These schools must adopt effective marketing management strategies to enhance competitiveness and meet the changing educational landscape. EVOLUTION AND INNOVATION IN ORGANIZATION MANAGEMENT IN THE DIGITAL ERA

Rapidly changing conditions of business functioning, caused by global changes in geopolitics, economy, acceleration of the pace of development of digital technologies, require greater adaptability, flexibility and speed of response from the organization's management. In this connection, the concept of management 4.0 is formed and developed, which combines advanced strategies, innovative approaches and the use of modern information and communication technologies. The research is aimed at revealing the essence of this concept in the form of an analysis of the evolution of management systems and modern challenges, as well as at the development of effective strategies and tools for successful modern management, which ensures the competitiveness and stability of the enterprise on the market. In the course of the study, types of organization management were identified, including scientific, administrative, strategic, innovative management, and quality management. The article substantiates the need for improving approaches to administration in the organization, introducing innovations and advanced digital technologies into the enterprise's activities. The concept was formed and the key components of management 4.0 were determined, taking into account the modern realities and needs of Ukrainian business. Challenges faced by domestic companies are highlighted; strategies, approaches and practical recommendations for overcoming them are presented. It is proven that the application of the process approach in management contributes to the realization of internal reserves of growth and development of the enterprise, simplification of the organizational structure of subordination. And if earlier its implementation was associated with radical changes in the company, now evolutionary methods of its implementation are being actively developed. The process approach to management is aimed at reducing the company's costs, which has a positive effect on the company's profit, and therefore on financial opportunities for the implementation of innovative projects.

Model of Educational Process Management in Institutions of Secondary Special Education

The scheme of business processes in institutions of secondary specialized education is presented. A management model for theoretical training of specialists with secondary education is proposed. The model is built using the BPMN notation, which allows one to reflect the process approach in management. The management model is presented as six building blocks: development of documentation, organization of educational process, intermediate attestation, distribution, final attestation, analysis and formation of final conclusions and recommendations. The model created reflects the processes “as is” and is a preparatory stage for further improvement of business processes. The description of the output data of the model blocks is presented in the form of linked sets, which allows one to optimize business processes in the institution of specialized secondary education by various optimization parameters.

In medical organizations, information systems solve the following tasks: the ability to receive and store information, quick access to it and its transmission, the ability to generate various reports, the availability of specialized workplaces of medical workers, etc. Information systems are gradually evolving, turning from a tool capable of solving the simplest management tasks into a tool capable of solving the entire range of management tasks encountered in the practice of a medical organization at all levels of management. The purpose of the study is to describe the four stages of creating information systems, highlight the characteristic features of the functioning of information systems at each stage, as well as highlight the list of the main management tasks that are being developed at the selected stage and ways to solve them. The main attention was paid to the development of information systems of medical organizations working with the children’s population. Results. The first stage of the development of information systems began with the use of computer technology in the practice of medical organizations and was reduced to the fact that programmers of both medical and third-party organizations began to develop tasks, the totality of which later became known as “creating an information system” of a medical organization. The goal of the second stage is already the transformation of information systems of medical organizations in order to describe production processes in terms of a process approach and implement them in the form of software modules. The third stage of building information systems is the stage of describing the work of a medical organization based on mathematical models in order to justify the optimal solution of the production tasks available in it. The fourth stage of building information systems is the construction of an “information system that implements the functions of an intelligent management system of a medical organization”. The authors of the article give recommendations on the formalization of information available in a medical organization for the purpose of its effective use by artificial intelligence. Findings. Thus, an information system is a tool for solving management problems, its development as a tool for solving management problems requires knowledge of management theory, organization theory, process approach in management, methods of multidimensional statistical analysis and modeling methods, languages and modeling methods based on neural networks.

ANALYSIS OF THE MANAGEMENT OF MATERIAL AND TECHNICAL ASSETS OF ENTERPRISES

Variability of demand for goods, depending on their availability and cost is a frequently observed phenomenon in the sphere of production and consumption. This paper discusses the possibility of using the ABC analysis for the inventory management system. This type of analysis makes it possible to apply various methods of inventory management for increasing the income and reducing the costs of particular products for manufacturers.
 As is known, the management process approach emphasizes the systematic study of management by defining management functions in an organization and then examining each in detail. There is a general agreement on the planning, organizing, and controlling functions.
 Traditional inventory management systems, such as the Lean Order Quantity (EOQ) model, are based on the assumptions of constant demand rate, constant inventory cost, and instant order. The EOQ assumption of instant order receipt means that the entire order quantity, that is, all units of the purchased lot is immediately received from the supplier. The Economic Production Quantity (EPQ) model weakens this assumption by including incremental order receipt, i.e. debit.
 In recent years, major advances in the sphere of management include the following elements:

 scientific approach to human resources development, and sustainable competitive advantage.
 These four approaches complement one another in current practice and provide a useful framework for project management.
 This paper presents a realistic model of the goods production and their inventory, since ABC analysis or ABC classification is an integral part of materials management. According to this approach, the inventory is divided into three categories depending on income generation. The ABC analysis helps entrepreneurs identify the main types of products in the warehouse, prioritize the goods management based on their cost, and analyze customer demand for a specific product.

