The investigation was carried out to evaluate the effects of the hydraulic binder's composition on the properties of cold recycled mixtures with foamed bitumen of different gradations. The evaluated hydraulic binders were composed of Portland cement, hydrated lime and cement by-pass dusts. The ratios of these three components simultaneously varied from 20 to 60% in relation to the mass of the resultant hydraulic binder. The mixtures were composed of reclaimed asphalt from a road base (coarse or fine RAP), natural aggregates (0/2 and 0/31.5 mm) in different ratios, hydraulic binder and 70/100 foamed paving grade bitumen. It was shown that the fine and coarse mixtures responded differently to the changes in the composition of the hydraulic binder. It was found that the optimum performance of the fine and coarse graded mixtures required different binder compositions.
