Abstract
Devotion to strengthening the capacity of educators to welcome the era of society 5.0 through a prophetic leadership approach is motivated by the integration of digital skills, understanding of the latest technology, and the ability to adapt to rapid changes. The Society 5.0 era demands new skills that go beyond conventional understanding. Educational institutions need to prepare students with skills such as complex problem solving, critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, digital literacy, and adaptability. If an educational institution is unable to adapt, it is feared that the existence of the institution will have a negative impact on credibility in society. The implementation of this service is carried out using the counseling method which collaborates lecture and presentation systems with participant discussions to measure the participants' contribution to the counseling carried out. The results of the implementation of this service are emphasized on the capacity of educators to prepare students in the dynamics of change in the era of society 5.0. some of the actions that are expected to be carried out by educators in this preparation are a balance between cognitive (quality of learning), instilling moral values, and the ability to collaborate on the actualization of learning with business units and industry.