The article provides key approaches to determining the concept of enterprise efficiency. One of them is the introduction of a process approach and optimization of production business processes. The purpose of the article is the theoretical studying and comprehensive determining the business processes of the enterprise to be optimized to increase its efficiency. The methodological instrumentarium of the study were methods such as retrospective analysis, synthesis, critical analysis, generalization method. In the current economic conditions of development of enterprises there are objective reasons justifying the need to move to the application of a process approach in management. An enterprise that applies a process approach to the organization of business environment management significantly increases the efficiency of economic activity. Economic activity is perceived as a totality of business processes, which aims to implement the mission and goals of the enterprise. It is determined that business processes management is a certain system of development and implementation of managerial decisions to ensure a high level of efficiency, which is reflected in the results of the enterprise. It is proved that the optimization of business processes of the enterprise is an effective instrument for ensuring the efficiency of activities and realizing the potential of the enterprise in the current conditions of uncertainty, as well as contributing to increasing profits and productivity growth, reducing costs, improving the quality of products or services, increasing their compliance with the needs of customers and consumers. For maximum quality of business processes in the enterprise, it is necessary to use optimization methods that will allow establishing a balance between the satisfaction of consumers and competing market forces, on the one hand, and business efficiency indicators on the other. Criteria for assessing technological capabilities of logistics enterprises in Vietnam: Empirical study at two logistics enterprises X and Y

The study focuses on synthesizing, analyzing and selecting criteria to assess technological capabilities for logistics enterprises in Vietnam and illustrates how to deploy criteria in practice by empirical study at two logistics enterprises X and Y. Based on the desk research, 5 in-depth interviews, the study identifies and modifies 11 main criteria - awaring the need to improve, searching, building distinctive core capabilities, developing a technology strategy, assessing and selecting the technological solutions, acquiring and absorbing the technologies, implementing and effectively using the technologies, learning to improve technological capabilities, forming and exploiting linkages with a network of suppliers and collaborating firms, human resources, facilities - and 44 sub-criteria according to technology management process approach. Combining IPA method, RADAR diagram and SPSS software, the empirical results of testing the criteria show that enterprises X and Y mainly remain the weaknesses in facilities and technological assessment and selection. Overall, this study provides a quantitative approach for logistics enterprises’ managers to make appropriate decisions on investment and technology development. In addition, for enterprises in other industries, this study is a useful reference for building and applying the criteria set to assess technological capabilities. Moreover, for researchers who are interested in technological capabilities, this study provides empirical results of assessing technological capabilities for logistics enterprises in Vietnam based on the approach of technology management process.

Innovative Food System Risk Management of The Baduy Tribe

This study aimed to identify and analyze the food system risk management of the Baduy Tribe and its managerial implications for food security. The scope of this study was limited to the huma rice food system. The research method utilized was the ethnographic study to obtain primary data. The data were analyzed using the ISO 31000 risk management process approach. Based on this study’s results, the creative and innovative determination in Baduy Tribe did not lead to the modernization of technology but referred to a facilitated way of life in achieving goals. The risks associated with the development of science and technology, as well as its dependence on nature, were in the high category for the Baduy’s indigenous ban (pikukuh) did not accept the use of technology and formal education. The risks associated with food availability and post-harvest food access were in the low category due to the risk management process implemented by the Baduy Tribe hereditarily through the leuit storage system. The findings on an innovative food system risk management of the Baduy Tribe is expected to provide a managerial perspective on the food system to achieve national food security. Optimization of business process management at the enterprise

Purpose. The aim of the article is the development of theoretical, methodological provisions and practical recommendations for determining the content of business process and process approach in management of the enterprise, substantiation of classification features of grouping business processes and identifying indicators of evaluation of business processes of the enterprise and factors influencing their effectiveness. Methodology of research. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is the position of modern economic theory, scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists to optimize the management of business processes at the enterprise. The following general scientific methods of research are used to achieve this goal: system-structural and terminological analysis – to streamline the conceptual and terminological apparatus regarding the economic content of the category "business process"; grouping, comparison and theoretical generalization – for the study of scientific works on the problems of business process management at the enterprise; inductions and deductions – to study the classification features of business process grouping and identify business process evaluation indicators at the enterprise; abstract and logical – for theoretical generalization and formulation of conclusions. Findings. The necessity of applying the process approach to the organization and management of the enterprise is substantiated. The economic essence of the category "business process" is determined. It is established that a business process is a structured sequence of actions to perform an appropriate type of activity at all stages of the life cycle of the subject activity. Characteristics of business processes: presence of internal and external users; functioning within and between divisions of the company and between different organizations; based on the way in which the organization works. The main characteristics of quality of business processes of the enterprise are determined, namely: effectiveness; efficiency; adaptability; anti-corruption. Originality. There was further development of the definition of the content of the business process and process approach in management of the enterprise are generalized, the classification features of grouping of business processes are substantiated and the possibilities of application of indicators of estimation of business processes of enterprise and factors of influence on their efficiency in management of domestic enterprises are offered. Practical value.Recommendations are proposed which define the conditions for ensuring optimization of business process management at the enterprise, in particular: application of the process approach to enterprise management; use of a scorecard to evaluate the business processes of an enterprise determining the impact of factors on their effectiveness. Проектування бізнес-процесів як інструмент менеджменту автотранспортного підприємства

