KEGIATAN PENYULUHAN UNTUK PENGUATAN KAPASITAS PENDIDIK MENYONGSONG ERA SOCIETY 5.0 MELALUI PENDEKATAN PROFETIK LEADERSHIP

Devotion to strengthening the capacity of educators to welcome the era of society 5.0 through a prophetic leadership approach is motivated by the integration of digital skills, understanding of the latest technology, and the ability to adapt to rapid changes. The Society 5.0 era demands new skills that go beyond conventional understanding. Educational institutions need to prepare students with skills such as complex problem solving, critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, digital literacy, and adaptability. If an educational institution is unable to adapt, it is feared that the existence of the institution will have a negative impact on credibility in society. The implementation of this service is carried out using the counseling method which collaborates lecture and presentation systems with participant discussions to measure the participants' contribution to the counseling carried out. The results of the implementation of this service are emphasized on the capacity of educators to prepare students in the dynamics of change in the era of society 5.0. some of the actions that are expected to be carried out by educators in this preparation are a balance between cognitive (quality of learning), instilling moral values, and the ability to collaborate on the actualization of learning with business units and industry.

KEPEMIMPINAN PROFETIK PADA MASA KHULAFAUR RASYIDIN

The leadership carried out by the khulafaur rashidin is a leadership model that emphasizes the internalization of prophetic values ​​exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad. and previous prophets. The purpose of writing this article is to disseminate leadership values ​​during the Rashidun Khulafaur era so that today's leaders can serve as examples. This study uses the library research method. Then content analysis is carried out as a technique in obtaining authoritative literature data. The results of this study indicate: the prophetic leadership of the caliphs Abu Bakar As Shiddiq, Umar bin Khattab, Uthman bin Affan and Ali bin Abi Talib is generosity in donating property to war fisabilillah, concern and policy for the people, amar makruf and nahi munkar, visionary in paying attention to the future of the people and being brave for the interests and welfare of the people, and the importance of implementing prophetic values ​​in leadership in aspects of government, national, social life, and educational institutions.

Focus of Research on Leadership in Islamic Education: Bibliometric Analysis

Leadership is not only about ordering or giving instructions but also involves motivating, inspiring, and influencing others to achieve common goals. Leadership can occur in a variety of fields, including business, politics, and education, and plays a critical role in the success of an organization or community. This research aims to identify publications related to leadership in Islamic education and describe the characteristics of this research. The bibliometric analysis method was used in this study. The research results show that publications about leadership in Islamic schools have increased yearly from 2019 to 2023—meanwhile, the largest number of documents come from Indonesian authors. Proceedings of the ICECRS hold the top position as an institution or publisher with the most four documents. In contrast, the author with the most citations is Firman-Mansir, with a total of 3 published documents and eight citations, followed by the writer Eugenie A Samier with a total of 3 and 5 citations of published papers and followed by writer Fitriyah with a total of 3 published documents and two citations. Keywords that appear a lot in joint events are Education, Islam, Institution, Approach, Leader, Development, Activity, Quality, Teacher and Problem. The new theme keywords are Strategy, Community, Skill, Creativity, Facility, Decision, Generation, Innovation, and Prophetic Leadership. Therefore, these new themes can become new material for further research that addresses this field.

Prophetic Leadership in Islamic Educational Institutions in the 4.0 Era

In the industrial era 4.0, the major crisis faced by Islamic educational institutions is the exemplary crisis. Exemplary is closely related to leadership which is also one of the important and even crucial factors in an educational institution. Leadership is a source of aspirational power that can trigger the growth of spirit, morality and creativity of every stakeholder involved to work together and collaborate so that the vision, mission and goals of educational institutions can be realized effectively. In the context of Islamic educational institutions, leadership has complex dimensions. Leaders in Islamic education are not only required to have managerial skills but are also required to have the ability to instill Islamic religious values within the organization. Prophetic leadership so far is believed to be the ideal conception of leadership in Islamic educational institutions, apart from being sourced from Islamic religious values, prophetic leadership also has a rule model that can be used as an example as well as a role model so that the conception of prophetic leadership is not a utopian one. It is hoped that through prophetic leadership it can raise the enthusiasm and performance of Islamic educational institutions so that the ideals of Islamic education in this millennial era can be realized.

