Promosi Olahraga Tinju Adat Etu Sebagai Pariwisata Tahunan di Kecamatan Boawae Kabupaten Nagekeo

This study aims to determine how the implementation of Etu traditional boxing in Bhoawae sub-district and the promotion of this sport as a type of tourism in Nagekeo district, East Nusa Tenggara. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with 4 informants as the subject of the study. The data collection technique was carried out by in-depth interviews, documentation and observation. Data were analyzed using Miles Huberman's interactive analysis model. The results showed that the procedures for implementing the traditional Etu Boxing were carried out by traditional rituals and traditional dances. Boxers wear special equipment such as headbands, tai kolo, dhese and you gauze. Each round will end if one of the boxers has bleeding which symbolizes fertility. In conclusion, Etu is a boxing attraction that involves traditional rituals as an expression of gratitude for the people of the Bhoawae traditional village in welcoming the harvest, while the Etu promotion form currently being pursued by the government Nagekeo area is by making video story telling

The purpose of this study is to devise legal and institutional improvement strategies for the vitalization of corporate-sponsored sports teams in South Korea. For this purpose, the investigators collected papers published in the nation, press releases, and data from relevant agencies to examine the current state of corporate-sponsored teams and their internal and external environments and examined them in policy, economic, and social descriptions through PEST analysis. The findings were as follows: first, it is needed to revise the National Sports Promotion Act, Restriction of Special Taxation Act, and their enforcement ordinances. The National Sports Promotion Act should add a new provision, "A local government should make and manage a sports team, and the central government should support its installation and management costs by 50%." The Restriction of Special Taxation Act should be revised to prolong the corporate tax deduction period from the current two years to the existence of a sports team with the corporate tax raised to 50/100 in costs. The scope of unpopular events should be expanded from the events of Olympic Games to those of national athletic meets; secondly, metropolitan municipal and provincial governments should enact ordinances about the installation and management of workplace sports teams; and finally, the conference of municipal and provincial heads of athletic associations should run an office in Sejong to create conditions to push forward pending issues logically. In short, it is important to enact and revise laws and ordinances fast and continuously according to the flow of the times so that corporate-sponsored sports teams can be vitalized amid changes to the sports policies of the nation.

Foreign Experience in Tax Regulation of Sports Development

The subject of the study is the indirect financing of sports development abroad through tax incentives. This paper aims to analyze and summarize foreign experience of tax approaches to the sports development and to substantiate the possibility of its application in the Russian Federation. The following methods were used: content analysis of scientific papers and the legal framework related; comparing the different sports funding models and the tax instruments used in the analyzed countries to promote sports; logical synthesis to gain insights and form recommendations. Sports currently play an important role in addressing both social and economic challenges, which reinforces governmental regulation. The financing models for sports development applications abroad are examined. Models have been found to differ by the use of direct and indirect methods of sports financing methods, including tax incentives. The experience of tax incentives application for sports promotion in the United States, Germany, the Netherlands, Hungary, and Belarus has been analyzed, similarities and differences of the ways goals are achieved have been identified. Possibilities for applying foreign experience in tax incentives for the sports development in the Russian Federation have been identified. Conclusions have been made on the need to further analysis of foreign experience in order to improve methods of indirect financing of sports development. The economic rationale for the proposed tax regulation in sports development should be ensured to prove feasibility thereof.

Realization Mechanism of School-Family-Community Sports Integration Model in the Network Age

In the publicity process, it is done jointly by establishing a We Chat public account, using online platforms and community bulletin boards, and promoting the development of community student sports activities by improving residents’ sports awareness. Parent sports school is a form composed of parent members to spread sports knowledge. Invite school medical staff or community health security personnel to teach parents how to maintain a good lifestyle. Help parents to acquire correct educational concepts and scientific methods for children’s physical education. Parents’ sports schools can carry out activities that suit them according to local conditions. Schools are built on the community, teachers and community managers can increase communication to make better use of community public resources, and at the same time enhance the community’s participation in sports activities and encourage others to participate in sports. In the social network publicity methods, 22.9% have sports information publicity, and 77.1% have no network publicity. This research is helpful to the further promotion of sports.

