Road transport enterprises must constantly pay attention to increasing the efficiency of the production of quality transport services, in accordance with the requirements and expectations of consumers. During the production and provision of transport services, the flow of production processes in the transport system, problems often arise in the external and internal environment of the enterprise, which require a mandatory solution. The most common problems include the following: non-compliance of technical means with the requirements and expectations of service consumers in terms of the quality of passenger service, ensuring the necessary conditions for cargo transportation; significant negative impact of the transport process on the natural environment; not fully ensuring the safety of passenger transportation and ensuring the safety of traffic on the roads; imperfection of the system, methods, mechanism of planning and monitoring of transportation processes; imperfection of regulatory and legal regulation and control of the technical condition of vehicles in the organization of transportation; the level of driver training is not always sufficient. When conducting research on the organization of transport processes and ensuring traffic safety on roads, the enterprise must use a methodical approach to evaluate the process of production of transport services, the functioning of the enterprise's production process, which must include three main stages: development of indicators and mechanisms for evaluating the flow of processes; assessment of the efficiency of the transportation process; analysis of assessment results and development of measures to improve service production processes. The main tasks of improving the processes of service production are the formation of the transport system of the enterprise, which includes: transport flows, personnel and technical support of transport, road environment in the transport zone. The transport system and all its constituent parts must be provided with means of monitoring and mechanisms of influence and improvement of the processes of production of transport services. The process of improving the functioning of the enterprise's transport system should be conducted in three important directions: monitoring the transport process, studying and analysing the service market and taking into account the requirements and expectations of consumers, using calculation methods to determine negative impacts on the process and developing measures and mechanisms to prevent them.

The relevance of introducing a requirements management system in the production process of the aircraft engine construction industry

It is necessary to have access to documents containing product requirements during the design process. Search and processing of this data slows down the product design significantly. The reduction of time losses calls for the availability of a proper software tool. In this work, programs for the creation of requirements management systems are considered. The proposed concept of the requirements management system will make it possible to increase the efficiency of the product design process. The identified potential of the software allows us to talk about the possibility of introducing this program into the production process of enterprises in the aircraft engine industry.

Automated machine learning methodology for optimizing production processes in small and medium-sized enterprises

Machine learning can be effectively used to generate models capable of representing the dynamic of production processes of small and medium-sized enterprises. These models enable the estimation of key performance indicators, and are often used for optimizing production processes. However, in most industrial applications, modeling and optimization of production processes are currently carried out as separate tasks, manually in a very costly and inefficient way. Automated machine learning tools and frameworks facilitate the path for deriving models, reducing modeling time and cost. However, optimization by exploiting production models is still in infancy. This work presents a methodology for integrating a fully automated procedure that embraces automated machine learning pipelines and a multi-objective optimization algorithm for improving the production processes, with special focus on small and medium-sized enterprises. This procedure is supported on embedding the generated models as objective functions of a reference point based non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm, resulting in preference-based Pareto-optimal parametrizations of the corresponding production processes. The methodology was implemented and validated using data from a manufacturing production process of a small manufacturing enterprise, generating highly accurate machine learning-based models for the analyzed indicators. Additionally, by applying the optimization step of the proposed methodology it was possible to increase the productivity of the manufacturing process by 3.19 % and reduce its defect rate by 2.15 %, outperforming the results obtained with traditional trial and error method focused on productivity alone.

Import of digital products and production fragmentation

Empowering traditional manufacturing through the digital economy can not only enhance the competitiveness of Chinese manufacturing enterprises, but also enhance the degree of specialization of enterprises by optimizing the industrial structure, thus enhancing the embeddedness of Chinese enterprises in the global value chain. Based on this background, on the one hand, this paper extracts and integrates digital product information from China Customs data. On the other hand, this paper constructs the number of production processes of enterprises as a proxy variable for production fragmentation. Finally, by matching these two databases, we get the production segmentation data of Chinese enterprises' digital product import from 2000 to 2014. We found that improving the penetration degree of digital technology by importing digital products can effectively promote the production fragmentation. In order to further clarify the mechanism, we divided the digital products into final and intermediate kinds and found that firms importing digital final goods have a larger marginal impact on their production fragmentation.

