BIMBINGAN GURU MADRASAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN KECERDASAN SPIRITUAL PELAJAR MELALUI PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DI MADRASAH ALIYAH SWASTA AMALIYAH TANJUNG TIGA

This devotional article describes the guidance of madrasa teachers in improving the spiritual intelligence of students through Islamic religious education at the Amaliyah Tanjung Tiga Private Madrasah Aliyah. The purpose of this service is to educate and inform readers that spiritual intelligence can be obtained if students are educated at madrasa educational institutions. The dedication method is the field method (qualitative), namely the author is in direct contact with students. The approach used is an anthropological and sociological approach. Data collection techniques are through observation and unstructured interviews with informants who are considered to have competence, after which the data is obtained and then the data is analyzed scientifically. The location of the community service activities is in the Tanjung Tiga Amaliyah Private Madrasah Aliyah. The results of the community service activities show that: First, students are educated with the knowledge of faith and muamalah, second, Making norms or rules based on the rules of Islamic law in the madrasah environment so that students become educated, Third, developing spiritual intelligence through religious education subjects Islam on students is carried out using the teacher's approach as an example to students.

The Influence of Organizational Culture, Transformational Leadership and Personality to Organizational Commitment: A Case Study of Madrasah Aliyah, East Jakarta

This study aimed at testing the influence of organizational culture, transformational leadership, and personality on organizational commitment, with job satisfaction as the intervening variable. This study employed a quantitative method with path analysis technique and SITOREM (Scientific Identification Theory to Conduct Operation Research in Education Management) analysis. The study was carried out in a Private Madrasah Aliyah, East Jakarta, with hundred and forty (140) full-time teachers of the institution as the samples. Data were collected through questionnaires. The result of the study shows that there is a positive and significant direct influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment; transformational leadership on organizational commitment; personality on organizational commitment; job satisfaction on organizational commitment; organizational culture on job satisfaction; transformational leadership on job satisfaction and personality on job satisfaction. On the other hand, the study revealed that organizational culture does not significantly influence organizational commitment through job satisfaction; transformational leadership does not significantly influence organizational commitment through job satisfaction; and personality does not significantly influence organizational commitment through job satisfaction. From the result of the SITOREM analysis, seven (7) indicators of priority that requires handling were obtained. This study recommends that the institutions should improve their policies so that the level of teachers’ commitment is increased. ANALISIS INOVASI KURIKULUM DAN PEMBELAJARAN PADA MADRASAH ALIYAH SWASTA DI KOTA PADANG PANJANG

This study aims to analyze curriculum innovation and learning at private Madrasah Aliyah in Padang Panjang City in an effort to improve the quality of graduates, through madrasa programs in order to develop mental, moral and intellectual as well as improve students' soft skills and hard skills in dealing with life in society and continue on to higher education. Private Madrasah Aliyah needs to continue to make reforms in the education system, even though currently the quality of private Madrasah Aliyah still needs a lot of innovation, so that graduates of private madrasas are able to compete with madrasas or public schools.
 This research is a descriptive qualitative research, data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation.
 The results of research on curriculum innovation and learning at private Madrasah Aliyah in Padang Panjang City include developing curriculum innovation plans, curriculum innovation foundations, curriculum goal innovations that combine madrasah goals and national goals, teaching material innovations and evaluation system development, extracurricular innovations and innovations local content.

The Effect of Two Stay Two Stray and Think Pair Share Techniques on Students’ Speaking Skills at Grade XI of Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Al Manaar

This investigation tries to ascertain The Effects of the Two Stay Two Stray and Think Pair Share Techniques on Class XI Students at Al-Manaar Private Madrasah Aliyah's Speaking Skills The goal of this study was to ascertain and evaluate the impact of the Two Stay Two Stray and Think Pair Share Techniques on the Speaking Skills of Class XI Students at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Manaar Private. It is a quantitative form of study. Pre-test, post-test, control group design describes the research methodology used in this study. Students in class XI at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Manaar Private made up the population of this study. The class XI 2 MIA 25 students who were chosen for the study's sample using non-purposive sampling served as the study's sample population. employing essay tests as a data collection method. Testing is divided into two tests, namely pre-test and post-test. They were carried out to find out the students' speaking skills before and after receiving treatment. This study uses the Man Whitney and Kruskal Wallis formulas to analyze research data. The results show that Mean TPS > Mean TSTS or 26.56 > 14.24. This means that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, "there is a significant difference between the average Two Stay Two Stray and Think Pair Share techniques on students' speaking skills". The calculation results of the three groups obtained the value of H = 291 and H table = 101 which means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that "there is a significant effect between Two Stay Two Stray and Think Pair Share on students' speaking abilities.