How We Can Develop Sports in Iran: Explaining the Process

Purpose: The current research aimed to design and explain the sports Development processes in Iran.Methodology: The qualitative and grounded theory-based methods have been used for the current study. The snowball data sampling method and the semi-structural interviews with 15 knowledgeable elites on the subject was used for data collection. The obtained data were analysed by the grounded theory coding with the structuralist approach introduced by Charmaz (2006). The coding was done in two phases as the primary and concentrated codes. Then, the theoretical coding was used to organize the concentrated codes. The trustworthiness of the obtained data and codes for ensuring them the researcher did authenticity.Findings: The findings show that the processes required for sports development in Iran include attraction, maintenance (the Process of maintaining community sport participation and the Process of retaining talent), and education. These three processes and their components are interrelated and connected in a systematic approach. The proper designing of the processes and the relationship between their components with the strategy to use each process output as the input of the next one with particular emphasis on the interstitial processes and components is an essential point that must be considered.Originality: Proper design of processes and the relationship between their components using each Process's output as input to the next Process with special emphasis on the Process and intermediate components is a critical point that must be considered. It is in this state that heroism is taken out of the greenhouse mode. Incidentally, with the spread and promotion of sports and physical activity among different sections of society, the possibility of the emergence of sports talents naturally increases, and their growth and excellence path becomes clear. Iran's sports development model is presented with a stakeholder approach, procedures and process.

"People Associate Us with Movement so It's an Awesome Opportunity": Perspectives from Physiotherapists on Promoting Physical Activity, Exercise and Sport.

Insufficient physical activity (PA) is a critical public health issue especially in the context of COVID-related deconditioning. Health professionals are well placed to promote community-based PA but there is little supporting implementation research. We aimed to explore physiotherapists’ knowledge, views, attitudes and experiences regarding the promotion of physical activity, exercise and sport within daily clinical practice in order to guide development of strategies to support implementation of PA promotion by physiotherapists, in particular those treating older people, and adults and children with a disability. We conducted interviews and focus groups with 39 physiotherapists. Two researchers coded transcripts with an iterative coding approach. Analysis returned five main themes: putting principles into practice; working with conflicting priorities; multiple client barriers; connections build confidence; and the battle for information. The physiotherapists accepted their legitimate role in PA promotion. Limited clinical and administrative time and acute treatment priorities often superseded PA promotion but the lack of updated information regarding suitable community-based PA opportunities and lack of trust in community providers were the biggest barriers. Strategies to enhance PA promotion by physiotherapists should address time and information constraints, and build partnership connections between health professionals and community-based PA providers.

In the present study, descriptive and survey method was used. The study is the effect of mass media in promotion of sports in Jammu Kashmir. The survey type study was designed to find out the role of media in sports. Health and Well-Being Measures of Collegiate Athlete and Non-Athlete Graduates

American collegiate sport participation has been linked with psychosocial and career-related benefits as well as with mental and physical health risks, with extant research on this topic revealing mixed results. The study purpose was, informed by the Health through Sport Conceptual Model, to describe and compare associations among health related quality of life and psychosocial measures of former U.S. collegiate athletes and non-athletes from four university graduation cohorts. Results suggest on aggregate former collegiate athletes report more positive measures than their non-athlete peers. Study findings were, in some instances, mitigated/reversed when participants endorsed concussion, career ending injury or revenue sport participation histories or were female. Though limited by a cross-sectional design and a potential health worker effect, results provide some support for protective associations of collegiate athletics participation. This study also provides a theoretical bridge from intercollegiate athletics participation to broader sport promotion literatures.