Behavioral decision-making of government, agricultural product producers, and consumers on agricultural product quality and safety regulation in a digital environment.

The quality and safety of agricultural products are related to people's lives and health, economic development, and social stability, and have always been a hot issue of concern to the government and society. The rapid development of digital traceability technology in the digital environment has brought new opportunities for the supervision of agricultural product quality and safety, but the frequent occurrence of agricultural product safety incidents in recent years has exposed many problems such as the lack of governmental supervision, unstandardized production process of enterprises, and weak consumer awareness. To improve the cooperation efficiency of stakeholders and ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products, this paper proposes a dynamic model based on evolutionary game theory. The model incorporates the government, agricultural product producers, and farmers, and evaluates the stability and effectiveness of the system under different circumstances. The results of the study show that there are multiple evolutionary stabilization strategies in the tripartite evolutionary game model of agricultural product quality and safety supervision, and there are corresponding evolutionary stabilization conditions. There are several factors affecting the stability of the system, the most important of which are government regulation, severe penalties for agricultural product producers, and incentives. When these factors reach a certain threshold, the stakeholder cooperation mechanism can establish an evolutionarily stable strategy. This study contributes to the understanding of the operational mechanism of stakeholder cooperation in agricultural product quality and safety regulation in the digital environment and provides decision support and policy recommendations for stakeholders to promote the sustainable development and optimization of agricultural product quality and safety regulation.

SCIENTIFIC APPROACHES AND KEY ASPECTS OF THE MODEL OF IMPLEMENTATION OF INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES IN THE PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES

Objective. To study and analyse various scientific methods and approaches to the introduction of the latest technologies into the production processes of industrial enterprises and to develop an effective model of innovative technologies. Methods. The following methods were used to achieve the goal and solve the above tasks: data analysis and synthesis - the article analyses various data, including sociological surveys, economic forecasts of the National Bank of Ukraine, and other important indicators; comparative analysis - comparing the current situation with previous years to assess economic recovery; comprehensive review and strategic analysis - describing the strategic directions of innovative transformations and industrial development, as well as considering the main models of innovation; forecasting. Results. The importance of introducing digital technologies in the management of industrial enterprises is substantiated, the contribution of enterprise resource planning systems and analytical tools to responding to market changes and optimising supply chains is emphasised. The necessity of an integrated approach to the introduction of innovative technologies in industrial management in Ukraine, taking into account the specifics of the enterprise, organisational culture and existing technological processes, as well as the need for continuous evaluation and optimisation of innovations, is determined. Scientific novelty. A model for the introduction of innovative technologies into the production management system of industrial enterprises has been developed, which allows for the comprehensive integration of modern innovative technologies with traditional management practices. This model helps to optimise production processes, increase the efficiency of enterprises and ensure their competitiveness in the global market. The article also proposes a comprehensive approach to studying the impact of innovation on the industrial sector in post-war Ukraine, taking into account internal and external factors affecting innovation processes, and focusing on the role of technological innovation for the country's economic recovery. Practical significance. The results of our study can be used to develop strategies and methods that can be applied in various areas of economic and industrial activity in Ukraine, especially in the context of recovery from the military conflict. The main areas of application include the industrial sector, economic policy and planning, and enterprise resource management. The article emphasises the importance of applying modern management approaches and digital technologies in the process of enterprise resource management, which can be useful for managers at all levels and can contribute to further research in the field of innovative development and management activities in industry, in particular in the context of digital transformation.