Analisis Implementasi Model Kepemimpinan Profetik Di Perguruan Tinggi Muhammadiyah (Studi Kasus Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang)

Background - The concept of the Islamic leadership model cannot be separated from the leadership that has been carried out by the Prophets and Messengers of Allah SWT. This leadership model is often referred to as prophetic leadership. Muhammadiyah University Semarang (Unimus) is one of the Muhammadiyah Colleges based on Islamic education that has experienced very rapid progress. This is related to the leadership factor.
 Aim - Knowing the views and implementation of the prophetic leadership model at the Muhammadiyah University of Semarang
 Design / methodology / approach - Field research (field research) with qualitative methods. Collecting data with literature study, interviews, observation and documentation. As for data analysis with reduction, presentation and withdrawal of data conclusions with validity techniques using data triangulation.
 Finding - Unimus leadership in carrying out university development programs, one of which is the midnight prayer movement for the academic community. This program is believed to be an inner and outer endeavor. The view of prophetic leadership is in line with the application of the principles of Good University Governance (GUG), namely Shidiq (Honest), Amanah (Accountable), Tabligh (Transparency) and Fathonah (visionary). the principle of The Right Man in The Right Place. Aspects of liberation regarding work and applying the principles of asah, compassion and care and aspects of transcendence regarding worship activities (Islamic spirit) in Unimus
 Conclusion - The views and implementation of prophetic leadership have been carried out well within the Unimus academic community. The implementation of 3 aspects, namely the aspects of humanization, liberation and transcendence are defined as work, work and worship.
 Research Implications - This research is an overview of prophetic leadership that has been carried out and can be used as a reference in the development of other tertiary institutions.
 Limitations - The scope of this research is still limited to Unimus where the number of PTM/A in Indonesia is 172 and it is still qualitative in nature so it needs to be on a larger scale and in the form of quantitative research.

A Combination The Prophetic Leadership (LI) With The Ki Hajar Dewantara Leadership (L2) For Reinforcement The Bureaucratic Reformation Results

The combination of prophetic leadership and trilogy leadership concepts is called as neo-prophetic leadership. The neo-prophetic leadership covers prophets characteristics and Dewantaras teachings. Combining two leadership models -then becoming L1L2- is believed able to increase result of bureaucratic reformation. The combination referred to descriptive and prescriptive theories which were developed from theoretical and empirical perspectives. In this writing, L1 as a symbol of Prophetic Leadership, and L2 as a symbol of Dewantaras Leadership which he is a bringer of leadership trilogy teachings. This is a leadership prescription that derived from eternal universal values -prophetic- while still maintaining local wisdom values -trilogy- which its effectiveness detail explained descriptively. L1L2 need to be tested by leaders and placed in the organization as a laboratory to try out.

Clergy as First Responders: Rethinking Leadership in Religion and Peacebuilding

Drawing on research about Presbyterian experiences of Northern Ireland’s Troubles, we argue that the religion and peacebuilding literature’s emphasis on prophetic leadership has meant that the field has overlooked the significance of the roles of clergy as “first responders” to violence and as providers of long-term pastoral care. These roles can be conceptualized as contributing, albeit indirectly, to everyday peacebuilding by facilitating (in some cases) personal healing, forgiveness, and reconciliation. The wider field of religion and peacebuilding would benefit from including the pastoral role of first responder in its conceptualizations of religious leadership in violent contexts.

A Christian ethical analysis of the importance of prophetic leadership for sustainable leadership

In this article, firstly, prophetic leadership is defined and some of its key features are outlined. Secondly, the contribution made by prophetic leadership to sustainable leadership is investigated, using examples from historical and contemporary societies and organisations. The role of truth-tellers and whistleblowers is also discussed. Thirdly, the importance of utilising and nurturing prophetic leadership in church and theological education settings is discussed.Intradisciplinary and/or interdisciplinary implications: In its analysis of prophetic and sustainable leadership in historical and contemporary settings, this article draws primarily on the theological discipline of Christian Ethics and, secondarily, on biblical studies and Leadership and Management Sciences.