Dampak Media Sosial Terhadap Perilaku Siswa Di Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Pinogaluman, Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Utara

The impact of social media such as YouTube, WhatsApp, Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook and so on has positive and negative impacts on students. Positive impacts, for example, will have creativity, have innovation in the development of science, and be used as an online business. The negative impact of foreign culture on students has reached an alarming stage because there is a tendency for students to have forgotten the culture of their own people. The culture of following along with Appearance or how to dress, following tick-tock trends, style of language in speaking, and shopping online, and always playing online games will affect the volume of brain cells so that the level of intelligence will decrease. Based on the above problems, the researchers conducted outreach to students in the private Madrasah Aliyah Hall, Pinogaluman District, North Bolaang Mongondow Regency with the aim of (1) strengthening and inculcating national character values for students in private Madrasah Aliyah, Pinogaluman District, Regency Bolaang Mongondow Utara. (2) Increasing students' awareness of their behavior while in the Madrasah environment. (3) Building a good cooperative relationship between teachers and parents of students. After carrying out the Mentoring and Socialization activities for students, we plan to do a mapping to find out how successful the teacher is in guiding his students.

Analysis of the Influence of Work Ability, Work Discipline and Work Spirit on the Performance of Teachers and Education Personnel at the Assunniyyah Private Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Tapin Regency

The research is aimed at analyzing and proving the simultaneous and partial influence of work ability, work discipline and work enthusiasm on the performance of teaching staff and education at the Assunniyyah Private Madrasah, Tapin Regency. The research method used is an analytical survey. The type of research is explanatory research. The sampling in this research used a total sampling technique of 43 teaching and educational staff at the Assunniyyah Private Madrasah Aliyah Tapin Regency, Central Kalimantan in 2022. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, documentation, interviews and observation. Validity and reliability tests were carried out on the research instruments. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with classical assumption tests. The results of the research show that work ability, work discipline and work enthusiasm have a significant effect simultaneously and partially on the performance of teaching staff and education at the Assunniyyah Private Madrasah, Tapin Regency. Work discipline has a dominant influence on the performance of teaching staff and education at the Assunniyyah Private Madrasah Aliyah Tapin Regency. The magnitude of the influence of work ability, work discipline and work enthusiasm on the performance of teaching staff and education at the Assunniyyah Private Madrasah Aliyah Tapin Regency is 88.5%

Historical Application of the Formation of the Three Greatest Islamic Kingdoms of the Middle Ages Based on Augmented Reality

The importance of studying Islamic Cultural History (SKI), especially the history of the formation of the three largest medieval Islamic empires, namely that students are able to understand and get many valuable lessons from the events of Islamic revival and struggle, so that they can shape the character of a generation with Islamic values. However, the results of observations made in Private Madrasah Aliyah, Raden Patah, Mojokerto, class X for SKI learning still use the blackboard and in delivering the material it is done by the lecture method. This method resulted in 52% of students being less enthusiastic. Students will be easily sleepy and lazy if only offered learning without innovative media. Then we need a learning method using Augmented Reality (AR) technology, which combines virtual objects and real objects that can be touched and seen so that users can interact directly with these objects. This study aims to create an application as a more effective and interactive learning media in SKI subjects. making this application using Blender 3D as modeling and Unity 3D as application development.

Pembelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam di Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Al-Manar Medan Johor

The history of Islamic culture is a very important lesson for us to learn to know the historical values and developments about Islam. Besides that, learning to ski is useful for forming the personality traits of the people to be even better than the exemplary journey of previous figures or generations. In general, the reality is that Islamic Cultural History lessons are less attractive to students. We conducted research at a private Madrasah Aliyah Al-Manar Medan Johor regarding the learning process, obstacle, obstacle solution to learn Islamic Cultural History. The method we use is a descriptive qualitative method. The objects we examined were students and teachers at the school. From the research results we obtained the implementation of SKI learnimg has been going well in accordance with the contents of lesson plan made by the SKI teacher and the obstacle that occur during the ski learning process namely students feel bored while studying, the class atmosphere is not conducive, students do not do their homework, students are sleepy in class, and students are lazy to study.Besides that, the teacher's efforts in these problems are by inviting refreshing by standing and shaking hands, inviting learning outside the classroom, giving directions to students to be quiet and listening to their reasons first if they don't do homework and advising not to repeat it, creating learning readiness, motivating students, creating harmony with students, provide guidance to students.

