Manusia yang Beradab Menurut Tri Kaya Parisudha

The focus of this study aims to explore the deepest meaning of civilized humanity in the second principle of Pancasila, namely "Just and civilized humanity" in the teachings of Tri Kaya Parisudha. This is one of the efforts to explore the values ??of Pancasila contained in Indonesian local wisdom, as Soekarno emphasized that he was not the creator of Pancasila, but the digger of Pancasila. The researcher responded to this by exploring the teachings of Tri Kaya Parisudha as the cultural-religious wisdom of the Balinese people which is always used both in character education in schools and everyday life. This research is descriptive-qualitative research with a literature review method. The data used in this study were collected from books, journals, and scientific articles. This study found that the concept of Tri Kaya Parisudha has a positive-correlative relationship with Pancasila, especially in the second principle which reads: "Just and civilized humanity". In addition, Tri Kaya Parisudha is one of the paradigms that can be used in building national character for all Indonesian people.

VISUAL READING TECHNIQUE INNOVATION IN FILM SCREENING FOR PEOPLE WITH VISUAL DISABILITIES

Naturally, films are created for humans with normal hearing and vision functions. The question is, is it true that people who have visual disabilities are not able to enjoy movies? A Technical Services Unit of Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs located in Cimahi, West Java, named Sentra Abiyoso, has developed an innovative facilities for people with visual impairments, which is called “Bioskop Berbisik”, meaning whispering cinema. At Bioskop Berbisik, the visually impaired audiences will get help from a visual narrators who tell the storyline of the film. The presence of Bioskop Berbisik Sentra Abiyoso Cimahi is a manifestation of the fifth principle of Pancasila, Social Justice for All Indonesian People, as well as a manifestation of SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals, UN General Assembly Agreement in 2015). As a model of social services for people with visual impairments, the presence of Bioskop Berbisik is interesting and important to observe and study, to see how the beneficiaries feel the sensations, and how the expected management strategy could continue consistently. To get the answer, the writers conducted research using the social experimental method with students of SLBN-A Citeurep Cimahi as respondents.The conclusion of the study provides an answer that Bioskop Berbisik of Sentra Abiyoso Cimahi provides great benefits for people with visual impairments. On the other hand, the management of Sentra Abiyoso as a social service facility under the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia needs support from various parties to maintain its sustainability and expand its benefits.

Doing Communicative Theology of Social Justice from Christian and Islamic Perspectives

With a long tradition of mono-religious education in Indonesia, the understanding of social justice inscribed as the fifth principle of Pancasila is subject to a one-sided theological or otherwise secular outlook. While the former lacks in theology’s publicness, the latter does not conform with the foundational national consensus. Resembling Pancasila’s collaborative spirit, the research question of this article is how to understand social justice from an inter-religious outlook. This library research-based article employs a communicative theology developed by Matthias Scharer and Bernd Jochen Hilberath within the scope of Christian and Islamic perspectives. In such a theology, social justice is never speculative, ideological, or ahistorical. Instead, it emerges from factual movements that ignite public awareness required for further engagement for social transformation. The Pancasila Law of Indonesia is a unique and distinct legal concept for the Indonesian nation. The Pancasila Law is the result of Indonesia's long struggle for independence from colonization and the building of a free, democratic, sovereign, just, and prosperous nation. The Pancasila Law is not only based on constitutional documents or laws, but also has a strong philosophical and moral foundation that originates from Pancasila as the foundation of the Indonesian state. The concept of Pancasila Law in the three-dimensional prism, also known as the three aspects of trias politica, consists of functions, structure, and system. These three aspects are interconnected and cannot be separated from each other in carrying out their tasks and functions as the basis of the state law. Thus, the conclusion of the concept of Pancasila law is that it is a unique, complex, and holistic legal system that encompasses the values and principles of Pancasila as the foundation of the Indonesian state. Pancasila law combines legal, philosophical, and moral aspects while accommodating the cultural and religious diversity of Indonesia, and encourages societal participation in policy-making. Pancasila law is the result of the long struggle of the Indonesian people for independence and the building of a sovereign, democratic, just, and prosperous nation.

