Developing a Problem Based Instruction Learning Model in Creative Entrepreneurship Product Subject to Achieve Entrepreneurial Competency and Business Creativity

Entrepreneurship education plays a very important role in preparing the younger generation to face the dynamics of modern business. In order to meet these demands, the focus of this research is the development of the Problem-Based Instruction (PBI) Learning Model in the subject of Creative Entrepreneurship Products at the Vocational High School (SMK) level. The aim of this research is to examine the effectiveness of PBI in improving students' entrepreneurial competence and business creativity. The method in this research is the ADDIE development method with research subjects as vocational school students. In the introductory stage, the importance of entrepreneurial competence and business creativity in the era of globalization and economic transformation is emphasized. The Entrepreneurship Creative Products subject at SMK offers an ideal platform to develop these skills. The PBI model was chosen because it emphasizes student-centered learning and contextual problem solving. Using a development research approach, this research involves the stages of problem definition, model design, material development, implementation and evaluation. It is hoped that the results of this research can contribute to the development of a learning model that combines entrepreneurial competence and business creativity through the PBI approach. Through the application of the PBI Model to the Creative Entrepreneurship Products subject, it is hoped that students will be better prepared to face future business challenges with broader insight and stronger skills. Problem Based Instruction Learning Model Based on Outdoor Learning Against Social Science Knowledge

Social Studies is one of the subjects taught in elementary school. However, in the implementation of social studies lessons there are still obstacles such as the learning process is still teacher-centred, this will certainly affect students' knowledge. The aim of this research is to examine the effect of using the outdoor learning-based Problem Based Instruction learning model on social studies knowledge in fifth grade elementary school. The type of research is quasi-experimental research (Quasi Experimental Design) using a nonequivalent post-test only control group design. The population involved in this research were all fifth grade elementary school students, with a total research sample of 50 students. Data collection in research was carried out using the test method, with a research instrument in the form of 25 multiple choice test questions on social studies material. The data obtained in the research was then analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis. The results of data analysis show that the Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000. If the value in the Sig. (2-tailed) compared with a significance value of 0.05, then the value is 0.000 < 0.05. So, this means that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the Problem Based Instruction learning model based on outdoor learning can increase the social studies knowledge of fifth grade elementary school students. 000. The Effect of Using the Problem Based Instruction Learning Model Aided by Media Posters on the Learning Outcomes of Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 5 Umbu Ratu Nggay

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using the problem-based instruction model assisted by poster media on the learning outcomes of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 5 Umbu Ratu Nggay. This type of research is a type of experimental research, using an infact-group comparison research design. The total population is 54 people consisting of two classes, namely class VIII A totaling 27 people and class VIII B totaling 27 people. The sampling technique used is total sampling, namely the entire population is used as a sample. The method used to collect data is the test method. The data will be processed through statistical calculations and average correlation using SPSS. The results of the study obtained a tcount value of 7.250, indicating a positive influence from the use of the problem based instruction learning model assisted by poster media on the learning outcomes of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 5 Umbu Ratu Nggay.

Application of the Problem Based Instruction (PBI) Learning Model to Improve Student Learning Outcomes at SMA N 1 Nggoa

The purpose of this research is to improve student learning outcomes in using the problem based instruction learning model in biology subjects. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) which was carried out in the pre-cycle, cycle 1 and cycle II activities with 26 students. Increasing the cognitive domain of students who completed the pre-cycle stage reached 34%, cycle I with an average of 72.11 and the number of students who completed 70% and did not complete 30%, and cycle II with an average of 78.26 students who completed reached 89% and incomplete 11.53%, while in the affective domain stage of cycle I the predicate was very good 3 people who achieved the predicate were good 13 people, the predicate was enough 5 people and the predicate was lacking 5 people and experienced an increase in cycle II reaching 14 predicate very good, predicate good 11 people , the predicate is enough for 1 person and the predicate is lacking. It can be concluded that the application of the problem based instruction model can improve student learning outcomes in class X MIPA 2 on mushrooms at SMA N 1 Nggoa

Dampak Model Pembelajaran Problem-Based Instruction terhadap Hasil Belajar Instalasi Penerangan Listrik Siswa

