Strategies for Development of Tourism in Anjaw District of Arunachal Pradesh

Tourism has come to mean more than just leisure and recreation. It has become a dynamic sector, which helps in the development of other sectors. More and more countries are focusing on developing a robust tourism framework as a part of their policy structure mainly because of its contribution towards economic growth, socio economic development. The tourism sector is a crucial source for employment generation. It creates employment especially for tourist guides, restaurants, hoteliers, local shopkeepers, merchants etc and brings in foreign currency to economically marginal areas. Anjaw district by the virtue of its scenic beauty of rivers, mountains, valleys, rich flora and fauna, has potential to be developed into a hub for tourism, both domestic and international. Tourism industry in Anjaw district can be improvised to accommodate a larger number of quality tourists. To achieve the goal, key factors which affect the tourism inflow need to be identified and addressed. The tourism policy of the state needs to be analyzed and the loopholes need to be closed, and new proposals and new modern tourist friendly policies need to be incorporated. In addition there are many factors play an important role in improving overall quality of the region which includes infrastructural development, communication network, tour package for the district, coordination with other northeast state, community participation, promotion of tourist products, cross border tourism are some of the area where emphasis need to be given in order to maximize the extend of tourism sectors

Ограничения и перспективы развития внутреннего туризма в регионах России

In the context of budget insufficiency and the current economic crisis, it is necessary to determine alternative sources for the development of Russian regions. Domestic tourism can be considered as such, since it has a multiplier effect of the complex modernisation of territories. The study aims to assess the tourist attractiveness of Russian regions and analyse limitations and development prospects of domestic tourism in modern conditions. The methods of questionnaire survey of the heads of Russian municipalities, expert interviews, economic and statistical analysis of regional development indicators were applied. The study used a multistage stratified area random sample. The sampling units were Russian regions at the first stage and municipalities at the second stage (N=306). The analysis of statistical data revealed an increase in the number of accommodated persons, indirectly indicating the growing attractiveness of domestic tourism. However, more than half (50.7 %) of the accommodated persons visited Krasnodar Krai, the Republic of Crimea, Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Moscow oblast and Leningrad oblast. Experts noted the following limitations to the development of domestic tourism: insufficient accommodation facilities, poor quality of rooms, unsatisfactory condition of heritage sites, insufficient financial resources, including private investment. They also stated that in the shortage of financial and infrastructural resources, regional social resources should be utilised to develop domestic tourism, namely: commercialised hospitality; promotion of tourism products by the local population through social media; micro-entrepreneurship in the private rental market. Regional and local authorities can use the obtained findings to increase the competitiveness of tourism products and services. Further research may focus on examining the effectiveness of regional programmes for the development of domestic tourism and expanding the range of tourist offers involving local initiatives.

The Ukrainian Pryazovye: composition, uniqueness, variability of the recreational development

The regulations have been grounded in the article according to which the Ukrainian Pryazovye is positioned as the unique resource-recreational space, cultural-world outlook, landscape-physical-geographical, recreational-tourist resources (available and latent, current and potential) of which are used extremely insufficiently. Bodies, forces and phenomena of nature and society are meant by cultural and ideological resources that affect behavior, character, spiritual and physical development of man during the recreational cycle. Against the background of temporary limitation of the use by the Ukraine of the part of its Azov-Black Sea coast, the Ukrainian Pryazovye receives the option to increase its resource and recreational rating and to strengthen the national recreational and tourist branch as a whole, which requires the balanced, constructive and delicate attitude to this territory. The last consists of three sectors-connections, which are the largest by area, length and recreational mastery of which there is the Zaporizhzhya Pryazoviye. It has been emphasized that the level of ensuring of the territory of the Ukraine with recreational and tourist resources and the degree of the promotion of tourist products compared with other countries has medium and low level, the vulnerability of which during existential threats (temporary loss of the Crimea, Covid-19, the destruction of architectural and historical environment) increases at times. So, the reassessment of the eco-health-improvement and tourist meaning of the Ukrainian Pryazovye, the "reflashing" of the strategy of its further development against this background becomes more than obvious. This topicality is reinforced with the analysis of the significant array of the publications from the subject-object essence of the research, which expands and deepens the theory of resource-recreational scientific and practical direction (the number of the new concepts has been introduced), emphasizes the anthropocentric character of recreational geography, gives 5 hypothetical scenarios of the development of recreational and tourist branch in the regional and the national format on the operational perspective and contains generalizing cartographic models of the development of the regional environmental and recreational and tourist function.