Screening of Maize Varieties with High Biomass and Low Accumulation of Pb and Cd around Lead and Zinc Smelting Enterprises: Field Experiment

In the long-term production process of lead and zinc smelting enterprises, atmospheric subsidence leads to the accumulation of heavy metals in surrounding farmland, which poses a serious threat to the growth of crops and food safety. Given the knowledge that heavy metal pollution in cultivated land does not support treatment and restoration, determining how to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products is the main problem facing the agricultural industry at present. Previous studies have mainly focused on the low accumulation of heavy metals in maize varieties, while the removal of heavy metals from soil through high biomass has been studied less. In order to identify the maize varieties that demonstrate high removal and low accumulation of heavy metals, 29 maize varieties were planted in soil contaminated with lead (Pb) and cadmium (Cd), and the growth status of the maize varieties and the absorption and transport of Pb and Cd by different tissues were studied. The results showed that heavy metals had the least effect on the growth of the Longhuangbai3, Jinqiuyu 35, Jinyi 418, and Qiuqing 88 varieties, and the content of Pb and Cd in maize varieties was in the order leaf > stem > root > grain. It was found that soil remediation and safe production can be taken into account in the results of the Qiuqing 88 (Pb, Cd), Fengdeng 2025 (Cd), and Yayu 719 (Pb, Cd) varieties. Moreover, the Xinzhongyu 801 (Cd) and Longdan 1701 (Pb) varieties demonstrated high metal accumulation in the edible part, which poses a potential risk to human health; thus, they are not recommended for local cultivation.

РАЗВИТИЕ ЦИФРОВИЗАЦИИ БИЗНЕС-ТЕХНОЛОГИЙ И ПРОЦЕССОВ В РЕГИОНАЛЬНОЙ И ОТРАСЛЕВОЙ ЭКОНОМИКЕ

The purpose of the article is to consider the conceptual aspects of the development of digitalization of business technologies and processes in the regional and sectoral economy, especially in the practice of industrial enterprises in the context of the need to transition to the concept of an adaptive economy. Discussion: theoretical constructions and practical techniques for studying and researching the essence, content and specifics of the digitalization of business technologies and processes at the level of industries and regions are very complex and ambiguous, which confirms the importance of the issue under consideration, which receives priority positions in systemology, which, when considering various aspects of the processes of improving the sustainable development of complex socio-economic industrial systems have very little impact on such important aspects of development as digitalization. Results: the article attempts to formulate and substantiate the most relevant approaches to the formation of directions for the development of digitalization of business technologies and processes at the meso- and micro-levels, to study the essence and content of digitalization, to determine the prospects for state support in relation to complex sectoral and regional socio-economic systems that invariably need higher socio-economic indicators and rational use of resources. A system of priority directions for the development of innovative production processes, digital management and the investment portfolio of industrial enterprises has been formed. The main directions of increasing the efficiency of the production process of industrial enterprises are identified and ways to achieve digital security of industrial enterprises are formulated. The analysis of the growth rates of industrial enterprises and their socio-economic importance in the dynamics of the gross domestic product of the country is carried out. The progressive development of the economy is confirmed by the positive dynamics of the gross regional product, which determines the need and priority of state support in the field of digitalization of industrial production. The above research expands theoretical and methodological ideas about the processes of transition and implementation of digitalization in industrial enterprises, the problem of ensuring their sustainable development, especially in modern conditions of an unstable state of the economic system.

CONCEPTS OF ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT IN ECONOMY 5.0

The research's relevance stems from the growing market dynamism, the shift from Economy 4.0 to Economy 5.0, and the interpretation of this transition as a pivotal stage in enterprise production processes and their socio-economic role. It is worth noting that in Economy 5.0, the focus of enterprises is increasingly shifting from simple automation and optimization of production processes to creating a shared space for collaboration between robots and humans (facilitated by a range of specific concepts). The purpose of the article is to identify and systematically characterize the concepts of enterprise development in Economy 5.0. Within the research, the identification of the distinctive features of key aspects of change accompanying the transition of enterprises from Economy 4.0 to 5.0 has been carried out. The study realizes the definition of the characteristics of transforming enterprises into active participants in socio-economic relations in Economy 5.0. The research identifies and describes fundamental characteristics of components as concepts of enterprise development in Economy 5.0.