The research was conducted with the aim of knowing the impact of the Problem Based Instruction learning model on the learning outcomes of Electrical Lighting Installation students of TITL Class XI SMK Negeri 5 Padang. This study uses a quasi-experimental design, namely the research using the experimental class and the control class. The subjects of this study were students of class XI TITL at SMK Negeri 5 Padang. This study uses an instrument in the form of multiple choice written test questions arranged based on the material and objectives to be achieved in learning and curriculum. the instrument requirements were tested to determine the validity and reliability of the instrument. To find out the magnitude of the impact of learning outcomes using the Problem Based Instruction model on the learning outcomes of class XI students in the Electrical Lighting Installation lesson using the effect size calculation formula. Based on the results of research and discussion that have been carried out, it shows the average value of learning outcomes from the posttest, students experience a lot of improvement. The increase was seen in the number of students who got scores exceeding the Minimum Completeness Criteria with the percentage of students who completed 92%, which was previously 77%. then the conclusion of the thesis entitled The Impact of Problem Based Instruction Learning Model on Learning Outcomes of Electrical Lighting Installation Students of Class XI Electrical Power Installation Engineering at SMK Negeri 5 Padang, a large impact in improving student learning outcomes in Electrical Power Installation subjects at SMK Negeri 5 Padang.

Development of Mathematical Physics 1 Module Based on Problem Based Instruction

Mathematical Physics I is one of the courses that train students to think critically and creatively in the learning process. Therefore in this research developed a teaching material in the form of modules based on Problem Based Instruction (PBI). The module began with introduce students to a contextual problem that later ended with the presentation and analysis of student work. This type of research is the development of research using a stage model of Plomp, namely: (1) preliminary research, (2) prototyping phase, and (3) assessment phase.The research subjects involved lecturers and students from two campuses, namely Universitas Negeri Padang and STKIP PGRI West Sumatra. The research data was obtained through the validation sheet of modules that look at the feasibility module by module construction, content and the language used. Item analysis was conducted by using qualitative and quantitative analysis.Based on the results of the validation, results showed that the modules are very valid and ready for trial eligibility to students. Modules that are designed are categorized as very valid with a value of 84.66 and very practical with a practical value of 83.05.This result indicate that developmentof Mathematical Physics I module based on the Problem Based Instruction learning model can be used by students and lectures in learning process.

Instructional Learning Model on WhatsApp Media Problem in a Pandemic Covid 19 Period

The aim of this study is to examine the impact of Problem-Based Instruction (PBI) on elementary school students in the Pamekasan area. This research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach, with 150 elementary school students (78 boys and 72 girls) as participants. Data collection techniques include interviews and questionnaires, while counseling serves as the research instrument. Data analysis utilizes sampling methods. The study reveals that among the 150 students distributed across three classes, each with 50 members in a WhatsApp group, the interpretation scale ranges from 307 to 400, indicating a very good performance during the COVID-19 pandemic online via the WhatsApp platform. The findings suggest that the PBI learning model, when conducted through social media platforms like WhatsApp, is highly suitable for elementary education, providing effective learning experiences for students.

Implementasi Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Instruction (PBI) pada Materi Hukum Newton

Problem Based Instruction learning model is very suitable to be applied in physics learning, because it can increase the activeness of learners to engage in the learning process. However, this learning model is still rarely applied by teachers which causes physics learning to become monotonous. The purpose of this study was to apply the Problem Based Instruction learning model to newton's Law mater. This research was conducted by class action research method. Data collection method is done by observation of activities with observation sheets and learning results with test instruments. The results showed that the Problem Based Instruction model can improve the learning outcomes and activities of learners in learning. The application of Problem Based Instruction learning model in physics learning can attract students to learn physics.

The Effect of Problem Based Instruction Learning Model with Guided Note Taking Strategy on Physics Learning Outcomes of Class X Students at SMA Negeri 4 Palu

This study aims to describe the effect of the Problem Solving Learning Model based on audiovisual media on the learning outcomes of class XI students at SMA Negeri 4 Palu. This type of research was quasi-experimental with a pretest-posttest control group design. The study was conducted using two groups, namely Class XI IPA 4, which consisted of 31 students as the experimental class, and class XI IPA 3, which consisted of 35 students as the control class. Pretest data in the experimental class obtained an average value of 35.3 and in the control class 34.4. The results of this study obtained the average value of the experimental class learning outcomes that is 73.27 and 67.65 control class. Testing the research hypothesis using the SPSS T-test application. The results showed a significant level value of 0.000 <0.05 or tcount ttable = 6.805 1.997 which means H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is an effect of the Problem Solving Learning Model based on audiovisual media on the Learning Outcomes of Class XI students at SMA Negeri 4 Palu

UJI VALIDITAS MODUL IPA BERBASIS PROBLEM BASED INSTRUCTION UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN BERFIKIR KRITIS SISWA SMP