Determinants of tourism attractiveness for Taiwan’s offshore islands

Evaluating the influence factors of the attractiveness of offshore island tourism will help to understand customers’ motivations in choosing tourism activities, and for the travel operators to improve their promotion of tourism products. This paper employed the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process method to empirically analyze the determinants of tourism attractiveness of Taiwan’s offshore islands. The results indicate that the ‘substantial aspect’ is the most important evaluation dimension on offshore island tourism attractiveness. Among the 16 influence factors, the ‘natural resources of regional attractions,’ ‘cultural heritage and cultural resources,’ and ‘well-established and convenient transportation’ are the most three determinants about the tourism attractiveness of Taiwan’s offshore islands. Furthermore, some discussions concerning the key determinates are provided for Taiwan’s offshore tourism.

ПЕРСПЕКТИВИ РОЗВИТКУ АНІМАЦІЙНОГО ТУРОПЕРЕЙТИНГУ В УКРАЇНІ

The article explores some aspects of the development of animation touring in Ukraine. It is stated that the main task of animation tour rating is to create appropriate programs for tourists and their comfortable participation in animation events at the regional level. It is determined that in Ukraine there are relevant tourist facilities of animation tourism: costume, adventure and ethnic tours, augmented reality show museums and animated exhibitions, theme parks. It is established that animation tourism is gradually becoming a stable, mature industry with differentiated tourism products. It is established that modern tourism is based on a wide range of motivational factors, each of which affects the formation of types of tourism. It is noted that for the development of animation touring an important need of the tourist is the desire to have fun and get unforgettable emotions. It has been established that accommodation programs based on entertainment, festivals, games, adventure and event tourism are suitable to meet such needs. It has been established that in recent years recreation and entertainment tourism has prevailed in Ukraine. It is noted that in 2017–2020, domestic tourism developed better in Ukraine. The dynamics of tourists served by tour operators and travel agents for the purpose of travel – leisure and recreation. It was found that the number of domestic tourists in Ukraine in 2017–2020 increased 1.8 times, including tourists who traveled for leisure and recreation 2.2 times. It is noted that the reasons for the negative trends in the tourism market of Ukraine are the military aggression of the Russian Federation in Ukraine since 2014 and the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. It is established that the work of domestic tour operators in the development and promotion of tourist products is now aimed at promoting the Ukrainian product of festivals, adventures, entertainment, events and other types of tourism. As a response to the ever-increasing number of suppliers and services, the concept of the impression economy has emerged. In tourist activity, this is extremely important, because it is not a product that is being sold, but impressions. They can be created, adjusted. Creating a positive experience is important for the return tourism business. The use of impression marketing elements will contribute to the sustainable development of tourism in a particular territory. The object of the study is tourist experiences. The subject of the study is the role of various components in the system of consumption of tourist products. The aim of the study is to identify the factors influencing the tourist experience formation as a result of the tourist products consumption. The objectives of the study are the following: to determine the significant factors that influence the formation of the consumer's impression of the visited territory; to identify the reasons that prevent the potential consumer to consider the territory as a possible holiday destination; to identify possible options to eliminate the problems associated with negative impressions. The article provides an overview of the main areas of research in the field of impression economics, including in the tourism industry. The authors aimed to identify the factors influencing the formation of a tourist impression as a result of the consumption of tourist products. An attempt is made to determine the most significant factors from the consumer's point of view that form positive impressions of the visited territory, identify the reasons that prevent a potential consumer from considering the territory as a possible place of rest or re-visit and identify ways to eliminate the negative impression. The authors have chosen a method of questioning consumers of tourist services. During the survey, it was found out that the formation of impressions is influenced by the quality of attractions, not their quantity, involvement in events taking place on a particular territory, service at catering establishments, accommodation. For different types of recreation, the formation of positive emotions is different. Negative emotions are formed in all kinds of experiences (educational, aesthetic, entertaining, escapism). To neutralize the negative experience of tourists, it is necessary to take into account the tools of the impression economy in the promotion of tourist products, both at the level of individual travel agencies and administrations when developing a strategy for the development of tourism in their territories. This will create a basis for attracting tourists to the destination

THE CONGLOMERATION OF INTERNATIONAL TOURIST ROUTES FROM THE COUNTRIES OF THE BLACK SEA BASIN TO UKRAINE BY THE EXAMPLE OF THE FORMATION OF NEW WINE TOURS

