian Federation is one of the priority tasks of the country’s socio-economic development. In all regions of the country, a network of government agencies has been created that provide information support to existing and emerging entrepreneurs (Entrepreneurship Support Centers based on the My Business platform), many seminars and forums dedicated to the development of entrepreneurship are held. Within the framework of this interaction, entrepreneurs can receive free of charge not only consulting services, but also assistance in developing a business plan, creating a corporate identity, developing and modernizing websites, conducting marketing research, and drawing up statutory documents. The activities within the framework of state support for small businesses in accordance with the State Program are highlighted and the importance of effective implementation of these activities for the development of small business lending is analyzed. The problems of lending to small businesses in the Russian Federation, obstacles that arise both from banks when they either cannot offer attractive lending programs, or refuse borrowers to provide a loan, and from entrepreneurs who refuse such a source of financing for small businesses, are considered. like lending. Measures are proposed to create favorable conditions for lending to small businesses, which are focused on supporting specific borrowers and those that are focused on supporting commercial banks and the banking system as a whole. The strategic guidelines of a commercial bank for the development of small business lending have been determined.

Multi-functional integrated technical support platform of aircraft maintenance

The article discusses the formation of complex tasks of information support processes of development, manufacturing and subsequent mass long-term operation of new and advanced aircraft, aimed at further development of innovative approaches to integrated cross-industry system (platform) after-sales support of technical and flight-technical operation of civil aircraft. The article reveals the content of the main tasks focused on ensuring and managing flight safety in civil aviation of Russia and interrelated with the recommendations and legislative requirements of Annex 19 to the ICAO Convention and the Safety Management Manual. The most important factor in this case is to take into account the most complex requirements for the flight safety management system associated with maintaining the airworthiness of aircraft as a mode of transport of particular risk of use. The analysis was carried out and the General Scheme of the Multifunctional Integrated Platform was developed within the framework of the Information and Analytical Support System for the technical operation of aircraft components in relation to the scientific and production enterprise "Aerosila". The developed integrated platform realized in this air enterprise and providing information support on the allocated main functional modules is presented: the module "Safety Management System"; the module "Quality System"; the module "Certification" on the allocated objects of certification. As a result, a common information and analytical system was built, taking into account the degree of its implementation in the conditions of “Aerosila” air enterprise.

The patent-license system of Ukraine in the second half of the XX century

The formation of the patent-licensing system of Ukraine during the second half of the XX century is investigated. It is established that the first funds of technical literature, which was necessary for patent work, were created in the departments of the institutes of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR in the first postwar years. For example, the fund of scientific and technical literature, documentation, patents and inventions began to form in the Institute of Electrical Engineering of the USSR. It was established in 1944. But various special centers for providing information support for the development of the patent and license business were organized a somewhat later. In particular, at the Institute of Electrical Engineering of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR only 20 years later in 1964. Employees were making a preliminary examination of applications for inventions and expanding the funds of scientific and technical documentation, were completing foreign patent documentation from foreign countries.
 A network of special Patent Departments was created on the basis of the higher technical institutions. A small group for the systematization of patent information was created at the Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute in 1967. In 1971, the patent office was also established at the Odessa Polytechnic Institute. In 1974, at the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute an organizational and analytical department was created, it contributed to the development of inventive activities of the Institute. The intensification of inventive search occurred in the 1980s and was aimed at improving quality, which contributed to the creation of prospective, competitive world-class developments and their introduction into industry.
 During this period, the vast majority of scientists took part in patent and licensing activities, a large number of patents were obtained and scientific and technical cooperation was started on a commercial basis with the conclusion of licensing agreements. A number of devices were patented in the following countries: Spain, Italy, England, Switzerland, Japan, Germany, Hungary, Poland, Bulgaria and others. In the early 1990s, the situation with inventive and patent licensing activities changed. A significant reduction in the number of inventions demonstrated the general state of scientific research in the country.