Education has an important role in human life. In its management, formal education in Indonesia at the elementary and secondary levels is carried out in educational units called schools or madrasas. Today's education units face challenges, both from similar competitors and the demands and expectations of society. For this reason, educational units need to be competitive. Even so, Madrasah Aliyah must also have competitiveness. From this background, the researchers set out to study by presenting a study entitled Strategies for Increasing the Competitiveness of Private Madrasah Aliyah at MA YPPA Cipulus Wanayasa and MA Al-Mutohhar Plered Purwakarta. The Impact of Transformational Leadership Style and Compensation on Teacher Performance at Madrasah Aliyah

Building a motivating environment can be an organization's most significant challenge because a motivated, satisfied, and committed workforce is harder to find and create. It keeps leaders in an organization evaluating, experimenting, and adapting to different people, including their behaviours, attitudes, personalities and cultures, traditions, habits, and experiences. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership style and compensation on teacher performance through work motivation at a private madrasah Aliyah in Buru Regency. The descriptive and verification method with a quantitative research approach is used—sampling using the purposive sampling technique, with a sample of 41 teachers. Sources of data used in the study are primary data and secondary data. The study's results indicate that transformational leadership influences work motivation and teacher performance. Likewise, compensation directly influences the motivation and performance of Madrasah Aliyah Alhilaal Namlea Buru Regency teachers. The results of the Sobel test calculator calculation show an indirect effect of transformational leadership on teacher performance through work motivation. Likewise, compensation also has an indirect impact on teacher performance through work motivation. So it can be concluded that work motivation can mediate the relationship between balance and teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah inBuru Regency. The results of this study can also be used for researchers and further researchers as well as parties who need it as a source of reference and valuable information in adding to the reader's insight

DEVELOPING THE SCHOOL QUALITY STANDARD AT PRIVATE MADRASAH ALIYAH

Quality issues always have implications for the selling value of an educational institution. This research aims to analyze the quality development strategy in The Private Madrasah Aliyah Manba'ul Hikam Sidoarjo educational institutions. The approach used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of results from observations, interviews, filling out questionnaires, and documentations. Data sources in this study came from school residents such as the headmaster, vice principal, administrator, teachers, and students. The data validity technique uses data triangulation. The data analysis technique used in this research is interactive qualitative by Miles and Huberman, which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and research conclusion. The results obtained in the study explain that the steps for developing quality standards for The Private Madrasah Aliyah Manba'ul Hikam are in the form of (1) developing the governance of teaching and educational staff; (2) development of student governance; and (3) strategies for madrasa heads that are following the quality of the National Education Standards (SNP) which serve as the basis for planning, implementing and supervising education to create quality of education. Independent development of madrasa's quality standards can increase a madrasa's selling value.

Impacts of Openness to Experience on Learning Innovation Model The Moderating Effect of Teacher Knowledge-Sharing

This study aims to determine the openness to experience and knowledge sharing on certified teacher learning innovations in Banyuwangi. This research was non-experimental quantitative research with a survey design. A total of 110 public and private Madrasah Aliyah teachers in Banyuwangi selected by purposive sampling participated in this survey research. The collected data were then analyzed using the WARP PLS 7.0 application and the IBM Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 23. Using WARP PLS 7.0 found that: 1) openness to experience affected knowledge sharing by 77 and 3%2) openness to experience affected the innovative learning model by 48.0%. 3) knowledge sharing affects the innovative learning model by 40.6%. 4) openness to experience the innovation learning model through knowledge sharing is 13.5. It shows that openness to experience in the form of ideas through the desire to be creative with the ideas and ideas that teachers have in various madrasa activities has an impact on the active attitude of teachers in writing books, articles, or research to share their knowledge with other teacher colleagues so that teachers have habituation which is indicated by learning patterns that are developed more effectively and efficiently.

Sosialisasi Guru Madrasah dalam Meningkatkan Kedisiplinan Pelajar di Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Amaliyah Tanjung Tiga

This study seeks to describe the socialization of madrasah teachers in improving student discipline at the private madrasah aliyah amaliyah tanjung three. The purpose of the research is to provide information and education to readers that madrasas are educational institutions that have a strategic role to build character so that they become disciplined students. The data collection techniques used were observation and unstructured interviews and then the data were analyzed objectively and described scientifically by following the procedures for writing scientific papers. The results of the study were found as follows: First, socialization in improving student discipline was carried out in persuasive ways. Second, private madrasah aliyah teachers at tanjung three always carry out internal monitoring of student character and student discipline, if there are still undisciplined students, madrasa teachers identify early triggers for these students to become undisciplined. Third, private madrasah aliyah teachers in Tanjung Tiga always provide examples of discipline for students to be role models for them. Fourth, the head of the private madrasah aliyah tanjung three conducts periodic evaluations of all madrasah residents with the aim of improving things that must be improved for the next day. Fifth, private madrasah aliyah teachers at Tanjung Tiga on various occasions always educate students to always comply with the rules and regulations that apply in the madrasa environment.