The article examines and analyzes the tourist potential of the Black Sea basin countries, as well as natural conditions and resources, the quality of infrastructure of the countries, tourist services. The research of the article is to form a portrait of a potential tourist and wine routes of the Black Sea basin countries that have been studied. There are consumer segments that can be chosen as targets for promotion of wine tours for travel agencies and wine companies. It can be argued that with active information support, wine tourism can gain wide popularity in the south of Ukraine and attract more foreign tourists to this part of the country. Based on the obtained results the conclusions about the level of tourist potential, as well as the relevance and practical value of creating wine tours in the countries of the Black Sea basin are formulated. The results can be used in practice in creating wine tours in other tourist destinations, in the promotion of tourist products, as well as in creating tours to the countries of the Black Sea basin.

ФОРМУВАННЯ ТА ПРОСУВАННЯ ЕКОТУРИСТИЧНОГО ПРОДУКТУ

The article is devoted to the substantiation of ecological tourism popularization, determining the needs of domestic ecotourists and features of formation and advancement of ecologically directed tourist products. Since the tourism industry is an important factor in a stable and dynamic increase in budget revenues, it makes a significant positive impact on the state of affairs in many sectors of the economy (transport, trade, communications, construction, agriculture etc.), so Ukraine needs to develop this activity. The peculiarity of ecological tourism is that it helps to involve citizens in learning about the natural, historical and cultural heritage of the region, preserving ecological balance, provides environmental education, increases employment in the region, stimulates market relations, and promotes a positive image of the country and international cooperation. The specific properties of the tourist product of ecological orientation have been considered and characterized, the importance of further development of ecological tourism has been substantiated, and the factors influencing the formation of the tourist product have been indicated. Each region has its own characteristics of the tourism industry, which must be taken into account in the formation and promotion of tourism products. That is why the study proposes the creation of a regional ecotourism product based on the preferences of potential consumers surveyed in the Zhytomyr region. Based on the survey data, a study of the potential demand for tourist potential in the Zhytomyr region has been conducted, socio-demographic information of respondents has been provided, information on the approximate duration of rest, number of trips per year, satellites during the holiday, budget per person and sources of information about tourist services have been visualized. The study actualizes the needs of modern tourists, offers options for ecotourism products, and presents some locations of eco-tourism. It has been planned to map the objects of the nature reserve fund, ecological trails, recreation points, hospitable estates in the Zhytomyr region with a description of these objects, infrastructure features, coordinates and ability to pave the route etc. Such actions will allow to get acquainted in detail with places of rest, to form demand for an ecotourism product and to provide active development of tourist sphere of the region.

Tourist resources and infrastructure as the important components of economic development and tourism in the region

However, with all the prerequisites for the development of tourism, Ukraine did not pay due attention to the development of this sector of economy. Due to this situation, the problem of increasing the tourist attractiveness of the territory remains urgent. Having an important potential of natural resources, historical and cultural monuments, considering the great importance of the tourism industry, it has been declared one of the priority directions of development of the national economy at the state level in Ukraine. Among Ukrainian scientists, the development of tourist infrastructure was studied by A. A. Beidik, M. P. Malskaya, A. T. Makarov, F. Kifiak, A. A. Lubitseva, S. P. Kuzyk, I. M. School. Certain infrastructure elements of the tourist and recreational complex of the Kiev region are analyzed in the works of L. M. Volovik, V. L. Glibovets, A. M. Poltavets, S. V. Rogovsky, etc. Pereiaslav-Khmelnitsky district is a territory of historical land, which is located in the eastern part of the Kiev region. It played a great importance in the processes of formation of Ukrainian nationality and state. This land was a source of inspiration for Taras Shevchenko himself and other outstanding heroes of Ukraine. It is over-saturated with both sad and joyful big events. Pereiaslav-Khmelnitsky district, without exaggeration, can be called a unique place on the map of our country. The purpose of the study is to assess tourist resources and develop the tourist infrastructure of Pereiaslav-Khmelnitsky district, to determine its role in creating the basis for the economic growth of the district as a whole and to improve the tourism sector in particular. The study of this problem is based on general scientific methods of knowledge of economic phenomena and processes (analysis and synthesis, system approach, dialectical method, etc.). It was revealed the conditions of formation and the current state of formation of tourist infrastructure in Kyiv region, in particular in Pereiaslav-Khmelnitsky district. It was made the comparison of the state of its components (communication network, accommodation establishments, and mass catering establishments). Without exaggeration, Pereiaslav-Khmelnitsky district can be called a unique place on the map of our country. Today, there are 51 settlements, 15 objects of nature reserve fund of Ukraine, among which is a park-monument of landscape art of a national importance «Tashanskyi» and National natural park «Biloozerskyi», and there are more than 10 large and small rivers and hundreds of potential tourist sites that need to be preserved, promoted and attracted by tourists. It was highlighted the key advantages inherent in the tourism infrastructure of Kyiv region. The value of material and technical base and tourism infrastructure has been established as a determining factor for increasing the tourist attractiveness of Pereiaslav-Khmelnitsky district. The main reasons for hindering the development of the tourist services market in Pereiaslav-Khmelnitsky district are: the imperfection of the system of state regulation of tourist activity; the low level of investments in the development of the material base of tourism; the inconsistency of tourist establishments with international standards; the insufficient provision of the tourism industry by qualified specialists; the extremely unsatisfactory condition of transport infrastructure; the low awareness of potential consumers of the tourism product. It was highlighted the main problems in the formation and promotion of tourism products of the district, as well as the problems of development of existing tourism potential, which is certainly one of the richest in Ukraine. It was offered the directions of development of tourist infrastructure market in Pereiaslav-Khmelnitsky district and activation of using of tourist potential in the area.