In terms of dynamic market development and increase of competitiveness motor transport enterprises (MTE) must use the new tools of management, aim at fulfillment of consumers and improvement of quality of services. The most efficient nowadays is the use of process approach in management — research and planning of business processes of different directions of enterprise. The relevance of the reseached problem is in the applied usage of modern tools of management for providing an effective arrangement of activity of motor transport enterprise. The aim of the article is a research of the theoretical and applied aspects of planning of business processes of motor transport enterprise by implementation of the systems of monitoring and cutting-edge methods of management. On the basis of IDEF0 methodology a basic business process in a motor transport enterprise is designed — Service of motor transport transportation. The list of major fea tures of quality of service of transportation is formed based on the following: staff, technologies, equipments, resources and control and measuring, which are classified in accordance with the categories of cause and effect diagram. Basic advantages of the system of monitoring of organization of carrying passengers are determined.

Risk Analysis and Control of Personal Data Protection in the Population Administration Information System

Sistem Informasi Administrasi Kependudukan (SIAK) is an application used in managing personal data of residents in all cities/districts in Indonesia. Personal data becomes the public attention because if it is not managed properly it will have an impact on one's legal protection and non-compliance with regulations, i.e. Permenkominfo Nomor 20 tahun 2016 about Protection of Personal Data in the Electronic System. Risk analysis and control of personal data protection on SIAK applications are needed so that the personal data management can be carried out properly and comply with regulatory requirements. Data collected for this study are primary data, sourced from direct observations on the application, interview about assets related to SIAK along with possible risks, and also internal organizations documents. Data analysis was performed with a risk analysis using the ISO 31000: 2018 risk management process approach, where the identification of relevant risks refers to the Generic Risk Scenarios COBIT 5 For Risk, and the determination of relevant controls refers to the Department of Defense Instruction 8500.2 and NIST 800-53. This research involves the Head of Department and employees of Disdukcapil XYZ City that are related to the strategic and operational aspects of SIAK. The results of this study are the identification of 23 possible risks that are spread over 5 processes of personal data protection that classified into the medium-high risk level, and proposed risk control consisting of 19 preventive controls, 6 detective controls, and 2 corrective control.

The process approach to service quality management

Abstract In this paper a model of service quality management based on the process approach has been presented. The first part of the article contains the theoretical framework of service quality and the process approach in management. Next, quality of service process has been presented in reference to a process-based definition in quoted literature. Finally, the outcomes of a customer questionnaire concerning the validity of particular quality attributes has been presented. The collected data in relation to service process quality stages have enabled the development of a of service quality model for process management.

A review of risk management process in construction projects of developing countries

In the construction industry, risk management concept is a less popular technique. There are three main stages in the systematic approach to risk management in construction industry. These stages include: a) risk response; b) risk analysis and evaluation; and c) risk identification. The high risk related to construction business affects each of its participants; while operational analysis and management of construction related risks remain an enormous task to practitioners of the industry. This paper tends towards reviewing the existing literature on construction project risk managements in developing countries specifically on risk management process. The literature lacks ample risk management process approach capable of capturing risk impact on diverse project objectives. This literature review aims at discovering the frequently used techniques in risk identification and analysis. It also attempts to identify response to clarifying the different classifications of risk sources in the existing literature of developing countries, and to identify the future research directions on project risks in the area of construction in developing countries.