Development of the Oil and Gas Potential of the Arctic Region: Issues of Methodology and Practical Implementation

In the development of methodological provisions for the integrated development of hydrocarbon resources are considered issues of improving the subsoil use of the Arctic and continental shelf of Russia. State support measures provide for the introduction of advanced technological solutions, that meet the highest environmental requirements, in all stages of the production processes of oil and gas enterprises. The application of various methodological tools to shelf projects taking into account internal specifics are justified. This contributes to formation of oil and gas centers in the Arctic region, becoming of the Northern Sea Route as a global transport route. The key areas of practical implementation of the state Arctic policy are related to the solution of infrastructure, logistics and socio-economic issues in the Arctic regions, the development of related industries. Strengthening the energy potential of the region provides the adoption of verified state and management decisions, the creation of special legal conditions for the integrated development of oil and gas fields, aimed at stimulating internal mechanisms of economic growth, preserving the unique ecosystem and biological diversity in the Arctic. To a certain extent, this is facilitated by the cluster form of development, the involvement of the largest scientific and industry institutions in the implementation of Arctic projects, which leads to improving professional competencies, and the implementation of a flexible technological policy. The complex development of hydrocarbon reserves of the Arctic and continental shelf makes a significant contribution to the achievement of technological sovereignty of the domestic economy and the advanced technological development of the oil and gas complex.

Quality management refers to all activities that define quality responsibilities or quality objectives and achieve them through quality control, quality improvement and other measures in the quality system. In the production process of industrial enterprises, quality management of the technical design process, the supply process, the production process, etc. allows not only to effectively reduce production costs, but also to increase the level of quality management of the entire industrial enterprise, which will be discussed in this article.

Comprehensive Evaluation of Coal Mine Production Safety Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

In view of the potential safety hazards existing in the production and operation process of coal mining enterprises, through expert consultation and comprehensive investigation, sort out the relevant risk factors, establish the corresponding coal mine production risk evaluation index system, conduct fuzzy comprehensive evaluation by combining AHP and fuzzy mathematical evaluation method, and calculate the weight of each index and the risk level of coal mine production, Finally, through a case study of a coal mine in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the feasibility of the risk evaluation method is verified, which provides a theoretical basis for coal mine production enterprises to formulate risk management schemes and a reference for risk management of coal mine production industry.

Interaction of logistic and production systems of the petrochemical industry in the conditions of industry 4.0

The article is devoted to the actualization of information systems and technologies from the point of view of logistics and production processes of petrochemical enterprises. The topic is relevant in the context of the fourth industrial revolution and the transition to a new technological order, and is also confirmed by state development and digitalization programs. Logistic processes at petrochemical enterprises are closely linked with the production cycle. The study examines logistics and production processes in the aspect of industrial digitalization.

Digitalization of business models, knowledge management and green technology innovation of Chinese manufacturing enterprises: a mixed analysis based on the Haier COSMOPlat ecosystem

ABSTRACT Under the wave of global digital development, deepening the digital application in the production process of traditional manufacturing enterprises and promoting the digitalization, networking, intelligence and ecological upgrading of business models of manufacturing enterprises have become an important starting point for countries to promote the ‘green sustainable development’ strategy. However, the mechanism of the digitalization of business models of traditional manufacturing enterprises on green technology innovation remains under-studied. In view of this, based on the Haier COSMOPlat business ecosystem, this paper adopts a mixed analysis method of case study and empirical research to study the digitalization of business models and green technology innovation in manufacturing enterprises. The results show that the digitalization of business models has a significant positive impact on the green technology innovation of manufacturing enterprises. In addition, knowledge-sharing level and knowledge-integration capability play a mediating role between the digitalization of business models and green innovation, of which the role of knowledge-integration capability is more obvious. This research conclusion has important theoretical value and practical guiding significance for traditional manufacturing enterprises to realize green technology innovation and sustainable development through the digitalization of business models.