This research aims to analyze the relationship between various legal systems in the world and the values of Pancasila as Indonesia's fundamental principles. This research starts from the premise that a deep understanding of the differences and similarities between Civil Law and Common Law legal systems can provide new insights in applying Pancasila in a global context. The modern world requires states to accommodate various legal traditions while adapting to international practices. In Indonesia, the implementation of Pancasila values is often faced with the challenge of integration into a diverse global legal system. This phenomenon raises questions about how Pancasila can function in the context of a broad comparison of legal systems. This research aims to explore how the Civil Law and Common Law legal systems interact with the principles of Pancasila, and how this comparison can contribute to the development of inclusive and dynamic law in Indonesia. Comparative methods are used to analyze legal systems from various countries, with an emphasis on literature studies and normative analysis. Historical and philosophical approaches are also applied to understand the context and evolution of each legal system as well as the integration of Pancasila values. This study reveals that although there are substantial differences between the Civil Law and Common Law legal systems, there is room to integrate Pancasila values into each system. Pancasila not only acts as an ethical principle, but also as a framework for the formation of laws that are responsive and adaptive to global change, respecting domestic and international legal traditions.

Education has a very important role in the development of the Indonesian human being as a whole. Education is an important part of the national development process which contributes to increasing a country's economic growth. Education is also an investment in the development of human resources where increasing skills and abilities is believed to be a supporting factor for human efforts in navigating life. The purpose of education based on the principles of Pancasila has the aim of increasing piety to God Almighty, intelligence, skills, enhancing character, strengthening personality so that they can develop themselves and are jointly responsible for the development of the nation. The quality of education needs to be considered to achieve educational goals, while the quality itself can be seen from the success achieved by a student while participating in teaching and learning activities.

How does Pancasila work to solve social problems?

This study discusses the relationship that Pancasila has with the way it is used to overcome social problems that exist in Indonesia. This study uses the literature review method which explains that researchers in working only use sources from other research materials. The results obtained from this study are that to overcome social problems in the form of poverty, it is necessary to apply the fifth principle of Pancasila that all Indonesian people have the right to get the same thing and there is equality both at the level of the economy, education, and health. Furthermore, for the problem of war, it can be overcome by reflecting the first precept that every society has the right to choose what it believes in so that usually in its teachings it does not allow war except in special situations such as upholding justice. In the further context, for LGBT, it is necessary to apply the second principle that every human being has manners so that these LGBT actors should be embraced so that they can return to normal and not discriminate.

This study aims to analyze how the influence of a leader's justice in motivating and supporting employee performance at the Lona Furniture Store Medan MMTC. The research method used is a qualitative method or research that uses data sources from several previous studies. Data collection techniques used are observations, interviews, and documentation. Justice remains an important topic in the business world. Putting everything in its place or the harmony between the parts and putting everything in its place is an aspect of justice. A state of balance, impartiality or impartiality will result from justice. In accordance with the objectives outlined in the fifth principle of Pancasila, namely "Social Justice for All Indonesian People", justice will continue to be pursued. Konversi Yesuit Indonesia pada Sukarnoisme: Pemihakan pada Pancasila

The principle of religious neutrality found in the first principle of Pancasila, is the original thought of Sukarno, the founding father of the Republic of Indonesia. Sukarno cultivated this seed of non-exclusive religious patriotism in the 1920s and 1930s (when he was exiled to the Catholic Island of Flores). The most important contribution of the Catholic minority was found in the interpretation of Pancasila by Nicolas Driyarkara SJ, which gained wide acceptance in Indonesia in the 1960s. Pelatihan Aplikasi Google Suite Untuk Meningkatkan Kinerja Organisasi di Majelis Buddhayana Indonesia Provinsi Jawa Timur

