Совершенствование методического обеспечения профессиональной подготовки магистров по направлению «Землеустройство и кадастры» в области управления земельными ресурсами

Relevance of the work is caused by the need of professional training of masters of land management and cadastres for activity in management of land resources and real estate objects. The attention is focused on the obligation to comply with the requirements of the Federal state educational standard for the implementation of the content of educational programmes of master’s training in the electronic information and educational environment, including programmes with the use of distance learning technologies. The didactic possibilities of electronic educational resources of distance learning systems as modern multimedia and interactive means of teaching master students are characterized. The conclusion is made about possibility of improvement of methodical training of masters in “Land management and cadastres” in the field of land administration through the establishment and implementation into the pedagogical practice of an electronic educational resource of the same name. The main requirements imposed to electronic educational resources are marked: availability of methodical recommendations and thematic planning of a course; use of multimedia and interactive format of representation of electronic content of a training course; convenience of navigation on a resource; the organized feedback with the teacher; open system of estimation and control of educational activity of the trained. The results of the creation of an electronic educational resource for masters of the direction “Land management and cadastres” on the course “Management of land resources and real estate” are demonstrated. The conclusion about the prevailing positive characteristics of e-learning resources is made. The question of the need for special training and motivation of teachers to create electronic educational resources and their placing on the platform of distance learning is raised.

Some questions on the creation of the adaptive system of training Masters specializing in management of educational institutions

The article deals with the topical issue of creating the adaptive educational system applied within the process of professional training of Masters specializing in “Educational Institutions Management”. The paper reveals the historical aspect of training Master students specializing in management, defines some features of training Masters in educational institutions management and partially substantiates the adaptive education system with the aim of modernizing the system of training students who are taking their Master’s degree in management. On the basis of an analysis of the educational and vocational training program for Masters specializing in educational institutions management, the author singles out professionally relevant competences, which are integrated taking into account the market requirements and society demand and which must be acquired by students who are taking their Master’s degree. It is determined that the process of training Masters specializing in management of educational institutions requires significant changes based on the adaptive system, which will help provide educational establishments with educational institutions managers, who will be able to reach goals and to make high-quality new decisions in the ever-changing sphere of higher education. The article highlights the need for further development of the adaptive educational system and its implementation into the process of training Masters specializing in management of educational institutions.

The Study on the Training Mode of Professional Degree on Computer Science Based on Laboratory Simulation

At present, the cultivation of professional master graduate students has gradually become the vital subject of graduate education in China. It’s necessary for the cultivation of professional master graduate students to have a deep discussion in both training target and training mode in order to make it more fit to the country’s developments of economy and society. In this paper, we put forward a laboratory simulation of computer professional master's training mode to solve the problems like Matthew effect existed in the internship practice which the professional master graduate students encounter. In this training mode, professional masters strengthen their basic skills by the laboratory simulation environment; improve their abilities of projection management by link of comprehensive practice.

Поняттєво-термінологічний інструментарій порівняльно-педагогічного дослідження професійної підготовки магістрів з фізики у ВНЗ Польщі

Статтю присвячено аналізу українських та зарубіжних лексикографічних джерел для визначення сутності та змісту таких понять як «професійна підготовка», «магістр», «магістр з фізики», «вищий навчальний заклад». Проаналізовано підходи до тлумачення цих понять українськими та польськими педагогами. Здійснено порівняння професійної підготовки магістрів з фізики в Україні та Польщі. Подано класифікацію типів польських та українських ВНЗ, які здійснюють професійну підготовку магістрів у галузі фізики. Запропоновано авторське тлумачення поняття «професійна підготовка магістрів з фізики у вищих навчальних закладах Польщі».

The author considers features of professional training of masters in technical translation in the USA. The development of new information and communication technology influences the ever changing professional reality that requires almost constant improvement; attention is paid to the essence of training masters in technical translation. The ways and conditions of implementation of the U.S. experience in training masters in technical translation in the universities of Ukraine are substantiated.