Choosing an activity that suits: development and validation of a\xa0questionnaire on motivational competence in exercise and sport

The current study presents the development and validation of a questionnaire on motivational competence in exercise and sport. Motivational competence characterises the self-determined ability to choose a suitable exercise and sport activity. Knowing one’s own preferences and what to expect in different activities helps people to make this choice, which, in turn, supports them in maintaining their physical activity (PA) on a long-term and regular basis. The developed items cover the following three components of motivational competence: 1) knowing one’s own preferences, 2) knowing what to expect in different exercise and sport activities, and 3) choosing and arranging an exercise and sport activity. Psychometric properties were checked using a sample with N = 667 adults (Mage = 42.49, SD = 14.71, 62% female). The final one-dimensional scale consists of four items. Construct validity showed positive relationships to intrinsic and identified motivation modes of self-concordance and conversely no relationship to introjected and low negative to extrinsic motivation. For criterion validity, the structural equation modeling demonstrated that motivational competence and PA-specific self-control are independently and positively associated with exercise and sport behaviour. Overall, the newly developed scale is a psychometrically sound and economical instrument to be used in exercise and sport promotion (e.g. counselling) and research.

Sports and politics: A study

Sports and politics are an integral part of any advance and progressive nation. Sports can make a positive contribution to national morale, health and the economy, but politics in sports can engender interference in promotion of sports.The purpose of the study was to investigate the impact of Politics and Government on the development of sports in respect to political factors in the Haryana state. Five hundred respondents comprising of physical educationists, general people/public and students/players of both sexes were taken for this study. A questionnaire having questions related to politics having political factors was administered and analysis was done with the help of chi-square and percentile method. The level of significance was chosen 0.05. The study approved the hypothesis i.e. Politics creates hindrance in the promotion of sports and government has a great importance in promotion of sports. The study concluded that there exists a strong relationship between politics and sports in the state, but Politics in sports always create barrier in promotion of sports. The study also reveals that no game can survive for a long without the liberal attitude and funding by the Govt. in the age of global competition.

When it comes to the promotion of professional sports, sports photography occupies a significant place in the sports press and sports magazines. On the other hand, sports photography also promotes recreational sports, which is intended for all those who want to do sports for themselves and their own health. Sports photography has the power to present important sports and recreational events to readers in a simple way, without large and dry texts. Good sports photography refers to the composition, angle, light, dynamics and color contrast, i.e. the relationship between warm and cold tones. Also, sports photography depends on good photographic equipment, knowledge and experience of a sport photojournalist. Sports photojournalists always try to present quality and interesting sports photographs in the most professional and high-quality way, which in an artristic way convey ''visual information'' of sports events to loyal readers and sports fans. It is very important to understand that sports photography is not only sports, but also artistic. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to present sports photography and its artistic dimension.

This article examines the impact of physical training on crime among juvenile convicts, namely, how physical activity, a set of physical exercises and much more can affect the behavior of juvenile convicts and, directly, contribute to their correction. Proper physical education of minor children is a powerful factor in preventing and deterring crime. The urgency of the need to involve adolescents in active sports is important in order to develop the values of physical education and improve the form and orientation of the promotion of physical education and sports in order to minimize juvenile delinquency.

New Obesity Index Associated with Fitness Among Korean Adults

<i>Background</i>: The aim of this paper was to introduce a new obesity index associated with fitness and determine effective exercises for reducing the obesity in common Korean adults using a new kind of waist-to-height ratio (WHT2R). <i>Objectives</i>: This cross-sectional study was performed using the public-use releases of the 2017 survey of national physical fitness by the Korea Institute of Sport Science of the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation. <i>Method</i>: The correlation coefficients were calculated by correlation analyses between the obesity indices and four fitness tests for comparison. The lump mean values (LMVs) were introduced to find the association between the WHT2R and fitness tests using a linear regression method and to use as an indicator for the effective control of obesity. <i>Result</i>: The WHT2R is more associated with the fitness than the other indices and the correlation with fitness tests was interpreted more simply using the LMV of the WHT2R rather than that of the body mass index. Setting the goal of exercise using the WHT2R was easier and more convenient than using the body mass index. <i>Conclusion</i>: The WHT2R can be used as a possible contender for predicting fitness and is an effective indicator for the reduction of abdominal obesity.