Implementation of the Religious Moderation Program at Private Madrasah Aliyah in Lebak District, Banten Province

This study aims to describe the implementation of religious moderation policies, find out strategies for implementing religious moderation policies and find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing religious moderation by teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Hidayah Lebakjaha and Madrasa Aliyah Daar El-Ishlah Malingping Lebak Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach using observation data collection methods, interviews and documentation. The technical stages of data analysis included data reduction, data presentation and data verification, while checking the reliability of the data was carried out by extending participation, accuracy of observations, triangulation and consulting supervisors. The results of the study concluded that: (1) Implementation of strategies to strengthen religious moderation in madrasas has been integrated with religious moderation values ​​through teaching and learning activities (KBM), extracurricular activities (SKI), and habituation activities. (2) The strategy for strengthening religious moderation in Madrasas is that the efforts made by the heads of madrasah heads are as follows: (a) Persuasion approach, (b) Deideologization of teachers who are exposed to extreme views, (c) Integrative policy of religious moderation, ( d) Synergizing learning programs with activities outside of learning, and supporting the implementation of religious moderation in these madrasas, including: Vision and mission of the madrasa, madrasa regulations, community interest, a conducive atmosphere of the madrasa, infrastructure facilities, achievement motivation, and the academic qualifications of the supervisor teacher while the factors the obstacles are the inadequate condition of the library, social/mass media, community environment, and family environment.

The Leadership Strategy Of Principal Of Madrasah About Insemination Of Socio-Culture Value In Madrasah

This research is inspired by the diversity of students in a number of private Madrasah Aliyah, Central Lampung. By purposive sampling, the researchers took two research locations: MAS Roudlotul Huda Padangratu and MAS Bustanul 'Ulum Jayasakti. The selection of the two locations was based on the fact that the principals of the two madrasahs could be managed well by the diversity of students. This qualitative study aims to determine the leadership role of the madrasah principal in inseminating socio-cultural values ​​in the madrasah. By using documentation, observation, and in-depth interviews with madrasah leaders and several teachers, this study concludes that socio-cultural values ​​are madrasah's efforts to improve student competence through the leadership role of the madrasah principal. Among the leadership strategies of the madrasah head are habituation strategies, exemplary strategies, value internalization strategies, policy strategies (power strategies), and persuasive communication strategies.

MANAJEMEN PENINGKATAN TATA KELOLA MADRASAH BERMUTU (Studi Deskriptif pada MAS Aliyah Baitul Huda dan MAS Al-Fatah Swasta di Kabupaten Bandung)

The title of this research is ”management to improve quality madrasah governance (descriptive study on private madrasah aliyah in bandung district)” this title was chosen because it wanted to reveal how madrasah apply the management principles of madrasah governance, thus giving birt to quality madrasah, increasing graudates and having high competitiveness. Research objectives: in general, is to examine strategies for improving governance in private madrasah aliyah in the kertasari sub-district, bandung district in implementing the ministry of education regulation. In order to improve quality education. And specific objectives. (1) to determine the planning of quality madrasah governance programs in private madrasah aliyah in kertasari sub-district, (2) implementation of programs on quality madrasah governance, (3) supervision of quality madrasah governance programs, (4) problems about quality madrasah governance programs, (5) efforts to improve the madrasah governance programs. Whhereas in the process of extracting the results of the filed the author uses the triangulation of results, namely: interview, obsevation ,dokumentation study.in two madrasah that are catagorized as high-quality madrasah, namely the baitul huda joglo alyah madrasah, kertasari sub-district, bandung district and islamic school aliyah al-fatah sukasari kertasari sub-district, bandung district. Basedvon the results of the study, it was found, among others:(1) quality madrasah management planning in the two madrasah was to combine religious and general sciences, as well as the eistence of other programs, such as educational programs and social programs. (2) the implementation of quality management of madrasah governance at the two institutions is related to improving the quality of education which refers to the national ducation standars that must be comprehensive and consequently about the management of education carried out by madrasah citizens. (3)supervision of qulity madrasah governance at these institutions is carried out in a thorough manner, meaning that suvervision is inherent in every educational actor in the two institutions. (4) follow-up madrasah governance faced by the two institutions includes providing direction and understanding to the community about madrasa, so that they are moren inrested in and support the madrasah programs. (5) efforts to improve madrasah management program are faced by the two institutions in the future by increasing collaboration with various related parties.