This study was a reasearch and development. The purposed of this research was to design a product and saw the validity of the product. This study produced a Science MODULE based Problem Based Instruction to improve students' critical thinking skills when discussing global warming material. This module presented material and questions based on the Problem Based Instruction learning model that can help students improve their critical thinking skills. The research model used in this study was the ADDIE model. The steps of this research model consists of 5 steps, they were analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The data was collected by using the validity assessment of the product, which was carried out by assessing the validity test by media experts, material experts, and users, namely teachers and students. The results of this study indicated that the validity test of media experts obtained an average of 87.6% which was stated by valid criteria, the validity test of material experts was obtained an average of 85.35% which was stated by valid criteria, and from users, namely teachers. 92.35% who were stated as very valid criteria and 87.5% of students were stated as valid criteria. Thus it can be concluded that the results of the product validity test in the form of a science module based Problem Based Instruction in global warming material was suitable for use as teaching material for SMP / MTs students because it meets the predetermined criteria.

The Effect of Blended Learning Problem-Based Instruction Model on Students’ Critical Thinking Ability in Thermodynamic Course

The course of thermodynamics is one of the subjects whose material content consists of real theory and practice and the use of formulas. Therefore, in the application of this course is a need to apply a learning model that is able to help students find and solve problems and be able to explain their findings in achieving the basic competencies of thermodynamics course. The learning model is a Problem Based Instruction learning model based on Blended Learning. This study aims to improve the critical thinking skills of pre-service physics teacher as a result of using Problem Based Instruction based on Blended Learning in the course of thermodynamics. Retrieval of data in this study was conducted on third semester students of physics education study programs that take Thermodynamics course. This research was conducted in September-October 2019. The research method used is quasi-experimental. Quasi-experiments are research carried out on a single group of students. Data analysis in this study used a one-party t-test. The results showed that (1) the application of the Problem Based Instruction learning model based on Blended Learning can improve students’ critical thinking skills, (2) Students’ responses to the application of the Problem Based Instruction learning model based on Blended Learning get a very happy category of ongoing learning.

PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROBLEM BASED INSTERUCTION (PBI) TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN SISWA BERPIKIR KRITIS DI KELAS XI SMA NEGERI 4 KOTA BENGKULU

This study aims to determine the effect of the Problem Based Instruction (PBI) learning model on the ability of students to think critically in class XI SMA Negeri 4 Bengkulu City. This study uses an experimental method, the sample of the population in this study are two classes selected by the Simple Random Sampling technique. Data analysis techniques using 1. Normality Test 2. Homogeneity Test 3. T-Test (Hypothesis Test). Based on the average value of students 'critical thinking skills in the class using the Problem Based Instruction learning model is 77.74, while the average value of students' critical thinking skills in conventional classes is 70.27. And after the t-test, a significant value of students 'critical thinking abilities is obtained, with Tcount 2.899 and Ttable 2.05, then Tcount 2.899 Ttable 2.05, thus based on the hypothesis it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on the value of students' critical thinking abilities using Problem Based Instruction learning model (H1 accepted and H0 rejected).

Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Instruction Berbasis Collaboration, Communication, Creativity and Critical Thinking Terhadap Hasil Belajar Rangkaian Elektonika

4C (Collaboration, Communication, Creativity and Critical Thinking) skill-based Problem Based Instruction (PBI) is student-centered learning so that it can do problem solving activities and make students think more critically, present creative ideas and communicate with the lesson more broadly. The learning model is a planning guide in determining the set of lessons in the classroom. Learning on students is still centered on the teacher or conventional so it does not provide opportunities for students to express ideas as if students think in communication, collaboration, creative and critical thinking. This study aims to determine the effect of the 4C Skill-based Problem Based Instruction learning model on electronic learning outcomes. The 4C skill-based PBI learning model uses a quasy type of experimental research. In this study the effect of the treatment (treatment) was analyzed by different tests, namely the group received different treatment, namely the experimental group PBI learning based on 4C skills and the control group with conventional learning (two groups). From the results of the study showed an increase in the average value of learning outcomes of the experimental class was higher than the increase in the average value of the control class. It can be concluded that the learning outcomes of students who use the 4C-based problem based instruction learning model are better than students who use conventional learning.