The Indonesian Buddhist Council (MBI) is an association based on the principles of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, based on Buddhadharma and taking refuge under the Great Sangha of Indonesia (Sagin). MBI East Java (Jatim) is one of 27 MBI Regional Administrators in Indonesia. As a religious organization, MBI East Java has many activities, both internal and community services. During the Covid-19 pandemic, various organizational activities, especially management coordination, were hampered and there was even a decline in organizational performance due to the PPKM policy from the government. Based on this experience, the management of MBI East Java intends to take advantage of applications that provide various integrated applications in organizational management to improve organizational performance. Based on these problems, training for Google Suite or G-suite applications was held that provides integrated services such as Gmail, Docs, Drive, Calendar, Meet, and other integrated applications. The G-suite application training is carried out using explanation, demonstration and hands-on practice methods during the training. The G-suite application training to improve organizational performance at MBI East Java has been carried out well and smoothly as evidenced by the average questionnaire score of 3.74. This training material was assessed by participants as having conformity with the needs of the organization with the highest score of 3.94. The quality of the training materials is also considered good. The quality of the material in service to quality is considered to state that the training is very beneficial for them as indicated by the 4.0 questionnaire score. The participants rated the training materials useful for them with a score of 3.75, but they needed more practice time in training as indicated by the questionnaire score of 3.38 which was the lowest score in the evaluation of this training. Overall, the implementation of this community service has succeeded in improving the skills of the administrators in using the G-suite application to improve organizational performance.

The Value System of Pancasila and Islam and Their Implementation in Sharia Economics in Indonesia: A Conceptual-Qualitative Approach

This article makes an attempt to explain how Pancasila and Islam contribute to each other in the life of the state and strengthen the unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI). Undoubtedly, the vast majority of the country's Muslims played a significant role in freeing the land from the colonial rule of other countries, laying the groundwork for the nation's future autonomy by forming the ideology and foundation of the state on the principles of Pancasila, and achieving these goals. The adoption of a law that governs sharia financial institutions and sharia non-banking institutions is compelling evidence that Islam and its teachings have made significant contributions to the improvement of the state of the Indonesian economy. At the same time, the Pancasila economic system is strengthened by the adoption of this law.

Juridical Overview of the Prohibition of Interfaith Marriage from the Perspective of Human Rights and Criminal Law in Indonesia


 
 
 
 Indonesia is a country that is famous for its multiculturalism, one of which is religion. Consequently, in living their lives, Indonesian people are faced with differences in various things, ranging from culture, way of life and interactions between individuals. The concern of the government and other components of the nation is the issue of inter-religious relations. One of the problems in inter-religious relations is the issue of mixed marriages (inter-religious marriages), which in this article are referred to as “interfaith marriages”. The condition of the pluralistic Indonesian society makes the association in society wider and more diverse. This has resulted in a more dynamic shift in religious values ​​than what happened in the past. In fact, interfaith marriages in Indonesia are not justified based on positive national law that applies in the territory of Indonesia. It can be concluded that if the State legalizes interfaith marriages in Indonesia, the State is tantamount to violating the existing religious laws in Indonesia, and violating Article 29 of the 1945 Constitution which guarantees every citizen to embrace religion and worship according to their religion and belief, while Each religion has different procedures for marriage or worship. The view of human rights in Indonesia should refer more to the human rights arrangements contained in the 1945 Constitution, not to the UDHR which we ourselves do not know who made it and even what the agenda is for a country that is still very religious. Human rights in Indonesia, not secular human rights, which separate religion from the state, which legalize all means in the name of "human rights", this clearly contradicts the first principle of Pancasila, and this does not enter into the identity of the Indonesian nation. In this article, interfaith marriage will also be studied from the perspective of criminal law regarding its legality.
 