PROPHETIC LEADERSHIP AND IMPLEMENTATION OF STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF GREEN NORD 27 BRINGS POSITIVE CHANGES BONEK SUPPORTERS

ABSTRACT
 
 This study aims to reveal the facts that have occurred as well as provide another view of the world of football fans, one of the many groups of Bonek supporters named Green Nord 27 (GN'27) in its journey so far there is prophetic leadership and the application of strategic management in changing the old tradition of Bonek supporters who are considered bad to transform for the better. The study approach uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection by observation, interviews and documentation. Furthermore, it is analyzed by starting with data collection, validation, reduction and presentation of data until the final conclusion. The location of the study is on Green Nord 27 which is in the city of Surabaya. Informants in this study included: the founders until the coordinators of Green Nord 27, conductors of supporters, members of Bonek supporters and security forces. The results of this study suggest that Green Nord 27 also pioneered the modernization of supporters and became the frontline of changing the dynamics of Bonek supporters towards a positive direction. interprets amar ma'ruf nahi munkar on two main aspects, namely: wanting to change the bad culture of Bonek supporters so far so that in the future it will change to be more positive and at the moment of fighting for Persebaya by fighting against the arbitrariness of the PSSI federation at that time. the leader or coordinator figures have so far indirectly applied the prophetic leadership breath that is based on the four qualities of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. regarding: siddiq (truthfulness), amanah (trustworthiness), tabligh (advocacy) and fathonah (intelligent) which have a correlation with establishing a truth by fighting evil. The Our Tribune Our Rules campaign from Green Nord 27 also has a contributive impact on other Bonek supporters from year to year. Implementing strategic management processes in realizing goals so far includes: mission statements, environmental analysis, organizational self-assessment, setting goals and objectives until establishing strategies.

Prophetic Leadership for Cultivating Religious Moderation Rooted in Local Wisdom: Charting a Path to Tolerance and Harmony

This research analyzes prophetic leadership in building religious moderation based on local wisdom at MTs Darud Da'wah wal Irsyad, Samarinda. Researchers use a qualitative case study approach, using interviews, observation, and documentation to collect data. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques are carried out through data display, data reduction, and conclusion. The research results show that prophetic leadership in building religious moderation based on local wisdom at MTs Darud Da'wah wal Irsyad, Samarinda, is carried out through prophetic leadership education and training, integration of local wisdom, adaptive curriculum, openness to change. The findings of this research provide implications regarding the importance of developing more structured and focused prophetic leadership education and training programs. Madrasas can design programs that hone leadership skills based on prophetic principles that have been proven effective in building religious moderation.

Islamic Education for Women in Madrasah Mu’allimat

Madrasah Mu'allimat was established as the first women's school to develop graduates with prophetic leadership. This study aims to examine the institution and its educational practices to develop and nurture prophetic leadership for the students. This type of research is descriptive-qualitative. Data were obtained using in-depth interview techniques, participant observation, and documentation. The analysis of data is conducted through reduction, presentation, verification, and conclusion. The results of the study show that Madrasah Mu'allimat takes into consideration five competencies for its educational service: science, personality, skills, humanity, and social movements. These five competencies are designed towards developing women's leadership competencies based on the prophetic spirit of Islam. A systematic and continuous development program for student is one of the contributing factors to the success of Madrasah Mu'allimat. The institution strives to deliver its educational service and maintain its position as the leading and oldest women's madrasah in Indonesia.

Kepemimpinan Profetik dalam Manajemen Pendidikan bagi Pemimpin Masa Depan

The complexity of the situation and the challenges faced by the Indonesian nation and state recently, require strong national leadership in all fields. Indonesian psychological scientists and psychologists are expected to play an active role in taking part in strengthening national leadership. One of the efforts, among others, has been carried out by Budiharto & Himam (2006) who conducted a study in the form of preparing theoretical constructs and measuring prophetic leadership, namely the concept of leadership based on the moral and spiritual values of the Muslim community in Indonesia. The results of this study have been used as a reference for government and business organizations in Indonesia in choosing leaders, as well as equipping their leaders with prophetic moral values. Further research has been conducted, among others, regarding the relationship between prophetic leadership and work motivation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior of employees in several organizations and regions in Indonesia. Assessment of prophetic leadership was carried out as one of the fit and proper test methods for rector candidates of a private university in 2008 and 2013, candidates for directors of private hospitals in 2009, and candidates for officials in a ministry in 2014. Psychological intervention using prophetic leadership has also been done. Andansari et al (2010) concluded that prophetic leadership training can improve problem solving skills of employees of Islamic financial services cooperatives in Central Java. Alawiyah et al (2012) found that prophetic leadership training can increase the teaching commitment of the "H" Integrated Islamic Elementary School teachers in Yogyakarta. Kuswanto and Rasyid (2013) found that prophetic leadership training can improve the managerial ability of employees of Islamic financial services cooperatives in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Kumolohadi and Budiharto (2013) concluded that prophetic leadership counseling can improve the anti-corruption character of Regional Government X officials.