Peningkatan Kualitas Pembelajaran IPA Melalui Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Instruction (PBI) dengan Media Kartu Pintar pada Siswa Kelas III SD Negeri 64/IV Kota Jambi Semester Genap Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018

Background problems in science learning, teachers do not involve students in investigations, students are less trained in developing work (products). The concepts mastered by students are only given by rote by the teacher, students are not taught through a process of discovery that is problem-oriented in everyday life. Based on these problems, the most appropriate solution is to implement the PBI model with smart card media. The general problem formulation is how to improve the quality of science learning in class III 64 / IV SD Negeri Jambi. Whereas specifically is whether through the Problem Based Instruction learning model with smart card media can improve teacher skills, student activities, and student learning outcomes in class III science learning at SD Negeri 64 / IV Jambi City. The general objective of this study was to improve the quality of science learning in third grade students of SD Neegri 64 / IV Jambi City. Specifically, it is to improve teacher skills, student activity, and learning outcomes in class III 64th Natural Science learning. This type of research is classroom action research, using the Problem Based Instruction model with smart card media that is applied in three cycles. Each cycle consists of two cycles with four meetings and four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Subjects of the study were third grade students of SD Neegri 64 / IV Jambi City even semester 2017/2018. Data collection techniques used tests to measure learning outcomes and student activities using instruments, and observation formats for teacher management in classroom learning. The results of the study showed that for the management of learning in the classroom in cycle 1 was a score of 32, cycle 2 received a score of 38 and cycle 3 obtained a score of 48 with good criteria. The results of the study The activities of students obtain an average score of two meetings in cycle 1 is 25.85 with sufficient criteria; The cycle obtained a score of 45 with good criteria. In cycle 3, the score obtained was 34.25 in the good category. While for student learning outcomes the average percentage of classical completeness from the two meetings in cycle 1 was 56.41%. Cycle 2 obtained the percentage of classical completeness was 64%. In cycle 3, the percentage of classical completeness was 82%. The results of this study have shown that the indicators of success have been achieved so that this study was declared successful. As for the conclusions of this study, through the Problem Based Instruction (PBI) model with smart card media can improve teacher learning management, student activities and learning outcomes of class III SD Neegri 64 / IV Jambi City at even semester 2017/2018 school year.

Analisis Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Matematis: Dampak Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Instruction

This study aims to improve students' critical thinking skills through the application of Problem Based Instruction learning models. This research is a quasi experiment. The research subjects in this study were students of class VIIIA SMP Negeri 24 Bandar Lampung Academic Year 2017/2018 with a total of 32 students with a cluster random sampling technique. The required data is obtained through observation, documentation and tests using description questions. The collected data was analyzed by quantitative analysis techniques. The instruments used to collect data are tests of critical thinking skills. Data from the test results and observation sheets were analyzed quantitatively. The results showed that students 'critical thinking skills in the control class were 14.23% and included in the low category, while in the experimental class students' critical thinking abilities reached 87.5% or included in the high category. So, it can be said that the Problem Based Instruction learning model can improve students 'critical thinking skills, where students' critical thinking abilities increase from each cycle. So that the Problem Based Instruction learning model can be applied in learning both in mathematics and in other lessons.

The increase in the ability of students to make research proposals through problem based instruction learning model

Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan mengetahui dalah hal tingkat pemahaman, evektivitas dan kendala yang dihadapi oleh mahasiswa setelah mengikuti pembelajaran dengan metode Problem Based Instruction. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode Wawancara, Observasi, Dokumentasi, Studi Pustaka sedangkan metodologi analisis data menggunakan statistik diskriptif dengan mikrosoft office excel. Hasil olah data dari peneltian dapat di ketahui pada a)aspek pemahaman mahasiswa sangat baik, b)aspek evektivitas pembelajaran hasil sangat baik, c)sedangkan aspek kendala mahasiswa dengan hasil cukup. Dengan hasil yang telah diolah dapat disimpulkan a)aspek pemahaman mahasiswa dapat dikatakan bahwa mahasiswa sudah memahami bagaimana dasar terkait bagaimana mneyusun proposal baik penelitian atau proposal skripsi, dengan memahami mata kuliah metode penelitian. b)aspek evektivitas dalam pembelajaran sudah baik dimana penerapan metode Problem Based Instruction yang di terapkan mahasiswa lebih aktif dalam pembelajaran, berpikir kritis, termotivasi, dan mendapatkan tambahan ilmu pengetahuan dalam membuat proposal . c)sedangakn asfek kendala, ada sedikit kendala bagi mahasiswa terhadap pemunculan ide dan pengolahan data hasil penelitian. Dengan adanya tugas, diskusi, dan berkomunikasi dengan baik antara mahasiswa dengan dosen diharapkan menjadi solusi terhadap permasalahan yang dihadapi.