 
 

ACCESS TO POSBAKUM IN PANDEMIC TIMES AND THE DIGITAL ERA FOR THE COMMUNITY AS A MEANING OF SOCIAL JUSTICE FULFILLMENT

Access to justice for the community is a mandate from the Constitution Article 28 Paragraph 1, which states that everyone has the right to recognition, guarantees, protection, fair legal certainty, and equal treatment before the law. The development of access to posbakum is a form of fulfilling social justice for the community following the mandate of the fifth principle of Pancasila. It is also stated in Law Number 48 of 2009 concerning Judicial Power, which requires the court to assist justice seekers, try to overcome all obstacles, and achieve a simple trial, fast and low cost. Therefore, a legal aid post (Posbakum) is established at every court to help the underprivileged gain access to justice and equality before the law. So far, posbakum can only be accessed by going to court directly, so during the Covid-19 pandemic, people were hampered from getting these services. Especially for people who live in villages far from the courts, it is tough for them to access and obtain legal aid services from the courts. This paper examines how to develop posbakum so that village communities can more easily access it. It will also investigate the obstacles people in rural areas face in obtaining posbakum services. The method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through library research and interviews, coupled with a normative study of related regulations. This study shows that the existence of Posbakum, through partnerships with the village government, can provide better access to justice for village communities.

URGENSI PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER GUNA CALON GENERASI EMAS BANGSA

Character education aims to improve the quality of implementation and educational outcomes in schools that lead to the achievement of the character building and noble morals of students as a whole, integrated and balanced according to the competency standards of graduates. Through character education, students are expected to be able to independently improve and use their knowledge, study and internalize and personalize the values of character and noble morals so that they are manifested in daily behavior. In realizing character education, it cannot be done without the cultivation of values, because character comes from values about something. The individual character which is imbued with the principles of Pancasila, is grouped in two ways, namely the principle of four sports (heart exercise, thought, exercise, feeling and intention) and the values of obligation to God who is the creator, towards oneself, family, society, the nation and also the natural environment.

Buya Hamka: Nationalism in Islamic Education in Indonesia

Strengthening and building the nation is a vital role of nationalism which is also a means of improving human living standards. Islamic education that is nationalistic can result in a pattern of Islamic education that deviates from Islamic teachings. This study aims to analyze the thought and relevance of the values ​​of Nationalism in Buya Hamka's Islamic education thought in Indonesia. This research method uses historical research methods. This research will be presented using descriptive-analytic history writing. The technique used to analyze the data is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that a sense of nationalism can be obtained through Hamka's view of the world of education, especially in Islam. The principal value of nationalism through Islamic education is an effort to strengthen national values ​​as individual human beings who are part of a large society in the formation of the state. The meaning of Hamka's nationalism related to collective awareness in Islamic Education thought can be seen in the idiom recognition based on the first principle of Pancasila. The practice of religious values ​​will be able to fortify the nation's next generation from deviant acts.

Perubahan Makna Kebangsaan Indonesia Setelah Menjadi Persatuan Indonesia Dalam Pancasila dan Dampaknya bagi Kehidupan Berbangsa Indonesia


 When Sukarno proposed the concept of Pancasila (Five Principles) in the meeting of the Investigative Body for the Preparation of Indonesian Independence (BPUPK) in 1945, Kebangsaan Indonesia (Indonesian Nationalism) was proposed by Sukarno as the first principle of Pancasila. However, Panitia Sembilan (the Committee of Nine), a sub-committee of BPUPK, changed the wording into Persatuan Indonesia (Unity of Indonesia). Persatuan Indonesia was accepted by BPUPK, but as the third principle. At the time, the region that would be known as Indonesia was ruled by three military governments, each controlled by a branch of the Japanese military. Panitia Sembilan feared that the occupying Japanese regime would give independence to several nations according to Japanese military rules rather than to Indonesia as one nation. An analysis on the impact of this change indicated a change in the fundamental philosophical and ethical meanings inherent in Kebangsaan Indonesia. While Kebangsaan Indonesia honored the diversity of Indonesia and valued the autonomy of each province in Indonesia, Persatuan Indonesia put the control at the central level, which eventually led to the conflict between the central and provincial governments.