Business games as a component of interactive learning in a tourist college

This article discusses the possibilities and practical value of using such an interactive learning method as a business game. Business game is one of the methods of activation creative activity for students and implementation of professional-game tasks in the educational process. The methodical purpose of the business game is mainly to train skills, as well as to find strategies for solving a professional problem.The article discusses the possibilities of using group business games such as brainstorming and the project method when studying the discipline “Sales technology and promotion of tourist products” in a tourist college. The main attention in the article is paid to the tasks of group business games statement which is basis for professional decision making tasks. The role of the leader and its influence on the formation a favorable socio-psychological climate among the participants are considered, the stages of the student group development during the business game are also considered. The article describes the algorithm for conducting group business games and the methodology of their organization and conduct. The article presents the structure of business games held with students of a tourist college.

Leveraging on Digital Technologies to Up-Scale Tourism for Economic Growth in Africa

The application of digital technologies in various human endeavours today is unabated. This article presents information and communications technologies (ICTs) as a driving force for promoting tourism in Africa for accelerated economic growth. Descriptive methodology was used in the study. The study relied on the explored impacts of tourism on socio-economic development of the developing nations of Africa and encourages the adoption of persona models in implementing technological strategies geared toward the promotion of tourism products and services on the continent. The article advocates technology compliance by all tourism organizations and involvement of all stakeholders, agencies of governments and ICT drivers in making Africa a destination of choice to the world by adopting appropriate technological provisions.

Goal. Describe the areas of cross-border cooperation of Ukraine in the field of recreation and tourism. Many publications of both foreign and domestic authors, mainly of economic and legal content, are devoted to the study of cross-border and later cross-border cooperation. activities. The method consisted of processing the literary and statistical material collected by the authors on border and transit traffic as components of export-import relations in the field of travel and their infrastructure, as well as the formation and promotion of tourist products formed to get acquainted with neighboring Ukrainian ethnic lands. Scientific novelty. New approaches to the consideration of cross-border cooperation in the field of tourism and recreation through the prism of cross-border cooperation of Ukraine with neighboring countries are proposed. An example of the development of cross-border cooperation is the development of a cross-border tour between the Verkhovyna district of Ivano-Frankivsk region and the Maramures district of Romania in the Marmara region. One of the ways to intensify international tourism is the use of cross-border natural and recreational and historical and cultural, especially ethnographic, resources through the formation of a comprehensive tourism product in the segment of cognitive tourism. Results. The provision of the state border of Ukraine with checkpoints and control is described, as well as a regional analysis of the main partner countries of Ukraine in the market of tourist services, developed a technological map of the tourist route "From Verkhovyna, shrouded in legends, to the impressive Maramures." The practical significance lies in paying attention to the possibilities of cross-border cooperation of Ukraine with neighboring countries, especially on the western border, on the joint use of border areas for the development of recreational activities and tourism. Cross-border cooperation in the field of recreation and tourism involves the joint use of border areas for recreational and tourist purposes. These can include border tourist traffic, transit traffic through checkpoints and the organization of tours in the border ethnic Ukrainian lands.