ТЕОРЕТИЧНІ ЗАСАДИ ПРОЦЕСНОГО УПРАВЛІННЯ В ФАРМАЦЕВТИЧНИХ КОМПАНІЯХ

The relevance of the implementation and development of process management in pharmaceutical companies is substantiated in the article. This is due to the need to operate in market conditions, increased requirements for the quality of drugs, the social significance of drugs as a commodity. Insufficient theoretical study of the issues of the process approach in management is established. The available scientific developments relate to narrow applied aspects. Insufficient implementation of the process approach in the practice of Ukrainian pharmaceutical companies has been identified. The prerequisites for changing the management paradigm for pharmaceutical companies are systematized. The process of managing a pharmaceutical company is presented as a cyclical sequence of certain stages. The advantages of company management on the basis of a process approach are identified and systematized. They consist in ensuring transparency of all business operations, in the ability to analyze the consequences of work failures, in the timely identification and correction of errors, in the effective management of operating costs. An enterprise built on the principles of a process approach is more flexible and adaptable. The features of the structural elements of process management are considered. Process implementation technologies, requirements for «inputs» and «outputs», requirements for resources (personnel, equipment, tools, production environment, information), criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the process, customer satisfaction. If the activity brings added value to the company (that is, firstly, the result of the activity is of value to the client, and secondly, this activity is expedient in terms of the costs of its implementation) then it is presented as a process. A process-oriented management structure allows pharmaceutical companies to remain competitive. AN IT MODEL OF A KNOWLEDGE MAP WHICH SUPPORTS MANAGEMENT IN SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED COMPANIES USING SELECTED POLISH CONSTRUCTION ENTERPRISES AS AN EXAMPLE

Knowledge is one of the most important resources of an enterprise. Skillful knowledge management can bring significant benefits including labour productivity growth, an increase in quality of provided services and also a strengthening of the competitive position of an enterprise. This paper presents an IT model of a Knowledge Map which supports knowledge management in a construction enterprise. The model was developed on the basis of the results of surveys and analyses carried out in small and medium sized construction enterprises in Poland. The process approach in management was included in the proposed model and it involves analysis of an enterprise activity as a set of processes. The model contains processes occurring at enterprise level and also in the widely considered investment process in the construction industry. This assumption made the proposed Knowledge Map universal and able to be applied in construction enterprises operating in both the design and executive field.

RÓŻNICE WE WDRAŻANIU BUSINESS PROCESS REENGINEERING’U W ORGANIZACJACH PUBLICZNYCH I BIZNESOWYCH

The process approach in management is used both in business and public organisations. Development of interest in process-based concepts as an instrument improving organisational effectiveness resulted from criticism of the functional approach in organisations. The article presents the concept of Business Process Reengineering (BPR). The purpose of this study is to determine the differences in the implementation of BPR concept in public and business organisations and to identify the key factors in its implementation. An important area of distinguishing the approaches of implementing BPR in the analysed organisations is the expectation as to the outcome of its application, the importance of environmental influences and different approaches to the meaning of the recipient of services.

PROCESS APPROACH IN MANAGEMENT OF ACTIVITY LOGISTIC OPERATOR OF WAREHOUSE SERVICES

In the present article methodological and practical aspects of improvement of activity of the logistic operator of warehouse services on the basis of use of a process approach in management of the organization are considered. The object of the research is justification of necessity of process approach’s in logistic operation’s activity and development of algorithm of their work at clients’ business processes and approbation of assessment technique of logistics service efficiency. Scientific novelty of this article is that it is the first time when models of business processes of warehouse logistics one developed. Also algorithmization and standartization are carried out and indicators of an assessment of efficiency of rendered logistic service are developed. Use of process approach in logistics operator activity gives him powerful advantages in competitive rivalry. The increase of efficiency of logistic operator’s commercial activity (LLC Company «Logy Log» Nizhny Novgorod) after the transition in management from functions to processes fully confirms this statement. Consolidation of logistic operator’s positions in different functional areas becomes an incentive to development of logistics and as a result to reduction of costs at delivery of industrial freights and consumer goods to the final user. From Betriebswirtschaftslehre to Human Relations: Turkish Management Literature before and after the Second World War

This article examines Turkish management literature from its beginnings in the mid-1930s up to the mid-1960s. The study traces and explores the impact of economic and political as well as institutional developments on the extent and changes in the reception that different management approaches have enjoyed in this formative period. Investigation of the management literature produced over the course of the 30-year time span shows that the business economics perspective that dominated pioneering work gave way after early 1950s to a Fayolist management process approach coupled with a human relations orientation. Taylorism attracted limited attention throughout the entire period. The article attempts to show that these findings can be traced to the shift from links with Germany and the German literature in early years to a strong American influence after the Second World War.

A strategical management approach towards security and control within a complex computerized information system environment In a dynamic technological computer environment it is essential for management to establish a logical and systematic process to protect, secure and safeguard the management information resources and assets in such a manner to minimize risks, threats and exposures to a satisfactory and acceptable level. To achieve the objectives of total security implementation it is essential to identify the problems and factors (for example risks, threats and exposures) that might have an impact on computer security and control. It is necessary to define and understand computer security and control and important to assess the current situation to provide an implementation methodology to cover and enhance areas for improvement. In this research project a strategic management process approach is suggested to enable management to formulate and implement a strategy for security and control in a complex computerized information system environment.
