SINCE its appearance last January, the Bibliography of Editions and Translations in Progress has shown signs of growth. Scholars from countries not represented in the last issue have now submitted entries, giving the list a more pronounced international character, while at the same time scholars at work on Arabic texts have contributed more actively. Requests for offprints indicate that a need has been met. For the future, all projects will be listed yearly until they are designated as completed or lapsed. However, first entries alone will carry the full information on a project; all subsequent entries, appearing in abbreviated form, will carry only the project title, information on progress made, and the year the first entry appeared. Scholars wishing to have their text work listed should write for a questionnaire to the Medieval Text Association, Baruch College of City University of New York, 17 Lexington Avenue, New York, N. Y. 10010. Those wishing offprints should submit their requests to the same address and enclose one dollar, which will be put toward the work of the Association. Louis L. GIOIA Baruch College