EFEKTIVITAS MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROBLEM BASED INSTRUCTION BERPENDEKATAN ETNOSAINS UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN GENERIK SAINS SISWA PADA MATERI STOIKIOMETRI

This study aims to determine the effect of problem based instruction learning model with ethnoscience science approach to students' generic science skills on stoichiometric material. This research is a quasi-experimental method with times series design. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques were carried out by measuring question instruments, observations, and open interviews. The pretest and posttest implementation in this study was conducted four times. There are five aspects of generic science skills measured in this study, namely aspects of concept building, mathematical modeling, symbolic language, direct observation, and indirect observation. The results of the study obtained N-Gain values for each different aspect. N-Gain conceptual aspects of 0.776 (height), mathematical modeling aspects of 0.625 (medium), symbolic language assumptions of 0.607 (moderate), direct observation aspects of 0.725 (high), and indirect observation aspects of 0.604 (medium). To test the hypothesis, non-parametric t-test is used because the data obtained is not normal. Based on the t test that has been done, it is obtained the data of sig 2 tailed value of 0,00 where 0,00 <0,05, meaning that there is a significant effect on the use of problem based instruction learning model with ethnoscience approach towards students' generic science skills in stoichiometric material. This model is also effective in improving students' genetic skills in stoichiometry material seen from the high number of effect sizes, namely on the aspect of building with effect size of 98%, mathematical modeling by 96%, symbolic language by 96%, direct observation by 98%, and indirect observation of 92%. Individual mastery obtained is 71.32 (complete), while the classical completeness obtained is equal to 55.70% (incomplete).

PENGARUH PENERAPAN STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN PROBLEM BASED INSTRUCTION DENGAN MEDIA VIRTUAL LABORATORY TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA

Abstract This research is motivated by the low level of learning outcomes of the students of science class XI at Bernas Binsus State Senior High School Pelalawan Regency. Therefore the experiment research is conducted by pre-test and post-test scheme to discover the effect of problem based instruction learning model by virtual laboratory media toward learning outcomes of class XI students at Bernas Binsus State Senior High School Pelalawan Regency at the subject of buffer solution. The subjects of the research are the students of class XI science in the year of 2015-2016 with two classes as samples: class XI science 3 (experiment) that consists of 28 students and class XI science 2 (control) that consists of 29 students. The research data is collected by using observation, initial data test which is homogeneitytest and final data test which are pre-test dan post-test, and documentation. To discover the effect of the implementation the learning model toward the learning outcomes, the formula of partial equilibrium (Kp) is employed. The effect differences are analyzed by t test polled varians. Analysis result of initial and final data indicates that t-counting = 2.79 and t-table = 1.67 in the significance rate of 5%. The value of t-counting > t-table that makes Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It indicates that there is a correlation of the implementation of Problem Based Instructionlearning model with virtual laboratory media toward learning outcomes of the students of class XI Bernas Binsus State Senior High School Pelalawan Regency at the subject of buffer solution, with the effect of 12.43 %. PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS MAHASISWA MELALUI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROBLEM BASED INSTRUCTION (PBI) PADA MATA KULIAH FILSAFAT SAINS

Critical thinking skills the students of Physical Education remains low. It is caused by several factors, including the learning process is not optimal. This study aims to determine the increase in critical thinking skills by learning model Problem Based Instruction (PBI). The method used is a classroom action research that includes planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collections are done by observation, questionnaires, documentation, field notes and tests. Forms of data analysis used qualitative analysis. It can be concluded that the implementation of learning with Problem Based Instruction learning model can improve the critical thinking skills students in Philosophy of Science. This is evidenced by the increase in the average percentage of critical thinking skills of each cycle. In the first cycle, the average critical thinking skills students are 66.87%. In the second cycle into 80.19% or an increase of 13.32%. Thus the average percentage of critical thinking skills students has exceeded predetermined success criteria with the category is "very critical".

PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROBLEM BASED INSTRUCTION DENGAN PENDEKATAN PREDICT-OBSERVE-EXPLAIN

This research aimed to determine the effect of Problem Based Instruction learning model with Predict-Observe-Explain approach on chemistry learning outcomes. The population is XI grader Sciences of Senior High School in Brebes for academic year 2011/2012. Initial data analysis showed that the population are normally distributed and homogeneous, so the sampling technique which used is cluster random sampling. From this sampling, XI Science-5 used as a control class (Problem Based Instruction learning model without Predict-Observe-Explain approach) and XI Science-1 as an experiment class (Problem Based Instruction with Predict Observe Explain approach). Final data analysis showed that learning outcomes for both classes are normally distributed and have equal variances. In the correlation test, obtained 0.433 of r b value, which showed a middle correlation, so Problem Based Instruction with Predict-ObserveExplain approach has middle effect on chemistry learning outcomes in solubility and solubility product. This learning contributes to student learning outcomes is 19%. The average value of affective and psychomotor in experimental class is better than the control class. Based on this research, we can conclude that Problem Based Instruction with Predict-Observe-Explain approach has a positive effect on chemistry learning product in Senior High School students.