The Utilization of Best Practices and Contemporary Developments of Cost Accounting in Strategic Cost Management

For harmonizing production processes and providing an effective production process in industrial enterprises, the first measure to be taken is to use contemporary developments that are appropriate for the structure of the enterprise. For industrial enterprises to be successful, the costing system in each production system should be determined and managed efficiently. Taking as a basis the cost management system is to help maximize the profit of the enterprise. To achieve this aim, contemporary enterprises should prepare for the future by constantly renewing themselves and competing under today’s circumstances. The fierce competition circumstances of today's world and the gradual shortening of the product life cycle compel enterprises to achieve their cost, time and quality objectives simultaneously. The said situation requires the enterprises to launch to market their products with a lower cost, higher quality and faster as compared to their competitors to meet the needs and demands of the customers, and this accomplishment can be realized by using modern costing systems in production. This paper examines the use of contemporary developments in cost accounting in strategic cost management.

The Study of RFID Technology and Laser Telemetry to Locate Products in Space

AbstractThe idea of Industry 4.0 is a stage of revolution in terms of new solutions and advanced technology, as well as artificial intelligence. Micro and macroeconomic factors generate the need to modify logistics and production processes in enterprises. One of the changes is the organization of warehouse management. The aim of the article is to indicate the possibility of using RFID technology in conjunction with Laser Telemetry in the location of objects in space along with the visualization of this location. In addition, the study aims to merge passive RFID technology with laser scanning to produce a system that can identify and locate objects in a virtual Computer-Aided Design (CAD)—based 3Dimensional (3D) environment. The described case study is the result of research conducted as part of the implementation project. This paper describes the steps to be taken and the creation of a system that will use RFID technology and that will enable the identification of objects in the space of computer systems. For this purpose, it was possible to create a system that will identify objects using RFID and Laser Telemetry in 3D space.

Problems of the domestic enterprises’ competitive potential formation in the European markets (on the example of the artificial Christmas tree industry)

Introduction. In the conduct of enterprises' activities during the full-scale war of the russian federation against Ukraine, special attention should be paid to the formation of enterprises labor and production potential, since the post-war development of organizations will be based on the involvement of high-quality raw materials and employees who can effectively use them. The paper identifies the main problems with the formation of the level of competitive potential of enterprises producing artificial Christmas trees. As a result, the authors suggests optimal ways to solve these problems, in particular, it is recommended to search for a new approach to assessing the level of development of the labor component of the competitive potential of an enterprise on the basis of a comprehensive set of indicators and to reorient to the application of European standards in the material and raw material supply of the production process of enterprises producing artificial Christmas trees. The purpose of the paper is to identify the problems of selecting and implementing tools to increase the competitive potential of enterprises producing artificial Christmas trees in European markets and provide the recommended ways to solve them. Results. The main problems within the formation of the level of competitive potential of enterprises producing artificial Christmas trees are the imperfection of the formation and assessment of labor potential due to the imperfection of the system of its assessment and the formation of production potential due to the use of raw materials that do not meet the standards and requirements of the legislation of the European Union. Conclusion. Authors’ recommendation is to search for a new approach to assessing the level of development of the enterprises’ competitive potential labor component based on a quantitative and qualitative set of indicators and to reorient to the application of European standards in the raw material supply of the production process of artificial Christmas tree enterprises, which will increase their competitive potential in the EU markets.