Personal Prophetic Leadership, Sharia Compliance, and Islamic Corporate Governance: Sharia Banking Fraud Prevention Efforts

This study aims to discuss the chances of developing the concept of prophetic leadership, sharia compliance, and Islamic corporate governance can be linked as very important elements in preventing fraud in Islamic commercial banks. This type of research conducted in this research is qualitative research. The data collection technique used is literature study by collecting information and data with the help of various materials in the library such as documents, books, journals, notes, or by internet searching. The data analysis method using inductive and deductive thinking frameworks. The result of this study is that personal prophetic leadership (Perpec-L), sharia compliance, and Islamic corporate governance are an effort of Islamic banking to prevent fraud (corruption). This can be done by adopting the values ​​contained in Perpec-L. Then by assessing the indicators contained in sharia compliance. Furthermore, by taking the existing principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) that are in accordance with Islamic norms and values.

Governance of Salafiyah Islamic Boarding Schools Under a Prophetic Leadership Perspective

The management of Salafiyah Islamic boarding schools is often perceived to be quite unique, but rather weak. It is due to the centralized leadership of the ulama in Islamic boarding schools. This study aims to examine the prophetic leadership values in improving good governance in Salafiyah Islamic boarding schools.
 This study is a phenomenological research applying qualitative approach. Phenomenological research describes the general meaning of a number of individuals on various life experiences related to certain concepts or phenomena by using sampling techniques, with subjects consisting of the caregivers of the Islamic boarding schools and their families as well as the head and the treasurer of the foundation. For data collection, this study implemented interview, questionnaires, and observation techniques.
 After conducting the research, it was found that among rural boarding schools in Indonesia with the existing financial governance, not all of them understand contemporary financial management based on modern scientific concepts. However, there is another governance concept, namely pesantren (Islamic boarding school). It is a concept based on the prophetic leadership values or the characteristics of the Prophet Muhammad in his daily activities, including the application of STAF (SIDDIQ, TABLIGH, AMANAH, FATHONAH).
 From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the creation of the management concept of the Raudlatul Ulum Salafiyah Islamic Boarding School influenced by the prophetic leadership values will certainly provide new knowledge for the administrators of Islamic boarding schools on how to manage a Salafiyah Islamic boarding school which is in accordance to Islamic teachings.

Konstruksi Kepemimpinan Transformatif di Lembaga Pendidikan Islam

This article aims to describe the concept of transformative ideal leadership in Islamic education institutions. The approach used in this article is descriptive qualitative with the category of literature review, where this approach has the characteristics of collecting information and data using various types of available materials such as documents, books, magazines, and historical stories. This study found that the ideal of perspective leadership in Islam is that which has similarities with prophetic leadership. The ideal Transformational Leadership in Islamic educational institutions, must have 4 leadership traits in the Prophets and Apostles (prophetic). The four dimensions include Shiddiq (honest and true), Amanah (responsible, trustworthy), Tabligh (delivering messages, vision-mission), Fathanah (intelligent).

Konsep Karakter Kepemimpinan Nabi Ibrahim AS Dalam Membentuk SDM Unggulan Perspektif Al-Qur’an


 This article describes the concept of the leadership character of Prophet Ibrahim as the superior character of leaders and a reference for empowering Human Resources (HR) in the perspective of the Qur'an. The research was conducted using a library research approach with the maudhu'i interpretation method (thematic interpretation). Among the leadership characters of Prophet Ibrahim in this study are mastering interpersonal communication skills, strategists, argumentative, exemplary, religious, peace-loving, and responsibility. These characters are obtained based on historical studies between Prophet Ibrahim and his father, his people, King Namrudz, Prophet Lut, King of Egypt, mysterious guests and his son (Ismail) which were adapted from his story in the Qur'an. These leadership characters are expected to serve as role models for today's leaders in implementing their leadership according to Ibrahim's prophetic leadership guidelines in the contemporary context in Indonesia. Be it in the context of personal relationships with individual families, local communities, community leaders and so on. Thus, this research is expected to contribute to the development of the concept of prophetic character for office holders at all levels of life.

