Abstract
The growth of laundry businesses in Indonesia continues to increase rapidly, along with the changing lifestyle and increasing busyness of urban communities. This Community Service activity aims to analyze effective development strategies for laundry businesses facing increasingly fierce competition by utilizing advances in information technology. The method used was training and mentoring one of the laundry businesses in the Depok area, using in-depth interview techniques to evaluate internal and external factors affecting the business. The results of the activity show that the use of information technology, efficient operational management, and appropriate marketing strategies can improve the competitiveness and profitability of laundry businesses. The implication of this service is that it provides an opportunity for laundry business owners to implement development strategies that are in accordance with market characteristics and dynamic business environment conditions. Pertumbuhan bisnis laundry di Indonesia terus meningkat pesat seiring dengan perubahan gaya hidup dan peningkatan kesibukan masyarakat perkotaan. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pengembangan yang efektif untuk bisnis laundry dalam menghadapi persaingan yang semakin ketat dengan memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi informasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan terhadap salah satu bisnis laundry di daerah Depok, menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam untuk mengevaluasi faktor internal dan eksternal yang memengaruhi bisnis. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi informasi, manajemen operasional yang efisien, dan strategi pemasaran yang tepat dapat meningkatkan daya saing dan profitabilitas bisnis laundry. Implikasi dari pengabdian ini adalah memberikan peluang bagi pemilik usaha laundry untuk mengimplementasikan strategi pengembangan yang sesuai dengan karakteristik pasar dan kondisi lingkungan bisnis yang dinamis.