Синтез производственных систем на этапах инновационно-технического развития промышленности Донецкой Народной Республики

The processes of interaction of the engineering cycle, engineering and economic methods of analysis and syn-thesis of production structures, at the stages of the industrial revolution (Industry 5.0) of the Donetsk People's Republic, are associated with the design of progressive forms of organization of production and production systems (PFOP and PS). It is a complex scientific and technical task in which numerous organizational and technical solutions (Industry 4.0) intersect, this requires various technological areas to develop innovative mod-els, methods and tools, create new forms and ways of organizing production structures, proves the need for scientific justification of the quality of the designed production system as a whole. As part of this article the main stages of technical design of progressive forms of production organization are substantiated, approaches to the choice of theoretical schemes of development of spatial and branch structure of the production process of industrial enterprises of the Donetsk People's Republic are characterized, simulation modeling of forms of organization of production processes and production systems is carried out, technological areas of solving problems of structural synthesis according to the most important criteria of interrelation of indicators of tech-nical, technological and economic evaluation of the effectiveness of key indicators of the production process quality are allocated. Conclusion dwells upon the fact that a clear correlation of these elements in a unified innovation process will lead to the creation of new forms of sustainable development of advanced technolo-gies, expand the capabilities of the enterprise and maximize the efficiency and productivity of personnel.

Development strategy of Russian metallurgical companies in the new world economic order

Subject. The article investigates features of modern strategic development of iron and steel plants in the Russian Federation Objectives. The purpose is to determine the main directions of development strategy of the metallurgical complex in the production of ferrous and non-ferrous metals in Russia to identify further prospects for industry enterprises. Methods. The study employs methods of scientific cognition, like comparative analysis, synthesis, induction, and deduction. These methods helped to build dynamic and structural models. Results. We performed the analysis of technological innovation effectiveness in the production process of metallurgical enterprises, identified the main problems of the industry resulting from the crisis situation in the country and the world, and considered issues related to interaction of innovation activity and the use of R&D in the development of the industry. The study unveiled the specifics of the Russian metallurgical industry in the field of export, allocation of funds for the introduction of innovation. Conclusions. The development strategy of Russian metallurgical industry for the period up to 2030 set benchmarks for the growth of ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy, however, Russian enterprises need investments in R&D, which, in the future, will entail an increase in the profitability of their products and a more stable position among international competitors in the market.

REDUCTION OF OCCUPATIONAL RISKS FOR THE HEALTH OF WORKERS AND IMPROVEMENT OF ECOLOGICAL SAFETY OF THE ENVIRONMENT DURING CLEANING OF INDUSTRIAL EMISSIONS OF METALLURGICAL ENTERPRISES

Purpose: prevention of occupational risks and reduction of the negative impact on the health of workers of industrial flue gases, along with the improvement of environmental safety thanks to mathematical modeling regarding the rationalization of technological indicators of sulfur removal at production enterprises. Design / methodology / approach: the use of regression analysis is implemented as the main research method. Conclusions: a multifactorial mathematical model of the dependence of the degree of reduction of the content of sulfur dioxide in gaseous products on the technological parameters of flue gas filtration was built using industrial data. This makes it possible to rationalize the technological parameters of production with further regulation of the sulfur dioxide purification process to increase its efficiency. Achieving a reduction in flue gas pollution with sulfur dioxide contributes to reducing the harmful effects on the health of workers, preventing occupational risks, and increasing the level of environmental safety. Limitations / implications of the research: the interrelationship of desulfurization production parameters was investigated in certain intervals according to the features of the technological process, which determines the corresponding limitations of the use of the constructed mathematical model. Practical consequences: the interrelationship of technological indicators of industrial production is determined, which allows adjusting the value of the degree of purification of flue gases from sulfur dioxide when changing the technological parameters of filtration with the establishment of the most favorable conditions. The obtained results can be used to improve the production process of enterprises whose activities are accompanied by gaseous emissions: metallurgical plants, thermal power plants, etc. Originality / value: a multifactorial mathematical model of the dependence of the degree of purification of flue gases from sulfur dioxide on the technological parameters of the industrial process was built. The obtained results were presented in the form of a multivariate regression equation. On the basis of the obtained dependence, for a better visual perception, graphs were constructed in the form of surfaces, respectively, for some of the studied technological parameters.