An Evaluation of the Challenges Faced by the Tourism and Hospitality Industry in Zimbabwe: A Case Study of Regency Flamboyant Hotel from 2005-2009

This research seeks to evaluate the challenges that the Zimbabwean tourism and hospitality industry faced during the period (2005-2009). The main objectives of the research involves assessing how far the Zimbabwean political, economic, social, technological, legal and ecological situations affected the tourism and hospitality industry in Zimbabwe and evaluating the effectiveness of current marketing tools for more effective promotion of tourist products. The researcher also investigates on the effects of a change in the tourism industry performance on society and identified sustainable means of boosting tourism in Zimbabwe. The researcher used exploratory research design and descriptive research designs to enable the data collection. In conducting the research questionnaires were distributed to employees and management, while the management was also interviewed to gather relevant data on the topic under study. Other information was collected through desktop research in the form of monthly financial reports, information memorandums, text books and other relevant company documents. Findings from the research indicated that the tourism and hospitality industry in Zimbabwe has been affected by the activities hinging on political events that transpired during the period under review its effects cascaded to the economy which has the direct bearing on the tourism and hospitality industry.

The article presents the experience of the development of f tourist information system on the territory of the Republic of Crimea. The importance of the use of geoinformation technologies in the tourism industry is considered. The article describes a number of tasks to be solved in the implementation of GIS technologies in the creation, supply, promotion of tourist product and tourist maps. The concept and architecture of the developed TIS, its structure and composition of cartographic and thematic material are described. The main provisions according to which the project is implemented are given.

POTENTIALS AND OBSTRUCTION FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF RURAL TOURISM OF THE REPUBLIC OF SRPSKA

The aim of this paper is to examine potentials and obstacles for the development of rural tourism in the Republic of Srpska. The analysis of both the potential and the integration of the entities crucial for the development of rural tourism, as well as the limiting factors that lead to stagnation in the development of rural tourism, is covered. Also, the goal is to explore the views of users and providers of rural tourism services and institutions dealing with the tourism industry on the state of the tourist offer and the limiting factors of its development. Rural destinations are becoming more attractive and more visited by tourists due to the natural environment, clean air, manifestations, possibilities of consuming traditional food and beverages, sports and various other activities. However, the ruin of rural tourism is reflected in the fact that it can violate the original form of rural space through various forms of environmental pollution of space, water and air. Preservation of existing resources is a necessity because the preserved environment is a prerequisite for the development of rural tourism. Republic of Srpska has seen a steady growth in the tourist visit in recent years, but there are still limiting factors for the development of rural tourism, which are most often seen in the poorly developed infrastructure of certain rural destinations, lack of accommodation capacities and the lack of qualified labor force, cooperation of several actors. It cannot be developed without the cooperation of regional and local authorities, non-governmental organizations, tourist organizations and businesses with local people. These actors should help the development of rural tourism through various subsidies, incentives, infrastructure construction and marketing.Republika Srpska faces the problem of insufficient promotion of tourism products, which reflects on the bad image of the entire tourism. The strong competition from the countries of the region, primarily Croatia and Montenegro, draws a large number of tourists, which points to the fact that the consumers of tourism services of the Republic of Srpska are in the highest estimate domestic guests of a poor standard of living. The development of rural tourism should be based on an integrated approach to development and care for resources. Only preserved resources can be a condition for the development of rural tourism now and in the future.

Functional role and importance of PR-technologies in marketing activities of tourist companies

The article is devoted to the definition of the functional role and importance of PR technologies in the marketing activities of tourist companies. It is revealed that in the tourism industry PR acts as an important component of the marketing system of a tourist company, namely as a tool for marketing communications, along with advertising, personal sales, sales promotion. It is revealed that PR technologies in the tourism business are used to inform potential consumers, popularize tourist services, to position and improve the image of tourist companies and destinations. Distinctive features of public relations in the tourism industry are the wide reach of the target audience, the variety of applied forms, long-term focus. Selected marketing tools used to solve PR problems in the tourism business are: work with the media (newsletter mailing, press conferences, interviews, briefings, information tours for journalists, media monitoring), special events for the presentation of tourist company, its products and services (exhibitions, fairs, seminars); company image advertising; sponsoring various events; charity; trainings, training courses for tourist companies. It is noted that participation in specialized exhibitions and fairs deserves the greatest attention among PR activities in order to present the tourist company and its services, establishing and maintaining business contacts and are one of the important PR-methods of promotion of tourist product in the market of tourist services. Authors provide the description of the leading international tourist exhibitions as well as tourist exhibitions held in Ukraine. The advantages and disadvantages of participation of Ukrainian tourist companies in specialized exhibitions and fairs are reviewed. It is noted that the impact of exhibition activity in the tourism industry has increased due to its mass character, significant number of contacts, various professional activities. It is proposed that all communication means used at the exhibitions by individual tourist companies should be selected in such a way so as to fully reflect its competitive advantages. When assessing the effectiveness of PR technologies in the tourism industry it is necessary to consider them in the context of a particular tourist company, taking into account its target audience and applied PR tools.