Manifestation Of Prophetic Leadership Values In Islamic Education

The issue of morality is still a hot issue that is still being discussed. The flow of globalization has resulted in the erosion of human morality so that it only prioritizes the capitalist and materialistic aspects. Educational institutions as the main basis of human civilization and intellectuality should be able to become a place for transmitting moral values that are always based on prophethood and divinity. In reviewing the problems above, this study uses a library research approach with data analysis methods, content analysis, and spiral analysis. The findings of this study are that prophetic leadership is a leadership typology that is oriented towards restoring human nature as caliphs on earth by making the prophet Muhammad a role model in carrying out his leadership activities. Prophetic Islamic education is also an effort to prevent moral degradation because it returns the function of education to a divine basis, and always has high faith so that it can create a generation of rahmatan lil-‘alamin. These prophetic leadership values are inspired by Kuntowijoyo’s ‘social prophetic’ concept, including humanists, liberals, and transcendentals.

Prophetic Leadership and Management (An Analytical Review of Islamic Perspectives)

Leadership is a crucial and indispensable management role that helps in directing an organization’s resources in a direction that proves to be beneficial in the long run for them, all done with an intention of improved efficiency and achievement of goals. However, Leadership and its various management styles in the modern world continue to change with the changes in moral and ethical values. This paper is located within a conceptual framework of Leadership in Islam and the Prophetic Teachings that shed light on the characteristic of Leadership. It explores the concept of Leadership in Islam with extensive detail on the precise teachings and leadership styles of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH. An abundance of journal articles has been thoroughly sought and looked at in order to first and foremost, understand the basic traits of Leadership in Islam, an in-depth analysis of Strategic Leadership by Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), and following this, the exploration of actual events that took place in the life of Muhammad (PBUH) that demonstrated various aspects of Leadership Styles.

A Thematic Review on Prophetic Leadership in Organisations: Analysis of Patterns and Impacts

Prophetic leadership is a model of leadership which is primarily based on the Holy Quran and the exemplary of the Prophets’ characteristics. This leadership concept is highly recommended to be practised by Muslim managers in order to achieve blessing from Allah SWT as well as worldly gain. Nevertheless, there has been a relatively small amount of research discussing the patterns in prophetic leadership publications and the positive impacts that it offers. Therefore, the aim of this thematic review paper was twofold, that was to explore the pattern of the publications that discussed prophetic leadership in organisations, and to examine the impact that may be derived from practising prophetic leadership. Three databases including Dimensions, Microsoft Academics, and Google Scholar were searched under the keywords prophetic leadership and Islam. Selected articles were reviewed and analysed using Atlas.ti8 software. The findings from the code-to-document analysis found six research themes on the patterns of publications and derived twelve sub-themes on the impacts of practising prophetic leadership. This study provided an avenue for Muslim managers to improve their leadership style from the Islamic perspective, and also benefits future researchers who would focus on Islamic management and leadership.

THE PRINCIPAL'S PROPHETIC LEADERSHIP IN IMPROVING TEACHER’S PERFORMANCE

The performance of the principal can be a role modeling for the performance of the teachers. If an educational institution is managed with the prophetic leadership ability of the principal, the managerial system will be able to foster responsibility that comes from the hearts and internal motivations of teachers. This study aims to describe the Prophetic Leadership of The Principal in Improving Teacher Performance. This research uses a literature reviews approach. In searching for articles, a google scholar application is used with the keywords "Prophetic Leadership,” “Principal,” and “Teacher Performance.” Article searches are time-limited i.e. from 2016 to 2021. From the search results, 20 articles were searched based on thematic criteria, up to only 12 articles were used in this study. The results showed that the leadership of the principal in an Islamic educational institution went well and ideally according to the concept of the Qur'an and Hadith when each leader was able to practice prophetic values ( shi ddiq, amanah, tabligh, fathonah ) with full responsibility in carrying out the wheels of education. The implementation of prophetic values in leading by a principal leader will affect the improvement of teacher performance as an effort to answer the hopes, wants, and needs of the community. In other words, there is a significant relationship between the principal's prophetic leadership and teacher performance