Upaya Pembentukan Karakter Siswa di Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Al Fuad

This study aims to describe the efforts to build the character of students in Al Fuad Private Madrasah Aliyah. The purpose of this study is to educate readers that madrasas have a strategic role in shaping students' morals. This type of research is a qualitative research that seeks to describe social phenomena that are developing in the present mass. The data collection techniques he did were observation and unstructured interviews and then the data were analyzed objectively and then described scientifically by following the procedures for writing scientific papers. First, madrasas play an important role by optimizing madrasas as centers of character formation. Second, madrasas strengthen the integration of fellow teachers and parents of students in order to identify the daily activities of students outside the madrasa. Third, madrasa teachers must be able to become role models for students by prioritizing ethics in words and actions according to the teachings of Islam. Fourth, the madrasa will give a reprimand if there are students who violate the norms of decency and etiquette.

Manajemen Madrasah dalam Mempertahankan Kualitas Kerja Guru pada Massa Pandemi Covid 19 di Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Al Fuad

This study describes madrasa management in maintaining the quality of teacher work during the COVID-19 pandemic at Al Fuad private madrasah aliyah. The purpose of this research is to educate the readers and evaluate madrasa principals and teachers so that they continue to innovate to improve the quality of work. This type of research is a qualitative research that seeks to describe social phenomena that are developing in the present mass. The data collection techniques he did were observation and unstructured interviews and then the data was analyzed objectively and then described scientifically by following the procedures for writing scientific papers. training on learning planning and learning models by utilizing social media technology. Second, the madrasah principal continues to supervise the teachers in the form of monitoring the online learning process and the list of student assessments according to student competence. Third, the head of the madrasah urges the teachers not to conduct gathering activities in the madrasa environment so that it does not become a cluster of transmission of Covid 19. Fourth, the head of the madrasah evaluates the work of teachers every month by implementing a strict health protocol. Fifth, the madrasa head determines the teacher's attendance schedule as much as 50% per day and limits working time in the madrasa according to the instructions from the Covid 19 task force and then adjusts the subject matter according to the curriculum set by the government.

Model Kepemimpinan Demokratis dan Kharismatik: Studi Kasus di MAN dan MA Qosim Al Hadi Semarang

The principal at madrasah in the education system has a very important role as a determinant of whether a school is progressing or not. This study specifically aims to determine the madrasa school leadership model at MAN and MA Qasim Al Hadi in Semarang. The research on the two madrasah model includes qualitative research, which takes the research locus of public and private Madrasah Aliyah. The results showed that the MAN Semarang in leadership adheres to a bureaucratic democratic system of democracy. This means that everything is done in accordance with standard operating procedures with modern management. While the leadership model at MA Qasim Al Hadi, the education system is strongly influenced by the central figure who has been appointed by the foundation as the head of the school (kiai). It is the figure of the kiai who spurs all movements in the educational process. Implementatively, the leadership model of the Head of MA Qosim Al Hadi can be seen from his personality and democratic character. Apart from being based on personality type, it also depends on the status of the madrasa (private). Thus the leadership model of MA Qosim Al Hadi can be said to be a charismatic leadership pattern.

Investigating Principals’ Leadership to Develop Teachers’ Professionalism at Madrasah

This study sought to explore the principals’ leadership in private Madrasah Aliyah schools on teachers’ professionalism in the learning process. It applied a quantitative approach with a survey method. Fifty-five teachers served as the samples, which were taken from two private schools in the South Lampung region. Data was collected through a questionnaire. Two instruments were constructed: the first is based on the indicators of leadership using talent management from Gallardo-Gallardo & Thunnissen, and the second is based on teacher competence. The r-test, with the assistance of SPSS 25, was applied to analyze the data. The results indicate an influence of the principals’ leadership on teacher competence. This is evidenced by the results of the r-test showing the value of sig. 0.000. This shows a significant relationship between the principals’ leadership and the teachers’ professionalism in Madrasah Aliyah. Leadership is one of the determining factors in improving teachers’ professionalism, school performance, and a conducive learning process.