The system of tourist destination promotion as a component of information support in tourism

Information support in tourism industry is a complex system, which includes set of elements and implementation mechanism. In tourism, information traffic is carried out at all stages of work with a tourist product and has a particular importance in the process of a tourist product promotion. Nowadays, attraction of tourists to destination is based on the promotion of its attractiveness using modern tools of communication with the consumer. It is important not only to create conditions for tourists and a quality tourist product, but also to bring this information to the target consumer and form a desire to come and buy a tourist product. Today, the emphasis of product promotion and communication with the consumer is transferred to the Internet with the wide application of mobile technologies. Therefore, the issues of tourist destinations' effective Internet promotion and information support in tourism are relevant today and are the most important factor in increasing the competitiveness of Russian destinations in the domestic and inbound tourism market. This problem is in the trend of the digital economy development and new "smart" technologies that increase the competitiveness of the Russian economy as a whole. The article examines domestic and foreign approaches to information support of tourism activities and the tools used. The analysis of sites of leading foreign and domestic tourist destinations was conducted with the purpose of revealing the dependence between the system of Internet promotion and tourist flow to the region, including the arrivals of foreign tourists and requirements to the destination website. Based on the survey of experts carried out by the authors in 2017, an assessment was made of the current state of the promotion system for the resorts of Krasnodar Region and the main trends in information support for tourist activities. The dependence between the effectiveness of Internet promotion and the competitiveness of the tourist destination has been revealed. The model of the Internet promotion of tourist destinations on the example of the Sochi resort as an important element of information support in tourism has been proposed.

The regional features of forming a marketing complex of rural green tourism in conditions of economic instability are considered. The purpose of the research is to develop theoretical and methodological approaches to the formation of the marketing complex of tourist enterprises of rural green tourism in Vinnytsia region. The theoretical and methodological provisions, scientific and practical recommendations concerning promotion of rural green tourism are substantiated. The state of development of marketing of rural green tourism in conditions of development of a market economy is analyzed. It is noted that rural green tourism should be considered as an integral part of the program of integrated socio-economic development of the village and its revival, as well as through the development of rural green tourism, sustainable economic and demographic development in rural areas can be ensured. Promotion of tourism product with marketing efforts «Seven R» is shown. It has been found that the majority of the rural tourism industry is represented by small, mostly family-owned enterprises that do not use (or use very few) marketing approaches because of: lack of understanding of the principles and role of marketing in gaining profit for small farms and marketing costs. The main obstacles encountered by the owners of the agrosides themselves are intended to carry out marketing measures for the promotion of their products on the market. It is shown that the marketing price policy of the product of agroclitin in the market is based on three factors: costs, demand, competition. In today's market conditions, the leader is a price-driven demand-driven strategy: about 54.2% of marketing managers consider it to be a priority. Prices of rural green tourism providers do not disclose publicly. However, the functioning of agro-oles is increasingly characterized by signs of imperfect (monopolistic) competition, in particular through the use of non-price competition. Only about 15% of tourist enterprises in the region determine the main criterion for competition pricing marketing strategy. For further development of rural green tourism in the region, the strategy of balanced regional development of Vinnytsia region for the period till 2020 is considered. List of problematic issues hindering the development of rural tourism, the solution of which requires special regulatory regulation. It is proposed to form a clear marketing strategy for the development of the tourism industry of Ukraine at the national level, which should correspond to the strategies and programs of tourism development at the regional level, which will create new jobs, improve the quality of service provision and gradually improve the quality of the infrastructure components (roads, agro churches, museums, etc.), which provides comfort of consumption of tourist services by foreign and domestic tourists.