Qur’anic Verbalization on the Issue of Religious Freedom in Indonesia

This article aims to understand the verses on religious freedom using method of Verbalization of the Qur’an, which was coined by Muhammad Alwi HS, in the Indonesian context. Based on its initial form and identity, Verbalization of the Qur’an is a method that has a strong foundation in providing an understanding of the Al-Qur’an in a different space and context from the time of revelation, including in Indonesia. As for the verse - The verse studied in this article is QS. Al-Baqarah [2]: 256, Q S. Ali Imran [3]: 64, QS. Al-Qashash [28]: 56, QS. Yunus [10]: 99. The result that is found in this article is that all of these verses prohibit the imposition of coercion on other people to follow a certain religion. Faith is the right of everyone who is blessed by God, as Allah does not make all believers or unbelievers, but allows everyone to choose the faith (religion) they want. In the context of Indonesia, the verbalization of the verses of religious freedom can be found in the form of a national and state constitution, namely based on the 1945 Constitution in article 28E paragraph (1), the 1945 Constitution in article 29 paragraph (2), the first principle of Pancasila "God Almighty", Law no. 39/1999 on Human Rights (HAM), and article 28I of the 1945 Constitution concerning the ratification of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.

Hedonism in the Young Generation: The Challenge of Pancasila Moral Education

Globalization can be interpreted as a global process and everything becomes more modern, easy, sophisticated, and faster without the limitations of distance, space and time. Globalization is supported by a variety of technological innovations that help human life a lot. Inevitably, globalization creates various phenomena in various aspects of life. One example is the lifestyle of hedonism among the younger generation. Hedonism itself is a view of life that is manifested in the form of a lifestyle that makes worldly pleasure the purpose of life. Many people mistakenly apply this lifestyle of hedonism, perhaps unknowingly this has become a social disease. This hedonism attacks many millennials, where millennials are the next generation of young people who should be far from the nature of hedonism. The lifestyle of hedonism itself is difficult to avoid, there needs to be an awareness of each person. Indonesia has a very strong ancestral heritage to help young people free from the hedonism lifestyle that has become a disease, namely the five principles of Pancasila. The young generation needs to inculcate the strong personality contained in Pancasila and always implement it in daily life. The values ​​and meanings of Pancasila are the guiding principles of the nation, the personality of the nation, and the ideology of the nation that is most in line with the noble soul and personality of the Indonesian Nation.

PEMIKIRAN FILOSOFIS PANCASILA DALAM PENGELOLAAN SUMBER DAYA PERIKANAN

AbstractThis research was conducted to find out philosophical thoughts about the values of Pancasila and the concept of fisheries resource management based on philosophical thoughts about the values of Pancasila.This type of research is a normative juridical research. The approach used in this research is the approach to applying the law and the conceptual approach.The results obtained from this study are that philosophical thinking about the values of Pancasila on a problem must involve the five principles of Pancasila. The philosophical thought of Pancasila in natural resource management is that it must preserve the paradigm that fishery resources are obligatory to achieve the welfare and prosperity of the people, management of fishery resources must be carried out in a fair and civilized manner now and in the future to be able to enjoy fishery resources so that they are available. In addition, civilized law is needed, involving community participation as the original owner of the right to fishery resources, and state control over fishery resources must be interpreted solely to achieve people's welfare and prosperity. Pancasila Values in Javanese Kenduren Tradition as the Implementation of Religious Moderation in Tulungagung

Pancasila emerged based on a long reflection to unite Indonesia, which has a society of diverse religions and cultures in daily life. The kenduren tradition is an example of a tradition to commemorate an event and ask for blessings through a banquet. This paper aims to describe the Pancasila values that exist in the Kenduren tradition. The research methodology used is a qualitative approach. Data collection is done by collecting information and data collected by conducting a literature study on relevant and previously existing journals. The results of the discussion, namely first, get to know the Kenduren tradition which is still preserved in Tulungagung until now. Second, the implementation of Pancasila values in the kenduren tradition in the form of the values of harmony between fellow religious communities in accordance with the first principle of Pancasila, helping each other in the second principle, mutual cooperation in the third principle, not discriminating against each other in the fourth principle, togetherness and kinship in the fifth principle. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that the kenduren tradition in Tulungagung can be a source of learning traditions with Pancasila values.