Interaction of the internal affairs bodies with the mass media

The article analyzes the problems of communicative interaction between the internal affairs bodies and the media. Since their appearance in the structure of government bodies in the late 1980s, press centers and press services have provided information support for specific events and long-term interaction with media representatives. These divisions (both at the federal and regional levels) have become a link between government authorities and the media and begun to play an important role in the state information space. By order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR No. 0162 of June 10, 1983, a press bureau was created in the structure of the central apparatus of the department, that was responsible for the information policy of the department. In the regional departments political divisions were formed, which included press services as a structural unit. The work of an inspector responsible for interaction with the media and informing the public was aimed at promoting legal knowledge, as well as creating a positive image of employees of the internal affairs bodies. Modern public relations in the internal affairs department is a management activity that involves interaction, organized using public relations technologies, with a mandatory feedback channel.

User-Friendly Smart Recommendation Based on Multi-Robot Communication

In order to provide user-friendly recommendations, it is necessary to understand the user’s intentions and circumstances, and it is also essential to empathize based on non-verbal communication. In this paper, we develop a system that estimates the current state and ideals of users in health promotion and provides information support while empathizing. The purpose of the system is to provide information support according to the estimation of the user’s intentions and circumstances by introducing the following systems: a dialogue system with sympathy elements by multi-robot communication, and a reliability estimation system with user reactions as input. Furthermore, in order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, we show comparative experimental examples between the proposed method and the conventional method.

Empowerment pregnant women in preparation for lactation during the covid 19 pandemic

Empowerment of third trimester pregnant women in preparation for lactation during the COVID 19 pandemic is expected to help mothers achieve success in breastfeeding their babies after giving birth. The problem found during the pandemic was that there were restrictions on almost all routine services including maternal and neonatal health services so that pregnant women were reluctant to go to puskesmas or other health service facilities for fear of being infected and there were recommendations to postpone antenatal care and pregnancy classes. The aim of this community service is to empower pregnant women in the third trimester to prepare for lactation during the COVID-19 pandemic, to provide information support to pregnant women so that mothers are confident and confident about breastfeeding, creating a strong intention for mothers to breastfeed their babies exclusively. The service method used is health education, discussions, demonstrations and video screenings. The results of community service activities obtained by most of the knowledge of pregnant women, both about prevention efforts that pregnant women can take during the COVID 19 pandemic, how to care for breasts, how to position breastfeeding and the benefits of breastfeeding.

Epidemiological analysis of 67 local COVID-19 clusters in Sichuan Province, China

BackgroundThis study was intended to investigate the epidemiological characteristics of COVID-19 clusters and the severity distribution of clinical symptoms of involved cases in Sichuan Province, so as to provide information support for the development and adjustment of strategies for the prevention and control of local clusters.MethodsThe epidemiological characteristics of 67 local clusters of COVID-19 cases in Sichuan Province reported as of March 17, 2020 were described and analyzed. Information about all COVID-19 clusters and involved cases was acquired from the China Information System for Disease Control and Prevention and analyzed with the epidemiological investigation results taken into account.ResultsThe clusters were temporally and regionally concentrated. Clusters caused by imported cases from other provinces accounted for 73.13%; familial clusters accounted for 68.66%; the average attack rate was 8.54%, and the average secondary attack rate was 6.11%; the median incubation period was 8.5 d; a total of 28 cases met the criteria for incubation period determination, and in the 28 cases, the incubation period was > 14 d in 21.43% (6/28). a total of 226 confirmed cases were reported in the 67 clusters. Ten cases were exposed before the confirmed cases they contacted with developed clinical symptoms, and the possibility of exposure to other infection sources was ruled out; two clusters were caused by asymptomatic carriers; confirmed cases mainly presented with fever, respiratory and systemic symptoms; a gradual decline in the severity of clinical symptoms was noted with the increase of the case generation.ConclusionsPopulation movement and gathering restrictions and strict close contact management measures will significantly contribute to the identification and control of cases. Transmission during the incubation period and asymptomatic infections have been noted. Studies on the pathogenicity and transmissibility in these populations and on COVID-19 antibody levels and protective effects in healthy people and cases are required.