Research on the Current Situation, Characteristics and Development Countermeasures of Chinese Rope Skipping Sports——Based on the Analysis of the Results of International and Domestic Rope Skipping Competitions

In recent years, the development of China's rope skipping has ushered in opportunities. Under the organization and promotion of the Social Sports Guidance Center of the State General Administration of Sports and the National Rope Skipping Sports Promotion Center, large-scale rope skipping events such as the World Rope Skipping Championships, Opens, and Finals have been held for many times. The Chinese national rope skipping team has a place in the international rope skipping arena. In the development of Chinese rope skipping and its competitions, the development of this emerging sport also faces a series of problems. Such as: insufficient attention to skipping rope in China, lack of funds for project development, unbalanced development of campus sports, lack of relevant teachers, etc. The above-mentioned problems have affected the development of rope skipping in China to a certain extent. When collecting and sorting out related content about the development of Chinese rope skipping and competitions through the literature data method, it is found that domestic research on rope skipping is relatively weak, especially in competitions. To this end, this article uses the literature method, questionnaire survey method, field research method, expert interview method and combined with the results of international and domestic rope skipping competitions to carry out relevant data analysis. Investigate the status quo of the development of rope skipping in China, sort out the development process of rope skipping, and understand the advantages and disadvantages of its sports. Analyze the gap between China's rope skipping sport and the world's rope skipping powers and the problems highlighted in China's rope skipping competitions. Analyze the reasons that restrict the development of domestic rope skipping, explore targeted adjustment countermeasures, and propose development paths and specific measures for the development of rope skipping in China, so as to jointly promote the healthy and sustainable development of rope skipping in China.

국민체육진흥기금 지원 공공체육시설 운영 개선방안: 국민체육센터를 중심으로

본 연구는 기금지원사업으로 조성된 공공체육시설의 운영현황과 문제점 및 개선 사항을 파악하여 시설의 국민체육진흥기금 지원 체계 개선방안을 도출하였다. 이를 위해 2019년 지자체에서 운영하고 있는 17개 시·도의 국민체육센터 중 총 9개 기관의 시설운영 관리자 9명을 심층 면접하였으며, 면접 결과를 질적 연구 방법 중 다중 사례연구 방법으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과 운영자가 인식하는 주요 문제로는 ‘시설 설립단계에서의 전문가 배제’, ‘이용자 욕구를 반영하지 못한 운영체계’, ‘다양한 민원에 대응하는 적은 예산’, ‘운영비에 따른 공공체육시설의 지역 격차’, ‘운영 종사자들의 업무 과부하’로 나타났다. 이를 개선하기 위한 방법으로는 ‘지역중심 공공체육시설 설립 시스템 구성’, ‘시설관리 운영지원 기준안 마련’, ‘공공체육시설 종사자의 업무환경 및 처우개선’으로 나타났다. 이상과 같은 연구결과를 토대로 지역맞춤형 공공체육시설로의 개선, 지역사회 체육시설과의 네트워크를 통한 지역중심 체육활동 극대화 방안 마련, 효율적인 기금지원모델 방안 구축, 공공체육시설 관련 정책의 전반적인 추친체계 정비 등의 제언을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 다중 사례 면접을 통해 현재 해당 업무를 담당하고 있는 관리 및 운영자가 인식하는 주요 문제 뿐 아니라 개선방법들을 실제 현장 사례들을 근거로 제시하였다는 것에 의의가 있다.

People with Physical Disabilities playing Light Volleyball: A Qualitative Study in Hong Kong

Purpose: This study aimed at understanding the perceptions of people with physical disabilities regarding playing Light Volleyball (LVB), identifying the possible constraints and risks they might face while playing, and providing their suggestions for fine-tuning the Light Volleyball intervention programmes. Method: Four focus group interviews were conducted with 17 participants who joined the Light Volleyball trial programme. The participants were 11 males and 6 females, with an average age of 53.5 years (SD=11.83 years). People with poliomyelitis (n = 15), spinal cord injury (n = 1), hearing impairment (n = 1) were included. Results: Participants indicated improved reactivity and coordination, happiness, cooperation in team, happiness, and novelty in general as positive outcomes while playing Light Volleyball. They preferred to play in the seated position (i.e., sitting light volleyball - SLVB), and with simpler rules. They believed that their ability to play Light Volleyball was subject to their body constraints. Conclusion: Sitting Light Volleyball can be one of the new physical activity options for future sport promotion among people with physical disabilities in the community. The effectiveness of playing Sitting Light Volleyball in enhancing health among people with physical disabilities needs to be studied in future.
